Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a milky white plastic sheet having a large light transmittance and light diffusivity and little sheer, and a lighting fixture using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, milky white plastic has been used for lighting fixture panels, shades, billboards, advertising lights, etc. for the purpose of obscure the lamp image of lighting fixtures that use fluorescent lamps or incandescent lamps as the light source, or to reduce the glare of the light source. It is used. Milky white plastic used for this purpose is usually prepared by adding and dispersing particles such as barium sulfate, calcium carbonate, quartz, etc. with a particle size of about 1 μm in transparent plastics such as acrylic resin, styrene resin, polycarbonate, vinyl chloride. What was produced was common. Some of these plastics are reinforced with multifilament woven fabrics.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Increasing the amount of diffusing agent added to make the lamp image of the light source invisible decreases the transmittance and decreases the strength of the resin, especially when creating a large area diffusion plate, the resin thickness increases, In addition to this, the transmittance is also reduced.
[0004]
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a light diffusing sheet that has high transmittance, high diffusivity, and is light and strong so as to be able to cope with a large area.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Light diffusion sheet of the present invention is a light diffusing sheet disposed between the light source and the object to be illuminated (1), a polyester monofilament fiber sheet (3) layer and a vinyl chloride resin provided on both surfaces Layer (2), the vinyl chloride resin layer (2) contains a light diffusing agent, and the polyester monofilament fiber sheet (3) layer has a space ratio of 37 to 60%, The vinyl chloride resin layer (2) and the polyester monofilament fiber sheet (3) layer are pressure-molded at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the vinyl chloride resin. Is).
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The vinyl chloride resin layer used in the present invention preferably contains a diffusing agent. As the diffusing agent, those usually used for the purpose of opacifying plastics, for example, glass beads, glass fiber powder, quartz powder or crystalline transparent particles such as barium sulfate, calcium carbonate, titanium oxide, etc. can be used. Or full glass beads are particularly preferred. The particle diameter or short diameter of the transparent particles is 0.1 to 100 μm, preferably 0.5 to 80 μm. Further, the mixing amount is 0.1 to 30% by weight, preferably 0.3 to 20% by weight. If it is less than 0.1% by weight, an effective light diffusion effect cannot be obtained, and if it is 30% by weight or more, the total light transmittance is lowered and the mechanical strength of the vinyl chloride resin sheet is lowered, which is not preferable.
[0007]
The fiber sheet used for reinforcement in the present invention is a woven fabric 3 made of polyester monofilament fibers. The method of reinforcing is, for example, sandwiching the polyester monofilament fiber sheet 3 with the vinyl chloride resin 2 and firmly bonding the front and back surfaces respectively.
[0008]
The polyester monofilament fiber sheet 3 preferably has a space ratio of 37 to 60%, particularly preferably 42 to 60%, in order to improve the adhesion and flexibility with the vinyl chloride resin layer. Further, 50 kg / 30 mm or more, particularly 90 kg / 30 mm or more through-weft direction tensile strength and 30 g / m 2 or more, especially those having a basis weight of 70~120g / m 2 is preferred.
[0009]
The type of polyester monofilament fiber and the thickness of the single fiber are generally about 30 to 410 μm, and preferably 125 to 300 μm.
[0010]
The woven fabric of the polyester monofilament fiber sheet 3 can be a plain weave, a twill weave, a satin weave, or the like.
[0011]
In order to manufacture such a vinyl chloride resin material reinforced with polyester monofilament fibers, the polyester monofilament fiber sheet 3 and the vinyl chloride resin layer 2 may be adhered. Preferably, the polyester monofilament fiber sheet 3 and the vinyl chloride resin layer 2 are pressure-molded at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the vinyl chloride resin. An adhesive substance may be interposed between the polyester monofilament fiber sheet 3 and the vinyl chloride resin layer 2, or the object can be achieved without interposition.
[0012]
In the case of interposing an adhesive substance, for example, a curing agent containing an isocyanate in a vinyl chloride / vinyl acetate copolymer resin having an average degree of polymerization of 400 to 900 dissolved in MFK, DMF, toluene, acetone or the like is used. After blending 3% by weight and dipping the polyester monofilament fiber sheet in this solution to make it substantially free of solvent, a vinyl chloride resin sheet is bonded by thermocompression bonding.
[0013]
When an adhesive is not interposed, for example, a polyester monofilament fiber reinforced vinyl chloride resin material suitable for the present invention can be obtained by directly bonding a vinyl chloride sheet to a polyester monofilament fiber sheet by thermocompression bonding.
[0014]
Polyvinyl chloride resin material reinforced with polyester fiber is much more flexible than acrylic resin, etc., but it has the characteristics of high tensile strength and less weaving. It is easy to adhere to a frame that forms a surface, which is also desirable in that it has a large degree of freedom with respect to its shape and dimensions and can be constructed on site.
[0015]
Although not essential for the present invention, a fluororesin layer 5 can be provided on the outermost layer. Fluororesin includes monofluoride resin (PVF), difluoride resin (PVDF), trifluoride resin (PCTFE), tetrafluoride resin (PTFE), ethylene trifluoride-ethylene copolymer (ECTFE), Examples thereof include tetrafluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer (ETFE), tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer resin (FEP), and tetrafluoride-modified resin (PFA). Among them, a soft fluororesin (VDF / CTFE / PVDF) marketed as “Cefral Soft” (trademark) by Central Glass Co., Ltd. is preferable because of its excellent flame retardancy and antifouling performance.
[0016]
The light diffusing sheet of the present invention can be used as various types of indoor lighting, outdoor lighting, and other various overlays, and further as an advertisement display device, a decorative display, and the like.
[0017]
For example, FIG. 2 is an example in which the light diffusion sheet of the present invention is used for an advertisement signboard. A fluorescent lamp 7 serving as a light source and a reflecting plate 8 are provided inside the housing 6, and the light diffusion sheet 1 of the present invention is spread on the illuminated body side of the housing.
[0018]
【Example】
As polyester monofilament fiber woven fabric 3, TB-40 (thickness: 0.41 mm, density: 40 vertical / 40 horizontal / inch, plain weave, basis weight 80 g / m 2 ) manufactured by NBC Kogyo Co., Ltd. is used, and 30 inch reverse Polyester monofilament fiber reinforced vinyl chloride resin sheet 4 was prepared by a method in which a vinyl chloride resin produced by an L-shaped calender molding machine (roll temperature: 175 ° C.) was laminated with a calender molding machine as a film having a thickness of 250 μm on the front and 150 μm on the back. The outermost layer was provided with a fluororesin layer 5 made of soft fluororesin (VDF / CTFE / PVDF) marketed as “Cefral Soft” (trademark) by Central Glass Co., Ltd.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
Since the light diffusing sheet of the present invention is rich in flexibility, lightweight and has a large tensile strength, and can be used in a large area, it can be used as a diffusing plate for forming an extremely large surface light source installed indoors and outdoors.
