Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mounting structure of a handrail attached on the top end surface of a bathtub wall and a mounting method thereof in a large bathtub made of concrete.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, stainless steel and smoked bathtubs with a hollow interior are widely known as bathtubs installed in general households. To attach handrails to such small bathtubs, a thin bathtub wall is used. Mounting holes are drilled at two intervals on the top end, and bolts protruding from both ends of the handle-shaped handrail are inserted into the mounting holes, and nuts are attached to the bolts from the back side. It is fixed by screwing, and this fixed part is covered with a caulking material to ensure waterproofness on the back side and prevent the occurrence of rust and the like. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 9-313384
However, since the bathtub wall is made of concrete in a large bathtub used in a hot spring resort or a recreation area, the handrail mounting structure as described above cannot be adopted. Therefore, in order to attach a handrail to a bathtub having such a concrete bathtub wall, a mounting structure as shown in FIG. 4 has been conventionally employed.
[0005]
That is, when the rising concrete wall 21 of the bathtub is placed, the lower half portion of the anchor 22 is buried in the top end portion of the rising concrete wall 21, and the anchor 22 protruding from the top end of the rising concrete wall 21 is embedded. The vertical bottom end of the handrail 23 is fixed by welding, and then a waterproof layer 24 such as an asphalt coating layer is applied to the entire surface of the rising concrete wall 21, and this waterproof layer 24 is formed by placing mortar. After covering with the protective mortar layer 25, the tile base 26 is applied to the inner and outer surfaces of the protective mortar layer 25, and the head wall 27 is laid and fixed on the top end surface, and then the tile finish is performed. In addition, the caps rock 27 is provided with a hole 28 through which the lower end is inserted at a position facing the vertical lower end of the handrail 23. It is laid on the top.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to such a handrail mounting structure for a bathtub, an anchor in which a vertical lower end portion of the handrail penetrates the waterproof layer 24 covering the rising concrete wall 21 and is embedded in the top end portion of the rising concrete wall 21 Since water is infiltrated into the bathtub wall from the hole 28 through which the lower end portion of the handrail 23 is inserted, the waterproof layer passes through the outer peripheral surface of the handrail 23 that penetrates the waterproof layer 24. It rises from the gap with 24 into the concrete wall 21 and decomposes the components in the cement contained in the concrete and oozes out to the surface, causing the so-called white flower phenomenon that causes white crystallization and causes water leakage. However, there is a problem that the service life is reduced.
[0007]
Similarly, water also flows into the protective mortar layer 25 that covers the waterproof layer 24 in the bathtub wall, and, like the rising concrete wall 21, a white-white phenomenon occurs. Further, when the bathtub wall is deteriorated, it is necessary to perform maintenance of the waterproof layer 24 by exposing the waterproof layer 24 through the tile base 26 and the protective mortar layer 25. Since the lower end of 23 penetrates the waterproof layer 24 and is fixed to the anchor 12 embedded in the rising concrete wall 21 by welding, it is difficult to remove the handrail 23, and maintenance is troublesome There was a point.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems. The object of the present invention is to attach the lower end of the handrail to the bathtub wall without penetrating the waterproof layer provided in the bathtub wall, and to stand up the concrete. It is an object of the present invention to provide a handrail mounting structure for a bathtub and its mounting method that can eliminate the deterioration of the wall and the occurrence of water leakage and can easily maintain the waterproof layer.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is a handrail mounting structure for a concrete bathtub, wherein the bathtub wall is a rising concrete wall and a waterproof layer layered on the entire surface of the rising concrete wall. And a mortar layer covering the waterproof layer, and a fixing bracket having a U-shaped cross-section facing downward is fixed to the top end of the mortar layer, and the top of the bathtub wall above the mounting bracket is fixed. A basin stone is laid and fixed on the end face, a short column member standing on the upper surface of the mounting bracket is inserted into the through hole provided in the basin stone, and a handrail is inserted into the short column member protruding from the basin stone. It has a structure in which the lower end is fixed.
[0010]
In the bathtub handrail mounting structure configured as described above, the invention according to claim 2 is configured such that the bathtub handrail is formed from a tubular body, and the flange portion provided around the outer periphery of the lower end thereof is in close contact with the upper surface of the head wall stone. In this state, a short column member projecting upward from the headboard stone is inserted into the lower end portion of the handrail, and the lower end portion of the handrail and the short column member are fixed by screwing such as a screw.
[0011]
Further, the invention according to claim 3 is the above-described method for attaching the bathtub handrail, wherein a waterproof layer is provided on the entire surface of the rising concrete wall forming the bathtub wall, and the waterproof layer is covered with a mortar layer, and then the upper surface is covered. A downward U-shaped mounting bracket standing upright with a short column member is fixed to the top end of the mortar layer in an externally fitted state. At the time of laying, the short column member of the mounting bracket is inserted into the through hole provided in the head wall stone so as to protrude upward from the head wall stone, and the lower end portion of the handrail is fixed to the protruding end portion.
[0012]
[Action]
The lower end of the handrail has a structure that is fixed to the short column member that protrudes upward from the coping stone on the top end surface of the bathtub wall by screwing screws, etc., so the handrail construction work is efficient and reliable In addition, the handrail removal work can be easily performed on the Kasagi stone without removing the Kasagi stone or hanging the bathtub wall, and the waterproof layer in the Kasagi stone or the bathtub wall. Since it is installed without penetrating the water, it is surely prevented that water enters the rising concrete wall covered with the waterproof layer, and the occurrence of water leakage and white flower phenomenon is prevented for a long time. be able to.

A hole 9b is formed through the inner and outer peripheral surfaces, and the screw hole 9a and the screw insertion hole 9b are aligned on the same horizontal axis, and the screw 8 is screwed from the screw insertion hole 9b to the screw hole 9a. The handrail 1 is fixed to the column member 4 in an upright state.
[0021]
A plurality of mounting brackets 3 having the short column member 4 for fixing the lower end portion of the handrail 1 are embedded in the bathtub wall 10 at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction of the bathtub wall 10. The lower end portion of the handrail 1 is fixed to the projecting portion of the short column member 4 of each mounting bracket 3 projecting upward from the insertion hole 7 provided in the base plate by screwing or the like as described above. As shown in FIG. 2, the lower end portion of the handrail 1 is formed by the lower end portion of the vertical hook portion 1 </ b> A of the handrail 1, and a plurality of the vertical hook portions 1 </ b> A, the short column member 4 of the mounting bracket 3. Then, a member made of a tube material serving as a main body of the handrail 1 is fixed in an erected state between the upper ends of these vertical flanges 1A to constitute the handrail 1.
[0022]
Next, a method of attaching the handrail 1 to the bathtub wall 10 of the bathtub A will be described. First, the downward U-shaped attachment fitting 3 protruding from the short column member 4 when the bathtub wall 10 is constructed is attached to the bathtub wall. Arranged in the state embedded in 10. For the construction of the bathtub wall 10, the above-mentioned rising concrete wall 11 is formed by assembling a mold and placing concrete, and after the concrete is hardened, the mold is removed and the entire surface of the rising concrete wall 11 is fixed. A thick asphalt waterproofing layer 12 is applied. Thereafter, a protective mortar layer 13 is applied on the asphalt waterproof layer 12 to cover the waterproof layer 12 entirely.
[0023]
Then, after the protective mortar layer 13 is cured, the mounting bracket 3 having a U-shaped cross-section downward is placed on the upper end of the protective mortar layer 13 below the position where the vertical rail 1A of the handrail is disposed, and the upper surface plate 3a is covered with the protective mortar. The abutting and supporting the flat top end surface of the layer 13, and the thin hard plates 16, 16 are brought into close contact with the inner and outer side surfaces of the protective mortar layer 13 so as to face the inner and outer side plates 3 b and 3 c of the mounting bracket 3. 3 by screwing the bolt 6 screwed into the inner and outer side plates 3b and 3c and pressing the tip of the bolt 6 against the surface of the hard plates 16 and 16, thereby attaching the mounting bracket 3 to the top end of the protective mortar layer 13. Fix firmly.
[0024]
Next, a mortar with a certain thickness is applied on the protective mortar layer 13 by painting or the like, and the tile base 14 is constructed. The flange portion 1a is in contact with and supported by the upper surface of the caps stone 2 through packing or the like, and screws 8 are inserted into the both side surfaces of the short column member 4 from the screw insertion holes 9b provided on both side surfaces of the lower end portion of the handrail 1. By screwing in the provided screw hole 9a, the handrail 1 is fixed to the short column member 4 and the handrail 1 is erected from the head wall stone 2. At this time, since the handrail 1 is attached so as to cover the short column member 4 protruding from the headwood stone 2 from above, the attaching operation can be easily performed and the workability is improved. After that, the tile 15 is pasted on the surface of the tile base 14 to complete the bathtub A.
[0027]
In the above embodiment, the handrail 1 made of a tubular body having the flange portion 1a at the lower end is erected and fixed in a state where the handrail 1 covers the projecting portion of the short column member 4 projecting from the headwood stone 2. However, as shown in FIG. 3, the inner diameter of the short column member 4 made of a short tube is formed to be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the handrail 1, and the lower end portion of the handrail 1 is formed in the short column member 4. The lower end of the handrail 1 is brought into contact with and received by the upper surface plate 3a of the mounting bracket 3 in this state, and in this state from the outer peripheral surface of the short column member 4 by screwing 8 'such as screws. Is fixed to the short column member 4, and a flange member 17 is externally fitted to the short column member 4, and the flange member 17 is closely attached and fixed onto the opening edge of the insertion hole 7 of the caps stone 2 through packing or the like. A handrail mounting structure may be used. Since other configurations are the same as those of the above-described embodiment, the same portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
