In particular, in an elliptical vibration machine, in order to improve efficiency, in general, the natural frequency in the horizontal direction and the natural frequency in the vertical direction are made closer to each other (for example, the natural frequency in the vertical direction is higher than the natural frequency in the horizontal direction). The drive frequency is set to be a few percent higher than the vibration frequency, and the drive frequency is made to coincide with the natural frequency in the horizontal direction in which the amplitude is larger than that in the vertical direction. Therefore, if even a slight amount of vertical vibration occurs as described above due to vibration in the horizontal direction, this vibration is amplified and becomes a large excitation force, causing the vertical direction to vibrate. That is, since the horizontal vibration acts as a large disturbance to the vertical vibration, vertical amplitude control and phase difference control (usually, the phase difference between the horizontal direction and the vertical direction is 60 degrees, that is, the optimum condition, It has been found that the parts on the track in the

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems. For example, an excitation force that excites a horizontal vibration system (first vibration system) or a vertical vibration system (second vibration system) is the other vibration. When acting on the system,OneHas a frequency near the natural frequency of the vibration systemThe other vibrationDisturbanceConsiderIn case of elliptical vibration deviceThe other vibration (disturbance)An object of the present invention is to provide an elliptical vibration device that can control the elliptical vibration device more reliably than in the past.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above problem is that at least a predetermined phase difference from the horizontal vibration is generated by the second vibration force that is vibrated in the horizontal direction by the first vibration force that is vibrated in the horizontal direction and that is excited in the vertical direction. And an elliptical vibrator having a movable part that vibrates in the vertical direction by vibrating in the vertical direction (for example, 26, 31, 61 of the embodiment; hereinafter the same), and at least an amplifying part (43). The first controller (39, 63), the first power amplifier (40, 64) that amplifies the output of the first controller (39, 63), and the output of the first power amplifier (40, 64). The first vibration drive source (41, 65) that generates the first vibration force, and the ellipse that vibrates in the horizontal direction by receiving the first vibration force of the first vibration drive source (41, 65). The first vibration system (32 of the vibrator (26, 31, 61)) 66), a second controller (34, 68) having at least an amplifying unit (46), a second power amplifier (35, 69) for amplifying the output of the second controller (34, 68), and the second controller A second vibration drive source (36, 70) for receiving the output of the two power amplifiers (35, 69) to generate the second vibration force, and the second vibration drive source (36, 70) of the second vibration drive source (36, 70). In the elliptical vibration device having the second vibration system (37, 71) of the elliptical vibrator (26, 31, 61) that vibrates in the vertical direction in response to a force, the horizontal vibration speed of the movable portion The first vibration speed detecting means for detecting the first vibration speed is provided, and the horizontal vibration speed detected by the first vibration speed detecting means is amplified by a first predetermined gain, which is amplified by the first controller and the first Negative feedback is provided between the vibration drive source and the first Form a closed loop,In the first vibration system, the vibration of the second vibration system having a frequency near the natural frequency of the first vibration system is a disturbance (D 2 ), The pseudo damping rate of the first vibration system is increased, and the transmission rate of the first vibration system in the vicinity of the natural frequency of the first vibration system is decreased. And / or second vibration speed detection means (28, 38, 72) for detecting the vertical vibration speed (dY / dt) of the movable portion, and the second vibration speed detection means (28, 38, 72). ) To detect the vertical vibration velocity (dY / dt) detected by the second predetermined gain (KC ), And negatively feedback this between the second controller (34, 68) and the second vibration drive source (36, 70) to form a second closed loop,The second vibration system (37, 71) disturbs the vibration of the first vibration system having a frequency near the natural frequency of the second vibration system (37, 71) (D 1 ), The pseudo damping rate of the second vibration system (37, 71) is increased, and the transmissibility (Y / r) of the second vibration system in the vicinity of the natural frequency of the second vibration system. 2 )This is solved by an elliptical vibration device characterized in that.
[0011]
With such a configuration, one of the first vibration system and the second vibration system or both vibration systems have a frequency in the vicinity of the natural frequency. The vibration of the other vibration systemDisturbanceConsidered (hereinafter referred to as disturbance)The vibration speed of the vibration system in which the disturbance has occurred is detected, and the magnitude based on the vibration speed is negatively fed back while the command signal from the controller is transmitted to the vibration drive source. Pseudo damping rate of the generated vibration system (This is the damping rate of the entire vibration system including the control system that controls the vibration system, and this term is used to distinguish it from the inherent damping rate of the vibration system. Increase). Since the pseudo damping rate is increased, the resonance magnification at the natural frequency of the first vibration system and / or the second vibration system (that is, the maximum value of the transmission rate (the ratio of the output displacement to the command signal)) is reduced. Therefore, if the spring constant and mass of the vibration system do not change significantly, the transmissibility of the disturbance having a frequency near the natural frequency of the first vibration system and / or the natural frequency of the second vibration system is small. Therefore, desired control can be reliably performed.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

A first vibration system; a second controller having at least an amplifying unit; a second power amplifier that amplifies the output of the second controller; and a second excitation force that receives the output of the second power amplifier and generates a second excitation force. 2 vibration drive sources and this In an elliptical vibration device having a second vibration system of an elliptical vibrator that vibrates in the vertical direction by receiving a second excitation force of a two-vibration driving source, a first vibration for detecting the horizontal vibration speed of the movable portion Speed detection means is provided, and the horizontal vibration speed detected by the first vibration speed detection means is amplified by a first predetermined gain, and this is negatively applied between the first controller and the first vibration drive source. When a disturbance having a frequency near the natural frequency of the first vibration system acts on the first vibration system by forming a first closed loop, the pseudo damping factor of the first vibration system is increased, Second vibration speed detection means for reducing the transmission rate of the first vibration system and / or detecting the vertical vibration speed of the movable part is provided, and the vertical vibration speed detected by the second vibration speed detection means is determined. Amplify with a second predetermined gain, This is negatively fed back between the second controller and the second vibration drive source to form a second closed loop, and a disturbance having a frequency near the natural frequency of the second vibration system acts on the second vibration system. In this case, the elliptical vibration device is characterized in that the pseudo damping rate of the second vibration system is increased and the transmission rate of the second vibration system is decreased.

[0022]
Moreover, in a general elliptical vibration device, the vibration is performed such that the horizontal amplitude is larger than the vertical amplitude. If resonance vibration is used, a large amplitude can be obtained efficiently. Therefore, the horizontal vibration is preferably obtained by resonance vibration. Furthermore, since the horizontal amplitude is larger than the vertical amplitude, the excitation force for exciting the horizontal direction is larger than the excitation force for exciting the vertical direction, so the disturbance acting in the vertical direction is Greater than disturbance acting in the horizontal direction. Therefore, desired control can be performed more effectively by forming a closed loop in the mechanical vibration system that is vibrated in the vertical direction and reducing the pseudo damping rate to reduce the disturbance near the natural frequency.
[0023]
Further, even when the transmission rate of the first vibration system and / or the second vibration system is reduced, the first predetermined gain and / or the second predetermined value are set so that the transmission rate is always 1 or more. If the gain is determined, that is, if the magnitude of the output displacement is always larger than the command signal, even if the command signal is given, the phenomenon that the signal is too small and does not vibrate does not occur. In order to cause the movable part of the elliptical vibrator to elliptically vibrate, it is preferable that the phase difference between the horizontal vibration displacement and the vertical vibration displacement be approximately 60 degrees. With this phase difference, the parts on the track of the movable part can be transported at the maximum transport speed.
