Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a folding door, and more particularly to a folding door device that can be easily installed without closing a finger that has entered a gap in a joint when the folding door is closed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The folding door can be bent through the joint, and the frontage can be opened or closed. However, if the folding door closes as it is when the folding door is closed when the folding door is folded, the joint opening is also closed. A finger is pinched by this. In view of this, various structures have been used in the past in order to prevent finger folding at the folding door.
[0003]
6 (a) to 6 (c) show a joint part of a folding door using a conventional finger-proofing prevention structure. The folding door of (a) has two panels (A) and (B). It is connected with a hinge (c) and folded, but as shown in the same figure, the space (d) remains even when both panels (a) and (b) are extended and the frontage is closed. Fingers are never stuffed. In the case of the folding door (b), there is a space (d) between the panels (A) and (B) in the closed state.
[0004]
The folding door shown in (c) is attached to gears (e) and (e) meshing with the side edges of the panels (a) and (b) and hung on the centers of the gears (e) and (e). It is connected by a connecting plate (f). Accordingly, the panels (A) and (B) can be bent with the centers of both gears (E) and (E) as axes. Accordingly, there is no gap between the panels (A) and (B) for fitting a finger, and it is not necessary to prevent finger filling.
[0005]
As described above, various measures have been devised in the past to prevent finger folding at the folding door, but such a structure impairs the appearance of the folding door. In addition, in the case of FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), there still remains a problem that light leaks from the gap between the panels (a) and (b) to which the joint hinge (c) is attached. In the case of (c), the gears (e) and (e) must be used, which complicates the structure as a folding door.
[0006]
Folding doors have the same size for both panels (a) and (b), and a shaft is provided above and below one side of the suspension side panel. A slider is provided, and when the folding door is opened and closed, the suspension wheel and the slider can move along the rail. Therefore, because the structure is supported at the panel side end, if the panel becomes large, a large load is applied to the suspension side shaft and the suspension car, and the entire folding door device is loose, which hinders the opening and closing operation of the folding door. .
[0007]
Conventionally, when the side end of the suspension side panel is pivotally supported, the lower end of the panel must be fitted to the shaft provided on the floor, and the shaft must be inserted from the upper surface of the upper rail and fitted into the shaft hole at the upper end of the panel. The installation work is very troublesome. One door-end side panel is suspended from a suspension bolt that extends downward from a suspension vehicle mounted on the upper rail, and is connected to the suspension-side panel by a hinge. Of course, the suspension side panel and the door end side panel may be connected to each other before being mounted on the rail, but this is inconvenient in the conventional support structure on the suspension side.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the present invention]
Thus, the conventional folding door apparatus has the above-mentioned problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and provides a structure that can prevent finger filling with a simple structure without impairing the appearance. At the same time, it is possible to provide a folding door device that prevents light leakage from the joint portion and that can be easily attached to the folding door.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the folding door of the present invention, two panels are connected via hinges, each panel is bent around the hinge, and the frontage is opened and closed. The suspension side panel can be rotated (turned) supported by hinges provided at the upper and lower ends of the panel, and the other door side panel is suspended from the suspension wheel. The hinge may be provided on the upper rail and the floor surface. And this suspension vehicle can move on the upper rail provided in the upper part of the frontage, and the panel is rotatably suspended by suspension bolts extending downward from the suspension vehicle. The folding door device of the present invention does not have a lower rail.
[0010]
A hinge piece of a hinge is attached to the panel side end that becomes the joint part, and the vertical beam of the portion where the butterfly piece is not joined has a recessed side edge surface, and a cushion material is attached to the bottom of the panel recess on one side . The cushion material is sized and shaped so that when the folding door is closed, the side edge can come into contact with the bottom of the recess of another panel. And both the hinge pieces of the hinge are so that a certain amount of space is left when the folding door is closed, that is, it is not pinched by both butterfly pieces even when a finger is fitted between the two butterfly pieces. Yes.
[0011]
Then, the upper rail and a part of the upper rail side of the upper rail are cut out so that the upper hinge or the hinge receiver can be attached from the front side so that the suspension side panel can be easily supported. The upper hinge is fixed to the metal fitting, and the metal fitting is inserted from the notch portion of the upper rail and screwed. Of course, the lower hinge is provided on the floor as in the prior art. When the hinge is provided on the panel side, only the hinge receiver is screwed. Of course, the inspection panel is attached and covered so that the notched portion is not exposed to the outside, and the inspection panel is attached to the upper rail. Furthermore, when the folding door is closed, the door stop is not exposed to the outside, and is configured to fit within the upper rail.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The panel accommodates a paper core in a frame in which a vertical beam and a horizontal beam are framed, and a surface material is attached to both sides. And the edge is attached to the side edge and the panel side edge part which bent the surface material is covered. The joint side vertical rail and the edge are bent to form a recess at the panel side end. As a result, the side end has a step, and a cushion material is attached to the recess. The cushion material is attached to one panel recess bottom, and the side end of the cushion material can contact the other panel recess bottom when the folding door is closed.
[0013]
The cross-sectional shape of the cushion material is not particularly limited, but for example, the side end can be in contact with the bottom of the recess by making the cross-section substantially rectangular. The material of the cushioning material is not limited, but it must be able to be easily deformed, and the cushioning material straddling the recesses on both panel side ends has a gap interposed between the joints of both panels. Because it can be completely filled, there is no light leakage from the folding door.
[0014]
Both panels are connected by a hinge, and the butterfly piece is fixed to the edge of the panel side end, but a reinforcing material may be provided inside the vertical beam to increase the strength of the side end portion. Of course, the panel to which the present invention is applied is not limited to a metal panel but may be a wood panel, but the specific panel structure is not limited. And the edge attached to the panel joint part side end extends the cover for covering a part of cushioning material. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

As described above, the folding door device of the present invention allows the suspension base hinge to be attached from the notch portion of the upper rail, and forms a recess at the panel joint side end, and a cushioning material at the bottom of one recess The side edge of the cushion material is in contact with the bottom of the other panel recess, and a space is left between the hinge pieces of the hinge even when the folding door is closed. The following effects can be obtained.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
The folding door device of the present invention has a notch in a part of an upper rail having a rail, and since an L-shaped metal fitting provided with a hinge can be set and fixed from this notch part, a suspension side panel Mounting is easy. And an inspection panel can be attached to the inspection panel receptacle formed in the upper cross, and a notch is covered so that it may not be exposed. In addition, a door stop is attached to the upper end of the panel and the folding door is positioned in a closed state. However, since the door is stored in the upper rail, the door stop is not exposed and the appearance is not impaired.
[0027]
Furthermore, the joint part of both panels is provided with a soft cushion material, and there is no pain even if a finger fits. The cushion material is attached to the bottom of the recess formed on the side edge of one panel, and the side end is in contact with the bottom of the recess of the other panel, so that light enters from the gap between the two panels. There is nothing. In addition, even when the folding door is closed, the space between the hinge pieces of the hinge is such that it leaves a space, so that even if a finger enters the both hinge pieces, it is not closed. Furthermore, even if a large cushion material is attached to the concave portion of the joint portion, the appearance of the joint portion of the folding door is not impaired by covering a part of the concave portion.
