Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bound body excision apparatus that is used, for example, for excising a linear, belt-like, or string-like bound body for binding articles such as used paper, used clothes, or sheets and bags.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as an apparatus for cutting a bundled body as in the above-described example, as shown in FIG. 20, for example, a large number (for example, five) of bundling articles A such as a bale formed by pressing waste paper Sawtooth-shaped cutting blades 100, 100 are disposed in the direction orthogonal to the number C, opposite to both side surfaces of the article A, and are attached to the rod ends of the forward and backward cylinders 101, 101 disposed on the upper sides. The elevating cylinders 102 and 102 are fixed vertically, and the rod ends of the cutting cylinders 102 and 102 are fixed to the upper ends of the cutting blades 100 and 100.
[0003]
At the time of cutting, the advancing and retreating cylinders 101 and 101 are operated to press the cutting blades 100 and 100 against both side surfaces of the article A, and then the lifting and lowering cylinders 102 and 102 are operated to move the cylinder A to the outer surface of the article A. The cutting blades 100, 100 are reciprocated in the vertical direction orthogonal to the wound wire C ..., and the wire C ... wound on the outer surface of the article A is cut together by the cutting blade 100, 100. It is.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the article A formed by pressing waste paper or the like as described above is bound by the number lines C ..., it is wound in a state where the number lines C ... are bitten into the outer surface of the article A in order to prevent the collapse of the load. When the wire C is immersed inside the outer surface of the article A, the cutting blade 100 is brought into contact with the outer surface of the article A at the time of cutting. Since contact | abutting is prevented, the amount of cutting | disconnection may become shallow and a cutting | disconnection mistake may occur. When the cutting blade 100 is brought into contact with the wire C that binds the article A, the wire C is slightly moved in the vertical direction by the contact force, and the winding position is displaced, so that the wire C is accurately and reliably disposed. There is a problem that it is difficult to cut.
[0005]
Further, at the same time that one end of the number wire C ... for binding the article A is cut, the number wire C ... is unbound and the number line C ... falls under the article A by its own weight, so both ends of the number wire C ... are cut simultaneously. I can't. Moreover, since the numbered lines C ... cut by the cutting blade 100 are scattered around, the numbered lines C ... must be collected by the operator's hand, and there is a problem that the collecting work takes time and effort. ing.
[0006]
In view of the above problems, the present invention cuts one end of a bundle that binds articles by cutting means, pulls the other end of the bundle by pulling means, and winds the bundle pulled by the pulling means by winding means. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a bundle excision apparatus that can mechanically perform a cutting operation and a collection operation of a bundle, saving labor and improving efficiency.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 is a bundle cutting device for cutting a bundle that binds an article, wherein the cutting means cuts one end of the bundle wound around the outer surface of the article at the side of the article. And a traction means that pulls the other end of the bundle in a direction away from the outer surface of the article, and the bundle is pulled by the traction means opposite the pulling side end of the bundle. Winding means for winding The winding means holds the pulling side end of the binding body pulled by the pulling means and rotates in the direction in which the binding body is wound, and binds to the winding section. A supply means for supplying a pulling side end of the body, and a pair of winding members for holding the ends of the binding body are provided opposite to each other on the winding portion, and the winding member is attached to the binding body. Provided to be movable in the direction in which the end of It is a bundling body excision device.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in combination with the configuration of the first aspect of the present invention, the traction means is provided such that a pair of traction members are movable in a direction facing the traction side end of the bundle. A locking protrusion that locks against the pulling side end of the bundle is formed at the tip of the pulling member, and a locking groove that locks the bundle is formed between the locking protrusions. In addition, the bundle body excision device is configured by providing the pair of pulling members so as to be relatively movable in a direction in which the locking protrusion and the locking groove intersect.
[0009]
[Action]
In the bundle excision apparatus according to the first aspect, when one end of the bundle that binds the articles is cut by the cutting means, the other end of the bundle is held by the pulling means. After the bundle is cut by the cutting means, the other end of the bundle held by the pulling means is pulled for an arbitrary length. Bundles pulled by traction means The traction side end portion is supplied by a supply means to a pair of winding members provided in the winding portion of the winding means. After holding the ends of the bundled body by the pair of winding members, the holding of the bundled body by the traction means is released, and the winding unit is moved by an artificial means such as an operator's hand or a mechanical means such as a motor. Rotating in the winding direction and winding the binding body around the outer surface of the winding portion (for example, spiral or spiral), it is possible to reliably prevent the binding body from falling off during winding. It is possible to perform the winding operation of the bundled body reliably and easily. And it is applicable to the operation | work which winds the binding body formed in arbitrary wire diameters or horizontal width. Also, The work of cutting the bundle can be performed accurately and reliably. At the same time, the cut bundles can be prevented from being scattered around, and the work and time for collecting the bundles can be saved.
[0010]
In the bundle excision device according to claim 2, in combination with the operation according to claim 1, the engaging projections formed on the pair of pulling members are bitten or pierced on the outer surface of the article, and then the vertical direction or the horizontal direction. To the locking groove formed between the locking projections, and guides the binding body, and the binding protrusions and the locking grooves formed on the pair of pulling members intersect with each other in a staggered state. Since it is held, it can be reliably held even if the bundle is immersed or bitten inside the outer surface of the article. At the time of towing, it is possible to reliably prevent the bound body from falling, and to reliably separate and tow the bound body from the outer surface of the article.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, when one end of the binding body is cut by the cutting means, the other end of the binding body is held by the traction means, so that at the time of cutting, the binding body moves up and down or the winding position is displaced. And the work of cutting the bound body can be performed accurately and reliably. Moreover, since the bundle held by the traction means is pulled and the pulled bundle is wound by the winding means, it is possible to prevent the cut bundles from being scattered around like the conventional example. In addition, the work and time for collecting the bundle can be saved, and the work for cutting and collecting the bundle can be performed mechanically, thereby saving labor and increasing efficiency. Moreover, by winding the bundle in a spiral or spiral shape, there is no need to fold or bundle the bundle at the time of collection, and the space for stocking the bundle is small. The bundles can be easily collected and handled.
[0012]
Further, after engaging or piercing the outer surface of the article with the locking protrusions formed on the pair of pulling members, the locking protrusions and the locking grooves intersect with each other in a staggered state, and the locking protrusions formed between the locking protrusions Since the bundling body is guided and held in the groove, it can be reliably held even if the bundling body is immersed or bitten inside the outer surface of the article. During towing, the bundle can be reliably prevented from falling, and the cut and bound body can be reliably separated and pulled.
[0013]
Furthermore, since the winding unit is rotated in the winding direction by artificial means or mechanical means to wind the binding body, the binding body is wound, for example, spirally or spirally on the outer surface of the winding part. Can be wound, and the winding work of the bundle can be easily performed. In addition, by moving the pair of winding members in an arbitrary direction and holding the ends of the bundle, it is possible to reliably prevent the bundle from falling off during winding. The work can be performed reliably and can be applied to the work of winding a bundle formed in an arbitrary wire diameter or width.
[0014]

FIG. 13 shows another example of a winding mechanism 74 that rotates the winding members 80, 80 to an arbitrary angle corresponding to the pushing operation of the bundle B, and protrudes from the central portion on one end side of the winding member 80. The movable arm 88a is horizontally fixed to the end portion of the support shaft 88 and disposed on the same side. Transfer By actuating the moving cylinder 89, the contact plate 89a fixed to the rod end is brought into contact with the cam 88b pivotally attached to the free end of the movable arm 88a, and the winding member 80 is horizontally rotated at an arbitrary angle. . That is, when the binding body B is pushed between the winding members 80, 80, the winding members 80, 80 are rotated (indicated by phantom lines in the figure) to an open angle at which the pushing member 77 is allowed to be inserted. Then, the binding body B is pushed into the space between the winding members 80, 80 by the pushing member 77, and the pushing member 77 is pulled out from between the winding members 80, 80, and the winding member is closed at a closed angle at which the binding body B is prevented from being held or held. Since 80 and 80 are rotated (indicated by a solid line in the figure) and held, the winding work of the bundled body B can be easily performed as in the above-described embodiment. Note that the winding members 80 are urged to rotate in a direction in which the winding members 80 are rotated and returned with respect to a rotation posture in which the binding body B is prevented from being pulled out by elasticity of an elastic member (not shown) such as a spring.
[0036]
FIG. 14 shows another example of a winding mechanism 74 that winds the bundled body B into a substantially circular shape, which is outside the winding members 80 and 80 and inside the outer peripheral edge portions of the receiving plates 81 and 81. The guide plates 90, 90 formed in an arcuate shape are installed vertically, the bundle B is wound in a substantially circular shape along the outer surface of the guide plates 90, 90, and close to the outer peripheral edge of the receiving plates 81, 81 Then, the guide rollers 91 and 91 pivotally support the winding body B so that the binding body B is wound along the outer surfaces of the guide plates 90 and 90. It can be done easily. In addition, the bundles B can be wound up to have substantially the same diameter and shape, and can be easily collected and handled. The other components are substantially the same as those in the above example, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0037]
The illustrated embodiment is configured as described above, and the excision operation of the bundles B for binding the articles A by the bundle excision apparatus 1 will be described below.
First, when the article A bound by a large number of bundles B is conveyed to the terminal side of the carry-in device 2, the centering device 19 is driven to move both sides of the article A as shown in FIG. Then, the correction rollers 25 and 25 are simultaneously pressed, and are centered at a position and posture where the article A is placed straight with respect to the transport center of the carry-in device 2. After centering, the correction rollers 25 and 25 are returned to their initial positions.
[0038]
Next, the centered article A is transferred from the carry-in device 2 to the conveyance device 4, and the conveyance of the article A is stopped at the cutting position a set on the conveyance path. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 10, the moving mechanism 60 is driven to vertically lower the lifting frame 70 to a height position where the contact member 72 is in contact with the upper surface side of the article A. The contact member 72 is contacted to the upper surface side, and the support member 73 is contacted to the rear surface side of the article A to prevent falling.
[0039]
Next, as shown in FIG. 16, the moving mechanisms 33 and 34 are driven to move the cutting unit 31 and the traction unit 32 in the direction opposite to the both side surfaces of the article A, and as shown in FIG. The movable blade 49 and the fixed blade 53 of the unit 31 are pierced (for example, about 5 mm) between the bundles B ... wound around the article A, and at the same time, as shown in FIG. 55 and the fixed plate 56 are bitten or pierced between the bundles B wound around the article A, and bound to the engaging groove 55b of the movable plate 55 and the engaging groove 56b of the fixed plate 56 that are communicated with each other. Guide body B ...
[0040]
Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the movable blade 49 of the cutting unit 31 is reciprocated in the vertical direction while being in contact with the fixed blade 53 (for example, about 2 to about 3 peaks) to bind the article A. A large number of bundles B to be cut at once. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, immediately before cutting, the movable plate 55 of the traction unit 32 is moved upward or downward while being in contact with the fixed plate 56, so that the engaging claw of the movable plate 55 is engaged. 55a and the locking claws 56a of the fixing plate 56 are crossed, the locking grooves 55b and the locking grooves 56b are crossed in a staggered state and guided to the locking grooves 55b and 56b. The bound body B is clamped and secured.
[0041]
After the cutting, as shown in FIG. 17, the cutting unit 31 is moved backward to the standby position, the traction unit 32 is moved backward to the standby position, and the bundle B ... held by the movable plate 55 and the fixed plate 56 is moved. Tow. As shown in FIG. 18, the winding mechanism 74 is driven, the pushing member 77 is pressed against the pulling side end portion of the bundled body B... Pulled by the pulling unit 32, and the winding members 80, 80 stopped in rotation. Since the end of the bundle B is to be restored to the original state by forcibly pushing the pulling side end of the bundle B with the pushing member 77 with respect to the winding member 80. Bundling bodies B are prevented from being removed between 80 and 80.
[0042]
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 19, the winding members 80, 80 are initially rotated by an appropriate angle (for example, about 90 degrees) with respect to the winding direction, and the binding member pushed between the winding members 80, 80 is pressed. Wind the end of the body B ... slightly. After releasing the holding of the traction unit 32 by the movable plate 55 and the fixed plate 56, the winding members 80, 80 are continuously rotated by an appropriate number of times (for example, about 5 times) to the outer surfaces of the winding members 80, 80. Then, the bundle B is wound into a spiral shape or a spiral shape. Moreover, you may wind the binding body B ... by the winding mechanism 74 as shown in FIG.
[0043]
Next, the support member 73 is moved in the feeding direction in synchronization with the transport device 4, and the article A from which the bundle B has been cut is transferred to the carry-out device 3 through the guide member 5, and the next step (not shown). Transport to. The lifting frame 70 of the moving mechanism 60 is raised and returned, and the support member 73 is moved and returned to the initial position. After winding, as shown in FIG. 12, the lower receiving plate 81 fitted to the lower ends of the winding members 80, 80 is opened, and the winding members 80, 80 are wound in a spiral shape. The bundles B are put into the feeding unit 85, and the bundles B put into the feeding unit 85 are periodically collected. In the same manner as described above, the next article A bound by the binding bodies B is conveyed to the cutting position a, and the excision work of the binding bodies B is continued.
[0044]
As described above, when one end of the bundle B that binds the article A is cut by the movable blade 49 and the fixed blade 53 of the cutting unit 31, the other end of the bundle B. Since it is held by the fixing plate 56, it is possible to prevent the bundles B ... from moving up and down and the winding position from being displaced during cutting, and the work for cutting the bundles B can be performed accurately and reliably. .
[0045]
Moreover, the ends of the bundles B held by the traction unit 32 are pulled to an arbitrary length, and the pulling side ends of the bundles B are placed between the winding members 80 and 80 by the pushing member 77 of the winding mechanism 74. And the winding members 80, 80 are rotated in the winding direction to wind the bundles B, so that the cut bundles B as in the conventional example can be prevented from being scattered around. In addition, the work and time for collecting the bundles B can be saved, and the cutting work and the collection work for the bundles B can be performed mechanically, thereby saving labor and increasing efficiency. Further, by winding the bundles B around the outer surfaces of the winding members 80 and 80 in a spiral or spiral manner, the bundles B are folded or bundled together at the time of recovery. There is no need, and the space for stocking the bundles B is small, and the bundles B can be easily collected and handled.
[0046]
Further, after engaging the engaging claws 55a of the movable plate 55 of the traction unit 32 and the engaging claws 56a of the fixed plate 56 on the outer surface of the article A, the engaging claws 55a and the engaging claws 56a. Are crossed in a staggered state, and the bundle B is guided and held in the locking grooves 55b of the locking claws 55a and the locking grooves 56b of the locking claws 56a. Even if the binding body B ... is immersed or bite inside the outer surface, it can be reliably held. During pulling, it is possible to reliably prevent the bundles B ... from dropping and to reliably separate and pull the cut bundles B ... from the outer surface of the article A.
[0047]
Furthermore, the winding members 80, 80 of the winding mechanism 74 are rotated in the winding direction, and the bundles B ... held by the winding members 80, 80 are collectively wound. It is possible to easily perform the work of winding the bundle B in a spiral shape or a spiral shape on the outer surface of the material. Further, by rotating the winding members 80, 80 to an appropriate angle and holding the bundles B, it is possible to reliably prevent the bundles B from falling off during winding. The winding work of B ... can be performed reliably. And it can apply to the operation | work which winds the binding body B ... formed in arbitrary wire diameters or horizontal width.
