Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a flower bed outer peripheral edge section edge material used so as to form a curb on the outer peripheral edge of a flower bed and a connecting member thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
For example, when installing flower beds on the rooftops of buildings such as low-rise buildings and on the rooftops of structures such as verandas and carports, for example, a water retention base with a water permeable filter is laid on the surface to form a soil receiving surface It is said that soil can be planted by placing soil on it. In this case, for example, curbs made of natural stone are continuously installed in the width direction in the flower bed as in parks and gardens. The outer peripheral edge is defined.
[0003]
However, when a curb made of natural stone is installed, the curb is easy to move, and the outer peripheral edge of the flower bed often collapses and damages the appearance. To prevent this, the natural stone is fixed with concrete and soil is removed. It is necessary to form curbstones to form a series of wall surfaces with concrete to form a retaining wall, and by using the above water retention base, a flower bed can be formed relatively easily and speedily, The work tends to be complicated.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances concerned, and the problem to be solved is that the flower bed formed using the water retention base is installed so as to form a curb, and the outer peripheral edge of the flower bed is easily and reliably provided. An edge material for partitioning the outer periphery of a flower bed that can be partitioned and installed as easily as possible is provided, and the connection in the width direction of the edge material can be freely adjusted to the outer shape of the flower bed It is an object of the present invention to provide a connecting member for the edge material which can be made.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In accordance with the above-described problems, the present invention defines a curb stone by a front panel that partitions the outer peripheral edge of the flower bed and makes up the outer peripheral edge, and a bottom panel that is arranged so as to form a substantially L-shaped cross section with the front panel. Form an edge material to be used, and fix the tip of the permeable filter protruding from the water retention base by the front panel to form a rising wall or retaining wall for soil filling with the permeable filter on the front panel side. The water retaining base can be installed at the time of laying, and the water retaining base is placed by the bottom panel, so that the edge material can be fixedly held by the weight of the water retaining base, that is, the weight of the soil thereon. While the panel is held upright, the installation work is simplified and the outer peripheral edge section of the flower bed can be easily and reliably formed. A stopper for positioning the water retention base is installed on the front panel so that the water retention base can be easily and reliably spaced from the front panel. The water retention base is separated from the rear surface of the front panel and the permeable filter fixed thereto. In the flower bed formed in a place exposed to direct sunlight by forming a space for heat insulation, the soil temperature rises due to the heating of the edge material and prevents the planted plants from being adversely affected as much as possible. In other words, the invention according to claim 1 is planted by laying a water retention base having a water permeable filter on the surface so as to form a soil receiving surface, and placing the soil on the water retention base. An edge material that defines the outer periphery of the flower bed that is continuously installed in the width direction so as to form a curb on the outer circumference of the flower bed that can be planted, and is a water permeable filter that protrudes from the water retention base. A cross-section comprising a front panel for fixing the front end to the upper end of the back surface or the vicinity thereof, and a bottom panel protruding from the front panel to reach the water retention base and placing the water retention base to hold the front panel upright. The water permeation that is formed in a substantially L shape and has a positioning stopper for positioning the outer peripheral side end of the water retention base away from the front panel in the middle in the depth direction of the bottom panel, and is fixed to the rear surface of the front panel and the rear panel. A heat insulating space is formed between the filter and the edge material for partitioning the outer periphery of the flower bed.
[0006]
In addition to the above, the invention described in claim 2 is provided with a protrusion on the upper rear end of the front panel so that the front end of the water permeable filter can be fixed to the front panel easily and reliably. 2. The flower bed outer peripheral edge sectioning edge according to claim 1, wherein the edge of the perimeter of the flower bed is arranged and fixed by snap-in or screwing the tip of the water permeable filter at or near the tip of the projection using a filter fixing bracket. It is a material.
[0007]
In addition to the above, the invention described in claim 3 can be compactly carried into the flower bed formation site, and can form the edge material having the substantially L-shaped cross section when installed. The outer peripheral edge of the flower bed according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the front panel and the bottom panel are separated from each other, and the bottom panel is fixed to the lower end of the front panel so that the cross section is substantially L-shaped. This is a partition edge material.
[0008]
In addition to the above, the invention described in claim 4 can be selected from a plurality of types of front panels for performing makeup on the flower bed according to the customer's request. In order to be able to form a common edge material in common, the above-mentioned front panel is made of a thick block made of cement material and ceramic material, and an intermediate material between them. It is possible to select and use multiple types of different thicknesses such as thin-walled metal materials and metal materials, and to use the bottom panel as a single type with a fixed piece at the tip, and to fix the bottom panel to the lower end of the front panel 4. The flower bed outer peripheral edge sectioning edge material according to claim 3, wherein the edge material can be commonly formed by a screw through a fixing piece.
[0009]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, in accordance with the problem of providing the connecting member, the edge members can be connected in the width direction according to various shapes such as straight, curved, and bent at the outer peripheral edge of the flower bed. As described above, this is a connecting member for connecting the front panel in which a screw through hole is provided at one end in the longitudinal direction of the band member made of a bendable or flexible material and a long hole is provided at the other end to slide the screw along the longitudinal direction. 5. It is what.
[0010]
The present invention uses each of these as the gist of the invention as means for solving the above problems.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the example of the drawings. In FIGS. 1 to 6, A is a flower bed, and the flower bed A has a water retention filter having a water permeable filter 15 on the surface so as to form a soil receiving surface. The base 1 is laid and the soil 7 is placed on the water retention base 1 so that it can be planted. For example, it forms a roof garden formed on the roof of a building such as a middle or low-rise building. For example, it is laid on the roof slab through a waterproof sheet (not shown) or on the concrete surface of the roof slab subjected to waterproofing.
[0012]
In this example, the water retention base 1 is formed by arranging, for example, a concave portion 13 formed by injection molding of vinyl chloride so as to form a plurality or a plurality of receiving holes in a grid shape through the surface ribs 12 at the periphery of the concave portion 13. In addition, a synthetic resin molded panel 11 in which overflow holes (not shown) are provided in the surface rib 12 at predetermined intervals, and the respective recessed portions 13 of the molded panel 11 are filled with, for example, pearlite. The water retaining material 14 made of foamed particles and the water permeable filter 15 made of a material having water permeability, such as a nonwoven fabric, are provided on the surface rib 12 by a suitable fixing means such as high-frequency welding or adhesive bonding. In addition, the recessed portion 13 and its water retaining material 14 retain water by supplying water by watering or rainwater to prevent the soil 7 from drying and to allow excess water to pass through. It is assumed that the flower bed A can be maintained in an environment suitable for planting by discharging to the outside. At this time, the area of the permeable filter 15 in the water retention base 1 disposed on the outer periphery of the flower bed A is the above-described area. The molded panel 11 is wider than the molded panel 11, and is extended from the water retaining base 1 to the outer peripheral side of the flower bed A together with the surface of the water retaining base 1 and arranged in a series.
[0013]
2, in the flower bed A, demarcates the outer peripheral edge of the flower bed that is continuously installed and used in the width direction so as to form a curb on the outer periphery thereof. The edge material 2 is an edge material that defines the outer peripheral edge portion of the stepped portion, and the edge material 2 is fixed to the front end of the water permeable filter 15 protruding from the water retention base 1 at the upper end of the back surface or in the vicinity thereof. And a bottom panel 24 that protrudes from the front panel 21 to reach the water retaining base 1 so as to place the water retaining base 1 and hold the front panel 21 upright. And a positioning stopper 26 is provided in the middle of the bottom panel 24 in the depth direction so that the outer peripheral side end of the water retention base 1 is spaced from the front panel 21 and fixed to the rear surface of the front panel 21 and the rear panel 21. the above There as to form a heat-insulating space 6 between the water filter 15.
[0014]
At this time, the edge material 2 of the present example has the front panel 21 and the bottom panel 24 as separate bodies, and the bottom panel 24 is fixed to the lower end of the front panel 21 so that the cross section is substantially L-shaped. The panel 21 is provided with a plurality of different thicknesses such as a thick molding material of cement material and ceramics material, a thick block material having an intermediate material interposed therebetween, and a thin molding material of metal material. In the present example, the front panel 21 can be used as a thick molding material and a metal material made of the cement material, for example, a plurality of different thicknesses by two types of a thin molding material made of an aluminum extrusion material. It is assumed that seeds are provided, and these can be appropriately selected to form the edge material 2.
[0015]
In the present example, the front panel 21 of the thick molding material shown in FIG. 3 has a thickness of about 1 cm, for example, and has a protruding portion 22 that protrudes toward the back side and surrounds the outer periphery. , A dish-like recess is formed on the back side, and cement is poured and molded so that the hollow recess can be a gap 6 between the front panel 21 and the water permeable filter 15, and the surface is colored or patterned as required. The front panel 21 of the thin molded material shown in FIG. 4 has a thickness of about 1.5 to 2 mm and is vertically A protruding portion 22 that protrudes toward the rear side, for example, is substantially L-shaped at the upper end and is further folded back at the lower end, is formed between the front panel 21 and the water permeable filter 15 in this example. Up and down to ensure the gap 6 A single or a plurality of intermediate protrusions 23 are formed at intermediate positions, and aluminum is extruded. Similarly, a rectangular or square front surface having a substantially U-shaped or C-shaped cross section and an appropriate intermediate protrusion 23 on the back surface. It is as.
[0016]
On the other hand, in this example, the bottom panel 24 is fixed to the lower end of the front panel 21 so that the edge member 2 has a substantially L-shaped cross section. The bottom panel 24 can be fixed to the lower end of the front panel 21 by a screw 5 via the fixing piece 25. In this example, the bottom panel 24 is A plate having a width approximately equal to that of the front panel 21 and a depth of about 10 to 15 cm, a fixed piece 25 erected in a substantially L shape, for example, at the tip, and the water retaining base 1 positioning on the upper surface in the middle of the depth direction. As the stopper 26, a low protruding rib is formed, and aluminum is extruded to form a substantially plate shape. In this example, the rear end paired with the positioning stopper 26 at the rear end in the depth direction There as to form a blanking 27.
[0017]
The bottom panel 24 is fixed to the front panel 21 by placing the fixed piece 25 against the tip of the protrusion 22 at the lower end of each front panel 21 so as to come into contact with, for example, a fitting shape, and from the fixed piece 25 side. The front panel 21 and the bottom panel 24 are integrated by screwing the screws 5 into the protrusions 25.
[0018]
The edge member 2 having a substantially L-shaped cross-section by fixing the bottom panel 24 in this way is the tip of the water permeable filter 15 at or near the tip of the protrusion 22 at the upper end of the rear surface of the front panel 21. Can be clamped and fixed by a snap-in or a screw 5 using a filter fixing bracket 3. In this example, the filter fixing bracket 3 is clamped and fixed by the screw 5 on the front panel 21 of the thick molded material. In the former, the front panel 21 made of a thin molding material has a substantially L-shaped side surface having a contact portion that abuts against and contacts the protrusion 22 of the front panel 21 through the water permeable filter 15 so as to hold and fix the snap-in. In the latter case, the side U-shaped or square-shaped snap-fitted to the projection 22 of the front panel 21 together with the permeable filter 15 There as by piece fitting.
[0019]
The edge material 2 is installed on the outer peripheral edge of the flower bed A in this example by using the filter fixing metal fitting 3 to project the protrusion 22 at the upper back of the front panel 21 selected from the front panel 21 from the water retention base 1. The front end of the filter 15 is clamped and fixed, and the water retaining base 1 is placed so as to be fitted between the positioning stopper 26 and the rear end rib 27 of the bottom panel 24. A space 6 for heat insulation is formed between the protruding portions of the water-permeable filter 15 so as to form a retaining wall of the soil 7, and the edge material 2 is continuously extended in the width direction along the outer periphery of the flower bed A. The outer peripheral edge is defined so as to form a curbstone of the flower bed A, and the outer peripheral edge of the flower bed A is partitioned.
[0020]
At this time, the continuous installation in the width direction of the edge member 2 in this example is such that the edge members 2 are connected to each other by, for example, the connecting member 4. In this example, the connecting member 4 is manually bent. The front panel 21 is connected to the front panel 21 in which a screw through hole 41 is installed at one end in the longitudinal direction of the strip made of a possible or flexible material, and a long hole 42 is installed at the other end to slide the screw 5 along the longitudinal direction. Both the flush connection and the bending connection are made free.
[0021]
The connecting member 4 of this example is paired up and down of the front panel 21 in which the screw through hole 41 and the long hole 42 are formed in a band material that can be bent manually using, for example, a thin metal plate, for example, a steel plate. It is assumed to be a metal fitting that is installed and connected to each other. The screw 5 is inserted into the screw through hole 41 and the long hole 42 to fix the connecting member 4 to the front panel 21, for example, the protrusion 22. At the same time, by sliding the screw 5 on the long hole 4 side with respect to the front panel 21 on the screw through hole 41 side and changing its fixing position, the adjacent front panels 21 are connected in a flush manner. Further, the connecting member 4 can be connected by being bent at a predetermined angle, and the length of the long hole 42 is set to a length that enables the front panel 21 to be connected by bending at a right angle. Front panel 21 If so arranged on the back, it can be freely connected in any angle of the front panel 21.
[0022]
If the soil 7 is placed on the water retention base 1 by installing the edge material 2, for example, artificial soil, the plant can be planted and used as the flower bed A. At this time, the weight of the water retention base 1 That is, the weight of the soil 7 on the upper side fixes the edge material 2 and holds the front panel 21 upright. In this example, the connection of the edge material 2 by the connecting member 4, that is, the front panel 21. Combined with the connection, the edge material 2 can be fixed in a stable position over a long period of time, and the installation work and the outer peripheral section, and the formation of the flower bed A can be performed easily and reliably. It is possible to ensure a high level of workability.
[0023]
Moreover, since the space | gap 6 for heat insulation is formed between the front panel 21 and the water permeable filter 15 by using the edge material 2 of this example, in the flower bed A formed in the place exposed to direct sunlight, the edge material 2 It is possible to prevent as much as possible the temperature of the soil 7 from being raised by heating and adversely affecting the planted plant, and is particularly preferable as the edge material 2 of the flower bed A formed on the rooftop as in this example. It can be.
[0024]
7 and 8 show another example of the edge material 2. In the example of FIG. 7, the front panel 21 in the edge material 2 is made of a metal-based thin molding material as described above. For example, an aluminum extruded material is used, and the intermediate protrusion 23 is provided with an approximately U-shaped or C-shaped cross section in the same manner as described above. A mating protrusion, in this example, a fitting groove 28 is provided, while a fitting protrusion or fitting groove instead of the fixing piece 25 is provided at the tip of the bottom panel 24, and in this example, a fitting protrusion 29. The bottom panel 24 was connected to the front panel 21 and fixed so as to prevent the front panel 21 from falling to the front side by fitting the fitting groove 28 and the fitting projection 29. It is an example.
[0025]
In the example of FIG. 8, the front panel 21 of the edge material 2 is used as an intermediate material between thick molding materials such as cement and ceramics, for example, with a foamed resin cushion, for example, having a thickness. Thick block material with a flat surface on the front and back sides of about 10 to 15 cm. For example, the front panel 21 of the thick block material is used for various outdoor structures such as a fence block and a wall block for forming a storage shed. It is an example that can be shared with the one formed in the above, and the parts are made common, and the external design of the outer peripheral edge of the flower bed A and the baskets, storage sheds, etc. installed on the roof can be unified as necessary. In this example, the bottom panel 24 made of an aluminum extruded material is used in common, and the folded portion of the substantially L-shaped fixing piece on the side surface of the lower end is cut off to form an I-shaped fixing piece 25. In contact with the rear face panel 21, there as that to carry out the fixing of the bottom panel 24 on the front panel 21 with screws as well.
[0026]
Since the remainder of FIG.7 and FIG.8 is not different from the said example, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.
[0027]
Although the illustrated example is as described above, the water-permeable base bottom panel is fixed to the top edge of the front panel or in the vicinity thereof so that the protruding water-permeable filter contacts the back surface of the front panel of the edge material. The front panel and the bottom panel are integrated with a substantially L-shaped cross section, and are hinged with a substantially L-shaped cross section that can be folded in a superposed manner. , When installing the water retaining base positioning stopper on the bottom panel, attach the stopper to the bottom panel and cut it up to the corresponding part. Use the bottom panel to screw together the thick molding material, thick block material, thin molding material, etc., and when using the connecting member, make it flexible resin, etc. Including water retention base, its permeable filter, soil, flower bed, edge material, its front panel, bottom panel, gaps to be formed as necessary, positioning stopper, projections on front panel, filter fixing bracket, connecting member, etc. Specific shapes, structures, materials, dimensions, numbers, relationships between these, additions to these, and the like can be in various forms as long as they do not contradict the gist of the invention.
