Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to decorative paper for interior use, in particular, wallpaper for covering walls, ceilings, etc., and decorative paper as a ceiling material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, decorative papers to be attached to walls and ceilings have been provided with a polyvinyl chloride (hereinafter referred to as PVC) resin layer on a base material such as flame retardant paper and an appropriate pattern layer or embossing. It has been known that, during construction, an adhesive such as starch paste is applied and pasted to the back side of the substrate.
Alternatively, a decorative paper in which a PVC resin layer is provided on the surface of a base material such as a flame-retardant backing paper and a heat-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on the back side of the base material is also known.
[0003]
However, due to recent housing circumstances, re-construction, renovation, and the like have been frequently performed, and the decorative paper has a problem in reattachment at that time.
That is, in the former case, it is peeled off between the papers such as flame retardant paper as the base material, and about half of it remains on the surface of the wall or ceiling structure, so it is necessary to treat the groundwork. There was a case that the fireproof performance of was reduced.
In the latter case, when a plasticizer such as dioctyl phthalate (hereinafter referred to as DOP) contained in the PVC layer moves to enter the heat-sensitive adhesive layer and is plasticized and applied, The phenomenon of peeling from the adhesive layer is occurring.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in order to solve these problems, and the problem is that it can be easily replaced after construction, is not affected by the plasticizer, and does not peel at room temperature. To provide decorative paper.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a decorative paper comprising a base material surface provided with a decorative layer made of an aqueous emulsion not using a plasticizer and a base material back surface provided with a heat-sensitive adhesive layer, There is provided a decorative paper characterized in that the heat-sensitive adhesive comprises 100 parts by weight of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer , 10 parts by weight of rosin ester , and 100 parts by weight of dicyclohexyl phthalate .
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
As the base material 1, a base paper for decorative paper having a basis weight of about 80 to 150 g / m 2 can be used, and particularly when used for wallpaper, a flame-retardant backing paper can be suitably used.
[0007]
As the decorative layer 2 made of an aqueous emulsion that does not use a plasticizer provided on the surface of the substrate 1, although not shown, an arbitrary pattern layer or an uneven pattern can be provided. Moreover, this uneven | corrugated pattern may form the uneven | corrugated pattern by disperse | distributing the capsule foaming agent which included the hydrocarbon in the synthetic resin layer in the uneven | corrugated pattern by an embossed board, or foaming.
[0008]
In the present invention, as described above, an aqueous emulsion that does not use a plasticizer is selected as the resin used for the decorative layer.
This is because in the case of wallpaper using PVC, which is the mainstream of conventional wallpaper, plasticizers such as phthalic acid-based DOP to give flexibility move to the heat-sensitive adhesive layer, plasticize it, and peel at room temperature This is to cause the phenomenon of doing.
Examples of the aqueous emulsion not using the plasticizer include an aqueous emulsion composed of an aqueous acrylic resin, an acrylic / ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (hereinafter referred to as EVA) mixed resin, an acrylic ester-EVA resin, and the like. It can be used.
[0009]
Furthermore, when applying the aqueous emulsion as the decorative layer, the backing paper absorbs moisture, and in order to prevent defects such as elongation, so-called wavy phenomenon, inorganic powder such as aluminum hydroxide is dispersed in the aqueous emulsion. Is also preferably performed.
[0010]
The heat-sensitive pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 provided on the back surface of the substrate 1 is mainly composed of a polymer material that gives adhesive strength, a tackifier, and a solid plasticizer. When it is returned to room temperature, the adhesive strength disappears after about 30 minutes. Therefore, usually, the dried coating film of this pressure-sensitive adhesive is not sticky, and there is no problem in the production process.
[0011]
Examples of the polymer material that gives adhesive strength include polymers such as polyvinyl acetate, copolyethylene-vinyl acetate, polyacrylate ester, polyvinyl chloride, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, polyester, and polyurethane. Compounds can be appropriately selected and used.
[0012]
As a tackifier, it is a component for enhancing the adhesiveness when activated by heating. For example, resins such as a longines derivative, a terpene resin, a petroleum resin, a phenol resin, and a xylene resin can be used. It is.
[0013]
The solid plasticizer in the present invention is a solid at normal temperature and dissolves when heated to the melting point or higher, swells and dissolves the polymer material and the tackifier, expresses adhesiveness, and after dissolution The tackiness disappears completely in about 30 minutes at room temperature. For example, organic compounds that are solid at room temperature such as diphenyl phthalate, dihexyl phthalate, dicyclohexyl phthalate, dihydroabiethyl phthalate, sucrose benzoate, tricyclohexyl citrate, and N-cyclohexyl-P-toluenesulfonamide can be used. is there.
[0014]
The blending ratio of each material of the heat-sensitive adhesive is such that a heat-sensitive pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared with 0 to 100 parts of a tackifier and 50 to 100 parts of a solid plasticizer with respect to 100 parts of a polymer material that gives adhesive strength.
This composition is applied to the back side of the decorative paper and dried to form the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 3. The thickness of the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is preferably 5 to 30 μm. Moreover, the application method of this heat-sensitive adhesive can be applied with a known coating apparatus such as gravure coating, knife coating, lip coating, and roll coating.
[0015]
The wallpaper or the like provided with the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is a solid plasticizer for the heat-sensitive adhesive layer by heating the entire wallpaper from the surface of the wallpaper using a heating device such as an iron or a jet dryer at the time of replacement. This pressure-sensitive adhesive layer acts as an adhesive. That is, the adhesive bonds two objects when solidified, but it is also possible to peel off two objects before solidifying completely, that is, in a liquid system. Therefore, it is possible to cleanly remove the wallpaper from the wall surface from the adhesive layer without destroying the backing paper.
[0016]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail by way of examples.
Using a flame retardant wallpaper having a basis weight of 120 g / m 2 as a substrate (made by Tokushu Paper Co., Ltd .: “TT-120TW”), an aqueous emulsion having the following composition was applied to the substrate using a comma coater, and the thickness was The layer was 120 g / m 2 (dry).
[0017]
<Formulation of aqueous emulsion>
Polyacrylic acid ester 100 parts by weight Aluminum hydroxide powder (“B-703” manufactured by Nippon Light Metal Co., Ltd.) 100 parts by weight Capsule foaming agent (Otsuka Chemical Co., Ltd .: “AZ-H” 10 parts by weight titanium oxide ( Pigment) 15 parts by weight dispersant (manufactured by Kao Corporation: “Poise 520”) appropriate amount thickener (manufactured by Toagosei Co., Ltd .: “Aron A-20L”) appropriate amount
On this layer, a pattern layer by printing was provided, and then a concavo-convex pattern by heat foaming was formed as a decorative layer. Thereafter, 20 μm of a heat-sensitive adhesive having the following composition was applied to the back side of the substrate and dried to obtain the decorative paper of the present invention.
[0019]
<Composition of heat-sensitive adhesive>
EVA resin (adhesive polymer material) 100 parts by weight rosin ester (tackifier) 10 parts by weight dicyclohexyl phthalate (solid plasticizer) 100 parts by weight
Thereafter, starch paste prepared by adjusting aminol and water to 1: 1 was applied to the decorative paper at a coating amount of 150 g / m 2 (wet) and attached to a gypsum board. After being stored for 2 months at room temperature and 40 ° C. and 90% RH, it was heated from the surface using an industrial dryer. The heat-sensitive adhesive was activated by this heating and peeled off between the layers, leaving the gypsum board surface clean. Also, the stickiness due to the adherence was eliminated within 30 minutes, and there was no hindrance to the next construction.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
Since this invention is the above structure, there exist the following effects.
Since general wallpaper peels between the papers of the backing paper, peelability is required for the base material itself in order to peel it cleanly. However, in the present invention, the peelable layer is a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and thus the peelability of the substrate is not required. This makes it possible to use inexpensive paper for the substrate, and it is also possible to use base paper having functions other than printing, such as deodorization and radio wave shielding.
[0022]
In addition, since it does not peel between the backing paper, and there is no stickiness with adhesive even after peeling, it is easy to treat the groundwork of plasterboard when renovating, etc. Therefore, the decorative paper can be effectively reused.
[0023]
And in order to prevent migration of the plasticizer from the resin layer without reducing the fireproof performance of the wall-constituting base material, the decorative paper is manufactured using an aqueous emulsion. There is no worry about fire or poisoning. Therefore, it is not necessary to make the machine explosion-proof, and there is no need for a solvent recovery facility. In addition, in the construction and indoor environment, plasticizers, organic flame retardants and the like are not volatilized to contaminate the room, and safety can be guaranteed for the installer and residents. Furthermore, at the time of waste material treatment, the resin layer is made of C, H, and O, and chlorine gas or the like is not generated even if incinerated.
