Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a reclining chair in which the rear part of a seat body tilts downward in conjunction with tilting the backrest backward, and in particular, the strength of the resistance force when the backrest is tilted backward can be adjusted. The present invention relates to a reclining chair provided with adjusting means.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As described above, as a conventional reclining chair provided with an adjusting means capable of adjusting the strength of the resistance force (biasing force) when the backrest is tilted backward, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 64-32658 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8- There are some which are indicated by -266364 gazette etc.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional reclining chair, the resistance force when the backrest is tilted backward is adjusted by adjusting the amount of expansion and contraction of the compression coil spring provided below the seat frame by moving the wedge-shaped pressing member back and forth. Can be done by changing
[0004]
However, in all of the above conventional reclining chairs, the screw rod for moving the wedge-shaped pressing member back and forth is directed in the vertical direction, and the operation handle attached thereto is positioned below the seat body. For this reason, the operability when the operation handle is rotated is poor, and there is a difficulty in rotating the operation handle in the sitting posture.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and is a reclining that improves the operability of the handle for adjusting the strength when the backrest is tilted backward, and can be easily rotated even in the sitting position. The purpose is to provide a chair.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, the above problem is solved as follows.
(1) The lower part of the front end of the back frame having a L shape with a backrest and a front view is pivotally attached to the base of the upper part of the leg body, and the front part of the seat frame is moved back and forth to the front end of the base By pivotally supporting the rear frame and pivoting the rear part of the seat frame on the front end of the back frame, the rear part of the seat frame tilts downward in conjunction with the rear frame. And a reclining chair provided with a strength adjusting means capable of adjusting the strength of the resistance force when the back frame is tilted backward between the support base and the seat frame, wherein the strength adjusting means is oriented in the front-rear direction. The front end abuts against the front end of the seat frame to hold the rear end movably in the front-rear direction so that the compression coil spring can be urged forward and the compression coil spring can be expanded and contracted. And after the compression coil spring And the halves of the left-right direction on the rear surface comprising a spring receiving having an inclined surface facing the oblique rear direction, is movably held in the lateral direction to the support base at the rear of the receiving the spring, and the inclined surface of the spring receiver A slider having an inclined cam surface facing the same direction as the inclined surface and in sliding contact with the inclined surface , and a screw that is rotatably supported by the support base and that forms a male screw at the tip end portion on the slider. And an operating rod facing in the left-right direction with an operating handle attached to the side end, which can move the slider in the left-right direction by screwing into the hole, and inclining the slider at the rear limit position of the spring receiver The front end portion of the cam surface protrudes forward and outward from the front end of the inclined surface of the spring receiver, and the rear end portion of the inclined cam surface of the slider is lateral to the side edge of the spring receiver at the front limit position of the spring receiver. Protruding Ku, so as to protrude rearward from the rear end of the inclined surface of the spring receiver, so that can move the slider in the lateral direction.
[0007]
(2) In the above paragraph (1), after the spring bearing in which the pivotal support portion to the support base at the front end portion of the seat frame has a shaft shape facing in the left-right direction and is fitted to the shaft portion so as to be rotatable from the rear. [0022]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the backrest is in the recess on the upper surface of the front half of the support base (7).
A strength adjustment device (31) for adjusting the strength when tilting (4) backward is housed in a slightly tilted manner.
[0023]
The strength adjusting device (31) includes front and rear spring receivers (32) and (33), a compression coil spring (34) provided therebetween, and a slider (35) for moving the rear spring receiver (33) in the front and rear direction. And an operating rod (37) that is inserted through the slider (35) and has a cylindrical operating handle (36) at the side end.
[0024]
The front spring receiver (32) is made of a hard synthetic resin, and a U end that can be fitted to the front end face of the seat frame (9) so as to be pivotable from the rear side in the center of the front side ridge (12). A character-shaped groove (38) is formed, and a support cylinder (39) is fitted on the rear end surface of the compression coil spring (34) so as to be fitted to and support the front end portion.
[0025]
The rear spring receiver (33) is also formed of a hard synthetic resin, and as shown in an enlarged view in FIGS. 4 and 5, the front end surface thereof is a support that can be fitted to the rear end of the compression coil spring (34). The cylinder (40) is protruded, and the slider (35) can be slidably fitted to the substantially left half and left side of the rear surface, and the rear surface is obliquely anteroposterior, that is, from the left front end. A concave groove (42) is formed which forms a vertical inclined surface (41) inclined obliquely rearward and rightward. Further, a guide groove (43) having a slightly smaller groove width than the groove (42), through which the operation rod (37) can be inserted, is inserted into the right side of the rear surface and the rear half of the right side of the rear spring receiver (33). ) Is a concave groove
(42) is formed continuously. The angle relative to the axis of the compression coil spring (34) of the inclined surface (41) is preferably set to the range of 30 to 40 °.
[0026]
The slider (35) is integrally formed of a hard synthetic resin (for example, acetal resin) having a low frictional resistance so as to form a right-angled triangle in plan view, and the oblique side in front of the slider (35) is a concave groove in the rear spring receiver (33). It is a vertical inclined cam surface (44) in sliding contact with the inclined surface (41) on the back surface of (42).
[0027]
From the rear part of the slider (35), there is a shaft hole (45) that faces in the left-right direction and opens to the inclined cam surface (44) and the left side surface. The operation hole is provided in the shaft hole (45). A small-diameter shaft portion (37a) having a screw (46) formed on the outer peripheral surface of the left half portion in (37) is inserted (see FIGS. 6 and 7).
[0028]
The male screw (46) of the operating rod (37) is a female screw hole (48a) facing the left-right direction of the square nut (48) that is non-rotatably fitted in the square hole (47) formed in the slider (35). Are screwed together.
[0029]
The operation handle (36) is located directly below the right end of the seat frame (9) so that the seated person can rotate from above.
[0030]
In order to assemble the strength adjusting device (31) having the above configuration to the support base (7), first, the slider (35) is held in a U-shape in a plan view standing on the front end of the above-mentioned presser fitting (21). Fits between the side pieces (49a) of (49) and has a small diameter on the operating rod (37) in the through hole (50) drilled in both side pieces (49a) and the shaft hole (45) of the slider (35). Insert the shaft (37a) and screw the male screw (46) into the square nut (48) fitted in the square hole (47) of the slider (35) to the small diameter shaft (37a) side. The slider (35) and the operating rod (37) are attached to the holding metal fitting (49) by screwing the nut (51) into the protruding end from the piece (49a).
[0031]
Next, the concave groove (42) of the rear spring receiver (33) is fitted into the slider (35), and the inclined surface (41) on the inner surface is brought into contact with the inclined cam surface (44).
[0032]
Next, the compression coil spring (34) is fitted with the rear end portion thereof to the support tube (40) of the rear spring receiver (33) and the front end portion thereof to the reed (12) of the front portion of the seat frame (9). By fitting and supporting each of the support cylinders (39) in the front spring receiver (32), the front spring receiver (32) is compressed between the front and rear spring receivers (32) and (33).
[0033]
FIG. 6 is a plan view after assembling the strength adjusting device (31), in a state where no compression force is applied to the compression coil spring (34) , that is , the left end surface of the slider (35) is the left side of the holding metal fitting (49) . This shows a state in which the spring receiver (33) is located at the rear limit by coming into contact with the other side (49a) .
[0034]
In this state, when the backrest (4) is tilted backward against the gas pressure of the gas spring (22), its resistance is weakened.
[0035]
That is, as is clear from FIG. 3, when the back frame (3) is rotated downward about the support rod (17) by the backward tilt of the backrest (4), both sides of the back frame (3) are interlocked with it. As the rear end of the seat frame (9) pivotally supported by the heel (15) is inclined obliquely backward and downward, the recumbent (12) on the front side of the seat frame (9) The compression coil spring (34) is compressed together with the spring receiver (32) and moves slightly rearward.
[0036]
Therefore, in the state shown in FIG. 6, since the compression resistance of the compression coil spring (34) is small, the resistance force against the tilting of the seat frame (9) and the back frame (3) is weak.
[0037]
As shown in FIG. 7, together with the operation handle (36), when the operation rod (37) is rotated in the direction of the arrow, the slider (35) moves to the right via the square nut (48), and the inclination The compression spring (34) is compressed by pushing the rear spring receiver (33) sliding with the cam surface (44) forward. FIG. 7 shows a state in which the spring support (33) is positioned at the foremost end when the right end surface of the slider (35) contacts the right side (49a) of the holding bracket (49). ing.
[0038]
In this state, if the backrest (4) is tilted backward as described above, the compression resistance of the compression coil spring (34) increases, so the resistance force against the tilting of the seat frame (9) and the back frame (3) is Become stronger.
[0039]
In this way, by rotating the operation handle (36) and adjusting the strength of the compression coil spring (34), the resistance force when the backrest (4) is tilted backward can be reduced according to the preference of the seated person. It can be adjusted freely.
[0040]
As described above, in the reclining chair of the above-described embodiment, the front and rear portions, which are pivotal portions to the support base (7) and the back frame (3), in the seat frame (9) are made of steel pipes or the like facing in the left-right direction. Since it is a hollow shaft-shaped recumbent (12) and the middle part of the front and back recumbent (12) is pivoted directly by the support base (7) and the back frame (3), in the seat frame (9) It is not necessary to project a support piece or the like on the pivot part to the support base (7) or the back frame (3), and to pivot it with a pin or the like facing the left and right direction. The number of parts for mounting can be reduced to reduce the cost, and the seat frame (9) can be easily assembled.
[0041]
In addition, since the pivotal support area in the left-right direction of the front and rear reeds (12) is relatively large, the seat frame (9) can be tilted stably.
[0042]
Since the operation rod (37) of the strength adjustment device (31) faces in the left-right direction, the operation handle (36) attached to the right end of the operation rod (37) can be rotated from above while still in the sitting position. The operability when adjusting the strength of tilting of the backrest (4) is remarkably improved as compared with a normal one in which the shaft is directed in the vertical direction and the operation handle is positioned below the seat body.
[0043]
In the above embodiment, the front and rear reeds (12) of the seat frame (9) have a hollow shaft shape, but may be formed by a solid rod, and the cross-sectional shape of only the pivot portion is circular. The other portions may have an appropriate cross-sectional shape.
[0044]
In the strength adjustment device (31) of the above embodiment, the slider (35) is moved to the operation handle (36) side with a screw to push the rear spring receiver (33) forward, but the operation rod (37) is projected to the left as opposed to the embodiment, and the operation handle (36) is rotated from the left side to move the slider (35) to the right, thereby moving the rear spring receiver (33) forward. You may make it push to.
[0045]
Of course, the square nut (48) may be omitted, and the male screw (46) of the operating rod (37) may be directly screwed into the screw hole to form the slider (35).
[0046]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the operating rod of the strength adjusting means faces in the left-right direction, the operability when the operating handle attached to the side end is rotated is improved. Can be operated as is.
[0047]
Further, since the members constituting the strength adjusting means can be easily assembled, removed, and disassembled, it is easy to separate and discard them.
[0048]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, when the seat frame is tilted downward, the shaft-like portion and the spring receiver on the front side relatively rotate, so that the compression coil spring bends downward, It is possible to prevent the contact surface between the front end and the seat frame from being greatly worn.
[0049]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, there is no risk that the rear-side spring receiver rattles in the vertical direction, so that it can move stably in the front-rear direction and push the compression coil spring in its axial direction. .
