先ず、図1及び図2を参照して袋詰品の箱詰め装置の構成を簡単に説明する。袋詰品の箱詰め装置は、袋詰品Wを供給する供給コンベア10と、その下流側に一段低く連設されていて袋詰品Wが振り分けて移載される振り分けコンベア20と、袋詰品Wを振り分けコンベア20の右側部分又は左側部分に交互に振り分ける振り分け手段としての傾斜可変板30Aと、振り分けコンベア20の下流側に左右に並列して連設されており袋詰品Wを交互に移載して二個の袋詰品を並列させる左右の整列コンベア40A,40Bと、その下流側に一段低く連設されて二個の袋詰品が移載され、以後同様にして、次の二個の袋詰品が先に移載された二個の袋詰品に対してそれぞれ前後にずれ重ねて移載される集積コンベア50と、集積コンベア50上の右側の二個の袋詰品Wと左側の二個の袋詰品Wとをそれぞれ吸引保持する第一と第二のバキュームパッド61,62を備え、吸引保持した四個の袋詰品Wを段ボール箱に箱詰めするハンドリング装置60を備えている。
