【0006】

These are the outdoor installation stairs of the type, each of which is the gist of the invention and is a means for solving the above problems.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the example of the drawings. A is an independent structure made of metal, particularly aluminum, which has a rooftop stage B that can be used as a green garden by planting a plant on the rooftop. The garage made of 1 is its support, 2 is a base frame for forming the rooftop stage B on the support 1, 3 is installed on the base frame 2 and is filled with artificial soil 4 as the rooftop stage B In addition, in this example, the stage frame C, which is configured so that the handrail 5 can be installed upright, is connected between the ground surface and the stage frame 3 of the rooftop stage B, and is installed between the landing 6 supported by the stair column 7 The outdoor installation stairs made of metal, especially aluminum are also shown.
[0007]
The outdoor installation stair C is a staircase in which a large number of stair treads 11 composed of a tread frame 12 and a tread panel 21 are installed between a pair of stair beams 10 facing each other. And the left and right side plates 16 which are thick plate members that are installed on the front and rear frames 13 and fixed with screws 22 from the outside, and project at the same height in the opposite direction on at least the opposing surfaces of the front and rear frames 13 respectively. The tread frame 12 is interposed between the pair of stair beams 10 by fixing the screws 22 from the opposing surfaces of the left and right side plates 16 in the tread frame 12. It is assumed that the tread panel 21 is fitted and installed on the tread frame 12 on the support protrusion 15.
[0008]
In this example, the pair of stepped girders 10 has a length of about 4.2 m so as to be installed at an angle of 45 degrees on a landing 6 having a height of about 2.5 m from the ground surface. 5cm, approximately 20cm in height, made of long metal, especially aluminum extruded material, and the cross-section is made into a vertically long rectangular hollow to ensure the strength as a girder. It is based on a highly rigid frame material that has been improved.
[0009]
The front and rear frames 13 forming the tread frame 12 have a length substantially equal to the interval so that the tread frame 12 is formed and fixed between the pair of stair beams 10 disposed at an interval of about 70 to 80 cm, for example. A high-rigidity frame that is made of a short metal with a width and height of several centimeters, especially made of extruded aluminum, and is suitable for receiving human loads by having a rectangular or rectangular hollow cross section. A plurality of, for example, a pair of upper and lower tapping holes 14 are provided in the hollow portion, and the support protrusions of the same height are provided at the lower end so that the lower surface extends in the opposite direction in this example. 15 is protruding.
[0010]
In this example, the front and rear frame 13 is a rectangular hollow having a width of about 3 cm and a height of about 3.5 cm, and the protrusion width of the support protrusion 15 is about 2 cm. It is assumed that the same members are used in front and back so that the members can be used in common so that they can be used.
[0011]
Similarly, the left and right side plates 16 forming the tread frame 12 are provided with projecting pieces 17 projecting forward and backward from the front and rear frame 13, and in the vicinity of the projecting piece 17 and the front and rear frame 13 and sandwiching the front and rear frame 13. In this example, the left and right side plates 16 have a length of about 23 cm and a height of about 4 cm, for example, and V-shaped at both ends in the longitudinal direction. Or made of metal, for example, a thick metal plate such as a thick steel plate, aluminum casting, thick aluminum plate or the like, and a girder at the positions of the projecting pieces 17 at both ends. A stair girder 10 is fixed at a position sandwiching the screw hole 18 of the projecting piece 17 and the front and rear frame 13 inside each of the screw holes 18 for fixing the material, upper and lower screw holes 19 for frame assembly with the front and rear frame 13 inside each. 4 screw insertions on one side in the longitudinal direction by screw holes 20 Place the screw holes forming the YoToruana as to be positioned at the apex of the rhombus, it is as the screw holes in the total of eight points and Toru設 symmetrically in the longitudinal direction.
[0012]
The tread frame 12 is constructed by arranging the front and rear frames 13 in parallel at a predetermined interval, for example, an interval of about 20 cm in inner method, and the left and right side plates 16 are in contact with each other in the longitudinal direction at both ends. From the outside of the side plate 16, the frame is formed by screwing the tap screws 22 into the tapping holes 14 of the front and rear frames 13 through the upper and lower screw holes 19 for the frame with the front and rear frames 13, respectively. In this case, the support protrusion 17 is provided so as to protrude in the opposite direction to the lower end of the same height in the vertical direction. At this time, the tap screw 22 is a flat head screw type screw head. Protrudes outward from the left and right side plates 16, and a screw head forms a gap between them when fixing a later-described tread frame 12 to a stair girder 10, thereby fixing the tread frame 12 to each other. It is as not to prevent.
[0013]
The tread board panel 21 is made of wood in this example, and the tread board panel 21 of this example uses, for example, rice cedar, and is treated with antiseptic or the like to ensure water resistance and has high durability. In addition, the tread panel 21 of this example is made of each single thick plate material that is dimensioned to be fitted to each tread frame 12 so that the front and back can be used freely. It is.
[0014]
The outdoor installation stair C using the pair of stair girder 10, the tread frame 12 and the tread panel 21 is fixed to the pair of stair girder 10 with the tread frame 12 interposed therebetween, and the tread panel 21 is attached to the support protrusion 15. For example, a predetermined number of tread frame 12 is interposed and fixed to a pair of stair girders 10 to form a stair frame by the stair girder 10 and the tread frame 12. Assembling can be performed by installing an inclination between the ground surface and the landing 6 and then fitting the tread panel 21 to each tread frame 12.
[0015]
In order to fix the tread frame 12 to the pair of stair beams 10, the outer surfaces of the left and right side plates 16 are brought into contact with the opposed surfaces of the pair of stair beams 10, and the projecting pieces 17 are formed from the opposed surfaces, that is, the inner surfaces. The tapping screw 22 is screwed into the stair girder 10 through the screw holes 18 and 20 for fixing each girder member at the position and the position where the front and rear frame 13 is sandwiched. The stair girder 10 is fixed to the left and right side plates 16 at two places on one side and four places on both sides in the longitudinal direction, and the tread frame 12 or the tread board 11 is fitted and installed on the tread board 11 as It is intended to eliminate the possibility of falling and fix firmly.
[0016]
At this time, in the outdoor installation stairs C of this example, the tread panel 21 is fitted and fixed to the tread frame 12 by fixing the tread panel 21 with screws 23 from below the support protrusions 15 of the tread frame 12. In the assembling method of the present example in which the tread panel 21 is installed later, the screws 23 are fixed to the roundwood at both longitudinal ends of the support protrusions 15 after the tread panel 21 is fitted and installed. It is assumed that this is performed at two locations on each support protrusion 15 using screws, thereby eliminating the possibility of the tread plate panel 21 coming off due to wind pressure as the outdoor installation staircase C.
[0017]
In the figure, reference numeral 24 denotes a stair handrail standing upright and fixed to one side of the stair girder 10, reference numeral 25 denotes a column, and reference numeral 26 denotes a handrail headboard.
[0018]
Although the illustrated example is as described above, the left and right side panels are projected in the opposite direction so that the support protrusions are at the same height as the front and rear frames, and the tread panel is made of metal, resin, etc. For example, a panel made of a hollow plate with anti-slip on the surface, a solid plate or a thick plate with legs facing downward on the outer circumference, and when fixing the tread panel to the tread frame, from the front or back of the front and rear frame Each material, shape, and structure of stair girder, stair step board, stair frame, front and rear frame, left and right side plates, tread panel, etc., including screwing or bonding with an adhesive, etc. These relations, additions to these, assembly procedures or methods, use as outdoor installation steps, etc. can be in various forms as long as they do not contradict the gist of the invention.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the invention according to claim 1 can be generally used including the case for raising and lowering the roof stage in an assembly-type independent structure having a roof stage. Assembling-type outdoor installation staircase can be provided that can be assembled easily and reliably and sufficient structural strength can be ensured. The possibility of the tread panel being detached due to wind pressure as an outdoor installation stair can be eliminated, and the invention according to claim 3 is capable of fixing the stair tread stably over a long period of time. The invention according to claim 4 prevents slippage even when the stair tread receives rainwater, improves safety, and is preferable as an outdoor staircase. It can be such things.
