Description

The present invention relates to an illuminating device that diffuses light from a plurality of light sources arranged in a plane and generates soft illumination light from a wide plane.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in galleries, entrances, etc., lighting devices are used in which a large number of fluorescent tubes are attached to a ceiling surface, and a lighting cover is provided on the ceiling surface to provide soft surface illumination. In this lighting device, it is desired that the fluorescent tube is not visually recognized, and as a response to this requirement, a lighting device is used in which a light diffusing sheet is stretched over a frame and used as a lighting cover. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-307533 describes an illuminating device in which a large number of fluorescent tubes are covered on a ceiling surface and covered with an illumination cover in which a light diffusion sheet is stretched on a frame frame.
JP 2001-307533 A

However, the conventional lighting device has a structure in which a large number of fluorescent tubes are attached to the ceiling, and the large number of fluorescent tubes are covered with a lighting cover in which a light diffusion sheet is stretched on a frame body. The insects that have entered the lighting device from the dead die and accumulate on the light diffusion sheet. For this reason, when viewed from below, the dead bodies of insects accumulated on the light diffusing sheet appear darkened, detracting from aesthetics.

The problem to be solved is to prevent the aesthetic appearance of the lighting cover from being damaged by insect carcasses accumulated on the light diffusion sheet.

The illuminating device of the present invention is an illuminating device in which a large number of light sources are attached to a ceiling surface, and the light source is covered with an illumination cover in which a light diffusing sheet is stretched on a frame body, which is opposite to the surface on which the light diffusing sheet is pasted A translucent sheet is provided on the side, and a sealed space is formed by the light diffusion sheet, the translucent sheet, and the frame. With this configuration, even if the insect attracted by the light source dies, the insect carcasses accumulate not on the light diffusion sheet but on the translucent sheet.

In the illuminating device of the present invention, in the illuminating device in which a large number of light sources are attached to the ceiling surface and the light sources are covered with a lighting cover in which a light diffusing sheet is stretched on the frame, the side opposite to the side on which the light diffusing sheet is stretched A translucent sheet is provided on the side, and a sealed space is formed by the light diffusion sheet, the translucent sheet, and the frame. With this configuration, insect corpses are collected on the translucent sheet, and insect corpses are not collected on the light diffusion sheet. When viewed from below, insect corpses are collected on the light diffusion sheet. Since it does not accumulate, the light diffusing sheet does not appear blackened, and an effect of maintaining the aesthetic appearance can be obtained.

The illuminating device of the present invention is configured to include a light source, a light diffusing sheet, and a translucent sheet, and the translucent sheet is provided on the light source side of the frame body on which the light diffusing sheet is stretched. A sealed space is formed by the body and the translucent sheet. The sealed space referred to here is a space having a sealing property that does not allow insects to enter. The light diffusing sheet and the translucent sheet are fixed to the frame by bonding, screwing, or some means to the frame. The light diffusion sheet functions to diffuse and transmit light from the light source side. The light diffusion sheet is provided on the frame member so as to cover the light source as an illumination cover.
As the translucent sheet, a resin-based plate or a resin-based sheet, a resin-based film, an inorganic fiber-based sheet, an inorganic fiber-based sheet impregnated with a resin, or the like is used. From the point of nonflammability, an inorganic fiber sheet impregnated with a resin is preferably used.
Examples of the inorganic fiber-based sheet include glass fiber woven fabric and glass fiber non-woven fabric.

The light diffusing sheet is preferably a light diffusing sheet that can exhibit appropriate translucency and concealment, and has flexibility and bending resistance so that it can be used on a frame. Used. Among these, a sheet obtained by sticking or impregnating a light-transmitting glass fiber fabric with a heat-transmitting light-transmitting resin is preferable because it is excellent in heat resistance, incombustibility, and antifouling properties.
Moreover, it is preferable that the fiberglass fabric has been subjected to fiber opening treatment. The fiber opening process is used to create a single yarn by twisting a large number of filaments in the warp and weft of a woven fabric. ) For example, when the glass fiber fabric composed of a large number of glass filaments is spread by applying a fiber opening treatment, the volume or area of the glass fiber fabric is increased. As a result, the total light transmittance can be improved and the parallel light transmittance can be reduced.
As the heat-resistant translucent resin, a fluororesin, a silicon resin, and the like are conceivable, but a fluororesin is preferable, and a soft fluororesin is most preferable.

Furthermore, when using the thing which laminated | stacked the soft fluororesin on the glass fiber fabric as a light-diffusion sheet, it is preferable to contain the hollow glass bead in the soft fluororesin. In particular, in soft fluororesin, 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of hollow glass beads per 100 parts by weight of resin, preferably 1.5 to 2.1, particularly 1.52 to 1.53, and an average particle size of 8 to When hollow glass beads of about 12 μm are contained, a laminated sheet having a good balance between shielding properties and translucency can be obtained.
A laminated sheet obtained by laminating a soft fluororesin containing hollow beads on a glass fiber fabric is excellent in flexibility, flex resistance, antifouling property, heat resistance, light diffusibility, and nonflammability. When this laminated sheet is used as a light diffusing sheet, it is possible to form an illumination surface that shines uniformly and softly while concealing a light source, and has the advantage of being excellent in heat resistance and nonflammability and being able to be used stably for a long period of time.

In the lighting device of the present invention, it is preferable that a reflecting material is provided on the ceiling surface. As the reflecting material, a material that reflects light from the light source with high efficiency is used and diffusely reflected. The light emitted from the light source is irradiated directly on the light diffusion sheet from the light source and on the opposite side of the light diffusion sheet, and is diffusely reflected by the reflecting material provided on the opposite side of the light diffusion sheet. The illuminance on the light diffusing sheet surface is higher than the direct light from the light source by adding the direct light from the light source and the reflected light from the reflecting material, and the light diffusion The uniformity of the illuminance on the sheet surface will be improved.

As the reflecting material that reflects light, a material that diffuses light from a light source with high efficiency is used. For example, an aluminum plate having an uneven surface, an embossed sheet made of an aluminum alloy, an embossed aluminum film, an embossed and surface-polished metal plate, a satin-finished metal plate, and the like. Examples of the embossing include, but are not limited to, a textured shape and a spherical unevenness having a diameter of about 2 mm. In short, any material may be used as long as it is diffusely reflected over the entire surface of the reflecting material and satisfies high-efficiency reflection. The reflectance of the reflector is preferably 80% or more. This is because the light reflected by the reflecting material is irregularly reflected light, so that the difference in illuminance between the edge portion and the central portion of the light diffusion sheet surface can be reduced, and the light source is difficult to visually recognize through the light diffusion sheet. If the light reflected by the reflecting material is specularly reflected light, the difference in illuminance between the edge and the center of the light diffusing sheet surface cannot be reduced, and the light source can be easily viewed through the light diffusing sheet. The light source becomes glaring, which is undesirable. Further, by using the reflecting material, light from the light source is effectively used, and power saving can be achieved.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention shown in the drawings will be described. Thus, a sealed space 9 is formed. The light diffusing sheet 7 is fixed to the frame 6 by applying an appropriate tension, so that the light diffusing sheet 7 maintains a flat surface and forms a flat illumination surface with a very good appearance. Further, although a metal fitting for attaching the illumination cover 4 to the fixed frame 10 is not shown, the illumination cover 4 is attached to the fixed frame 10 so that it can be opened and closed.
As the light diffusion sheet 7, a laminated sheet (Nitto Boseki Co., Ltd., product number WG1800G thickness: 0.27 mm, basis weight: 420 g / m 2 , light transmittance 45%) was used which was laminated on a glass fiber fabric.
As the translucent sheet 8, a glass fiber fabric impregnated with a vinyl ester resin and having a thickness of 0.12 mm, a basis weight of 193 g / m 2 , and a light transmittance of 90% was used.
As the reflector 5, an aluminum film having a textured embossing process on the entire surface was used.

As a result of visual evaluation of the examples, there was no partial darkening of the light diffusion sheet surface due to insect carcasses as seen from below. Further, the light from the light source was sufficiently diffused, and the difference in illuminance between the edge portion and the center portion of the illumination cover was small, and the appearance was excellent.
