Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable appropriate gas control and enable long-term preservation by a method wherein a gas permeable vessel, a gas-barrier type bag and carbon dioxide absorbent are used together. CONSTITUTION:Carbon dioxide gas generated from carbon dioxide gas generating food 1 inside a sealed inner vessel 3 fills the vessel 3, and then a part of the gas passes through the inner vessel. CO2 which has transmitted is absorbed by carbon dioxide gas absorbent 4 so that it is no longer a factor for expanding an outer package 2. An outer layer material 1 is protected by oxygen barrier property to allow long-term preservation. As an outer layer material having gas-barrier property, single resin such as polyester, nylon and polyvinyl alcohol, a laminated body with polyolefin or the like and a film combined with an aluminum foil can be used. As carbon dioxide gas absorbent, bases such as calcium hydroxide are mainly used.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a packaging body that can preserve foods for a long period of time. [Prior art] Conventionally, A
I! Containers that block oxygen gas have been used, such as metal cans made of tinplate or bags made of multilayer film containing aluminum foil, which are vacuum-packed and gas-exchanged packaging. However, these containers had problems such as being opaque, making it impossible to see the contents, being expensive, and lacking flexibility in design. To solve this problem, containers have been developed that are laminated with resins with oxygen gas barrier properties such as ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer and polyvinylidene chloride, and resins with rigidity and heat sealability such as polyolefin and polystyrene. Made possible. However, miso, cheese etc.
When packaging fermented foods that generate carbon dioxide gas (c), if a gas barrier container is used to seal the food, the carbon dioxide generated will have no place to escape and will cause the package to bulge.
Another drawback was that the bag could burst. To solve this problem, if a gas-permeable resin container is used, long-term storage cannot be achieved. For this reason, it has been adopted to fill the container with a carbon dioxide absorbent together with the contents, but this method was unsanitary because the outer layer of the bag containing the absorbent came into contact with the contents. This was inappropriate because it absorbed all of the carbon dioxide gas that was generated, resulting in a reduced pressure and causing the container to deform. [Problem to be solved by the invention] The purpose of the invention is to store food that generates carbon dioxide gas for a long time without deforming or rupturing the container. We have discovered that appropriate gas control is possible by using a gas absorbent in combination, and our objective is to provide a container that can be stored for a long period of time. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides at least an inner container containing a content in which either the lid material or the container is made of a carbon dioxide permeable resin, the inside of the bag is replaced with an inert gas, and This is a package that contains a carbon dioxide absorbent and is wrapped in an outer bag with gas barrier properties. In the plastic inner sealed container used in the present invention, polypropylene, polyethylene, polycarbonate, polystyrene, vinyl chloride resin, etc. with good gas permeability are used at least for the lid material or the container body, and if necessary, gas permeable polypropylene, polyethylene, polycarbonate, polystyrene, vinyl chloride resin, etc. are used. A laminate of good citrus oils may also be used. It is also possible to use a laminate with gas barrier properties on either side. ? The outer layer material having gas barrier properties may be a gas barrier resin such as polyester, nylon, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylidene chloride, polyacrylonitrile alone, a laminate with polyolefin, etc., or a film in combination with Alt5. Can be used. As the carbon dioxide gas absorbent, a base such as calcium hydroxide is mainly used, but any commercially available one can be used, or one kneaded into a resin and made into a sheet can also be used.

The action will be explained using diagrams. Figure 3 shows the package of the present invention. Carbon dioxide (Co) generated from the carbon dioxide-generating food 1 in the sealed inner container 3 first fills the interior of the container 3, and then a part of it permeates through the inner container.

Table 2 [Effects of the Invention] According to the method of the present invention, the container is ideal for long-term storage of foods that generate carbon dioxide gas without deformation, and is safe because the contents and absorbent are completely separated. Moreover, a sanitary package can be obtained.
