BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a power supply device having an AC / DC converter that converts AC voltage generated by a plurality of generators driven by a plurality of internal combustion engines into DC voltage.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Internal combustion engine-driven AC generators are well known, but in order to fully respond to changes in the magnitude of electrical loads, internal combustion engine-driven AC generators are operated in parallel to supply power to a common electrical load. A power supply device is conceivable.
In such a power supply device, in consideration of variation in the output of each AC generator, the DC output obtained by converting the AC output of each generator into DC once by the AC / DC converter is individually adjusted and voltage-shared. A common AC voltage is obtained by the DC-AC converter.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the AC-DC converter as described above, a capacitor as a smoothing means is used in order to suppress the ripple component of the rectified voltage. However, this capacitor generally has a short life, and the deterioration of the capacitor causes a large ripple in the DC output voltage. May be mixed.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a power supply device that can prevent supply of inappropriate power to an electrical load. is there.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A power supply apparatus according to the present invention includes a plurality of AC / DC converters that convert an AC voltage generated from a plurality of generators driven by each of a plurality of internal combustion engines into a DC voltage, and the DC voltage is converted into an AC voltage. A power supply device comprising: a single direct-to-cross conversion means for converting to an electric load and supplying the same to an electric load; and a control means for controlling the internal combustion engine based on the magnitude of the electric load. Each of the AC / DC conversion means includes a voltage smoothing capacitor, and the control means calculates the capacity of each of the voltage smoothing capacitors based on the DC voltage decrease characteristic immediately after the internal combustion engine is stopped. However, when it is detected that the capacity is smaller than a predetermined value, a determination unit that determines that the AC / DC conversion unit has deteriorated, and the AC that has been determined to be deteriorated when the determination unit determines deterioration. It has a prohibiting means for prohibiting the startup of the internal combustion engine corresponding to serial conversion unit, and both the size of the internal combustion engine other than an internal combustion engine is disabled for the start and the magnitude of the electrical load the thermal load Are selectively operated so as to be adapted to each other, provided between each of the generators and the AC / DC converter, and turned on / off according to the magnitude of the electrical load . And switch means for selectively supplying an AC voltage generated from each of the AC / DC conversion means to each of the AC / DC conversion means.
[0006]
That is, according to the feature of the present invention, when the determination means determines deterioration, the start of the internal combustion engine corresponding to the AC / DC conversion means is prohibited, so that inappropriate supply of power to the electrical load is prevented. can do. According to another feature of the present invention, an internal combustion engine other than the internal combustion engine whose start is prohibited is selectively operated according to the magnitude of the electrical load, so that a preferable power supply voltage is supplied to the electrical load. Can be [0007]
Furthermore, according to another aspect of the present invention, there is further provided a circulation flow path for circulating a fluid that absorbs heat generated from the internal combustion engine, and a heat exchanger provided in the circulation flow path, wherein the control means Since the internal combustion engine is controlled in accordance with the temperature, preferable heat can be supplied to the thermal load.
Furthermore, according to another feature of the present invention, since the deterioration of the AC / DC converter is determined by knowing the decrease in the capacitance of the voltage smoothing capacitor, the deterioration can be accurately determined.

FIG. 5 shows a subroutine for determining the capacity of the voltage smoothing capacitor. This subroutine is executed at a predetermined timing, for example, when the internal combustion engine is stopped.
[0021]
First, it is determined whether or not the internal combustion engine is operating (step S11). When it is determined that the internal combustion engine is operating, this subroutine is immediately terminated. When it is determined that the internal combustion engine is not operating, that is, the internal combustion engine is stopped, it is determined whether or not the time from when the internal combustion engine is stopped is a time t 0 from the value of a timer that has been started in advance ( Step S12). If it is determined that the time is not t 0 , this subroutine is terminated. If it is determined that the time is t 0 , the voltage V 0 # across the discharge resistor is detected (step S13). The voltage V 0 # between both ends indicates the number of the internal combustion engine. When four internal combustion engines are mounted, # is 1 to 4, and V 0 # indicates #. This is the voltage across the discharge resistor corresponding to the numbered internal combustion engine. Next, it is determined whether or not the time from when the internal combustion engine stops is t 1 (step S14). Time when not determined t 1, this subroutine ends. When it is determined that the time is t 1 , the voltage V 1 # between both ends of the discharging resistor is detected (step S15). Next, the capacitance C # of the voltage smoothing capacitor is, for example,

[0023]
Thus, it is calculated based on the formula (step S16), and it is determined whether or not the calculated capacity C # is larger than a predetermined capacity C LIFE (step S17). Here, R # is the resistance value of the discharging resistor. If it is determined that the capacity C # is equal to or greater than the predetermined capacity C LIFE , this subroutine is terminated. When it is determined that the capacity C # is smaller than the predetermined capacity C LIFE , a display indicating that the voltage smoothing capacitor corresponding to the internal combustion engine having the number indicated by # has deteriorated is displayed on the display panel 51 (step S51). S18). For example, when it is determined that the value of the capacity C2 is smaller than C LIFE , the

FIG. 6 shows the voltage across the discharge resistor that changes with time when the internal combustion engine is stopped.
Until the internal combustion engine is stopped, the value of the voltage across the discharge resistor is a constant value, for example, DC 180 volts. At the same time when the internal combustion engine is stopped, the electric charge stored in the voltage smoothing capacitor is discharged by the discharging resistor, and the value of the voltage between both ends attenuates exponentially, for example. The voltage across at t 0 of the decay process V 0 #, the voltage across the V 1 # in t 1, in steps S13 and S15 in the flowchart shown in FIG. 5 described above, the voltage across V 0 # and V 1 # is detected.
[0026]
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the capacitance C # of the voltage smoothing capacitor is calculated based on the equation (1) to determine the deterioration of the voltage smoothing capacitor is shown.
[0027]
[Expression 2]
[0028]
It is obvious that the deterioration of the voltage smoothing capacitor may be determined by calculating the time constant T # of the circuit composed of the smoothing capacitor and the discharging resistor as shown in FIG. Here, # indicates the number of the internal combustion engine as described above.
In the above-described embodiment, when the internal combustion engine is stopped, the smoothing capacitor is deteriorated from the value of the voltage smoothing capacitor or the time constant of the circuit composed of the voltage smoothing capacitor and the discharging resistor. As determined, the value of the smoothed DC voltage is sampled and taken from the A /

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the power supply device of the present invention, when the determination unit determines deterioration, the start of the internal combustion engine corresponding to the AC / DC conversion unit is prohibited, so that an inappropriate power source for the electric load is Supply of electric power can be prevented. According to another feature of the present invention, an internal combustion engine other than the internal combustion engine whose start is prohibited is selectively operated according to the magnitude of the electrical load, so that a preferable power supply voltage is supplied to the electrical load. can do.
[0031]
