この発明は、遊技者から透視できる機内の遊技盤面内にパチンコ球を打込んでゲームを行うことができるパチンコ遊技機において、前枠内部の遊技盤(ゲーム領域)を透視保護するための透視窓に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機やアレンジボール機に代表されるこの種の遊技機では、外枠の開口前面に、遊技領域を構成した遊技盤、ガラス窓、上下の球受け皿、打球発射装置、裏側の機構セット盤等の多くの遊技用構成部材を設置した前枠が開閉及び着脱可能に組付けられて1台単位とされている。そしてゲームホール内での実施にあたっては、一般に「島」と呼ばれている設置枠台に起立状態で固定保持された外枠に対して、遊技盤を収容セットした前枠全体が組付けられて遊技に供されている。このような遊技機にあって、遊技盤の透視保護窓とされるガラス窓については、最も一般的な形態のものとして、前枠の窓枠口内周囲に合せてビス止めセットされる金属製縦長方形の窓枠(金枠ともいう)の内側に、金属製正方形の扉枠が、その一側縁の縦支軸を連結して横開き形態で組付けられており、この扉枠内に前後2枚のガラスが挿入されて構成されている。なお、各メーカーの遊技機に実施されるガラス窓は、サイズ等に多少の差異があっても基本的には同様に構成されており、窓枠は、扉枠と上の球受け皿を取着セットした金属製横長方形のセット板とを開閉及び着脱可能に組付け得るサイズに成形されて、パチンコ遊技機の組立て製造工程で前枠に取着され、一方ガラスはパチンコ遊技機の設置後に扉枠に挿入される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、前述した従来の遊技機において、前枠に設置されるガラス窓については、外郭フレーム用の窓枠とガラス挿入用の扉枠とによる内外二重の金属製複合枠形態であるために、枠部材の全体が重くなって複雑化する一方、扉枠のガラスが呈する透視面が好適に広くできない面があった。しかも双方の枠部材では、薄肉金属材を利用した高い剛性を奏する反面、常に露呈される金属表面(メッキ加工面)には、印刷やシール貼付等による装飾加工が施し難い。このため現になされている前枠表面の装飾面と枠部材の金属表面との双方において、色彩や図柄を含む装飾的な調和が取れない面があり、遊技機全体のグレードアップを図ることが難しい。また遊技機の製造工程におけるガラス窓の設置にあたっては、組立てライン外の専用機(ビス締め機)において、1台毎の前枠の窓枠口内周面に扉枠付きの窓枠を正確に位置決めセットした後、同機の運転により多数本のビス締めを行う工程が必要となり、その作業にかなりの手間と熟練を要し、生産性の向上が図り難い上、ビス締め不良による組付け不具を生じ易い問題があった。

一方、前述したガラス窓の枠部材について、製造、取扱いの面からみた場合、枠部材である窓枠と扉枠との個々の加工成形及び両枠部材の組付けに係る作業にかなりの複雑な手間がかかり、コスト高となって生産性の溢路ともなっていた。その上、窓枠及び扉枠は互いに組み付けられた状態で一つの枠部材製品とされるが、何分にも互いのサイズが異なる2重複合枠であることから、全体的に嵩張り、多くの枠部材製品を高く安全に上積み(重ね積み)することができず、また好適に箱詰め(梱包)することもできない。このため現実には、枠部材製品を定数個単位で縛ったままの状態で取扱っており、保管にあたってはかなり広いスペースが必要となり、一方、移送(運送)にあたっては一度に多くを好適に移送、積み降しすることができず、その取扱いに煩わしさがあった。このような状況にあって、近年に至っては、装飾加工、前枠への組付け、取扱い及び保管等が容易とされるフレームレス(窓枠なし)形態のガラス扉(透視窓)が新たに希求されつつある。

本発明は、前述した課題を好適に解決するべく提案されたものであって、フレームレス(窓枠なし)形態のガラス扉(透視窓)を前提として、前枠への組付け、取扱い、保管及び移送(運送)等を簡易にし、さらには任意の装飾加工を容易に可能にして、前枠や球受け皿等に対する色彩的な調和ひいては遊技機全体のグレードアップを図り得るようにしたパチンコ遊技機の透視窓を提供することを目的とするものである

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した課題を克服し、所期の目的を達成するため、本願請求項1の発明に係るパチンコ遊技機の透視窓は、外枠に開閉及び着脱可能に組付けられた合成樹脂成形の前枠の開口前面に、同前枠の正面内側にセットされた遊技盤を透視保護する透視窓が開閉及び着脱可能に組付けられるパチンコ遊技機において、前記前枠の開口前面側に成形されたセット面域に整合する方形サイズに合成樹脂成形されて表面に所要の装飾面を有すると共に中央部にゲーム領域用の窓口を開口した開閉扉と、前記窓口より適宜広い外郭枠サイズに合成樹脂成形されて方形状の透明板を出入れ自在に挿入保持し得る支持枠とを備え、開閉扉の裏側に対して支持枠を、前後への傾動及び上下への着脱を可能にする条件と透明板の挿入に必要な角度の傾動開放を許容する条件とで組付けセットして構成される一方、前記前枠と開閉扉とを、セット面域よりも前方域における側縁上下部に外枠に対する前枠の開閉連結支点と同一縦中心線上に整一させて配設された前枠側の支持具及び支持部に対して開閉扉側の分解開放位置と連結支持位置との間で昇降変位可能とされた支軸を嵌挿することにより連結して、前枠に対して開閉扉を横開き及び着脱可能に組付け支持すると共に、セット面域に整合収容状態で閉鎖セットし得るようにし、前記支持枠は、挿入溝を有する3本の枠杆と、挿入部を形成するための1本の支杆とを枠組連結して、正方形の前記透明板を出入れ自在に挿入保持し得る同一外郭サイズの方形枠として構成することにより、前記透明板の挿入部を左右の一側に開口した横入れ形態と、前記挿入部を上側に開口した縦入れ形態とに使用変更可能とし、その支持枠を横入れ形態と縦入れ形態の双方で使用可能となるように共通の構成サイズとした前記開閉扉の裏側に組付けセットしたことを特徴としている。

従って、本願請求項1の発明においては、合成樹脂成形の支持枠と、この支持枠を傾動開放可能に組付けセットし得る合成樹脂成形の開閉扉とから透視窓が構成されると共に、この支持枠には開閉扉におけるゲーム領域用の窓口よりも適宜広い方形サイズの透明板が挿入保持される。また開閉扉表面の装飾面により前枠や遊技盤に施された装飾との調和が図られる。一方、前枠への組付け、組外しに際しては、ビス締め機など特別な工具を用いなくても、前枠側の支持具及び支持部に対して開閉扉側の支軸を昇降変位させて嵌挿することにより前記開閉扉が前枠に対して連結される。そして前記開閉扉を横開きに開放したもとで開閉扉裏側の支持枠を傾動開放すれば、支持枠に対して透明板が挿入可能とされ、透明板の挿入後に開閉扉をセット面域に閉鎖セットすれば、透視窓の設置作業は完了する。即ち、透明板は前枠に対する透視窓の設置の前後を問わず何れの場合も可能とされ、設置前において未だ支持枠に透明板が挿入されていない透視窓については、前枠と別扱いの移送・保管が可能とされ、また上積み状態や起立並列状態の何れでも無理なく保管等でき、一度に多数枚を好適に梱包して移送、積み降しを楽に行い得る。加えて、開閉扉に対する支持枠の組付けに際し、支杆が左右いずれか一側となるように組付けすれば、透明板を横入れ可能な形態となり、支杆が上側となるように組付けすれば、透明板を縦入れ可能な形態となる。

又、本願請求項2の発明は、前記請求項1の発明において、前記横入れ形態の支持枠については、開閉扉の裏側に対して左右の一側部を開閉着脱用の適宜支持手段で連結支持する一方、反対側の他側部を適宜傾動規制手段で連結規制して必要角度の後向き傾動開放を可能にし、この他側部に形成した挿入部から前記透明板を横入れ可能な形態に構成したことを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機の透視窓につき、好適な実施形態を挙げて添付図面を参照しながら以下詳細に説明する。尚、本実施形態では、前枠の正面内部にパチンコ球用の遊技盤がセットされた一般的なパチンコ機における透視窓を主に示す。

本実施形態のパチンコ機は、その基本的構成の概要として、図1及び図2に略示するように、機体の外郭をなす縦長方形の外枠Aの開口前面側に、各種の遊技用構成部材をセットする縦長方形の前枠Bが連結支持手段及び施錠手段を利用して開閉及び着脱可能に組付けられている。そしてこの前枠Bの前面側に、遊技盤Cの透視保護窓である後述のガラス窓Dと、上の球受け皿Eとが個々の連結支持手段等を利用して共に横開き形態で開閉可能に組み付け整合される一方、前枠Bの下部に下の球受け皿F及び打球発射装置G等が装着セットされ、また前枠Bの裏側に各種の球経路及び球処理・払出部等を備えた機構セット盤Hがセットされている。なお外枠Aは、合成樹脂成形された4本の枠部材の内、上枠杆1及び左枠杆2を共通使用し、サイズの変更された右枠杆3同士及び下枠杆4同士を交換使用して枠組み連結することにより、一般に「関東枠」「関西枠」と呼称区分されている2種の規格的サイズの縦長方形枠に構成変更し得る形態のものを例示する。

本実施形態のパチンコ機の搭載枠とされる前記前枠Bは、保持枠11を合せた全体が合成樹脂成形されたもので、基本的には図1〜図3に示すように、外枠Aの開口前面域に適合する外形サイズに成形されて内側に正面縦長方形の窓枠口6を開口した枠体5と、この枠体5の裏側に一体成形されて窓枠口6の正面内部に臨むセット口12を開口した遊技盤用の保持枠11とが前後に連設された内外二重枠形態とされている。そして枠体5においては、窓枠口6の下部に下の球受け皿Fや打球発射装置Gの打球部G2等を設置するための設置盤7が成形されて、その中央部に賞球用の給出口8が開口され、また窓枠口6の上縁部及び右縁部に亘り電光装飾部9を設置するための設置部10が成形されている(図3参照)。一方、保持枠11においては、図2,3に示すごとく、窓枠口6の下部内側に位置する遊技補助盤13が一体成形されており、この補助盤13の上端縁を基準にして遊技盤用のセット口12が開口されている。そして遊技補助盤13には、アウト路14の他に、賞球用の給出口15及び球回収路16等が成形されると共に、スピーカ18を内蔵した球受けケース17及び発射レール19がセットされている。

前述した前枠Bにおいて、窓枠口6は、前面側から出入れ(着脱)される遊技盤Cのセット面域及び出入れ口ともされ、その下部開口面域内で上の球受け皿Eを組付けセットし得るようになっている。そして図2,3に示すように、窓枠口6の開口前面の3周縁(上縁及び左右の側縁)を凹設して、後述のガラス窓Dを整合収容し得るセット面域20が成形されている。一方、前記保持枠11のセット口12の内周4箇所の隅部に成形された遊技盤用の係合部21には、図示しないが回動式の施錠具がセットされている(特願平3−157875号参照)。なお前枠Bの細部に至るその余の構造は、図示程度に止めてその説明は省略する。

前述した外枠Aに対する前枠Bの組付けについては、正面左側縁の上、下部に配設された開閉着脱用の支持手段22,28と、右側縁に装着された施錠装置36を利用して、左右方向の開閉及び上下方向の着脱が可能に組付けられている。すなわち、図4,5に略示するように、上の支持手段22では、外枠Aの左上隅角部(上枠杆1と左枠杆2の連結部)に連結固定された支持具23の座片24上の支軸25と、前枠Bの枠体5の左上隅角部の前面に膨出成形された軸受ボス部26の支孔27が嵌挿連結される。また下の支持手段28では、外枠Aの下枠杆4の左上隅角部の前面に膨出成形された支持ボス部29上の支軸30と、前枠Bの枠体5の左下隅角部の前面に膨出成形された軸受ボス部31内の軸受スリーブ32が嵌挿連結される。なお上下の支持手段22,28における連結支点中心は、パチンコ機の左側縁前面を通る同一縦中心線上に整合されており、このもとで前記軸受スリーブ32のフランジ部分33が、両枠A,Bのスペーサ用の位置決め座とされて、下枠杆4上面の受け座34と枠体5下面の支持座35の上下重合分に整一されている(図1参照)。

また前記施錠装置36については、在来のこの種遊技機に一般的に使用されている「ダブル錠型式」と同等のものが例として前枠Bの枠体5の右側縁内側に設置されており、基本的には図8,9に略示するように、共通の合鍵(図示せず)で解錠操作される錠機構部37と、外枠Aに対する前枠Bの第1施錠機構部38と、前枠Bに対するガラス窓Dの第2施錠機構部41とを備えて、夫々の機構部38,41には錠機構部37の時計方向、反時計方向への回動操作により解錠される昇降施錠杆39,42が組付けられている。そして、外枠Aに対する前枠Bの閉鎖整合状態において、第1施錠機構部38の昇降施錠杆39の上下の掛止片40と、外枠Aの右枠杆3の上下に配設された受け片43が係合するようになっている。

前述した前枠Bに組付けられる前記ガラス窓Dは、従来の金属製窓枠を省略した合成樹脂製の横開き形態のものであって、形式としては、ガラス横入れ形式のガラス窓(以下、「第1のガラス窓」という。)Dと、ガラス縦入れ形式のガラス窓(以下、「第2のガラス窓」という。)Dが提案されると共に、双方が必要に応じて交換(選択)使用可能とされている。そして何れの形式のガラス窓Dについても、その基本的な構成として図10に示すように、前記セット面域20に整合する方形状に構成されて中央部に窓口48を有する開閉扉44と、この開閉扉44の内側(窓口48の裏側)に着脱及び傾動開放可能に組付けセットされる支持枠65とが主体とされ、この支持枠65に方形の透明板である板ガラス(2層ガラス形態を含む)71を挿入して、全体が1つのフレームレス透視保護窓に構成されると共に、1つの窓部材として容易に取扱い、保管、移送ができるようになっている。そして、第1及び第2の各ガラス窓Dは、共に同様な支持・施錠技術を利用して、開閉及び着脱が可能に組付けセットされるようになっている。

そこで、まず第1のガラス窓Dを採用した場合における具体的な構成を図5〜図16を参照して説明する。まず開閉扉44では、外郭方形箱蓋状に成形された扉枠45の裏側に裏板46がビス等で結合されて、適正な強度を有する軽量な2重枠に構成されている。そして扉枠45の前表面の装飾については、所要の色彩や図柄等を印刷した樹脂製フィルム状の装飾膜47が、熱転写加工又はインモールド加工に基づいてきれいに貼付されている。また扉枠45の中央部に開口された窓口48については、前記遊技盤Cのゲーム領域に適する広さのほぼ円形状とされ、その内周囲の奥行方向に斜状(テーパー状)のリブ49を成形してゲーム領域全体を好適に見通し得るようになっている。その余の構成として、窓口48の周囲に複数個のランプレンズ51が一体に膨出成形されて、その裏側にランプ(例えば、LEDランプや豆球ランプ)52aを配置接続した基盤52がビス着されて、ゲーム用の照明部50が構成されている(図11参照)。また窓口48の水平部下方の前面に複数個の係止突条53が配設されて、ゲームサービス用の案内プレート54が着脱可能に差込み保持し得るようになっている(図1,6,13参照)。なお、窓口48の水平部両側には左右一対の確認窓48aが形成され、この確認窓48aを通して遊技盤Cの前面下部に貼着された証紙をガラス窓Dの表外側から目視できるようになっている(図1,10参照)。

前記扉枠45は、透明樹脂材によるものが好適とされる。このもとで、前述の装飾施工(装飾膜47の貼付)について、熱転写加工例では扉枠45の成形後に、またインモールド加工例では扉枠45の成形時にそれぞれ行われるもので、窓口48のリブ49の表面及び各ランプレンズ51の表面に亘って施してもよい。なお、照明部50のランプレンズ51については、図12に例示するように別成形された所要形状のランプレンズ51Aを嵌着した形態としてもよい。ちなみにランプ52aの基盤52に接続される配線(図示しない)は、図11に略示するように前枠B側の保持枠11の所要位置に開口された口11aを通して遊技盤C裏側の基盤(図示しない)に接続し得るようになっている。そして前記案内プレート54は、透明な薄肉帯状の樹脂板の表面に、当該パチンコ機のゲーム内容や遊技ホール内での営業サービス内容を文字や記号等で表記したものを対象例として、必要時に各係止突条53を利用して扉枠45の下部前面にセットされる。また扉枠45の右側縁の中央部に摘み55が形成されており(図8,9参照)、これを利用して解錠されたガラス窓(開閉扉44)Dを開放し易くなっている。

そして前枠Bに対する開閉扉44の組付けについては、正面左側縁の上下部に配設された開閉着脱用の支持手段56,56と、右側縁に装設された施錠部が利用される。すなわち、図4,5,7,14に例示するように、上の支持手段56では、枠体5の左上端部(前記上の軸受ボス部26の直下方)の前面に固定された支持具57の下片58aの軸孔59aと、扉枠45の左上隅部内に成形された軸筒部60の支軸61とが嵌挿連結され、また下の支持手段56では、枠体5左中段部に位置する支持部111の軸受スリーブ112と、扉枠45の左下隅部内に成形された軸筒部60の支軸61とが嵌挿連結されて、開閉扉44が左右への回動及び着脱が可能に支持されている。また、施錠部では、図8,9,10に例示するように、前記施錠装置36における第2施錠機構部41の昇降施錠杆42に対して、扉枠45の右縁裏側の上下に固定された掛止片64を係脱可能に係合して、開閉扉44が閉鎖状態で施錠されるようになっている。

このような開閉扉44の組付け技術において、前記上、下の軸筒部60に挿通支持された夫々の支軸61は、摘み62を利用して昇降変位し得ると共に、扉枠45の裏側に形成された位置決め部63を利用して、連結支持位置と分離解放位置とに保持できる形態を例示する(図7参照)。また前記支持具57は、コの字形のものを例としてその上片58bの軸孔59bを、前枠Bの上の軸受ボス部26の支孔27下面に整合して、外枠Aの支持具23の支軸25を嵌挿し得る形態を例示する(図5,7,21参照)。ちなみに図5中において、支持具23の座片24下面と上の支軸61上端との間隔hは、支持具23の支軸25と上の軸受ボス部26の支孔27との嵌挿量より適宜大きく設定されている。そして前記左中段の支持部111は、後述する下の球受け皿Fの外郭体108の左上端に成形された例を示す。

前述した開閉扉44の裏側に組付けセットされる前記支持枠65では、図8,9に例示するガラス横入れ形態にあって、前後2列の挿入溝67を有するレール枠状に成形された上下及び左の枠杆66,66を直角に枠組み連結すると共に、上下の枠杆66の右端部間に補強用の支杆69を着脱可能に連結して、2列の挿入溝67の右端を開放して挿入部67aを有する方形枠に構成されており、挿入部67aから板ガラス71を挿入セットし得るようになっている。各枠杆66,66及び支杆69がなす開口面(ガラスの透視面)は、前記開閉扉44の窓口48より適宜広く形成されており、支杆69は、上下の枠杆66,66に成形された支片部68に対してビスで連結される例を示し、その両側の所要部分にガラス抜止め用の爪部70が形成されている(図9,16参照)。なお、このような支持枠65では、支杆69を一旦組外したもとで図9に例示するような2層ガラス(外周の封入保持枠72aに2枚の板ガラス72bを予め封入セットしたタイプ)72を挿入部67aから挿入溝67に横入れし得るように構成してもよい。

先ず、第1のガラス窓D(ガラス横入れ形式のもの)を採用した場合について説明する。このガラス窓Dにおいては、開閉扉44を図2,7に示すような前枠Bに対する開放状態の向きにして、その左上隅部及び左下隅部を前枠Bにおける枠体5の左上端部に固定された支持具57及び左中段部に位置する支持部111にそれぞれ整合させる。そして図7に示すように、扉枠45における左上隅部の支軸61を下方の分解開放位置から上方の連結支持位置に上昇変位させて支持具57における下片58aの軸孔59aへ嵌挿する一方、左下隅部の支軸61を上方の分解開放位置から下方の連結支持位置に下降変位させて支持部111の軸受スリーブ112に嵌挿する。これにより、図5に示すように、開閉扉44はその開閉連結支点がセット面域20よりも前方域において外枠Aに対する前枠Bの開閉連結支点と同一縦中心線上に整一されて横開き可能に組付けされる。
