Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technique effectively applied to an electronic ticket sales system that sells electronic tickets to mobile terminals via a communication network.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional electronic ticket purchase / sale system represented by a railway ticket, the user inputs the conditions such as destination, number, date / time, ticket type, etc., and the ticket seller is the ticket supplier. Searches the ticket data registered in the database for a ticket that matches the conditions desired by the user, sells if there is a ticket that matches the desired conditions, and if not, prompts the user to re-enter the conditions The system was common.
[0003]
As a technique for reducing the user's labor at the time of purchasing such an electronic ticket, even if a ticket matching the desired condition cannot be purchased as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-315265, the purchase is automatically close to the desired condition and purchased. A system for selling possible tickets has been proposed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, even in this prior art, it is assumed that a prepaid card of a predetermined value is purchased in advance for payment of the purchase price, and can be purchased according to the payment ability (card balance etc.) for the desired price. They only sell tickets for the amount of money.
[0005]
In such a conventional method, it is essential to clearly and accurately grasp the desired conditions when the user purchases a ticket. If the desired conditions are not met, there is an electronic ticket that can be sold close to the desired conditions. If so, there was a possibility of losing sales opportunities.
[0006]
Such a conventional method is based on the premise that the user takes an active willing action to actively purchase a ticket, and is a system that passively purchases a ticket, that is, the psychology of the user. It did not provoke potential demand in the interior.
[0007]
Basically, the user's willingness to purchase tickets is:
(1) When there is a willingness to purchase and the conditions for the ticket to be purchased are clear
(2) When there is an intention to purchase, but the ticket to be purchased is vague and there is a lot of unclear information (latent demand)
(3) When there was no intention to purchase, but there is a willingness to purchase due to information such as advertisements (potential demand)
(4) When there is no intention to purchase, and there is no willingness to purchase from advertisements or other information
In general, the system is roughly divided into the above four types, but the system that pursues the convenience of the user that encourages the potential demand in the above (2) (3) is from both users and transportation. It was desired.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and promotes arousing of a latent demand for electronic tickets of a user through electronic ticket sales as a moving means based on a target action determined from the target action. The technical challenge is to realize an electronic ticket sales system and method that can revitalize the local economy by promoting the use of institutions and the use of shopping streets and facilities near stations.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to an electronic ticket sales system in which an electronic ticket for transportation composed of electronic data is purchased from an electronic ticket center and stored in a portable terminal held by the user. Store information that matches the condition of the target action, generates display information that displays the store information and purchase acceptance information of the electronic ticket of the transportation to the store, and generates the display information. This is distributed to mobile terminals.
As described above, since the electronic ticket of the transportation facility can be purchased on the basis of the user's intended behavior, it is possible to stimulate a potential demand for the electronic ticket that has been impossible in the past.
[0010]
And according to this invention,
(1) By registering individual attributes as user information in advance, the user can minimize the input of information when purchasing an electronic ticket, and the potentially desired electronic ticket can be Can be purchased.
(2) The service provider expands sales opportunities, promotes the use of transportation, and promotes the use of shopping streets near stations, by shifting users from active purchasing activities to passive purchasing activities that stimulate potential demand. It can be used to promote the use of facilities.
Such effects can be expected.
[0011]

When the searched store performs an electronic ticket fare burden service, etc., the information processing apparatus uses the store extracted from the store information database 7 as shown in FIG. 15 for the fare calculated from the search result of S113. The total is calculated by subtracting the amount to be borne (S114). Further, as shown in the item of the store service in FIG. 15, when a condition that is in the amount paid by the store (when using 3 games or more, when purchasing 2000 yen or more, a burden upper limit of 500 yen, etc.) is set. The total fee (only the fare) in FIG. 15 is calculated on the assumption that the condition is satisfied, and this is shown to the user.
[0033]
In addition, if the price for the target action becomes clear from various conditions entered by the user (3 bowling games, two hours of karaoke, purchase of an appliance of type XX- △△, etc.) If the condition is clear), the total amount is also calculated to calculate the total fee, and this is shown to the user.
