本発明はバックドアハンドルの仮組み構造に関する。詳しくは、車両のバックドアに取り付けられるバックドアハンドルの仮組みにおいて、構成部品と組み付け工数を減らし、且つ防水性を確保可能としたバックドアハンドルの仮組み構造に関する。

車両のバックドアに取り付けられるバックドアハンドルは、ドアの外板にボルトにより固定されている。このため、その取り付けにはドア外板に穿設したボルト孔から雨水、洗浄水などが侵入しないように防水機構を設ける必要がある。図3及び図4は従来のバックドアハンドルの1例を示す図で、図3(a)は正面図、図3(b)は図3(a)のb−b線における断面図、図4(a)は図3(b)のC部拡大分解斜視図、図4(b)は図4(a)の組立て後の断面図である。両図において、符号1はバックドアハンドル本体、2はバックドアパネル、3はガーニッシュ(飾り板)、4は結合ボルト、5は防水用のスポンジである。このスポンジ5は図4(a)に示すように、そのボルト孔5aの内径Aは結合ボルト4の軸径Bよりも小さく形成されている。

上記のような従来のバックドアハンドルの仮組み構造においては、図4(b)の如く、スポンジ5を潰してシールしているため、熱によりスポンジ5がへたり、結合ボルト4の締め付けが緩むという問題がある。また、構成部品が増えるためコストアップとなる。また、スポンジ貼付け位置のバラツキが大きく品質が安定しない。また、ガーニッシュ3との仮組みに限られてしまう等の問題があった。

本発明は、上記従来の問題点に鑑み、構成部品と組付け工数を減らし、且つ、防水性を確保可能としたバックドアハンドルの仮組み構造を実現することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明の請求項1のバックドアハンドルの仮組み構造は、車両のバックドアパネルにボルトにより取り付けられるバックドアハンドルにおいて、バックドアハンドル本体(10)を硬質材(A)と軟質材(B)の2種類の樹脂にて2色射出成形し、前記バックドアパネル(11)に穿設されたバックドアハンドル取付け用の窓部の縁部に係合する仮止め用の突起(14)を前記軟質材(B)に形成し、前記ボルト孔(13)の周囲にシール用リブ(15)を前記軟質材(B)に形成したことを特徴とする。
また、請求項2は、上記バックドアパネル(11)に穿設されたバックドアハンドル取り付け用の窓部の周辺に接する上記軟質材(B)に、シール用のリブ(16)を形成したことを特徴とする。

本発明のバックドアハンドルの仮組み構造に依れば、バックドアハンドル本体を樹脂の硬質材と軟質材で2色射出成形しその軟質材に仮組み用の係合突起と、シール用のリブとを設けたことにより、構成部品と組付け工数を減らし、且つ、防水性を確保することが可能となる。
