本発明は、包装において、高内圧が要求される物品、例えばテニスボール、金魚、熱帯魚等の鑑賞魚の輸送用に適用される包装方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、包装容器内を高圧状態にするためには、缶、PET容器などを高圧チャンバー内で内容物を充填して開栓することにより高い内圧を得ている。また、一部袋形態で高内圧を得られるよなものは袋にあらかじめ逆止弁を取りつけておき、内容物を充填後袋の口を閉じ、逆止弁を通じて内部に空気を送り込み内圧を高めるような機構となっている。しかし、これら従来の技術では容器の場合には使用後の容器の廃棄が問題となっている。一方、逆止弁を持った袋の場合には逆止弁が高価なものであり、その取り付けに関しても特殊な装置が必要となり、トータルコストとして非常に高いものとなる、等の問題が存在している。

上記目的を達成するため、請求項1に記載の発明においては、包装方法において、a.プラスチックラミネートフィルムにより形成された気密性の袋内に水と金魚又はテニスボールから成る内容物を収容すると共に、袋内には空気を残留させたままで袋の口をヒートシールすることにより密封する、

【発明の効果】
本発明は、プラスチックラミネートフィルムで形成された気密性の袋内に内容物を収容して袋を密封したのち、袋を外からクリップ等で縛り付けるだけで簡単に袋内の空気圧を高めることができるので、これまで缶や、PET容器、及び逆止弁を使用していたものと比較すると、大幅なコストダウンとなる。また、使用後の廃棄物の大幅な減容化につながる。更には、充填する空気の量の調整及び、締め付ける量や程度によって圧力の調整が容易にできることなどが挙げられる。また、特殊な設備を必要とせず簡易に袋の内圧を高めることができる
