【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】脚体1の上端に設けた支持フレーム2に取
付けた座体3と、ばね等の弾性支持手段に抗して後傾動
する背もたれ4とを備え、前記背もたれ4を、人の背中
を支持する背中支持部8と人の腰部を支持する腰支持部
9とで構成し、これら背中支持部8と腰支持部9とを別
体に分離するか又は屈曲自在に連接して成る椅子におい
て、 前記背中支持部8を、前記座体3又は支持フレーム2に
後傾動自在に枢着した傾動体10に取付け、傾動体10又は
背中支持部8に、前記腰支持部9に固着した第1リンク
14を、その上端を中心にして前後方向に回動し得るよう
に枢着し、前記傾動体10と第1リンク14とを、それら傾
動体10と第1リンク14とに回動自在に枢着した第2リン
ク17で連結し、更に、前記支持フレーム2と第2リンク
17とを、それら支持フレーム2と第2リンク17に回動自
在に枢着した第3リンク25で連結し、第3リンク25によ
って第2リンク17の回動を抑制することにより、傾動体
10の後傾動に連動して第1リンク14がその上端を中心に
して相対的に前向き回動するように設定していること、
を特徴とする椅子における背もたれの支持構造。
