Claims (7)
- ガスタービン燃焼器用の燃料空気予混合器であって、前記予混合器は、燃焼器の入口の上流の空気流内に配置された環状のディフューザアセンブリを含み、このディフューザアセンブリは、複数の同心状のリングを含み、対となった各々の隣接するリングの間にはディフューザ通路が形成され、前記ディフューザアセンブリは、前記空気流を基準として上流部分と下流部分とを有し、対となった隣接するリングによって形成される前記通路は、前記ディフューザアセンブリの上流部分における断面収束部と、ディフューザアセンブリの下流部分における断面拡大部と、前記上流部分と前記下流部分との間に位置する前記通路の最も狭い部分に定められる間隙と、を有し、同心状の燃料マニホルドリングのアセンブリが、前記ディフューザアセンブリの上流に設けられており、前記マニホルドリングは、それぞれ対応するディフューザ通路と軸方向に整列するように配置されており、これにより、空気が前記マニホルドの周囲および対応するディフューザ通路を通って流れるとともに、燃料がマニホルドリングから空気流内に供給されることを特徴とする燃料空気予混合器。
- 前記通路の間隙は、M=ACd√(2ρ・ΔP)によって決定され、ここで、Mは質量流量、ACdは有効流路面積、ρは空気密度、ΔPは圧力降下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料空気予混合器。
- 前記マニホルドリングは、その上流側で該マニホルドリングの全体にわたって延びる燃料チャンバをそれぞれ有するとともに、別個の開口した軸方向チャネルが前記リングの下流側に形成されており、前記燃料チャンバから前記チャネルへと燃料を供給するために、該燃料チャンバと該チャネルとの間に接線方向に傾いたボアが延在していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料空気予混合器。
- 少なくとも1つの独立した燃料管が、前記マニホルドリングにそれぞれ接続されているとともに、該マニホルドの燃料チャンバと連通していることを特徴とする請求項3記載の燃料空気予混合器。
- 径方向に離間されたフィンが、前記マニホルドリングのアセンブリを支持するために、前記各々のマニホルドリングの間にそれぞれ延在していることを特徴とする請求項4記載の燃料空気予混合器。
- 前記各々のディフューザリングは、隣接するリングと共に前記の収束する通路を形成する一対のフレア状の面を定める二等辺三角形状の上流部分と、この第1の二等辺三角形と共通の底辺上で下流に延在する第2の二等辺三角形と、を含む四辺形であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料空気予混合器。
- 前記燃料は、低い圧力降下で供給されたガス状の燃料であり、このガス状の燃料は、前記チャネルにおいて空気流路内に引き込まれることを特徴とする請求項3記載の燃料空気予混合器。
