Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to passenger conveyors such as escalators and electric roads, and more particularly to a passenger conveyor having an improved shape of an inner deck cover that covers the base of a balustrade panel.
Background Art Generally, at the base of a balustrade panel of a passenger conveyor, for example, an electric road, a skirt guard arranged perpendicularly to the side edge of the tread board and a space between the skirt guard and the balustrade panel are lowered toward the tread board side. It has an inner deck cover that is slanted.
A similar configuration is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-17254.
The inner deck cover generally has a width of about 100 mm or less between the skirt guard and the balustrade panel, and an inclined surface is formed within the width to place the foot on the surface. To avoid walking around and shopping carts.
However, the Building Standards Act (Enforcement Ordinance Article 129-12) amended in June 2000 established upper limits for the step width and the width of the handrail interval. The width between the panels, that is, the width corresponding to the width of the inner deck cover is 250 mm, and the width can be increased by about 2.5 times compared to the conventional case.
Due to the widening of the inner deck cover, passengers have more space to use, creating the advantage of having fewer opportunities for baggage to come into contact with the balustrade panel even if the baggage is held on the balustrade panel side.
However, when widening the inner deck cover, it is a general method to simply enlarge the inclined surface of the inner deck cover in the horizontal direction. In this case, however, the inclination angle of the inner deck cover inevitably becomes gentler. In addition to the fact that it is easy to get on the foot and cart, the safety is lowered, and there is a problem of strength such as deformation (sinking) of the inner deck cover itself and deformation damage due to load. .
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a passenger conveyor that does not deteriorate safety and inner deck cover strength even when the inner deck cover is widened.
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a step portion is formed on the inner deck cover that is inclined so as to be lowered toward the tread side, toward the tread side.
According to the above configuration, even if a foot or the like is placed on the inner deck cover, the sense of stability is reduced by the step on the surface of the inner deck cover, so the foot or the like is lowered from the inner deck cover. Can contribute to the improvement of safety. In addition, since the plurality of stepped portions are formed, the rigidity of the inner deck cover is increased and the strength is improved, so that it is possible to contribute to prevention of deformation of itself and deformation and damage due to load.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, a first embodiment of a passenger conveyor according to the present invention will be described along an electric road shown in FIGS.
Electric road 1 has a plurality of step boards 3 of the width W 1 which moves linked to the endless from one entrance 2 to the other of the door opening (not shown), standing at an interval W 2 along both sides of the tread plate column A pair of balustrade panels 4 provided, a moving handrail 5 that is guided along the periphery of the balustrade panels 4 and moves synchronously with the tread plate 3, and a skirt guard 6 that is arranged vertically facing the side end 3A of the tread plate 3 And an inner deck cover 7 that covers the base of the balustrade panel 4 and closes the space between the balustrade panel 4 and the skirt guard 6, and a frame body 8 that maintains strength of these constituent members.
The tread plate 3 pivotally supports a traveling wheel 9 composed of a pair of front wheels and a pair of rear wheels so as to protrude from the side end portion 3 </ b> A, and the traveling wheel 9 is fixed to the frame body 8. Roll on the guide rail 10. Further, the skirt guard 6 is supported by a support member 11 fixed to the frame body 8. The outer side of the balustrade panel 4 (on the side of the tread plate) is covered with an outer deck cover 12, and an outer cover 13 is provided so as to cover the outer side of the frame 8 as necessary.
The base portion of the balustrade panel 4 is held by a holding body 14 supported by the frame body 8 so that the ends of the inner deck cover 7 and the outer deck cover 12 are engaged with the holding body 14. The balustrade panel 4 is formed of a glass panel or a transparent material in the case of a transparent balustrade, and may be formed of a metal material or a design material in the case of an opaque balustrade. The present invention can also be applied to a passenger conveyor equipped with a balustrade panel in the form.
Here, the inner deck cover 7 has a small flat surface portion 7A for engaging with the holding body 14 on the balustrade panel 4 side, and two pieces having substantially the same gradient inclined downward from the small flat surface portion 7A toward the tread plate 3 side. Two inclined surfaces 7B, 7C, a vertical surface 7D that forms a step portion at the boundary between these inclined surfaces 7B, 7C, and a fixing portion 7E that is formed at the inclined lower end portion and is parallel to the skirt guard 6, These are integrally formed by bending a single plate. Then, the fixing portion 7E at the lower end of the slope is fixed to the support member 11 together with the skirt guard 6 with a screw or the like, whereby the space between the base portion of the balustrade panel 4 and the skirt guard 6 is closed by the inner deck cover 7. .
With the above configuration, if a foot is placed on the surface of the inclined surface 7B of the inner deck cover 7, the inclined surface 7B is shortened by the vertical surface 7D, so the foot does not stay stably on the inclined surface 7B. Then, since it slides down sequentially with the inclined surfaces 7B and 7C and reaches the step board 3 which is a normal riding position, it does not walk on the inner deck cover 7 and can be used safely.
Further, since the inner deck cover 7 is provided with a vertical surface at the boundary between the inclined surfaces 7B and 7C, the strength of the inner deck cover 7 is increased by the beam effect in the longitudinal section, and the inner deck cover 7 itself is prevented from bending. Or a load applied to the surface of the inner deck cover 7 by a passenger putting his / her foot on or hitting his / her baggage can be prevented from being deformed or damaged.
In the inner deck cover 7 having the above-described configuration, a reinforcing portion is provided at the boundary portion between adjacent inclined surfaces by forming the vertical surface 7D, and a step portion facing the tread plate is formed between the inclined surfaces 7B and 7C. In other words, the inclined surfaces 7B and 7C become a plurality of inclined surfaces, the vertical surface 7D serves as a means for preventing the inner deck cover 7 from being bent in the inclined direction, and the combined configuration of the inclined surfaces 7B and 7C and the vertical surface 7D. However, when a passenger puts or puts a foot or a baggage or the like, it also becomes a placement obstacle means that acts to slide down without being stuck there.
The first embodiment according to the present invention is an inner deck cover 7 in which two inclined surfaces 7B and 7C having substantially the same gradient and one vertical surface 7D provided at the boundary portion are formed. As in the second to fourth embodiments shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the same effect can be obtained.
That is, the deck cover 15 according to the second embodiment shown in FIG. 3 includes three inclined surfaces 15E to 15D having substantially the same gradient, and two vertical surfaces 15E forming a step portion at the boundary between the inclined surfaces. The other configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment.
According to this configuration, since the length of each inclined surface is further shortened compared to the first embodiment, it is further difficult to put a foot on and the vertical surface 15E, 15F further increases the beam effect in the cross-sectional vertical direction. Can be improved.
The inner deck cover 16 according to the third embodiment shown in FIG. 4 has three inclined surfaces 16B to 16D having substantially the same gradient and two reverse gradients for forming a step portion at the boundary between the inclined surfaces. It has two inclined surfaces 16E and 16F, and the other configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment.
According to this configuration, the same effects as those of the first and second embodiments can be obtained.
1, 3, and 4, the plurality of inclined surfaces have substantially the same gradient, but the plurality of inclined surfaces may be used in combination with inclined surfaces having different gradients or shapes. .
The inner deck cover 17 according to the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 5 has two inclined surfaces 17A and 17B, and is provided with a vertical surface 17C forming a step portion at the boundary portion. Although it is the same structure as embodiment, it makes it the inclined surface which curved so that the inclined surface 17A by the balustrade panel 4 side of two inclined surfaces 17A and 17B might protrude to the surface side, and the inclined surface by the side of the skirt guard 6 which remains The difference is that 17B is a flat inclined surface.
By forming the curved inclined surface 17A, it is possible to emphasize the instability when the passenger puts his / her foot on, so that the function as the placement obstacle means can be exhibited. Furthermore, as shown by the two-dot chain line, the risk can be further emphasized by making the slope inclined toward the skirt guard side of the inclined surface 17A, and thereby hesitate to put the foot on the passenger. Can be generated. In FIG. 5, the curved inclined surface 17A may be formed into a flat inclined surface, and the flat inclined surface 17B may be formed into a curved inclined surface.
Each of the above embodiments uses the inner deck cover in combination with a plurality of inclined surfaces and deformations of the inclined surfaces. However, the present invention is not limited to the combination of inclined surfaces and the like, and the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. As in the embodiment, a stepped step portion 18A or an uneven portion is formed in the entire deck deck 18 from the balustrade panel 4 to the skirt guard 6 side, or a rugged portion, so that passengers ride on the inner deck cover 18. You may make it regulate.
By the way, each of the inner deck covers 7 and 15 to 18 described above is formed by bending a single plate to form an inclined surface, a stepped portion or an uneven portion, but it is essential to form the inner deck cover with a single plate. Instead, for example, as in the sixth embodiment shown in FIG. 7, a split inner deck cover comprising an upper inner deck cover 20 on the balustrade panel 4 side and a lower inner deck cover 21 on the skirt guard 6 side. 19 may be used.
The inner deck cover 19 shown in FIG. 7 will be specifically described. Each of the upper inner deck cover 20 and the lower inner deck cover 21 is formed with an inclined surface, a convex curved surface, a stepped portion, an uneven portion, or the like as described above on an inclined surface that is lowered toward the skirt guard 6 side. ing. The boundary between the upper inner deck cover 20 and the lower inner deck cover 21 is provided at a position biased to the L dimension balustrade panel 4 side with respect to the traveling wheels 9 of the tread plate 3. In addition to the support member 11 described in FIG. 1, a support member 22 fixed to the frame body 8 is provided at that position, and the inclined lower end portion of the upper inner deck cover 20 is connected to the support member 22 with screws, screws, or the like. Fixed by. An edge 23 is fixed to the support member 22, and the upper end of the lower inner deck cover 21 is fixed to the edge 23. The lower end of the lower inner deck cover 21 is fixed to the support member 11 as in FIG. In addition, the inclined lower end portion of the upper inner deck cover 20 and the inclined upper end portion of the lower inner deck cover 21 may be fastened together and fixed to the support member 22.
Since it is configured as described above, it is possible to let passengers recognize that they do not put their feet on the surface of the inner deck cover 19 and to increase the strength of the inner deck cover 19. This has the effect of facilitating maintenance and inspection work for road rotation systems. That is, the boundary between the upper inner deck cover 20 and the lower inner deck cover 21 is set to a position biased to the L dimension balustrade panel 4 side with respect to the traveling wheel 9 of the step board 3, for example, the step board 3 is connected endlessly. When inspecting the treadle chain (not shown) or the traveling wheels 9 of the treadle 3, etc., the rim body 23 of the lower inner deck cover 21 and the support member 11 are unfixed, and the lower inner deck cover 21 is indicated by a two-dot chain line. By removing as shown, the surroundings of the tread chain and the traveling wheel 9 can be released, and maintenance inspection can be performed from the tread 3 or the entrance 2.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the inner deck cover is formed with a plurality of inclined surfaces, a plurality of non-horizontal surfaces, a plurality of irregularities, a stepped portion, or mounting obstacle means, or these By forming in combination, it is possible to restrict passengers from riding on the inner deck cover even if the inner deck cover is widened, and by forming these or by providing the support member 22, the strength of the inner deck cover can be increased. Can be secured.
In the seventh embodiment shown in FIG. 8, in the configuration in which the inner deck cover 24 is divided into, for example, two in the inclined direction, the upper inner deck cover 25 and the lower inner deck cover 26 have substantially the same cross-sectional shape. In addition, the cross-sectional shape of the plate material was designed. The deck cover 25 is bent from the upper end of a plate material having an upper vertical portion 25a, an upper horizontal portion 25b, an inclined portion 25c, an intermediate vertical portion 25d, a lower horizontal portion 25e, and a lower vertical portion 25f. Similarly, the lower inner deck cover 26 also has an upper vertical portion 26a, an upper horizontal portion 26b, an inclined portion 26c, an intermediate vertical portion 26d, a lower inclined portion 26e, and a lower vertical portion from the upper end. This is a folded product of a plate material having a portion 26f. However, the lower inner deck cover 26 is different from the upper inner deck cover 25 in that a portion corresponding to the lower horizontal portion 25e of the upper inner deck cover 25 is a lower inclined portion 26e. The reason why the lower inclined portion 26e is formed in the lower inner deck cover 26 is that this position is one of the portions closest to the passenger's feet, and such a position is between the intermediate vertical portion 26d. If the right angle portion is formed, there is a risk of injury to the passenger at the right angle portion. Therefore, the lower inclined portion 26e is formed so as to form an obtuse angle with the intermediate vertical portion 26d.
In this way, even if there are different portions in the cross-sectional shapes of the upper inner deck cover 25 and the lower inner deck cover 26, the folding angle can be easily changed by simply changing the pressing process during folding molding by the molding machine. There is an advantage that molding using the same molding machine is possible.
From the above, the fact that the upper inner deck cover 25 and the lower inner deck cover 26 have substantially the same cross-sectional shape means that the difference in cross-sectional shape that can be easily accommodated only by changing the pressing stroke of the molding machine. Is included.
Next, in the eighth embodiment shown in FIG. 9, when an external force, for example, when a passenger puts a foot or a load on the inner deck cover 7, the inner deck cover 7 is detected to bend and warn. It is designed to raise safety by issuing a warning.
The displacement detection means 27 is opposed to the back surface side of the intermediate portion in the inclined direction that is easily bent by the external force of the inner deck cover 7. As this displacement detection means 27, for example, a known detector such as a microswitch is used. The detection signal from the displacement detection means 27 is guided to the signal processing device 28, and when the detection signal continues for a predetermined time, it is assumed that a passenger or the like is on the inner deck cover 7 and the speaker 29. When a warning is issued by automatic sound or when the detection signal continues for a predetermined time, the monitoring camera 30 is operated, and the monitor 31 in the monitoring room determines whether the signal is detected due to mischief or an accident. The detection signal generation status is confirmed, and the microphone 32 directly calls attention or guides accident processing.
Such monitoring with the displacement detection means 27 may be used alone or in combination with the above embodiment.
In addition, although each said embodiment demonstrated the electric road as an example, this invention is applicable also to the escalator which is an inclination type passenger conveyor. In that case, what is necessary is just to replace a tread with a step in each embodiment.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a passenger conveyor that does not decrease in safety or strength even when the inner deck cover is widened.
