Description

【0001】

An escutcheon 5 that closes an opening 3 formed in an abutting corner between the in-car corresponding surface 1 and the floor corresponding surface 2 of the back door B , and forms a handle recess 4 in the abutting corner;
A handle body 6 fixed to the back door B at the fixing portion 60;
The handle main body 6 is provided with a finger insertion space 40 which is formed in a bowl shape and is accommodated in the handle recess 4 and is opened to both the interior corresponding surface 1 and the floor corresponding surface 2 between the escutcheon 5. This is achieved by providing an auxiliary handle device for a back door of an automobile in which a handle portion 61 is formed and arranged.
[0008]
For example, as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 6, the auxiliary handle device A has an escutcheon 5 that closes an opening 3 that is opened at an abutting corner between the interior corresponding surface 1 and the floor corresponding surface 2 of the back door B. . In addition, in this specification, as shown in FIG. 1A, the vehicle interior corresponding surface 1 refers to a wall surface facing the vehicle interior in a state where the rear opening C1 of the vehicle C is closed by the back door B, and corresponds to the floor. The surface 2 refers to an end surface corresponding to the lower floor surface C2 of the automobile C or the lower edge of the rear opening C1 in the closed state. The escutcheon 5 has a wall surface 50 for preventing a hand from entering the door body from the opening 3, and is surrounded by the wall surface 50 at the abutting corner, and the vehicle interior corresponding surface 1 and the floor corresponding surface 2 is formed.
[0009]
On the other hand, the handle 61 of the handle main body 6 fixed to the back door B in the fixing portion 60 is housed in the handle recess 4, and the rear floor C2 of the automobile C is used even when the back door B is closed. Alternatively, interference with the lower edge of the rear opening C1 is prevented. Further, a finger insertion space 40 is provided between the handle portion 61 and the wall surface 50 of the escutcheon 5, and when the back door B is in a flip-up state, the handle portion 61 is operated when the back door B is closed. It can be used as a clue.
[0010]
Therefore, in the present invention, the arm length L from the rotation hinge B1 of the back door B to the handle portion 61 can be increased by arranging the handle portion 61 at a position facing the floor corresponding surface 2. The back door B can be closed with a small operating force.
[0011]
Further, by disposing the handle portion 61 in the handle recess portion 4 that opens toward both the interior corresponding surface 1 and the floor portion corresponding surface 2, the handle portion is provided in the handle recess portion 4 that is recessed in the interior corresponding surface 1. Even when the back door B is lowered to a lower position than when the 61 is disposed, the operation to the handle portion 61 is possible, and the usability is improved. FIG. 2 is an explanatory view of the auxiliary handle device A according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 (b) shows a handle in a handle recess 4 formed in the interior corresponding surface 1 for comparison. The case where the part 61 is arrange | positioned is shown. Now, in the comparative example shown in FIG. 2B, the hand interferes with the wall surface 50 of the handle recess 4 with the back door B rotated by a predetermined angle in the closing direction from the open position indicated by the chain line to the solid line position. In contrast, the auxiliary handle device A according to the present invention shown in FIG. 2 (a) has a wide range in which the hand can move without interfering with the wall surface 50 of the handle recess 4 while the hand must be released from the handle 61. Therefore, the operation to the handle portion 61 can be continued.
[0012]
In the invention according to claim 2, a structure for fixing the auxiliary handle device A to the back door B is provided. That is, the fixing part 60 of the handle body 6 is inserted from the opening 3 of the back door B and set on the back side of the inner panel 7 as shown in FIG. A screw member 71 is embedded in the fixing portion 60, and is fixed to the inner panel 7 by a fastening member 70 attached from the front surface side of the inner panel 7.
[0013]
On the other hand, the escutcheon 5 is provided with an insertion opening 51 through which the handle 61 of the handle main body 6 can be inserted. After the handle main body 6 is fixed to the back door B, the locking claw 52 is elastically moved to the periphery of the opening 3 of the back door B. Efficiency of the fastening operation | work of the handle main body 6 is achieved so that it can fix by starting and locking.
[0014]
In the invention described in claim 3, the auxiliary handle device A is provided which does not deteriorate the appearance in the vehicle. That is, in the invention according to claim 3, the opening 3 is formed in the floor corresponding surface 2 of the back door B as shown in FIG. 8, and the opening 3 is covered with an escutcheon 5 fixed to the back door B. A handle recess 4 is formed.
[0015]
The handle body 6 is pivotally supported by a hinge piece 53 projecting from the back surface of the wall surface 50 of the escutcheon 5, and rotates around the hinge portion so that the handle portion 61 housed in the handle recess 4 is outward. It can be pulled out. Further, the handle main body 6 is urged by appropriate urging means 62, and the storage state of the handle 61 in the handle recess 4 is maintained.
[0016]
Under the above configuration, when closing the back door B in the flip-up state shown in FIG. 9 (a), if the handle 61 in the handle recess 4 is placed and pulled down, FIG. As shown in b), the handle 61 is pulled out from the handle recess 4 so as to follow the load direction of the operating force. When the closing operation is completed, the handle 61 is housed in the handle recess 4 by the urging means 62, and interference with the rear floor surface C2 of the automobile C or the lower edge of the rear opening C1 is prevented.
[0017]
Therefore, in the present invention, since the handle recess 4 is formed in the floor corresponding surface 2 of the back door B, it is completely invisible from the inside of the vehicle when the back door B is closed, so that the appearance does not deteriorate.
[0018]
In the invention according to claim 4, an auxiliary handle device A is provided which does not require the opening 3 in the back door B. That is, as shown in FIG. 13C, for example, the floor corresponding surface 2 of the back door B is recessed with the floor corresponding surface 2 so that the handle recess 4 is formed, and the base 8 is formed on the surface of the handle recess 4. Is fixed. The handle body 6 is pivotally supported by the base 8 and, as shown in FIG. 13 (b), pulls the handle portion 61 stored in the handle recess 4 outward by rotating around the hinge portion. Can do. Further, the handle main body 6 is urged by appropriate urging means 62, and the storage state of the handle 61 in the handle recess 4 is maintained.
[0019]
Under the above configuration, the auxiliary handle device A according to the present invention can be operated in the same manner as the auxiliary handle device A according to the third aspect, and further, as shown in FIG. Since the range is larger than that of the invention described in claim 3, the operability is further improved.
[0020]

It is configured to have a first case 64 that defines a handle recess 4 that fits and is fixed to the opening 3 and opens toward the floor corresponding surface 2 inside the door body. The second case 63 constitutes the bottom wall surface 41 of the handle recess 4 when the back door B is in the flip-up posture, and is rotatable with respect to the first case 64 into the door body.
[0021]
Under the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 17 (a), the back door B is in the flip-up posture, and the rear opening C1 of the automobile C is opened, and the hand is placed in the handle recess 4 The back door B can be pulled down by pushing down the bottom wall surface 41. As shown in a comparative example in FIG. 17B, when the handle recess 4 is simply formed on the floor corresponding surface 2, the handle allowance gradually decreases as the back door B descends and tilts. Therefore, the pull-down operation becomes increasingly difficult, whereas in the present invention, the bottom wall surface 41 of the handle recess 4 is separate from the first case 64 and rotates with respect to the first case 64. In order to be formed by the possible second case 63, as shown by a solid line in FIG. 17 (a), the bottom wall surface 41 can be rotated inward of the door to provide a user with a certain handle. Therefore, the operability can be improved.
[0022]
Further, as shown in FIG. 17C as a comparative example, when the protrusion 41a for handling is bulged on the bottom wall surface 41 side of the handle recess 4, the base of the protrusion 41a is closed with the back door B closed. As shown by hatching in the drawing at the end, dust 41b and the like are likely to be collected and there is a risk that hands may get dirty during use. Can be prevented.
[0023]
