Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a visually impaired person guidance marker laid on a walking road surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 6, the visually-impaired person guidance marker lays a marker body a formed in a circular shape, an oval shape, or the like on a walking road surface b such as an outdoor sidewalk or indoor passage in a predetermined arrangement state. It is used to guide visually impaired people.
[0003]
In such a visually-impaired person guidance marker, there is one that uses an anchor made of a glass tube filled with an adhesive as one of means for fixing the marker body a to the walking road surface b. As shown in FIG. 4, the anchor c is filled with an adhesive e in an elongated glass tube d, closed at both ends by sealing members f and f, and further spaced apart from the outer peripheral surface of the glass tube d by a predetermined distance. And a plurality of cuts g are formed. Then, in order to fix the marker body a using the anchor c, first, as shown in FIG. 5A, the glass tube d is inserted into the mounting hole h drilled in the walking road surface b, and is tilted sideways. Then, the glass tube d is cut to a predetermined length at the cut line g, and then, as shown in FIG. 5B, from above the glass tube d having a predetermined length inserted into the mounting hole h, With the connecting rod i made of a screw rod projecting downward on the bottom surface, the marker body a is struck downward with a tool such as a hammer, and the connecting rod i is struck to the bottom of the hole, thereby removing the glass tube d. Split the adhesive e into the mounting hole h. Then, as shown in FIG. 5C, the connecting rod i is fixed to the mounting hole h by the cured adhesive e to fix the marker main body a.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the anchor c as described above, since the glass tube d is long, it is easy to break during transportation due to impact, and it is troublesome and poor in workability because it must be cut to a predetermined length each time during its construction. Furthermore, there are various problems such as the adhesive e being hardened in the glass tube d if left for a long time during use without being used up to the end. Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, by attaching a connecting rod i of substantially the same diameter from above to a glass tube d of a predetermined length inserted in the mounting hole h, and hitting the connecting rod i to the bottom of the hole, Since the glass tube d is broken, most of the crushed glass tube d is pushed down by the connecting rod i and accumulates at the bottom of the hole, and the crushed pieces x are aggregates that increase the bonding strength of the adhesive e. There is a problem that it is not possible to achieve the above-mentioned function.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide a marker for guiding a visually impaired person that can solve such a conventional problem.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a marker body in which a connecting rod projects downward from a bottom surface, and an easy crush that is screwed into the lower end portion of the connecting rod and seals the adhesive filled therein by the screwing. A marker for guiding visually handicapped persons, comprising a bottomed cylindrical tube made of a sex material.
[0007]
Here, as the easily friable material, materials such as glass, ceramics, and plastics are proposed, and among them, glass can be used as the most suitable material.
[0008]
In this configuration, with the bottomed cylindrical tube screwed to the lower end of the connecting rod inserted into the mounting hole drilled in the walking road surface, the marker body is hit downward with an appropriate tool such as a hammer. By pressing, the connecting rod is pushed through the bottomed cylindrical tube to the bottom of the mounting hole, and the bottomed cylindrical tube is crushed so that the bottomed cylindrical tube is distributed substantially uniformly around the connecting rod. The adhesive diffuses in the mounting hole. Thus, when the adhesive is cured, the connecting rod is fixed to the mounting hole, and the marker body is fixed to the walking road surface. In addition, the fragmented pieces of the bottomed cylindrical tube dispersed substantially uniformly around the connecting rods effectively act as an aggregate that increases the bonding strength of the adhesive.
[0009]
Moreover, you may make it form a hardening | curing agent layer in the outer peripheral surface of the said bottomed cylindrical tube. In this case, the bottomed cylindrical tube is filled with an adhesive that is the main agent of the two-component mixed adhesive, and the curing agent of the main agent is applied to the outer peripheral surface of the bottomed cylindrical tube. And if a bottomed cylindrical tube is crushed as mentioned above, a main ingredient and a hardening | curing agent will be mixed and an adhesive agent can be hardened in a short time.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
One embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0011]
In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a marker for guiding visually impaired persons according to the present invention. The marker body 2 of the visually-impaired person guidance marker 1 is formed in a predetermined shape (see FIG. 6) such as a circle or an oval according to a standard defined in the ordinance. A plurality of connecting rods 3 project downward. The connecting rod 3 may be integrally formed with the marker body 2 or may be fixed separately to the marker body 2 by welding or the like. The connecting rod 3 has a male screw 4 formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof, and the male screw 4 can be screwed into a female screw 6 of a bottomed cylindrical tube 5 described later.
[0012]
The bottomed cylindrical tube 5 has a bottom plate portion 5a and is formed in a cylindrical tube that can be filled with an adhesive 7 and is made of a friable material. Examples of the friable material include glass, Examples include materials such as ceramics and plastics. Among these, glass is particularly advantageous in terms of processability, easy crushability, and cost, and can be most preferably used. Further, the bottom plate portion 5a of the bottomed cylindrical tube 5 may be formed integrally with the side peripheral portion 5b as shown in the figure, or may be configured by shielding the lower opening of the cylindrical tube with a cap, filling or the like. Also good. Further, a female screw 6 that can be screwed with the male screw 4 of the connecting rod 3 is formed on the inner peripheral upper portion of the bottomed cylindrical tube 5, and the female screw 6 and the male screw 4 are screwed together. The bottomed cylindrical tube 5 is screwed to the lower end portion of the connecting rod 3. The adhesive 7 filled in the bottomed cylindrical tube 5 is sealed by the screwing.
[0013]
The adhesive 7 is a polyester-based adhesive that is a main component of a two-component mixed adhesive, and the outer peripheral surface of the bottomed cylindrical tube 5 is cured when mixed with the adhesive. A curing agent layer 8 formed by applying a curing agent to be promoted is formed. As the curing agent, benzyl peroxide can be used.
[0014]
In such a configuration, in order to fix the marker body 2 to the walking road surface 10 such as an outdoor sidewalk or an indoor passage, the length of the connecting rod 3 protruding from the lower part of the marker body 2 is shown in FIG. A bottomed mounting hole 11 approximately corresponding to the size and the outer diameter of the bottomed cylindrical tube 5 is formed in the walking road surface 10, and the mounting hole 11 is screwed to the connecting rod 3 of the marker body 2. The worn bottomed cylindrical tube 5 is inserted as it is.
[0015]
Next, when the marker body 2 is pressed downward with an appropriate tool such as a hammer in this state, the connecting rod 3 is pushed through the bottomed cylindrical tube 5 to the bottom of the mounting hole 11, The bottomed cylindrical tube 5 is crushed, and as shown in FIG. 3, the crushed pieces x are dispersed substantially uniformly around the connection rod 3, and the adhesive 7 is diffused into the mounting hole 11. The adhesive 7 thus diffused and the curing agent of the curing agent layer 8 adhering to the crushed piece x of the bottomed cylindrical tube 5 are mixed, so that the adhesive 7 is quickly cured. . Here, the action as an aggregate that increases the bonding strength of the adhesive 7 is obtained by the crushed pieces x of the bottomed cylindrical tube 5 dispersed substantially uniformly around the connecting rod 3 as described above.
[0016]
Thereby, the connecting rod 3 is fixed to the attachment hole 11, and the marker body 2 can be fixed to the walking road surface 10.
[0017]
In the above-described embodiment, the bottomed cylindrical tube 5 is filled with the adhesive 7 which is the main agent of the two-component mixed adhesive, and the curing agent is applied to the outer peripheral surface of the bottomed cylindrical tube 5, Instead of this configuration, the inside of the bottomed cylindrical tube 5 may be divided into two chambers and filled with the adhesive 7 and the curing agent, respectively. Here, as in the embodiment, if the bottomed cylindrical tube 5 is filled with the adhesive 7 as the main agent, and the curing agent is applied to the outer peripheral surface of the bottomed cylindrical tube 5, the two-component separation is performed. There is an advantage that it can be easily configured. Moreover, it is also possible to fill the bottomed cylindrical tube 5 with the quick-drying adhesive 7 made of one agent, and in this case, the curing agent layer 8 in the embodiment is not necessary.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, as described above, the bottomed cylindrical tube 5 made of an easily fragile material filled with the adhesive 7 is screwed to the lower end portion of the connecting rod 3 projecting downward from the lower bottom surface of the marker body 2. The adhesive 7 is sealed by the screwing, and the bottomed cylindrical tube 5 is directly inserted into the mounting hole 11 formed in the walking road surface 10, and the marker body 2 is moved downward in this state. By applying pressure, the connecting rod 3 is pushed to the bottom of the mounting hole 11 to crush the bottomed cylindrical tube 5, and the adhesive 7 is diffused into the mounting hole 11, and the marker body 2 is fixed by curing. As a result, the bottomed cylindrical tube 5 is shorter than a conventional long and narrow glass tube filled with an adhesive, so that it is less likely to crack during transportation. Good workability because there is no need to cut A bottomed cylindrical tube 5 and screwed into the lower end of the connecting rod 3, since the sealed adhesive 7 sealed by the screwing, it is possible to prevent the curing of the adhesive 7 during storage. Further, since the crushed pieces x of the bottomed cylindrical tube 5 can be dispersed substantially uniformly around the connecting rod 3, the crushed pieces x can be effectively acted as aggregates for increasing the bonding strength of the adhesive 7. There are excellent effects such as.
[0019]
Further, when a two-component mixed adhesive is used, the advantage that the two-component separation can be easily configured by forming the curing agent layer 8 made of the curing agent on the outer peripheral surface of the bottomed cylindrical tube 5. There is.
