Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a cable used to support a flexible pipe that is attached to a duct opening of a manhole and separates and protects a plurality of underground cables (multi-laying cables) installed in one pipe line by the duct opening. The present invention relates to a duct spacer of a protective flexible tube.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 6, a conventional duct spacer for a flexible tube for protecting a cable is made of a metal disc 1 through which the flexible tube p is inserted and supported. The fixing leg bolts 2 are screwed in, and the rubber coating film 3 in which fin-like crimping pieces 3 a are juxtaposed along the length direction of the bolts 2 is baked. The crimping piece 3 a is crimped to the inner wall of the duct port 4 so that the duct spacer can be firmly attached to the duct port 4. In the figure, reference numeral 5 denotes a gripping fixture fixed to the flexible tube p with a bolt and nut for tightening in order to prevent movement of the flexible tube p.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-mentioned conventional duct spacers, most of which are made of metal, are heavy and inconvenient to handle, and are constructed by assembling three members. There was a problem of high cost. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a duct spacer for a flexible tube for protecting a cable, which solves the above-mentioned problems by constructing a duct spacer apparently integrally with a synthetic resin.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a duct spacer for a flexible tube for protecting a cable, which is a feature of the present invention, is a molded product made of a synthetic resin, and consists of a pair of left and right semi-discs that can be coupled to each other at both ends. The semicircular discs are respectively provided with corresponding arcuate surface portions so that the insertion holes of the flexible tube for cable protection can be formed between the opposing surface portions when the semicircular discs are joined in a disc shape, A fixed leg that is curved along the same circumferential surface protrudes from the back surface of both semicircular discs, and the outer surface of each fixed leg crosses the length direction of the fixed leg. This is a configuration in which crimping pieces projecting in a fin shape are juxtaposed.
[0005]
Then, the pair of left and right semi-discs can be joined in a disc shape by a male / female coupling portion provided so as to be able to be fitted and removed from both ends thereof. Further, in order to separate an existing cable (for example, an optical fiber cable) and insert it exclusively, a middle portion of at least one of the pair of left and right half discs has a lateral U toward the outer peripheral surface side. A cable insertion groove is provided in a state of opening in a cross-sectional shape.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of a duct spacer of a flexible tube for protecting a cable according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 to 4, reference numerals 11 and 21 denote a pair of left and right semi-discs that can be joined in a disc shape, which are molded articles made of a synthetic resin (for example, nylon 12). In each half disk 11, 21, when both the half disks 11, 21 are joined in a disk shape, an insertion hole for a cable protecting flexible tube p (see FIG. 5) can be formed between the opposing surface portions. Corresponding arcuate surface portions 12 and 22 are provided in succession, and both end portions 11a and 21a of the half discs 11 and 12 are provided with male and female coupling portions 13 and 23, which will be described later. .
[0007]
And the fixed legs 14 and 24 which curved along the same circumferential surface are each protrudingly provided in the back surface parts 11b and 21b of both semi-discs 11 and 21, and on the outer surface part of each fixed leg 14 and 24, respectively. A plurality of crimping pieces 15 and 25 projecting in a fin shape in a state intersecting with the length direction of the fixed legs 14 and 24 are juxtaposed, and elasticity is imparted to these crimping pieces 15 and 25 at the time of molding. . In addition, although indicated by phantom lines in FIG. 2, a U-shaped cross section in a lateral direction toward the outer peripheral surface portion is provided at an intermediate portion of at least one half disc 21 of the pair of left and right half discs 11 and 21. A cable insertion groove 26 through which an optical fiber cable or the like is inserted can also be provided in a state where the cable is opened. In the case where the cable insertion groove 26 is provided, the fixed legs 24 provided on the half disk 21 side are provided on both sides of the cable insertion groove 26 so as to be divided into two.
[0008]
Next, the connecting portions 13 and 23 of both the semi-discs 11 and 21 will be described (refer to FIGS. 1 and 4 in particular). First, both end portions 11a and 21a of both semi-discs 11 and 21 are formed in a phase-out shape, and one coupling portion 13 provided in the phase-out portion has a groove shape and a shaft shape. The other coupling portion 23 is composed of two male and female fitting bodies 23a and 23b each having a convex shape and a hole shape corresponding to the fitting bodies 13a and 13b, respectively. The shaft-like fitting body 13b and the hole-like fitting body 23b are slightly tapered.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 5, the duct spacer configured as described above is attached to the duct port 31 of the manhole 30 and used to support the cable protecting flexible tube. That is, the duct spacer is attached to the duct port 31 via the sleeve 32 as required by the fixed legs 12 and 24, and the crimping pieces 15 and 25 of both the fixed legs 14 and 24 are crimped to the duct port 31 side by an elastic action. This prevents the duct spacer from falling off the duct port 31. Then, the cable protecting flexible tube p can be inserted through the insertion hole formed by the arcuate surface portions 12 and 22. It should be noted that since the coupling portions 13 and 23 have a double coupling structure composed of two male and female fitting bodies, the coupling state of the half discs 11 and 21 can be firmly determined. Of course, the present invention can be implemented by using other types of coupling means.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is as described above, and since it is a molded article made of synthetic resin formed by joining a pair of left and right semi-discs in a disc shape, it can of course be manufactured easily and inexpensively. It has the advantage of being lightweight and convenient to handle, and its practical value is great.
