【0057】
Pb=Pvb=Py>Ps>Pva=Po>Pc

Such an engine valve mechanism lubrication device is already known as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-125107.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional valve mechanism lubrication device of such an engine, the oil mist transfer means is directly connected to the valve chamber, so that oil droplets generated during the transfer of the oil mist are also supplied to the valve chamber. Thus, the oil droplets act as an operating resistance of the valve mechanism and contribute to power loss.
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and is designed to supply an oil mist that does not contain oil droplets to a valve operating chamber so that the valve operating mechanism can be lubricated without resistance. An object of the present invention is to provide a mechanical lubrication device.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a head cover coupled to the upper end of a cylinder head to define a valve operating chamber for accommodating a valve operating mechanism between the cylinder head and the head cover. , Oil mist transfer means for transferring oil mist generated in the oil tank, an oil recovery chamber for sucking and collecting the oil accumulated in the valve chamber, and a breather for taking out blow-by gas from the valve chamber and leading it to the outside The oil recovery chamber is connected to the chamber. Oil recovery Connect the oil return passage for returning the oil collected in the chamber to the oil tank, An oil droplet separation chamber is provided between the oil mist transfer means and the valve operating chamber to separate the oil droplets from the oil mist sent from the oil mist transfer means and guide the oil mist not containing oil drops to the valve operating chamber. An engine valve mechanism lubrication device comprising: a partition body, which defines the breather chamber between the head cover and a ceiling surface of the head cover, is attached to an inner wall of the head cover, and the oil recovery chamber is mounted on the partition body. The oil droplet separation chamber is defined between the partition body and the cylinder head. This is the first feature.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first feature of the present invention, the head cover is coupled to the upper end of the cylinder head to define the valve operating chamber for accommodating the valve operating mechanism between the cylinder head and the head cover. Oil mist transfer means for transferring the oil mist generated in the oil tank to the valve chamber, an oil recovery chamber for sucking and collecting the oil accumulated in the valve chamber, and taking out blow-by gas from the valve chamber to the outside Connected to the breather chamber, and the oil recovery chamber Oil recovery In the engine valve mechanism lubrication device connected to the oil return passage for returning the oil recovered in the chamber to the oil tank, the oil from the oil mist sent from the oil mist transfer means to the oil is transferred between the oil mist transfer means and the valve chamber. An oil droplet separation chamber is provided that separates the droplets and guides the oil mist that does not contain oil droplets to the valve train chamber. Therefore, the oil droplets generated during the transfer of the oil mist are separated in the oil droplet separation chamber and moved. Oil mist that does not contain oil droplets can be supplied to the valve chamber, so that the valve mechanism can be lubricated without resistance to reduce power loss.
[0076]
Moreover, A partition body defining a breather chamber is attached to the inner wall of the head cover between the head cover and the ceiling surface of the head cover. An oil recovery chamber is integrally formed in the partition body, and oil droplets are separated between the partition body and the cylinder head. Since the chamber is defined, the oil recovery chamber and breather chamber can be provided in the head cover without dividing the ceiling wall of the head cover, and both the breather chamber and oil recovery chamber exist in the head cover. Even if there is a slight oil leak, the oil only returns to the valve chamber and does not cause any trouble, and an oil tightness inspection around both chambers is not required, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In addition, since the partition body is also used for forming the oil droplet separation chamber, the structure can be simplified.
