Description

【0001】
【0050】

[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 1, the underfloor burying member 2 is a substantially box-shaped member that is open upward and is mainly composed of four side plate portions 21 and a bottom plate portion each having a substantially rectangular shape. The wiring device 1 for use is stored and disposed. On the upper edge of the side plate portion 21 of the underfloor burying member 2, a peripheral plate portion 22 having a substantially horizontal plate shape in a substantially square shape in plan view that protrudes inward from the upper edge is attached (see FIG. 5). . The peripheral flange 22 is fixed by fixing the fixing tool 25 to a fixing hole (not shown) provided in the side plate portion 21 by inserting the fixing tool 25 into an insertion hole 22a formed in the corner. And the long hole 3 (after-mentioned) is provided in this surrounding collar part 22. As shown in FIG.
[0017]
In addition, a plurality of knockout portions 21a are formed on the side plate portion 21 of the underfloor embedded member 2, and when the underfloor embedded member 2 is embedded on the floor surface, the arbitrary knockout portion 21a is removed and the conduit 8 disposed below the floor is disposed. An end is attached and the electric wire 80 inserted through the inside of the conduit 8 is connected to the floor wiring device 1.
[0018]
In the present embodiment, the floor wiring device 1 is attached to such an underfloor embedded member 2 via a mounting frame 6 described later, and the present invention rotates the floor wiring device 1 to the underfloor embedded member 2. It can be adjusted freely. That is, the movable member 4 is movably disposed in the long hole 3 provided in the underfloor embedded member 2, the fastening member 5 is screwed to the movable member 4, and the attachment frame 6 is fastened, thereby the floor wiring device 1. Is disposed on the underfloor burying member 2 so as to be freely adjustable and will be described below.
[0019]
The long hole 3 provided in the underfloor burying member 2 is provided in the peripheral flange portion 22 attached to the upper edge of the side plate portion 21, and in this embodiment, the central portions of two sides facing each other in plan view of the peripheral flange portion 22. (See FIG. 5). The long hole 3 has a longitudinal direction in a circumferential direction of a portion where the long hole 3 of the circle Ci centering on the center portion of the underfloor embedded member 2 (that is, the center portion Ce of the peripheral flange portion 22) in plan view is located. In this embodiment, the long hole 3 is formed in an arc shape so as to be substantially along the circle Ci. The long hole 3 is opened in the vertical direction, and the long hole 3 is formed such that the length in the longitudinal direction is l and the width is w (l> w). The length is formed at t (that is, the thickness of the peripheral flange portion 22).
[0020]
Next, the movable member 4 disposed in the long hole 3 will be described. The movable member 4 includes an in-hole moving part 41 located in the long hole 3 and an upper locking part 42 provided at the upper and lower ends of the in-hole moving part 41 and above and below the peripheral edge 31 of the long hole 3. And the lower locking portion 43 constitute a main body, and a female screw hole 40 into which a fastening member 5 described later is screwed is formed. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 And nut N, which will be described below.
[0021]
Bolt B 1 Is composed of a head portion having a circular shape in plan view and a shaft portion protruding from the head portion, and an in-hole moving portion 41 is formed in the shaft portion, and the head portion is used as an upper locking portion 42. It is. Bolt B 1 The head (i.e., the upper locking portion 42) has a diameter d in plan view. 2 A circular plate with a diameter d 2 Is larger than the width w of the long hole 3 (d 2 > W) (see FIG. 5). And the bolt B 1 A shaft portion projects downward from the head portion of the shaft, and a protruding base portion from the head portion of the shaft portion becomes an in-hole moving portion 41 disposed in the elongated hole 3, and the in-hole moving portion A portion below 41 is a screw portion b to which a nut N is screwed.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 2 (e), the in-hole moving part 41 has a side length d in plan view. 1 Is formed in a substantially square shape that is approximately the same as or slightly smaller than the width w of the long hole 3, and the vertical length T (see FIG. 2 (d)) is larger than the vertical length t of the long hole 3. It is formed slightly longer. By doing in this way, when the in-hole moving part 41 is arranged in the long hole 3, it can be moved in the longitudinal direction, and the in-hole moving part 41 can be moved in the long hole 3 in a plan view. Rotation (spinning) is prevented.
[0023]
Further, as another example of the in-hole moving portion 41, the shape in plan view (that is, the horizontal cross-sectional shape) is a substantially rectangular shape as shown in FIG. Also good. In this case, the length in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal section is smaller than the length 1 in the longitudinal direction of the long hole 3, and the length d in the short direction is set. 1 Is formed to be approximately the same as or slightly smaller than the width w of the long hole 3, and the same effect as that of the above-described one having a substantially square horizontal cross section can be obtained.
[0024]
As described above, in the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the in-hole moving portion 41, the longitudinal holes on both sides of the long hole 3 are arranged at a plurality of positions (the length of the long hole 3 in the case shown in FIGS. 2E and 2F). By being close to each other in the entire straight portion along the direction edge, the in-hole moving portion 41 is prevented from rotating (spinning) in the long hole 3.
[0025]
And the screw part b is formed in the lower part of the movement part 41 in a hole. The threaded portion b has a diameter d. 1 A male screw is engraved on the outer surface of the shaft having a circular cross section, and a nut N is screwed thereon.
[0026]
In the present embodiment, the bolt B is thus 1 In the shaft portion, the in-hole moving portion 41 having a substantially rectangular horizontal cross section is formed on the protruding base portion from the head portion, and the screw portion b having a circular cross section is formed on the lower side thereof. On the other hand, although not specifically illustrated, the bolt B 1 A threaded portion b may be formed on the entire shaft portion, and the vicinity of the protruding base portion from the head portion of the shaft portion may be used as the in-hole moving portion 41. In this case, the nut N is screwed to the shaft portion to a position where the distance from the head is T (see FIG. 2D), and the shaft portion between the nut N and the head is connected to the in-hole moving portion 41. However, since it is complicated to measure the distance T with a scale or the like, it is preferable to previously provide a restricting portion for restricting the nut N from approaching the head in the shaft portion. It is. In this respect, in this embodiment, the bolt B 1 Since the projecting base portion from the head portion of the shaft portion has an in-hole moving portion 41 with a substantially rectangular horizontal cross section and no threaded portion, the lower end portion of the in-hole moving portion 41 is formed. Is the restricting portion 45 (see FIG. 2B).
[0027]
This bolt B 1 In this case, a shaft portion in which the in-hole moving portion 41 is formed and a female screw hole 40 penetrating in the vertical direction are drilled coaxially with the shaft portion. Thus, by providing the in-hole moving part 41 and the female screw hole 40 coaxially, it is not necessary to add a new part to the movable member 4a in order to provide the female screw hole 40. A fastening member 5 described later is screwed into the female screw hole 40 from above. Furthermore, the insertion opening (that is, the upper end portion) of the fastening member 5 of the female screw hole 40 has a conical side surface that opens upward to guide the male screw of the fastening member 5 to be engaged with the female screw of the female screw hole 40. The guiding portion 40a is formed, and the fastening of the fastening member 5 to the female screw hole 40 can be smoothly performed even in a dark place or a place that is difficult to see.
[0028]
Bolt B 1 As the nut N to be screwed to the thread portion b, a hexagonal nut as shown in FIG. 2D is used in the present embodiment, but is not particularly limited thereto. As shown in FIG. 5, the nut N has a long diameter portion d. Three Is larger than the width w of the long hole 3 (d Three > W).
[0029]
Such bolt B 1 In order to arrange the movable member 4a composed of the nut N in the elongated hole 3, as shown in FIG. 1 This shaft portion is inserted into the long hole 3 from above, the in-hole moving portion 41 of the shaft portion is disposed in the long hole 3, and a nut N is screwed to the screw portion b. Thereby, the bolt B as the upper locking portion 42 1 Is disposed on the upper side of the long hole 3, and a nut N as the lower locking portion 43 is disposed on the lower side of the long hole 3. 1 The in-hole moving part 41 is arranged in the long hole 3, and the entire movable member 4a is moved together with the in-hole moving part 41 moving in the long hole 3 as described above. Further, the bolt B which is the upper locking portion 42 1 Head diameter d 2 And a long portion d of the nut N which is the lower locking portion 43 Three Is larger than the width w of each of the long holes 3 (d 2 > W and d Three > W) Since it is formed, the movable member 4a does not fall out of the long hole 3.
[0030]
Next, the floor wiring device 1 and the mounting frame 6 that are fastened to the underfloor embedded member 2 and the decorative plate 7 will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the mounting frame 6 is a frame having a circular shape in plan view. When the mounting frame 6 is disposed in the underfloor burying member 2, the opening inside the peripheral flange portion 22 having a substantially rectangular shape in plan view is provided. It is a blockage. An attachment opening 61 having a substantially rectangular shape in plan view is formed inside the attachment frame 6, and the floor wiring device 1 is attached to the attachment opening 61. Further, the attachment frame 6 has a fastening insertion hole 62 through which the fastening member 5 is inserted in a portion corresponding to the female screw hole 40 of the movable member 4a of the underfloor burying member 2 described above. The to-be-latched hole 63 in which the latching protrusion 72 of the decorative plate 7 to be latched is perforated. The floor wiring device 1 and the mounting frame 6 as described above may not be used as separate members as in the present embodiment, but may be integrally formed. Instead of attaching the floor wiring appliance 1 via the attachment frame 6, only the floor wiring appliance 1 may be directly attached.
[0031]
The decorative plate 7 has a substantially U-shape in plan view in which an insertion opening 71 having a substantially rectangular shape in plan view for allowing the floor wiring device 1 to be exposed upward is formed in the mounting frame 6. A locking projection 72 for mounting projects downward. In addition, a lid mounting step 70 having a substantially U-shape in plan view is recessed along the periphery of the insertion opening 71 on the upper surface of the decorative plate 7, and the lid mounting step 70 has a rectangular shape in plan view. A lid 73 having a shape is attached so as to be freely opened and closed.
[0032]
Next, attachment of the above-described floor wiring device 1 to the floor surface will be described.
[0033]
The underfloor embedding member 2 is embedded in an embedding recess (not shown) provided on the floor surface, and the end of the conduit 8 is attached to the underfloor embedding member 2 as described above. The underfloor embedded member 2 is provided with a peripheral flange portion 22 in which a movable member 4a is movably disposed in the long hole 3. The electric wire 80 is connected to the floor wiring device 1 attached to the attachment frame 6 (see FIG. 1), and the fastening member 5 inserted from above into the fastening insertion hole 62 of the attachment frame 6 is connected to the female screw hole 40 of the movable member 4a. (See FIGS. 3 and 4).
[0034]
Here, the floor surface will be described. A plurality of finishing materials C having a substantially rectangular shape (square in the present embodiment) in plan view are provided on the floor in an orderly manner without gaps, and a plurality of parallel or orthogonal surfaces are provided at the abutting portions with the adjacent finishing materials C. The joint L to be formed is formed (see FIGS. 7 and 8). And it is difficult to form the embedding recess provided on the floor surface precisely so that the underfloor embedding member 2 is embedded in a predetermined direction, and the embedding recess is embedded in the embedding recess. The underfloor burying member 2 is usually not disposed so that each side plate portion 21 is parallel or orthogonal to the joint L.
[0035]
Then, without rotating the mounting frame 6 attached to the floor wiring device 1 to the underfloor embedded member 2 in which the side plate portions 21 are not arranged so as to be parallel or orthogonal to the joint L as described above. When the decorative plate 7 is attached to the attachment frame 6, the edge 73 a of the lid 73 and the joint L on the floor surface are not arranged so as to be parallel or orthogonal as shown in FIG. It is very unsightly and the aesthetics are impaired.
[0036]
Therefore, as described above, the movable member 4a is moved in the longitudinal direction of the long hole 3 in a state where the fastening member 5 inserted from above into the fastening insertion hole 62 of the mounting frame 6 is temporarily fixed to the female screw hole 40 of the movable member 4a. The mounting frame 6 is adjusted to rotate, and the fastening member 5 is finally tightened in a state of facing a predetermined direction, and the lower locking portion 43 is set to the lower peripheral portion 31 of the long hole 3 of the underfloor embedded member 2. As shown in FIG. 7 (b), the end frame 73a of the lid portion 73 and the joint L on the floor surface are arranged in parallel or orthogonal to each other by fixing the mounting frame 6 to the underfloor member 2 by pulling it up. It is something that can be arranged nicely. 6A and 6B are a side view and a side sectional view, respectively, showing a state in which the mounting frame 6 and the decorative plate 7 to which the floor wiring device 1 is attached are attached to the underfloor buried member 2.
[0037]
According to the above configuration, the long hole 3 is provided in the underfloor buried member 2, the in-hole moving part 41 of the movable member 4 a is movably disposed in the long hole 3, and the movable member 4 is moved and adjusted. Later, the fastening member 5 is screwed and tightened into the female screw hole 40 of the movable member 4a, and the floor wiring device 1 is fastened to the underfloor embedded member 2 via the mounting frame 6. Is tightened to the underfloor embedded member 2 already embedded in the floor surface, the orientation of the floor wiring device 1 and the mounting frame 6, the decorative plate 7 and the lid portion 73 with respect to the underfloor embedded member 2 is adjusted in a plan view. Thus, it can be arranged in a desired orientation with respect to the floor pattern and wall surface so as not to impair the beauty. In addition, the fastening member 5 engraved with the male screw and the movable member 4a provided with the female screw hole 40 can be firmly fixed in a state where the floor wiring device 1 and the underfloor embedded member 2 are sandwiched. is there.
[0038]
FIG. 9 shows another example of the underfloor embedded member 2. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the peripheral portion 22 having a substantially square shape in plan view is attached to the upper edge of the side plate portion 21 with the fixing tool 25, whereas in the present example shown in FIG. 9. In the thing, the edge collar part 23 which protrudes inward substantially horizontally is integrally provided in the upper edge of the side-plate part 21, and the long hole 3 is provided in this edge collar part 24. FIG. By doing in this way, a number of parts and construction man-hours are reduced.
[0039]
Next, another embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. Since this is mostly the same as the above embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals, description thereof is omitted, and different parts are mainly described.
[0040]
This embodiment shown in FIG. 10 is different from the upper embodiment shown in FIG. 1 in a portion where the movable member 4 and the long hole 3 of the underfloor burying member 2 are provided. More specifically, in the upper embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the movable member 4 a in which the in-hole moving portion 41 and the female screw hole 40 are provided coaxially is disposed in the long hole 3. The embodiment is different in that the movable member 4b in which the in-hole moving portion 41 and the female screw hole 40 are provided in parallel is provided in the long hole 3, and further, the long hole 3 of the underfloor embedded member 2 is provided. It differs in part.
[0041]
The movable member 4b has a bolt B as shown in FIG. 2 And the nut N, and in the same way as in the above embodiment, the in-hole moving part 41 located in the long hole 3 and the upper and lower ends of the in-hole moving part 41 are provided at the peripheral edge 31 of the long hole 3, respectively. The upper locking part 42 and the lower locking part 43 positioned above and below the main body constitute a main body.
[0042]
Bolt B 2 The main body is composed of a rectangular head portion in plan view and a shaft portion protruding from the head portion, and a cylindrical portion 44 protrudes in parallel with the shaft portion from the head portion. Bolt B 2 The lower locking portion 43 is used as the head of the nut and the upper locking portion 42 is used as the nut N. A female screw hole 40 is formed in the cylindrical portion 44. Thus, by providing the in-hole moving portion 41 and the female screw hole 40 in parallel, the in-hole moving portion 41 and the female screw hole 40 can be arranged separately and separately, and the ready-made underfloor buried The movable member 4 in which the in-hole moving portion 41 and the female screw hole 40 correspond to the long hole 3 of the member 2 and the fastening insertion hole 62 of the mounting frame 6 to which the floor wiring device 1 is attached, respectively. It is also possible to distribute the load applied to the movable member 4.
[0043]
Even in the present embodiment, similarly to the above embodiment, a long hole 3 is provided in the underfloor buried member 2, and the in-hole moving portion 41 of the movable member 4b is movably disposed in the long hole 3, After moving and adjusting the movable member 4b, the fastening member 5 is screwed and tightened into the female screw hole 40 of the movable member 4b, and the floor wiring device 1 is fastened to the underfloor buried member 2 via the mounting frame 6. Therefore, when the floor wiring device 1 is fastened to the underfloor embedding member 2 already embedded in the floor surface, the floor wiring device 1 and the mounting frame 6 in the plan view, the decorative plate 7 and the underfloor embedding member 2 of the lid portion 73. The fastening member 5 can be arranged in a desired direction with respect to the floor pattern and wall surface so as not to impair the aesthetics by rotationally adjusting the direction with respect to the fastening member 5.
