Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an inner mirror for a vehicle, and more particularly to an inner mirror for a vehicle that enables confirmation of a rear seat.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to confirm the rear of the vehicle from the driver's seat, an automobile is provided with an inner mirror 31, also called a back room mirror, on the front side of the center upper portion of the front window W as shown in FIG. In this inner mirror 31, as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), by operating the switching lever 32, the angular position of the mirror surface M is changed to the standard position A for confirming the rear of the vehicle and the head of the automobile behind at night. A configuration in which the light can be switched between the anti-glare position B when the light is reflected and the driver is dazzling is widely used.
[0003]
By the way, when a child seat is arranged in the rear seat of the car, the driver needs to face backward when trying to check the child seat etc. of the rear seat of the car. In order to check through the inner mirror, it is troublesome and dangerous to change the mounting angle one by one, and there is a problem that the rear check may be left behind without returning to the original position.
[0004]
Therefore, it has been proposed to provide an auxiliary mirror as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 58-168940 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 13-114019. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the hook 34 extending upward from the auxiliary mirror 33 is attached to the upper edge of the inner mirror 31 to attach the auxiliary mirror 33 below the inner mirror 31. A device in which the child seat of the rear seat is confirmed through the auxiliary mirror 33 is known.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the configuration in which the auxiliary mirror 33 is provided, there is a problem in that the cost is increased because a separate mirror is necessary, and another mirror 33 is disposed below the inner mirror 31. There is a problem that it is an obstacle to the visual field of the vehicle and is not preferable for the aesthetic appearance of the passenger compartment.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an inner mirror for a vehicle that enables confirmation of the rear seat without increasing the cost and without affecting the field of view and aesthetics.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inner mirror for a vehicle according to the present invention can switch the mirror surface angle position to three positions: a standard position for confirming the rear of the vehicle, an anti-glare position for confirming the rear of the vehicle, and a rear seat confirming position by operating the switching lever. If the headlight of the following vehicle is dazzling at night or if it is necessary to check the rear seat, it is possible to check the rear seat in the anti-glare state or the rear seat by simply switching the lever. It is easy to use because it is only necessary to switch the lever when switching to another position, safe driving can be ensured, and a separate mirror is not required, so cost increases can be suppressed, and extra parts etc. are added to the inner mirror in appearance. Since it is not attached, there is no obstacle to the visibility, and safety can be ensured and appearance can be secured.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of an inner mirror for a vehicle according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
[0009]
In FIG. 1A, reference numeral 1 denotes an inner mirror, which is disposed on the front side of the center upper portion of the front window W. In the inner mirror 1, a mirror 3 is disposed on the front surface of the outer shell 2, and a switching lever 4 protrudes downward from the center of the lower edge of the outer shell 2. As shown in FIG. 1 (b), the position of the switching lever 4 is switched to the standard position, the anti-glare position, and the indoor rear seat confirmation position as shown in FIG. 1 (a). The angle position of the mirror surface M is switched to three positions: a standard position A for vehicle rearward confirmation, an antiglare position B for vehicle rearward confirmation, and a rear seat confirmation position C for indoors.
[0010]
Further, the opening 5 through which the switching lever 4 of the outer shell 2 passes is formed to be slightly narrower than the width of the switching lever 4 as shown in FIG. 1 (c), and at each switching position of the switching lever 4. A widened portion 5a is formed so that the switching lever 4 can be held at each switching position.
[0011]
In the above configuration, the inner mirror 1 is used for the backward confirmation because the switching lever 4 is normally held at the standard position A. When the headlight of the following vehicle is dazzling during night driving, the rear side can be confirmed in an antiglare state by switching the switching lever 4 to the antiglare position B. In addition, when confirmation of the child seat of the rear seat is necessary, it can be confirmed by switching the switching lever 4 to the rear seat confirmation position C in the room. Further, the switch lever 4 only needs to be switched when returning to the standard position A or switching to another position.
[0012]
Therefore, since the rear seat can be confirmed by switching the switching lever 4, it is easy to use, safe driving can be ensured, and no additional mirror is required, so that the cost increase can be suppressed, and extra parts are added to the inner mirror 1 in appearance. Since there is no such thing as an obstacle to visibility, safety can be secured and appearance can be secured.
[0013]
Next, another specific configuration example will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 11 denotes a mounting bracket for the inner mirror 1, which is provided with a sphere portion 12 for supporting the inner mirror 1 at the lower end, and a supporting frame disposed in the outer shell 2 of the inner mirror 1 on the sphere portion 12. 13 is mounted so that the angle can be adjusted in three axial directions. Support shafts 14 project from both sides of the upper portion of the support frame 13, and a pair of left and right bearings 15 provided on the upper portion of the outer shell 2 are fitted to the support shaft 14 so that the outer shell 2 can swing back and forth. It is supported.
[0014]
Further, the upper part of the switching lever 16 is inserted and disposed in the lower part inside the outer shell 2, and the lower part projects through the opening 26 formed in the lower end part of the outer shell 2 and protrudes outwardly. Relatively long shafts 17a and 17b are provided on both sides of the upper portion of the switching lever 16, and can be rotated by a pair of left and right bearings 18a and 18b provided in the lower portion of the outer shell 2 and in the axial direction (left and right direction). It is slidably supported on. One shaft 17a is formed with three annular engaging grooves 19 at predetermined intervals, and a corresponding bearing 18a is provided with an Ω-shaped spring 20 that fits elastically into the engaging groove 19, The switching lever 16 can be positioned at three positions in the left-right direction.
[0015]
A protrusion 21 having a relatively small width projects from the lower end surface of the support frame 13, and an inverted V-shaped engagement surface 22 is formed on the lower surface of the support frame 13 to engage the upper end portion of the switching lever 16. At the upper end of the switching lever 16, a slit 23 in the left-right direction that is considerably longer than the width of the protrusion 21 is formed, and an engaging piece 24 that can be elastically bent is provided at the upper end. Are connected by an inclined bridge portion 25.
[0016]
The distance between the shaft cores of the shafts 17a and 17b of the switching lever 16 and the tip of the engagement piece 24 is set to be larger than the distance between the shaft cores of the shafts 17a and 17b and the inverted V-shaped engagement surface 22. Accordingly, the switching lever 16 is centered on a posture (this is the standard position A) along an extension line of a line connecting the axis of the support shaft 14 of the support frame 13 and the reverse V-shaped engagement surface 22. It is biased toward either a posture inclined forward (this becomes the anti-glare position B) or a posture inclined backward (this becomes the rear seat confirmation position C in the room).
[0017]
The opening 26 through which the switching lever 16 of the outer shell 2 passes is formed in a crank shape as shown in FIG. 2C, and when the switching lever 16 is positioned at the left side in the left-right direction, the switching lever 16 is anti-glare. When the switching lever 16 is engaged with the opening edge at a position slightly beyond the position B and the standard position A and the switching lever 16 is positioned at the right position, the switching lever 16 reverses the rear seat confirmation position C and the standard position A in the room in the reverse direction. The switching lever 16 is configured to engage with the opening edge at the anti-glare position B and the rear seat confirmation position C in the room when it is engaged with the opening edge at a position slightly beyond the position and positioned at the intermediate position. . In addition, at the standard position A when positioned at this intermediate position, a sense of moderation is obtained by providing the inclined bridge part 25 at the intermediate part of the slit 23, and the standard position A, the anti-glare position B, and the rear seat confirmation position are obtained. It is possible to freely switch to the three positions C.
[0018]
According to the above configuration, when the switching lever 16 is switched from the standard position A to the front anti-glare position B, the reverse V-shaped engagement surface 22 of the support frame 13 faces the back side at the engagement piece portion 24. As a result, the lower part of the outer shell 2 whose upper part is swingably supported by the support shaft 14 is displaced forward, and the mirror surface M is switched to the antiglare position B facing upward. Conversely, when the switching lever 16 is switched from the standard position A to the rear seat confirmation position C on the back side, the reverse V-shaped engagement surface 22 of the support frame 13 is pressed toward the front by the engagement piece portion 24, As a result, the lower part of the outer shell 2 whose upper part is swingably supported by the support shaft 14 is displaced rearward, and the mirror surface M is switched to the rear seat confirmation position C facing downward.
[0019]
Further, when the inner mirror 1 is to be switched between the standard position A and the anti-glare position B, the switching lever 16 is positioned at the left position so that the switching operation of the switching lever 16 can be surely performed. It is positioned at any position. Further, when the inner mirror 1 is to be switched between the standard position A and the rear seat confirmation position C, the switching lever 16 is positioned at the right position, so that the switching operation of the switching lever 16 is surely performed. It is positioned at either position. If it is desired to switch between the three positions, it should be positioned in the middle.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
According to the vehicle inner mirror of the present invention, as described above, the mirror surface angle position can be adjusted by operating the switching lever, the standard position for vehicle rear confirmation, the anti-glare position for vehicle rear confirmation, and the rear seat confirmation position. Since it can be switched to the position, it is possible to confirm the rear seat and the rear seat in the anti-glare state only by switching the lever, it is easy to use and secures safe driving, and there is no need for another mirror, so cost increase is suppressed It can be used and there is no obstacle to visibility, so that safety can be ensured and appearance can be secured.
