Claims (4)
- 少なくとも1本のプラスチック製ファイバと、前記プラスチック製ファイバを取り囲み、そして前記プラスチック製ファイバに接着する弾性のジャケットとを具備する、光レセプタクルへの挿入と光ファイバケーブルへの取り付けのための一体成形光プラグであって、前記プラグは前記プラグの後端から前端へ延びる軸状の穴を有し、そして前記プラグはその外部表面に位置する一つの片持ちラッチをさらに含み、
前記片持ちラッチは、前記光レセプタクル内の対合するカム表面と協動して、前記ラッチの弾力性により前記プラグを前方にバイアスするカム・ローブを有し、そして、
前記軸状の穴は、前記弾性のジャケットと噛み合う大きさの内ねじ部を有し、これにより前記光ケーブルを前記穴に固定し、そして前記光ケーブルは前記プラグの移動とともにのみ移動することが可能であることを特徴とする一体形成光プラグ。 - 請求項1に記載の一体形成光プラグであって、前記片持ちラッチは弾性部材であり、その弾性により、前記カム・ローブをカム表面に沿って前方に移動させ、これにより、前記固定された光ファイバを前方に移動させることを特徴とする一体形成光プラグ。
- 請求項1に記載の一体形成光プラグであって、前記軸状の穴は、前記後端から延びる第1の部分と、中間に位置し、内ねじ部を有する第2の部分と、前記内ねじ部分から前記プラグの前端へ延びる、ファイバが含まれる第3の部分とを有し、前記第3の部分の前記ファイバの弾性のジャケットははぎ取られていることを特徴とする一体形成光プラグ。
- 請求項3に記載の一体形成光プラグであって、前記第1の部分は、前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分が結合する場所よりも大きい直径をその後端に有する先細部分であることを特徴とする一体形成光プラグ。
