Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connecting fixture that can be driven by a nailing machine or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a connecting nail in which a nail is connected to a belt-like paper or the like is known. This connecting nail is obtained by adhering the middle part of a nail to narrow-width paper or resin, etc. Each time the nail is loaded into a nail driver and driven into an object one by one, the next nail is used for driving. It is supplied to the front of the driver.
[0003]
A large number of nails held in parallel are firmly fixed or welded to a connecting body made of paper, resin, wire, or the like with a plastic adhesive or the like.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of a conventional connecting nail, when driven from a nail driver, the connecting body is cut and separated, so that it enters the object together with the driven nail, is discarded, or is installed at the construction site. It is usually scattered outside. For this reason, there are problems such as defaced floors and the like due to debris scattered during construction, and troublesome cleaning work after work.
[0005]
The present invention has been made by paying attention to such circumstances, and is intended to provide a connecting nail that does not scatter at the time of construction, does not require time for disposal and cleaning work, and has an ant-proof and insect-proof effect. It is what.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, a connecting fixture according to the present invention is an input in which a connecting body that holds axial fixtures such as nails or screws in parallel and holds them in the axial direction displaces the fixture in the axial direction. It is formed of a material that can be deformed flat without being separated and scattered by the pressing force of the means, and is characterized by being coated or impregnated with at least one of an insecticide or an insecticide.
[0007]
Further, the connecting fixture is characterized in that when the connecting body is deformed flat by a pressing force acting in the axial direction, the connecting fixture is deformed to become a washer for the fixture.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a connecting fixture according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 illustrates a connecting nail as a connecting fixture according to the first embodiment. The nail 1 is held by a connecting body 2 made of porous and soft foamed plastic (for example, urethane foam) or paper, and the force with which the connecting body 2 holds the nail 1 is used for nailing a nailing machine. When struck by a rod-shaped driver (input means), the nail 1 is slidable in the axial direction from the connecting body 2 and is not loosened even if the connecting body 2 expands due to thickness or the like. . The connecting body 2 is formed so that a large number of cylindrical portions 3 are connected, and the adjacent cylindrical portions 3 are connected to each other. The nail 1 is held at the center of the cylindrical portion 3, but screws or staples may be held by the connector 2.
[0009]
The connected body 2 is impregnated with a well-known commercially available anti-anticide or insect repellent, but may be contained by coating.
[0010]
Examples of insect repellents or ant repellents include CCA wood preservatives, Wolman chlorine preservatives, naphthenic acid metal salts such as copper naphthenate and zinc naphthenate, chlordane, chloronaphthalene, boric acid, oxime, fenitrothion, S-421. One having good permeability is selected from a mixture with an organic chlorine agent such as (octachlorodipropyl ether), pyridafenthione, chlorpyrifos.
[0011]
When driving this connecting nail with a nail driver, the cylindrical portion 3 of the connecting body 2 guides the nail 1 to determine the driving direction of the nail 1 so that the nail 1 is driven perpendicularly to the floor surface or the like. It will be. When driving with a nailing machine, as shown in FIG. 2, the cylindrical portion 3 of the connecting body 2 is separated and driven into the floor surface 4 or the like. When the nail 1 is driven into the floor surface 4, the cylindrical portion 3 is sandwiched between the floor surface and the dish-like portion of the head of the nail 1, and is flattened in the shape of a washer. It is exposed to the air or enters the floor 4 or the like.
[0012]
FIG. 3 shows a connecting nail as a connecting fixture according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
[0013]
In this connection nail 5, the nail 7 is held by a connection member 6 having a square plane and a rectangular parallelepiped shape. A plurality of connecting members 6 are detachably bonded to each other to form a connecting body 8. The adhesive that bonds the connecting members 6 so as to be peeled off has a weak adhesive force or partially bonds a part of the connecting members 6.
[0014]
The connecting member 6 is made of, for example, a soft foamable resin such as urethane foam or polystyrene, a soft resin, or a single or multiple stacked cardboard, and is impregnated with at least one of an insect repellent or an ant repellent. Note that screws or staples may be held by the connecting body 8 instead of the nails 7. Although the nail 7 is not loose with respect to the connecting member 6, it is held so as to be rotatable and slidable. Note that the connecting member 6 may be held by bonding paper having a separation line such as a perforation having the same planar shape on the lower surface of the connecting member 6. In this case, it is preferable to impregnate or apply at least one of insect repellent or ant repellent to paper. As the insect repellent and the ant repellent, those described in the first embodiment are used.
[0015]
When driving the connecting nail 5 with a nail driver or the like, when the nail 7 is driven with a driving rod for the nail driver, the connecting member 6 is separated from the subsequent connecting member 6 and the head of the nail 7 that has been driven in. The connecting member 6 is flattened into a washer between the plate and the plate material, and the insect repellent and the ant-proof agent penetrate into the plate material.
[0016]
FIG. 4 shows a connecting nail as a connecting fixture according to the third embodiment of the present invention.
[0017]
This connecting nail 9 is obtained by holding a nail 7 on a connecting member 6 similar to that shown in FIG. The individual connecting members 6 are separated in advance, and the connecting members 6 are bonded by a pair of adhesive tapes 10. A plurality of connecting members 6 are held by a pair of adhesive tapes 10 to form a connecting body 8. The connecting member 6 is made of, for example, a soft foamable resin such as urethane foam or styrene foam, a soft resin, or a single or multiple stacked cardboard, and is impregnated with at least one of an insect repellent or an ant repellent. As the insect repellent and the ant repellent for the connection body 8, those described in the first embodiment are used.
[0018]
When driving the connecting nail 9 with a nail driver or the like, the pair of adhesive tapes 10 are peeled off from the connecting member 6 and the nail 7 is driven with a driving rod of the nail driving machine. Between the plate material, it is flattened in the shape of a washer, and the insect repellent and ant protection agent penetrate into the plate material. Since the other structure is the same as that of FIG. 3, the description is used.
[0019]
FIG. 5 shows a connecting nail as a connecting fixture according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The connecting nail 11 is a thin hexagonal column-like connecting member 12 holding a nail 13. The individual connecting members 12 are separated in advance, and are connected so as to be peelable by a light adhesive force. The connecting member 12 is made of, for example, a soft foamable resin such as urethane foam or polystyrene, a soft resin, or a single or multiple stacked cardboard, and is impregnated with at least one of an insect repellent or an ant repellent. As the insect repellent and the ant repellent for the connecting member 12, those described in the first embodiment are used. The plurality of connecting members 12 are bonded to each other with an adhesive to form a connecting body 14. Note that a paper layer for maintaining the connected state may be provided on the lower surface of the connecting member 12, and the perforation for separation may be processed on the paper. In this case, the paper is impregnated or coated with at least one of an insect repellent or an ant repellent.
[0020]
When the nail 13 is driven with a driving rod of the nail driving machine, the connecting member 12 is flattened in a washer shape between the head of the nail 13 and the plate material, and the insect repellent and the ant proof agent penetrate into the plate material. Since the other structure is the same as that of FIG. 3, the description is used.
[0021]
FIG. 6 shows a connecting nail as a connecting fixture according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention.
[0022]
The connecting nail 15 is obtained by holding a nail 17 on a connecting member 16 similar to that shown in FIG. A groove 18 is formed in advance between the individual connecting members 16, and the bottom of the groove 18 is continuous. The plurality of connecting members 16 are connected to each other to form a connecting body 19. The connecting member 16 is made of, for example, a soft foamable resin such as urethane foam or styrene foam, a soft resin, or a single or multiple stacked cardboard, and is impregnated with at least one of an insect repellent or an ant repellent. As the insect repellent and the ant repellent for the connecting member 16, those described in the first embodiment are used.
[0023]
When hitting the connecting nail 19 with a nailing machine or the like, when the nail 17 is driven with a driving rod for the nailing machine, the connecting member 16 is flattened into a washer between the head of the nail 17 and the plate material. Insect repellent and ant repellent penetrate into the board material. Since the other structure is the same as that of FIG. 3, the description is used. The connecting member 16 may be separated without using the groove 18 and adhered and held by the adhesive tape 20.
[0024]
FIG. 7 shows a connecting nail as a connecting fixture according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention.
[0025]
The connecting nail 21 is obtained by holding a nail 23 on a thin cylindrical connecting member 22. The individual connecting members 22 are connected to each other via a connecting portion 24. The connecting portion 24 is easily divided. Note that a paper layer for maintaining the connected state may be provided on the lower surface of the connecting member 24, and the perforation for separation may be processed on the paper. In this case, it is preferable to impregnate or apply at least one of insect repellent or ant repellent to paper.
[0026]
The plurality of connecting members 22 are connected to each other by a connecting portion 24 to form a connecting body 25. The connecting member 22 is made of, for example, a soft foamable resin such as urethane foam or styrene foam, a soft resin, or a single or multiple stacked cardboard, and is impregnated with at least one of an insect repellent or an ant repellent. As the insect repellent and the ant repellent for the connecting member 24, those described in the first embodiment are used.
[0027]
When the nail 23 is driven with the driving rod of the nail driving machine, the connecting member 22 is separated from the connecting portion 24, and is flattened into a washer between the head of the nail 23 and the plate material. The ant agent penetrates. Since the other structure is the same as that of FIG. 3, the description is used.
[0028]
FIG. 8 shows a connecting nail as a connecting fixture according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention.
[0029]
The connection nail 26 is a connection member 27 having a rectangular parallelepiped shape and holding a nail 28. Step portions 29 are provided little by little between the individual connecting members 27, and the adjacent connecting members 27 are connected to each other so as to be separable by a shearing force in the axial direction of the nail 28. Of course, a notch or the like may be provided between the connecting members 27.
[0030]
The plurality of connecting members 27 are connected to each other to form a connecting body 30. The connecting member 27 is made of, for example, a soft foamable resin such as urethane foam or polystyrene, a soft resin, or a single or multiple stacked cardboard, and is impregnated with at least one of an insect repellent or an ant repellent. As the insect repellent and the ant repellent for the connecting member 27, those described in the first embodiment are used.
[0031]
When the nail 28 is driven with the driving rod of the nail driving machine, the connecting member 27 is divided by the shearing force acting on the stepped portion 29, and is flattened into a washer between the head of the nail 28 and the plate material to form a plate material. Insect repellents and ant repellents penetrate. Since the other structure is the same as that of FIG. 3, the description is used.
[0032]
In the connecting fixtures according to the first to seventh embodiments, the connecting members 2, 8, 14, 19, 25, 30 are driven into the nail 1, 7 when driven into a plate by a driver of a nail driver. , 13, 23, 28 sandwiched between the plate and the washer and deformed into a flat washer shape so as to be in close contact with the plate, so that the insect repellent / anticide contained in the connecting member can be impregnated in the plate Although it can prevent loosening, it may be configured to scatter when driven by a driver. Further, screws may be used instead of the nails 1, 7, 13, 23, 28.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
According to the connection fixture of claims 1 to 3 of the present invention, since the connection body holds the nail or screw so as to be slidable in the axial direction, it can be loaded into the nail driver, When driving with a nail driver, the nail driving direction can be fixed.
[0034]
In addition, since either of the ant or insect repellents is applied or impregnated on the coupling body and can be deformed flatly, when the nail is driven into the floor or the like, the ant inhibitor is applied to the floor or the wall. Alternatively, an insect repellent can be included, and an ant and insect repellent effect can be exhibited, and since it is deformed flat into a washer, the effect of preventing the loosening of nails or screws can be obtained.
