【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ＰＯＳ（Point Of Sales：販売時点情報管理）ターミナル等の商品販売登録装置で販売登録された各商品の売上データを収集して売上げ分析等を行う商品売上管理装置に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来のこの種の商品売上管理装置は、各売場にそれぞれ設置されている複数台のＰＯＳターミナルとＬＡＮ（Local Area Network）などの通信回線で接続され、売上点検業務が選択されると、通信回線を介して各ＰＯＳターミナルから各商品の売上データを収集して現時点までの売上金額を累積し、この売上累積金額と予め設定されている売上予算金額とから現時点における売上目標達成状況を示した売上管理レポートをディスプレイに表示，若しくはプリンタにより記録紙に印字出力するものとなっていた。

このため、店舗経営者等は定期的に売上点検業務を実行して現時点における売上目標達成状況を把握し、達成率が低い場合には店員の奮起を促したり、タイムサービスを実施する等して販売促進への対応をとっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来は店舗経営者等のオペレータが商品売上管理装置に対して売上点検業務を実行しない限り売上目標の達成状況を把握できなかったので、売上予算未達成に対する対応を確実に取れない場合があった。また換言すれば、オペレータは定期的に売上点検業務を実行して現時点における売上目標達成状況を把握し、販売促進などの対応をとる必要があるか否かを判断しなければならなかったので、オペレータの負担が大きかった。

本発明はこのような事情に基づいてなされたもので、その目的とするところは、売上累積金額の売上予算金額に対する達成率が低いときには自動的に警告を発することができ、オペレータの負担になることなく売上予算未達成に対する対応を確実にとることができる商品売上管理装置を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本願請求項１記載の発明は、予め設定される売上予算金額を記憶する記憶手段と、商品販売登録装置で販売登録された商品の売上データを収集する収集手段と、この収集手段により収集した商品の売上データに基づいて現時点における売上累積金額を算出する売上累積手段と、この売上累積手段により算出される現時点における売上累積金額の記憶手段により記憶される売上予算金額に対する達成率を算出する予算達成率演算手段と、この演算手段により算出される達成率が低いとき警告を発生する警告手段とを備えたものである。

本願請求項２記載の発明は、予め決められた時刻毎にその時点における売上予算金額を記憶する記憶手段と、商品販売登録装置で販売登録された商品の売上データを収集する収集手段と、この収集手段により収集した商品の売上データに基づいて現時点における売上累積金額を算出する売上累積手段と、予め決められた時刻になると売上累積手段により算出される現時点における売上累積金額の記憶手段により記憶されるその時点の売上予算金額に対する達成率を算出する予算達成率演算手段と、この演算手段により算出される達成率が低いとき警告を発生する警告手段とを備えたものである。

本願請求項３記載の発明は、予め決められた時間帯の売上予算金額を記憶する記憶手段と、商品販売登録装置で販売登録された商品の売上データを収集する収集手段と、この収集手段により収集した商品の売上データに基づいて予め決められた時間帯での売上累積金額を算出する売上累積手段と、この売上累積手段により算出される予め決められた時間帯での売上累積金額の記憶手段により記憶される同一時間帯の売上予算金額に対する達成率を算出する予算達成率演算手段と、この演算手段により算出される達成率が低いとき警告を発生する警告手段とを備えたものである。
なお警告手段は、本願請求項４記載の発明のように、売上予算金額に対する達成率の低さに応じて内容の異なる警告メッセージを発生することが望ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施の形態を図面を用いて説明する。
図１は本発明に関わる商品売上管理装置１を用いたＰＯＳシステムの概略図で、店舗のバックヤードに設置される商品売上管理装置１と、店舗の会計場所にそれぞれ設置される複数台のＰＯＳターミナル２とを、ＬＡＮなどの通信回線３で接続して、システムを構築している。

各ＰＯＳターミナル２は、買物客が買上げる商品の販売登録に応じてその商品の売上データを記憶部に登録処理する機能と、１取引として１人（組）の買物客が買上げる全商品の販売登録が終了したことに応じてその１取引で販売登録された全商品の明細等を印字したレシートを発行する機能とを有したもので、図３に示すように、制御部本体としてＣＰＵ（Central Processing Unit ）２０を搭載している。また、プログラムなどの固定的データを予め格納したＲＯＭ（Read Only Memoly）２１、商品の売上データを登録処理する記憶部等の各種メモリエリアを形成するＲＡＭ（Random Access Memoly）２２、日付及び時刻を計時する時計部２３、前記通信回線３を介して商品売上管理装置１と行うデータ通信を制御する通信コントローラ２４、商品販売登録用のキーや１取引の商品販売登録終了を宣言する締めキーなどを配設したキーボード２５Ａから入力キー信号を取込むキーボードコントローラ２５、オペレータ用の正面表示器２６Ａ及び客用表示器２６Ｂを制御して販売登録された商品の品名，価格や１取引の合計金額，釣銭額などを表示させる表示コントローラ２６、プリンタ２７Ａを制御してレシート印字及びジャーナル印字を行わせるプリンタコントローラ２７、現金などを収容するためのドロワ２８Ａの開閉を制御するドロワコントローラ２８などを搭載している。そして、前記ＣＰＵ２０と、ＲＯＭ２１，ＲＡＭ２２，時計部２３及び各コントローラ２４，２５，２６，２７，２８とを、アドレスバス，データバスなどのバスライン２９で電気的に接続している。

かかる構成の各ＰＯＳターミナル２は、それぞれＲＡＭ２２に取引ファイル（図１参照）４を形成している。そして、各ＰＯＳターミナル２のＣＰＵ２０は、１取引として処理される客買上げ商品の販売登録が行われ、その登録終了が締めキーにより宣言されると、図２に示すように、取引番号（取引毎に＋１されて発番されるその取引固有の番号），取引時刻（その取引での１品目の商品登録時または締めキー入力時に時計部２３から読出した時刻），売上金額（その取引で販売登録された全商品の価格合計金額），売上点数（その取引で販売登録された全商品の合計点数）及び送信済フラグ（商品売上管理装置１に送信済か未送信かを識別するフラグ：送信済＝１，未送信＝０）の各項目からなる取引レコードを作成して、自己の取引ファイル４に順次追加登録するものとなっている。なお、この取引ファイル４のレコードは、１日の営業が全て終了し、ＲＡＭ２２の記憶部に登録処理された各商品売上データの精算業務が終了した後に削除される。

一方、商品売上管理装置１は、例えばパーソナルコンピュータを主体に構成し、図４に示すように、ＣＰＵ１０、ＲＯＭ１１及びＲＡＭ１２の他、日付及び時刻を計時する時計部１３、前記通信回線３を介して各ＰＯＳターミナル２と行うデータ通信を制御する通信コントローラ１４、ＨＤＤ（Hard Disc Drive ）装置１５Ａのハードディスクに対するデータ書込み読出し動作を制御するＨＤＤコントローラ１５、ＦＤＤ（Floppy Disk Drive ）装置１６Ａのフロッピーディスクに対するデータ書込み読出し動作を制御するＦＤＤコントローラ１６、フルキーボードなどのキーボード１７Ａから入力キー信号を取込むキーボードコントローラ１７、ＣＲＴ（Cathode Ray Tube）ディスプレイなどの表示装置１８Ａに対するデータ表示を制御する表示コントローラ１８などを搭載している。そして、前記ＣＰＵ１０と、ＲＯＭ１１，ＲＡＭ１２，時計部１３及び各コントローラ１４，１５，１６，１７，１８とを、アドレスバス，データバスなどのバスライン１９で電気的に接続している。

かかる構成の商品売上管理装置１は、例えばＨＤＤ装置１５Ａのハードディスク上に、図５に示すように、時間帯別警告設定テーブル５１と、時刻別警告設定テーブル５２とを予め設定している。
時間帯別警告設定テーブル５１は、任意の時間間隔で設定可能な管理時間帯に対応して、その時間帯での売上目標となる売上予算金額と、予算達成率の警告が発せられる範囲と、そのときの警告メッセージとを記憶したものである。また、時刻別警告設定テーブル５２は、任意に設定可能な時刻に対応して、開店時からその時刻までの売上目標となる売上予算金額と、予算達成率の警告が発せられる範囲と、そのときの警告メッセージとを記憶したものである。
ここで、警告範囲は１段階のみならず２段階以上に設定可能であり、各段階毎に内容の異なる警告メッセージを設定できるようになっている。また、管理時間帯及び管理時刻は、分単位で設定してもよく、時間単位で設定してもよい。因みに、この実施の形態の図５では分単位に設定したものを示している。

また、この商品売上管理装置１は、ＲＡＭ１２に、特に図６に示すように、開店時からの商品売上金額を累積し記憶する総取引集計器６１と、所定の時間帯での商品売上金額を累積し記憶する時間帯集計器６２と、時間帯フラグＦ１，時間帯判定フラグＦ２，時刻判定フラグＦ３，警告中フラグＦ４の各種フラグを記憶するフラグメモリ６３とを形成している。
ここで、時間帯フラグＦ１は前記時間帯別警告設定テーブル５１に設定されている管理時間帯になると“１”にセットされるフラグであり、時間帯判定フラグＦ２は上記管理時間帯の終了時刻になると“１”にセットされるフラグであり、時刻判定フラグＦ３は前記時刻警告設定テーブル５２に設定されている時刻になると“１”にセットされるフラグであり、警告中フラグＦ４は予算未達成の警告が行われている期間中“１”にセットされるフラグである。

しかして、この商品売上管理装置１のＣＰＵ１０は、時計部１３にて計時される時刻が１分を経過する毎に入力される割込み信号に応動して、図７の流れ図に示す１分割込み処理を実行するものとなっている。
すなわちＣＰＵ１０は、割込み信号が入力されると、先ず、ＳＴ（ステップ）１として時計部１３にて計時されている現時刻を読取る。次に、ＳＴ２としてこの現時刻が前記時間帯警告設定テーブル５１に設定されている管理時間帯のいずれかの開始時刻または終了時刻に一致するか否かを判断する。ここで、開始時刻に一致する場合には、フラグメモリ６３の時間帯フラグＦ１を“１”にセットする。また、終了時刻に一致する場合には、フラグメモリ６３の時間帯フラグＦ１を“０”にリセットし、時間帯判定フラグＦ２を“１”にセットする。

次に、ＳＴ３としてこの現時刻が時刻別警告設定テーブル５２に設定されている管理時刻のいずれかに一致するか否かを判断する。そして一致する場合には、フラグメモリ６３の時刻判定フラグＦ３を“１”にセットした後、通信コントローラ１４を介して回線接続された各ＰＯＳターミナル２に取引データの収集要求伝文を送信して、今回の割込み処理を終了する。
これに対し、現時刻がいずれかの管理時刻に一致しない場合には、ＳＴ４としてフラグメモリ６３の時間帯判定フラグＦ２及び時刻判定フラグＦ３を調べる。そして、両方の判定フラグＦ２，Ｆ３とも“０”にリセットされていた場合には、やはり通信コントローラ１４を介して回線接続された各ＰＯＳターミナル２に取引データの収集要求伝文を送信して、今回の割込み処理を終了する。

ＳＴ４にて少なくとも一方の判定フラグＦ２，Ｆ３が“１”にセットされていた場合には、ＳＴ５として後述する予算達成警告処理を実行する。その後、ＳＴ６としてフラグメモリ６３の時間帯判定フラグＦ２及び時刻判定フラグＦ３を両方とも“０”にリセットしたならば、今回の割込み処理を終了する。

ところで、前記取引データの収集要求伝文を受信した各ＰＯＳターミナル２のＣＰＵ２０は、図８（ａ）に示すように、自己の取引ファイル４を検索し、未送信の取引データ，つまりは送信済フラグが“０”にリセットされた取引レコードが格納されていることを確認すると、その未送信の取引データ（取引番号，取引時刻，売上金額，売上点数）で取引データ送信伝文を作成する。そして、この取引データ送信伝文を通信コントローラ２４を介して回線接続された商品売上管理装置１に送信する。その後、一定時間内に商品売上管理装置１から正常受信を示す応答伝文を受信したならば、取引ファイル４に格納されている各取引レコードのうち、今回送信したレコードの送信済フラグを“１”にセットして、この受信処理を終了するものとなっている。なお、一定時間内に商品売上管理装置１からＡＣＫ応答伝文を受信できなかった場合には、取引ファイル４における各取引レコードの送信済フラグを変更することなく、この受信処理を終了する。

また、上記取引データ送信伝文を受信した商品売上管理装置１のＣＰＵ１０は、図８（ｂ）に示すように、伝文送信元のＰＯＳターミナル１に正常受信を示す応答伝文を返信した後、フラグメモリ６３の時間帯フラグＦ１を調べる。そして、時間帯フラグＦ１が“０”にリセットされていた場合には、受信伝文中の全ての取引データの売上金額を総取引集計器６１に加算処理する。また、時間帯フラグＦ１が“１”にセットされていた場合には、同取引データの売上金額を時間帯集計器６２と総取引集計器６１の両方に加算処理するものとなっている。

図９は前記予算達成警告処理を具体的に示す流れ図である。すなわち、商品売上管理装置１のＣＰＵ１０は、図７に示した１分割込み処理のＳＴ４にて時間帯判定フラグＦ２及び時刻判定フラグＦ３の少なくとも一方が“１”にセットされていることを確認すると、この予算達成警告処理を開始する。
そして先ず、ＳＴ５１として時間帯判定フラグＦ２が“１”にセットされているか否かを判断する。ここで、時間帯判定フラグＦ２が“０”にリセットされていた場合には、時刻判定フラグＦ３が“１”にセットされており、時刻別警告設定テーブル５２に設定されている管理時刻を１分経過したので、ＳＴ５２として時刻別警告設定テーブル５２から現時刻より１分前の管理時刻に対応する売上予算金額Ｃ，警告範囲及び警告メッセージを読出す。なお、警告範囲が２段階以上設定されていた場合にはそれぞれの警告範囲と警告メッセージを読出す。また、ＳＴ５３としてＲＡＭ１２の総取引集計器６１で累積記憶している現時点までの売上累積金額Ｄを読出す。

しかる後、ＳＴ５４として上記売上累積金額Ｄを売上予算金額Ｃで除算し、その商を１００倍してその時点の売上予算金額Ｃに対する達成率を算出する。次に、ＳＴ５５として上記達成率が時刻別警告設定テーブル５２から読出した警告範囲に入るか否かを判断する。そして達成率がいずれかの警告範囲に入る場合には、ＳＴ５６としてその警告範囲に対応して設定されていた警告メッセージを取得し、この警告メッセージを現時点までの売上累積金額Ｄや達成率などとともに表示装置１８Ａに表示させる。このとき、ＳＴ５７としてフラグメモリ６３の警告中フラグＦ４がセットされていなければ“１”にセットする。かくして、この予算達成警告処理を終了する。

一方、ＳＴ５１にて時間帯判定フラグＦ２が“１”にセットされていた場合には、ＳＴ５８として時間帯別警告設定テーブル５１に設定されている管理時間帯の終了時刻を１分経過したので、ＳＴ５９として時間帯別警告設定テーブル５１から現時刻より１分前の時刻を終了時刻とする管理時間帯に対応する売上予算金額Ａ，警告範囲及び警告メッセージを読出す。この場合も、警告範囲が２段階以上設定されていた場合にはそれぞれの警告範囲と警告メッセージを読出す。また、ＳＴ６０としてＲＡＭ１２の時間帯集計器６２で累積記憶した該当時間帯での売上累積金額Ｂを読出す。

しかる後、ＳＴ６１として上記売上累積金額Ｂを売上予算金額Ａで除算し、その商を１００倍してその時間帯での売上予算金額Ａに対する達成率を算出する。次に、ＳＴ６２として上記達成率が時間帯別警告設定テーブル５１から読出した警告範囲に入るか否かを判断する。そして達成率がいずれかの警告範囲に入る場合には、ＳＴ６３としてその警告範囲に対応して設定されていた警告メッセージを取得し、この警告メッセージをその時間帯での売上累積金額Ｂや達成率などとともに表示装置１８Ａに表示させる。このとき、ＳＴ６４としてフラグメモリ６３の警告中フラグＦ４がセットされていなければ“１”にセットする。

その後、またはＳＴ６２にて達成率が警告範囲に入らない場合には、ＳＴ６５として時刻判定フラグＦ３がセットされているか否かを判断する。そして、時刻判定フラグＦ３が“０”にセットされていた場合には、この予算達成警告処理を終了する。
これに対し、ＳＴ６５にて時刻判定フラグＦ３が“１”にセットされていた場合には、時刻別警告設定テーブル５２に設定されている管理時刻からも１分を経過しているので、前述したＳＴ５２乃至ＳＴ５７の処理を実行した後、この予算達成警告処理を終了する。

また、この商品売上管理装置１のＣＰＵ１０は、図１０に示すように、上記警告中フラグＦ４が“１”にセットされている状態、つまりは表示装置１８Ａに売上予算未達成の警告メッセージなどが表示された状態で、キーボード１７Ａに予め設定した確認キーのキー入力を検知すると、この警告メッセージなどを消去するとともに、警告中フラグＦ４を“０”にリセットするものとなっている。

このように構成された本実施の形態においては、各ＰＯＳターミナル２において客買上げ商品の販売登録が行われ、締めキー操作により１取引の登録終了が宣言される毎に、その１取引の取引番号，取引時刻，売上金額，売上点数及び送信済フラグ＝０からなる取引レコードが作成されて、各ＰＯＳターミナル２の取引ファイル４にそれぞれ蓄積保存される。

その一方で、１分間隔で各ＰＯＳターミナル２に商品売上管理装置１から取引データ収集要求伝文が送信され、これに応じて、各ＰＯＳターミナル２の取引ファイル４にそれぞれ蓄積保存されている全取引レコードのうち未送信の取引レコードの取引データ（取引番号，取引時刻，売上金額，売上点数）が商品売上管理装置１に送信される。

こうして、各ＰＯＳターミナル１から取引データを逐次収集する商品売上管理装置１においては、それまで収集した全取引データの売上金額を総取引集計器６１にて加算処理して現時点までの売上累積金額を算出している。また、時間帯別警告設定テーブル５１に管理時間帯として設定されている時間帯においては、その時間帯内に収集した全取引データの売上金額を時間帯集計器６２にて加算処理してその管理時間帯における売上累積金額を算出している。

そして、時刻別警告設定テーブル５２に予め設定されている管理時刻を１分経過すると、その都度総取引集計器６１にて集計記憶されている売上累積金額Ｄと１分前の管理時刻に対応して予め設定された売上予算金額Ｃとから現時点までの売上予算達成率が計算される。そして、この達成率が当該管理時刻に対応して予め設定された警告範囲に入る場合には、その警告範囲に対応する警告メッセージ等が表示装置１８Ａに自動的に表示される。

また、時間帯別警告設定テーブル５１に予め設定されている管理時間帯の終了時刻を１分経過した場合には、その都度時間帯集計器６２にて集計記憶されている売上累積金額Ｂと１分前の時刻を終了時刻とする管理時間帯に対応して予め設定された売上予算金額Ａとから当該時間帯での売上予算達成率が計算される。そして、この達成率が当該管理時間帯に対応して予め設定された警告範囲に入る場合には、その警告範囲に対応する警告メッセージ等が表示装置１８Ａに自動的に表示される。

例えば今、時間帯別警告設定テーブル５１及び時刻別警告設定テーブル５２にそれぞれ図５に示すデータが設定されていたものとする。この状態で、管理時間帯１６時００分〜１７時００分までの１時間の売上累積金額が２５０万円であったとすると、売上予算金額３００万円に対する達成率が８３％であり、２段階に設定されている警告範囲のうちの一方（７１〜９０％）に入るので、１７時０１分には表示装置１８Ａに、図１１（ａ）に示す如く、警告メッセージ７１が自動的に表示される。したがって、オペレータは、この警告メッセージ７１にしたがい、タイムサービスを実施するなどの販売促進を図る適切な対応を迅速にとることができる。

また、例えば同管理時間帯１６時００分〜１７時００分までの１時間の売上累積金額が２００万円であった場合には、売上予算金額３００万円に対する達成率が６７％であり、２段階に設定されている警告範囲のうちの他方（０〜７０％）に入るので、１７時０１分には表示装置１８Ａに、図１１（ｂ）に示す如く、警告メッセージ７２が自動的に表示される。そしてこのとき、管理時刻１７時００分までの総取引集計器６１の金額が７００万円であり、売上予算金額９００万円に対する達成率が７７％であって、２段階に設定されている警告範囲のうちの一方（７１〜８５％）に入る場合には、図１１（ｂ）に示す如く、管理時刻１７時００分の警告範囲（７１〜８５％）に対応する警告メッセージ７３も同時に表示される。

このように、本実施の形態においては、予め時刻別警告管理テーブル５２に設定された管理時刻を経過する毎に、その時点における売上累積金額の売上予算金額に対する達成率が計算され、その達成率が予算未達成状況にある所定の警告範囲に入るときには自動的に表示装置１８Ａに適切な警告メッセージが表示される。また、予め時間帯別警告管理テーブル５１に設定された管理時間帯を経過する毎に、その時間帯での売上累積金額の売上予算金額に対する達成率が計算され、その達成率が予算未達成状況にある所定の警告範囲に入るときには自動的に表示装置１８Ａに適切な警告メッセージが表示される。

したがって、店舗経営者などのオペレータが定期的に売上点検業務を実施しなくても現時点における売上目標達成状況を把握することができ、予算未達成状況に対しての適切な対応をオペレータの負担になることなくとることができる。しかも、予算未達成状況にある場合には警告メッセージに従い店員に指示を与えればよいので、たとえ店舗経営者等が不在であっても状況に応じた正確な指示を店員に与えられるようになる。

なお、本発明は前記一実施の形態に限定されるものではない。
例えば前記一実施の形態では、予算達成率が低いときに警告を発生する警告手段として表示装置１８Ａに警告メッセージを表示する手段を示したが、警告メッセージの表示とともに警告音を発するようにしてオペレータに警告があることを知らせるようにしてもよい。この場合において、好ましくは警告範囲に応じて警告音を変えられるようにするとよい。また、警告メッセージを商品売上管理装置１の表示装置１８Ａでなく、ＰＯＳターミナル２の正面表示器２６Ａに表示させるようにして、売場にいる店員に直接警告するようにしてもよい。

また、前記一実施の形態では、管理時間帯における売上累積金額の売上予算金額に対する達成率と、管理時刻までの売上累積金額の売上予算金額に対する達成率とがいずれも警告範囲に入る場合にそれぞれの警告メッセージを表示装置１８Ａに並べて表示するようにしたが（図１１（ｂ）を参照）、両方の警告メッセージが一定時間毎に交互に表示されるようにしてもよい。また、いずれか一方の警告メッセージのみ表示するようにしてもよい。さらに、両方を表示させるかどちらか一方を表示させるかをユーザが選択できるようにしてもよい。

また、前記一実施の形態では、定期的に商品売上管理装置１が各ＰＯＳターミナル２に取引データ収集要求伝文を送信して各ＰＯＳターミナル２から商品売上データを収集するようにしたが、商品売上データを収集する方法はこれに限定されるものではなく、例えば各ＰＯＳターミナル２が１取引を終える毎にその取引のデータを商品売上管理装置１に一方的に送信し、これを商品売上管理装置１が逐次受信して収集してもよい。
この他、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々変形実施可能であるのは勿論である。

【発明の効果】
以上詳述したように本発明によれば、売上累積金額の売上予算金額に対する達成率が低いときには自動的に警告が発せられるので、オペレータの負担になることなく売上予算未達成に対する対応を確実にとることができる商品売上管理装置を提供できる。
