Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a support structure for a backrest in a chair.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a general chair, the entire backrest is configured to tilt backward, but in a configuration in which the backrest simply tilts backward, support for the waist of the person at the time of rocking leaning on the backrest is neglected. In some cases, strain was placed on the lumbar spine and spinal cord.
[0003]
Therefore, the backrest of the chair is composed of a back support that supports the back of the person and a waist support that supports the waist (or the buttocks), and the waist support is relatively forward when the person leans on the back. By protruding, it has been considered that the upper body is supported in a stable state at the time of rocking while maintaining an appropriate posture in the working state in which the upper body is raised.
[0004]
For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 7-95911, 7-95913, and 7-155233, which are filed by the applicant of the present application, disclose a supporting frame fixed to the upper end of a leg. A guide member extending obliquely upward and tilting rearward is attached to the back support portion, and by utilizing the guide action of the guide member, the waist support portion can be deformed so as to be stretched in a side view in conjunction with the back tilting of the back support portion. It has been disclosed.
[0005]
Similarly, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. Hei 7-163436 and Hei 7-184741 filed by the applicant of the present application disclose an elastic member that is deformed in conjunction with the backward tilting of the back support. It is disclosed to project the support forward.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the waist support is deformed using a guide member as disclosed in JP-A-7-95911, JP-A-7-95913, and JP-A-7-155233, an appropriate Because the waist support cannot be easily deformed for support, the deformation of the waist support during locking acts as a resistance to the back tilt of the backrest, so that the back support and the waist support can be smoothly moved during rocking. There was a possibility that it was difficult to tilt backward.
[0007]
Further, in the case where the waist support is pushed out using an elastic member as disclosed in JP-A-7-163436 and JP-A-7-184743, return deformation of the elastic member due to a reaction force of the body at the time of locking is prevented. Therefore, it is necessary to make the elastic force of the elastic member difficult to deform, so that the backrest of the backrest can be prevented from being smoothly moved backward, and the backrest can be smoothly moved backward and the body can be properly tilted. Support was in conflict.
[0008]
The present invention is to form a backrest into a back support portion and a waist support portion and move them relatively at the time of rocking, and to smoothly tilt the backrest without impairing the function of firmly supporting the body by the waist support portion. The purpose is.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
▲ 1 ▼. First Embodiment (FIGS. 1 to 6)
1 to 6 show a first embodiment, of which FIG. 1 is a longitudinal side view of a chair, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line II-II of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line III-III of FIG. FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line IV-IV of FIG. 1, FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line VV of FIG. 1, FIG. 6A is a view showing a locking state, and FIG. FIG.
[0011]
This chair includes a leg 1, a support frame 2 fixed to the upper end of the leg 1, a cushioned seat 3 attached to the support frame 2, and a cushioned backrest 4 which can be tilted rearward.
The support frame 2 is formed in a U-shape opening upward when viewed from the front. On the other hand, as clearly shown in FIG. 3, the seat 3 is fixed to a seat 5 located between the left and right side plates 2a of the support frame 2 in a front view, and the side plate of the seat 5 is At the front end of the side plate 2a. In this case, the first pivotal support hole 7 formed in the side plate 2a of the support frame 2 for fitting the first shaft 6 is formed in an arc-shaped long hole in a side view. Therefore, the seat body 3 can retreat while tilting rearward.
[0012]
A portion near the rear end of the seat receiver 5 and the support frame 2 are connected by a link 8. As shown in FIG. 6 (B), the link 8 is bent in the shape of a letter when viewed from the side so as to be convex forward, and the upper and lower portions of the link 8 are pivotally attached to the seat receiver 5 by the second shaft 9. The lower end is pivotally connected to the support frame 2 by a third shaft 10.
The backrest 4 has a structure in which a cushion is provided on a substrate (shell) 11 made of a synthetic resin or a metal body. In this case, by separating the substrate 11 up and down, the backrest 4 is formed into a back support portion 12 that supports a person's back and a waist support portion 13 that supports a person's waist. The support section 12 and the support section 12 can be bent. In addition, the back support part 12 and the waist support part 13 can be freely bent by forming the connecting part of the back support part 12 and the waist support part 13 in a narrow width without completely separating them. You may make it become. Alternatively, the back support 12 and the waist support 13 may be completely separated.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 1, the waist support portion 13 is set to be in a forwardly inclined posture in a free state in which a person is not leaning on the backrest 4. That is, the backrest 4 in the free state is formed in a shape of a letter that is viewed from the side in a protruding forward state.
As shown in FIG. 2, a bracket plate 14 having a rearward U-shape or the like in a plan view is fixed to the back surface of the back support 12, and the upper end of the side plate of the bracket plate 14 and the rear end of the seat receiver 5 Are connected by a tilting member 15. The upper end of the tilting member 15 is pivotally connected to a side plate of the bracket plate 14 by a fourth shaft 16, and the lower end of the tilting member 15 is pivotally connected to the seat receiver 5 by a fifth shaft 17. Further, as clearly shown in FIG. 4, the tilting member 15 is formed in a rearward opening U shape in plan view (a simple plate shape or a rod shape may be used).
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 4, the upper part of the link 8 is formed in a U-shape with a rearward opening in plan view, and the upper part of the link 8 is fixed to the waist support 13. The upper end of the link 8 is rotatably connected to a side plate of the bracket plate 14 of the back support 12 by a sixth shaft 18. As shown in FIG. 1, the fifth shaft 17 is located behind the second shaft 9.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the pivot hole 19 provided at the lower end of the bracket plate for fitting the sixth shaft 18 is formed as an elongated hole extending vertically.
The distance between the fourth shaft 16 and the sixth shaft 18 is set to be much larger than the distance between the second shaft 9 and the sixth shaft 18. The distance between the second shaft 6 and the sixth shaft 18 is set to be larger than the distance between the second shaft 9 and the third shaft 10. Further, since the back support portion 12 and the waist support portion 13 are bent in a V-shape when viewed from the side, the back support portion 12 (the bracket plate 14) and the link 8 (the waist support portion 13) are substantially S in side view. It is shaped like a letter.
[0016]
Although not shown, the rearward tilt of the backrest 4 and the rearward tilt of the seat body 3 are elastically supported by elastic support means such as a spring. In this case, the backrest 4 and the seat body 3 may be supported by separate elastic support means, or may be supported by one elastic support means. The elastic support means is set to have such a spring force that it is not deformed merely by sitting on a chair, but is deformed when a large moment is generated by leaning on the backrest 4.
[0017]
In the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 6, when a person leans on the backrest 4, the backrest 4 tilts rearward while moving backward as a whole, and in conjunction with this, the seat 3 also moves to the first position of the support frame 2. It is guided by the pivot hole 7 and tilts backward while moving backward. Then, the link 8 tilts rearward with the rearward tilting and the rearward tilting of the seat 3.
In this case, since the seat body 3 tilts backward while moving backward and downward, the rearward tilt angle of the link 8 becomes larger than the rearward tilt angle of the seat body 3, and as a result, the back support 12 and the seat body 3 Is larger. In addition, since the lower end of the tilting member 15 is pivotally attached to the seat receiver 5, when the link 8 rotates, the upper portion of the link 8 and the tilting member 15 relatively move close to each other. The waist support portion 13 protrudes forward relative to the back support portion 12, and the back support portion 12 and the waist support portion 13 extend linearly in a side view. Thereby, the backrest 4 fits on the upper body of the person and is supported in a stable state.
[0018]
When the backrest 4 is set to a posture extending linearly in a side view in the rocking state as in the embodiment, a state as if sleeping on a futon can be ensured, and a comfortable comfortable state can be secured. In some cases, the waist support portion 13 may further project forward and the backrest 4 may be set so as to have a forwardly concave U shape as a whole.
Since the link 8 is reliably rotated in conjunction with the backward tilt of the backrest 4, it is ensured that the waist support 13 is relatively moved with respect to the back support 12, and the link 8 is connected to the waist support 13. Is attached, the waist support 13 does not move backward due to the reaction force of the backrest load, and the waist can be supported in a stable state.
[0019]
▲ 2 ▼. Second embodiment (FIGS. 7 to 10)
7 to 10 show a second embodiment, of which FIG. 7 is a longitudinal sectional front view of the chair, FIG. 8 is a sectional view taken along line VIII-VIII of FIG. 7, and FIG. 9 is a back view taken along IX-IX of FIG. FIG. 10 is a longitudinal sectional side view showing a locking state. The same members as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted unless necessary.
[0020]
Also in this embodiment, the front portion of the seat receiver 5 is pivotally connected to the first arcuate support hole 7 formed in the front portion of the side plate 2 a of the support frame 2 by the first shaft 6. On the other hand, in this embodiment, the tilting member 15 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in a side view, and the lower end thereof is pivotally attached to the front portion of the left and right side plates 2 a of the support frame 2 by the seventh shaft 21. Are pivotally connected to the left and right side plates of the seat receiver 5 by an eighth shaft 22. Accordingly, in conjunction with the rearward tilting of the tilting member 15, the seat body 3 is guided by the first pivot hole 7, and retreats while tilting backward and downward.
[0021]
The back support 12 is fixed to the upper end of the tilting member 15. The upper part of the tilting member 15 is formed in a U-shape with a rearward opening in plan view.
In this embodiment, the backrest 4 is completely separated into a back support 12 and a waist support 13, and the main link 8 is fixed to the back of the waist support 13. The main link 8 is formed in a rearward opening U-shape in a plan view (other cross-sectional forms are also possible), and the upper end of the first auxiliary link 23 is rotatable at the lower end of the main link 8 by a ninth shaft 24. It is pivoted. The lower end of the first auxiliary link 23 is rotatably connected to the side plate 2 a of the support frame 2 by a tenth link 25.
[0022]
Further, the main link 8 is protruded above the waist support portion 13, and the upper end of the upward protruding portion 8 a is pivotally connected to the upper end of the tilting member 15 by an eleventh shaft 26 so as to be rotatable. In this case, by forming the upwardly projecting portion 8a of the main link 8 in a forwardly concave shape in a side view, when the tilting member 15 and the main link 8 rotate around the eleventh axis 26, the lower end portion of the back support portion 12 becomes The main link 8 is set so as to fit into a forward recess of the upward protruding portion 8a.
[0023]
Needless to say, the rearward tilting of the tilting member 15 and the rearward tilting of the seat body 3 are supported by elastic support means.
In the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 10, when a person leans on the backrest 4, the backrest 4 and the tilting member 15 tilt backward, and in conjunction with this, the seat body 3 moves backward and downward while moving backward. To tilt. Since the first auxiliary link 23 is tilted forward by the backward tilting of the tilting member 15, the waist support 13 protrudes forward relative to the back support 12, whereby the waist of the person is moved by the waist support 13. It is supported in a stable state. In addition, since the lower end of the back support portion 12 is fitted into the upwardly projecting portion of the main link 8, relative forward projection of the waist support portion 13 is allowed.
[0024]
Also in this embodiment, the waist support 13 is reliably operated in conjunction with the back support 12 by the link mechanism.
In this embodiment, the relative amount of forward projection of the waist support 13 depends on the distance L between the ninth shaft 24 and the eleventh shaft 26. Therefore, for example, a plurality of first auxiliary links 23 having different lengths are prepared, and the height position of the ninth shaft 24 is changed, so that the relative position of the waist support portion 13 with respect to the backward tilt of the back support portion 12 is adjusted. The ratio of the target forward projection amount can be changed.
[0025]
Alternatively, for example, by preparing a long one as the first auxiliary link 23, and drilling an appropriate number of pivot holes in the main link 8 along the up-down direction in which the ninth shaft 24 fits, By changing the pivotal position of the upper end of the first auxiliary link 23, the forward projection amount of the waist support 13 may be adjusted without replacing the member.
When the lower end of the back support portion 12 is inserted into the upwardly projecting portion 8a of the main link 8 as in this embodiment, the waist support portion 13 can be reliably projected forward using a simple link mechanism. There is.
[0026]
(3). Third embodiment (FIG. 11)
The third embodiment shown in FIG. 11 is a modified example of the second embodiment. In this embodiment, the front end of the support frame 2 and the front end of the seat receiver 5 are connected by the second auxiliary link 28, the twelfth shaft 29, and the thirteenth shaft 30, so that the seat 3 moves backward and downward. It is configured to tilt backward while moving. Other configurations are the same as those of the second embodiment.
[0027]
▲ 4 ▼. Fourth embodiment (FIGS. 12 to 15)
12 to 15 show a fourth embodiment, of which FIG. 12 (A) is a longitudinal sectional side view of a chair, FIG. 12 (B) is a longitudinal sectional side view of a tilting member 15, and FIG. 13 is XIII of FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view as viewed from XIII, FIG. 14 is a rear view as viewed from XIV-XIV in FIG. 12, and FIG. 15 is a side view in a locking state.
In this embodiment, the seat receiver 5 is attached to the front end of the support frame 2 via the second auxiliary link 28 and the twelfth and thirteenth axes. Therefore, the seat body 3 can tilt backward while descending and retreating.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 12B, the tilting member 15 is formed in a substantially upward hook shape, and the back support portion 12 is fixed to the upper end of the tilting member 15, and the front end of the tilting member 15 is connected to the thirteenth shaft 30. To the support frame 2. The front end of the tilting member 15 projects obliquely downward, and a long hole 32 into which the thirteenth shaft 30 fits is formed in the forward projection 15a.
Further, the upper end of the main link 8 fixed to the waist support 13 is pivotally connected to the tilting member 15 with a fourteenth axis 33, and the lower end of the main link 8 is pivotally connected to the seat body 5 with a fifteenth axis 34. I have. Further, the upper end of the first auxiliary link 23 is pivotally connected to the seat 5 and the main link 8 on the fifteenth axis 34, and the lower end of the first auxiliary link 23 is pivotally connected to the support frame 2 on the sixteenth axis 35. I'm wearing
[0029]
In this embodiment, the back support portion 12 and the waist support portion 13 are completely separated, and the waist support portion 13 is set so as to be inclined forward in a free state. Therefore, the back support portion 12, the waist support portion 13 (main link 8), and the first auxiliary link 23 are in a posture bent so as to form a substantially S shape in side view.
In this embodiment and other embodiments, the upper end of the main link 8 is not limited to be pivotally attached to the tilting member 15, but may be pivotally attached to a bracket piece or the like provided on the back support 12. .
[0030]
In the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 15, when a person leans on the backrest 4, the tilting member 15 tilts rearward and retreats by being guided by the long hole 32 at the distal end. 3 is tilted rearward while moving backward and downward by the rotation of the first auxiliary link 23. In this case, while the back support 12 retreats largely together with the tilting member 15, the lower end of the waist support 13 is restricted by the first auxiliary link 23 so that the back support 13 is supported by the back. When the back support 12 is fully rotated, the back support 12 and the waist support 13 extend linearly in a side view. .
[0031]
Accordingly, as in the first embodiment, the upper body is as if sleeping on a futon, and the upper body can be supported in a stable state. In this embodiment and other embodiments, although not shown, stopper means for regulating the rotation range of the backrest 4 and the seat body 3 are provided.
When the ratio between the length of the first auxiliary link 23 and the length of the main link 8 is changed, the relative amount of forward projection of the waist support 13 with respect to the back support 12 can be changed.
[0032]
▲ 5 ▼. Fifth embodiment (FIGS. 16 to 21)
16 to 21 show a fifth embodiment. 16A is a longitudinal sectional side view of the chair, FIG. 16B is a separated sectional view of the seat body 3 and the support frame 2, and FIG. 17A is a separated sectional view of the tilting member 15 and the main link 8. FIG. 18, (B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB of (A), (C) is a cross-sectional view taken along line CC of (A), FIG. 18 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XVIII-XVIII of FIG. 16, and FIG. 20 is a cross-sectional view as viewed from XIX, FIG. 20 is a rear view as viewed from XX-XX in FIG. 16, and FIG.
[0033]
In this embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the seat receiver 5 is pivotally connected to a first pivot hole 7 provided in the support frame 2 by a first shaft 6 so as to be freely rotatable. The tilting member 15 is formed in a substantially L-shape when viewed from the side, and the back support 12 is fixed to the upper end thereof. The front end of the tilting member 15 is pivotally attached to the support frame 2 by a seventeenth shaft 37. Further, a part of the tilting member 15 slightly behind the seventeenth shaft 17 is pivotally connected to the seat receiver 5 by an eighteenth shaft 38.
[0034]
Therefore, when the tilting member 15 tilts rearward, the seat body 3 is guided by the first pivot hole 7, and tilts rearward while descending and retreating.
The front end of the tilting member 15 is projected downward, and a rear spring receiver 40 is fitted on a bar 39 mounted on the lower end of the left and right downward projection, and the rear spring receiver 40 serves as an example of elastic support means. Are supported. The front end of the coil spring 41 is supported by a front spring receiver 42, and the front spring receiver 42 is supported by a wedge-shaped adjuster 43. See also FIGS.
[0035]
As shown in FIGS. 16, 17, and 20, the lower end of the back support 12 and the upper end of the waist support 13 are rotatably connected by hinges 44 (other pivot means may be used).
On the other hand, at the rear end of the support frame 2, a guide body 45 extending obliquely upward in a side view and extending rearward is fixed, and an arc-shaped guide concave toward the seat body 3 is attached to the guide body 45. A hole 46 is formed, and a nineteenth shaft 47 mounted on the lower end of the left and right main link 8 is slidably inserted into the guide hole 46. That is, the nineteenth shaft 47 is rotatably and slidably engaged with the guide body 45.
[0036]
The main link 8 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape so as not to interfere with the seat 3. In addition, the rear end of the seat 3 is curved in a state of slightly jumping up. In addition, while no backrest load is applied, the back support portion 12 assumes a rearwardly inclined posture, while the waist support portion 13 extends substantially vertically, and the backrest 4 has a generally U-shaped configuration. .
In the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 21, when a person leans on the backrest 4, the tilting member 15 tilts backward about the seventeenth shaft 37, and in conjunction with this, the seat 3 moves backward and forward. Tilt backward while moving downward.
[0037]
Further, the lower end of the main link 8 retreats while being guided by the guide hole 47 of the guide body 45, so that the waist support portion 13 projects forward relative to the back support portion 12 while tilting backward as a whole. In a state where the backrest 4 is fully tilted backward, the back support portion 12 and the waist support portion 13 extend linearly in a side view. Thereby, the upper body of the person can be supported in a stable state.
[0038]
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the present invention can be embodied in other various forms. For example, the seat body 3 may be of a fixed type, or may be configured to only tilt backward.
[0039]
Effects of the Invention
As described above, the present invention uses a simple link mechanism to move the back support and the waist support relatively, so that the back load applied to the back support is reliably converted to the rotation of the link. Therefore, it is possible to surely perform relative movement of the waist support in conjunction with the backward tilt of the backrest, as compared with the conventional art in which the waist support is deformed or the elastic member is deformed as in the prior art. Can be.
[0040]
And since the waist support is supported by the link, the waist support and the link are not deformed by the reaction force of the person, and therefore, in a state where the waist support is fitted to the waist of the person, The upper body of a person can be supported in a stable state.
