Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sash that can be opened / closed in a retractable manner and can be selectively opened / closed in a retracted manner and folded and opened / closed in a folded manner.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
The present inventor configured the sash door to be foldable by a door-to-door fence and a summon fence, and a partition panel that is pivotably installed between these ridges via an intermediate connecting frame, and installed on the upper and lower frames of the sash frame. The door sash and the summit sash of the sash door are always engaged with the guide rail, and the upper and lower sides of the intermediate connecting frame are detachably engaged with the guide rail by the handle operation of the cremon mechanism arranged on the intermediate connecting frame. Thus, there has been proposed a sash that can freely open and close the sash door in a state in which the intermediate connecting frame is engaged and a folding door in a state in which the engagement is released.
[0003]
In this case, it is possible to selectively open and close two types of opening and closing of the sliding doors and folding and opening and closing the sash doors in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail. The sash door can be folded and opened, and it can be used as a full-open sash by opening the sash door, but the above-mentioned cremon mechanism engages and disengages the intermediate connecting frame with respect to the guide rail. As a result, the handle for operating the gremon mechanism that is necessary for folding the sash doors protrudes to the indoor side, so that a corresponding handle space is required, and the interval between the indoor and outdoor sash doors must be set large. , The expected width of the sash frame that houses the sash doors is expanded, and the airtightness between the indoor and outdoor sash doors Confidentiality sash by contact failure leads to an be impaired in.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and the problem to be solved is to prevent an increase in the expected width so that the expected width in a general sliding sash can be maintained and to prevent airtightness when the sash door is closed. The object is to provide a sash that can be opened and closed in a folding manner that can ensure a high degree of safety.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In accordance with the above-described problems, the present invention relates to the engagement / disengagement of the intermediate connecting frame in the sash that can freely open and close the sash door in the engaged state of the intermediate connecting frame and the folding open / close of the sash door in the disengaged state. Using the roller support blocks to which the upper and lower guide rollers are fixed, the roller support blocks are slidably inserted into the upper and lower ends of the hollow portion of the intermediate connection frame, and the handle operation of the creemon mechanism disposed on the intermediate connection frame is performed. By engaging the upper and lower guide rollers with the guide rail in a reciprocal direction, the sash door is opened and closed by rolling the guide roller during the engagement, and when the engagement is released by the opposite direction pulling The sash door can be folded open and closed, and the handle for operating the cremon mechanism used in this room can be protruded indoors during operation. On the other hand, the space between the summits of the indoor and outdoor sash doors can be reduced by making it freely movable so that the protruding width from the intermediate connecting frame can be stored as small as possible when not operated. As with the sash, it is suppressed to a few millimeters, so that a high degree of airtightness can be secured by the airtight material interposed between the summoning cages when the sash door is closed, and the sash door with the handle is simple and reliable. Folding operation can be performed, that is, the invention according to claim 1 is installed so that a sash door can be freely rotated between a door-end fence and a summoning fence, and an intermediate connecting frame between them. It is constructed so that it can be folded by the partition panel, and the above-mentioned door-to-door and sumo rods of the sash door are always engaged with the guide rails installed on the upper and lower frames of the sash frame, respectively, The robot with the upper and lower guide rollers fixed The roller support block is slidably inserted in the vertical direction, and the guide roller on the upper and lower sides of the roller support block is moved in the longitudinal direction relative to the guide rail or the guide rail installed in parallel thereto by the handle operation of the cremon mechanism arranged on the intermediate connecting frame. Opening and closing of the sash door by rolling of the guide roller in the intermediate connecting frame engaged state, and releasing the intermediate connecting frame disengaged state. The sash door can be folded and opened at any time, and at least the handle of the creme mechanism of the intermediate connection frame in the sash door located on the outdoor side can be tilted up and down. A foldable sash that has a width set to be equal to or less than the gap size between the sash doors It is a thing.
[0006]
In addition to the above, the invention described in claims 2 and 3 is an operation handle according to claim 2, so that each of the operation handles can be easily installed in the intermediate connecting frame and can perform simple and reliable operation of the creme mechanism. The invention is a retractable folding sash according to claim 1, wherein the handle of the cremon mechanism is a case handle of a ring handle in which the ring handle can be tilted up and down. The invention is a retractable folding sash according to claim 1, wherein the handle of the cremon mechanism is a case handle of a lever handle in which an operation lever can be tilted up and down.
[0007]
In the invention according to claim 4, since the handle can be folded at any position in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail by the operation of the clamp mechanism, the engagement of the intermediate connecting frame to the guide rail by the clamp mechanism becomes uncertain. In order to prevent the intermediate connecting frame from swaying and damaging the airtightness, and to secure the airtightness of the sash door together with the sash door summoning space, 4. An urging means for urging the engagement of the intermediate connecting frame with the guide rail at the upper end, wherein the handle can be operated against the urging means. This is a sash that can be folded and folded as described.
[0008]
The present invention uses each of these as the gist of the invention as means for solving the above problems.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the examples of the drawings. A is a sash that can be folded and folded, and the sash A is connected to the door toe 11 and the summit 12 with an intermediate connection. The sash door 10 is configured to be foldable by a partition panel 15 that is rotatably installed between the eaves 11 and 12 via the frame 17, and the guide rails 33 installed on the upper and lower frames 31 and 32 of the sash frame 30. While the leading rod 11 and the summon rod 12 are always engaged, a roller support block 28 having upper and lower guide rollers 18 fixed to the upper and lower ends of the hollow portion of the intermediate connecting frame 17 is slidably inserted up and down, and the middle By operating the handle 26 of the creme mechanism 22 arranged on the connecting frame 17, the upper and lower guide rollers 18 on the roller support block 28 are moved relative to the guide rail 33. Opening and closing of the sash door 10 by rolling of the guide roller 18 in the engaged state of the intermediate connecting frame 17 and the intermediate connecting frame can be released by reciprocal tension-like engagement at the intermediate position in the hand direction and release by reciprocal pulling. 17 The sash door 10 in a disengaged state can be freely opened and closed. In this example, the sash A can be opened and closed by pulling the two sash doors 10 on the sash frame 30. The sash doors 10 are arranged so as to be capable of opening and closing the sash doors 10 and configured as armrest windows or terrace window sashes made of, for example, aluminum or a composite material such as aluminum and resin and wood.

In this example, the sash door 10 includes a door toe 11, a summon 12, a plurality of the same width, for example, two partition panels 15 and an intermediate connecting frame 17 having the same width. 12 is arranged at both ends in the width direction, and a partition panel 15 is rotatably connected between the hinges 20 and an intermediate connection frame 17 is also connected between the partition panels 15 and is also rotatably connected to the hinges 20. Of the two sheets, the height of the outdoor sash door 10 is increased and the height of the indoor sash door 10 is decreased. , Formed by fitting one bearing and the other shaft, which are integrally or integrally installed at the connecting end portions of the summit bowl 12, the partition panel 15 and the intermediate connecting frame 17, so that each of them can be rotated by 1/4 circle. , The length in the longitudinal direction of the connecting end, that is, in the vertical direction, for example, aluminum extrusion According assumed by entire hinge such as aluminum, which also while hinge 20 coupled by, and highly secure airtightness of the hinge 20 portion, it is so as not to impair the air-tightness of the sash door 10.
[0011]
In the sash door 10 of this example, an upper suspension roller 13 is disposed at the upper ends of the door rods 11 and the summit rods 12, a lower slider 14 is disposed at the lower ends, and the upper suspension roller 13 and the lower slider 14 guide the guide rail. The door support rod 11 and the summon rod 12 are always engaged with the upper and lower ends of the intermediate connection frame 17, and the roller support block 28 installed at the tip of the rod 25 in the cremon mechanism 22 is vertically moved to the upper and lower ends of the intermediate connection frame 17. The upper and lower guide rollers 18, which are grooved doors in this example, are fixed to the roller support block 28 while being slidably inserted. The upper and lower guide rollers 18 are raised and lowered in the opposite direction from the upper and lower ends of the intermediate connecting frame 17. Thus, the guide rail 33b is engaged and disengaged, and the guide roller 18 is raised and lowered in the opposite direction. And it allows the sash door 10 upper frame 31 and the guide rails 33 of the lower frame 32 of the sash frame 30 are to perform the opening and closing guide to guide.
[0012]
In this example, the sash frame 30 forms a rectangular opening by framing an upper frame 31, a lower frame 32, and left and right vertical frames 34 in the same manner as a general sash frame. A guide rail 33 is arranged for the sash door 10, and the guide rail 33 is arranged on the upper frame 31 in parallel with the upper suspension rail 33 a for rolling the upper suspension roller 13 and the upper suspension rail 33 a. The lower end of the intermediate connecting frame 17 is a guide roller 18 at the upper end of the intermediate connecting frame 17 and a downward protruding rail 33b for rolling traveling. The upper projecting rail for engaging the lower slider 14 and the guide roller 18 for rolling traveling, which is arranged so as to face the projecting rail 31a of the upper frame 31 in common with each guide roller 18 of the above. 33b, and the upper suspension rail 33a of the upper frame 31 and the protruding rail 33b of the lower frame 32 of the sash frame 30 are always engaged with the upper suspension roller 13 and the lower suspension slider 14 at the lower end of the door rod 11. At the same time, the guide roller 18 of the intermediate connecting frame 17 is slidably engaged with the protruding rails 33b of the upper frame 31 and the lower frame 32 so as to be freely engaged and disengaged, and the sash door 10 is suspended and mounted. While the guide roller 18 in the frame 17 is engaged with the guide rail 33 b, the sash door 10 can be freely opened and closed in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 33, while the upper and lower guide rollers in the intermediate connecting frame 17 by the Clemmon mechanism 22. The intermediate connection frame 17 is released in the direction intersecting the outdoor side of the guide rail 33 by releasing the engagement by the reciprocal pulling of 18 in the opposite direction, and the sash Are so as to freely folding opening 10.
[0013]
At this time, the cremon mechanism 22 includes urging means for urging the engagement of the intermediate connecting frame 17 with respect to the guide rail 33 at least at upper and lower ends thereof, and the handle 26 can be operated against the urging means. The biasing means is installed between the rod 25 and the upper and lower guide rollers 18 of the creme mechanism 22 in the intermediate connecting frame 17 so that the upper and lower guide rollers 18 are respectively projected in the protruding direction. In this example, the urging means includes a coil spring 27 disposed at the tip of the rod 25 and a coil spring 27 disposed at the tip of the rod 25 and urged by the coil spring. The intermediate connecting frame 17 is provided with a roller support block 28 that is slidable in the vertical direction. There a guide roller 18 which is fixed to over the support block 28 as was energized.
[0014]
That is, in this example, the creemon mechanism 22 meshes and arranges a pinion 23 arranged in the middle in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate connecting frame 17 and a rack 24 arranged so as to form a rack pinion with the pinion 23. A conventional one provided with a pair of upper and lower rods 25 that move in the longitudinal direction opposite to the longitudinal direction of the intermediate connecting frame 17 by rotation of the pinion 23 in the pinion is incorporated in the hollow portion of the intermediate connecting frame 17. The operation is performed by rotating the pinion 23 through the rotation shaft by the rotation operation of the handle 26 installed on the indoor side at the intermediate position of the intermediate connecting frame 17.
[0015]
The coil spring 27 in the urging means of this example is, for example, wound around the tip of the rod 25, and the other end is fixed to the roller support block 28 in a fixed state with the rod 25 at one end. The slidable roller support block 28 is urged so as to press outward in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate connection frame 17, and the roller support block 28 is urged while preventing its escape by a stopper disposed on the intermediate connection frame 17, for example. Thus, the upper and lower guide rollers 18 fixed to the roller support block 28 are elastically engaged with the guide rails 33b of the upper and lower frames 31 and 32, and the guide rails 33 at the upper and lower ends of the intermediate connecting frame 17 are thereby engaged. The engagement between the guide rail 33b and the guide rail 33b is a tension-like engagement.
[0016]
By urging by the urging means, the sash door 10 is made to engage with the upper and lower frames 31, 32, in particular, the guide rails 33 of the intermediate connecting frame 17 in a tensioned manner between the guide rails 33b. When the intermediate connecting frame 17 is closed, the intermediate connecting frame 17 is securely held with respect to the guide rail 33 without swinging, thereby eliminating the possibility of swinging of the intermediate connecting frame 17 as much as possible. Although it is possible to prevent the generation of sound and a decrease in airtightness and the above-described tension-like engagement, when the guide roller 18 rolls with respect to the guide rail 33, the sash door 10 extends in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 33. The sash door 10 can be smoothly opened and closed without hindering the movement, while the handle 26 is operated to lower the creme mechanism 22 by the roller support block 28. The engagement of the guide roller 18 with respect to the guide rail 33b is released by operating in the direction, and the intermediate connecting frame 17 is released from the upper and lower frames to the outdoor side by the rotation of the hinge 20, so that the folding can be smoothly opened and closed. It can be done reliably.
[0017]
The handle 26 of the cremon mechanism 22 can be tilted up and down at least at the sash door located on the outdoor side, in this example both the indoor and outdoor sash doors 10. In this example, the operation handle 26 of the cremon mechanism 22 is a ring handle case in which the ring handle 26b can be tilted up and down. As a handle.
[0018]
The handle 26 of the present example is configured such that a case handle 26 is installed in an embedded shape or an attached shape on the indoor side of the intermediate connecting frame 17 in the longitudinal direction in the indoor / outdoor sash door 10 and the ring handle 26 is operated. The rotational force is transmitted to the pinion 23 installed between the upper and lower rods 25 in the creemon mechanism 22, and the upper and lower rods 25 engaged with each other by rotating the pinion 23 in the opposite direction are respectively engaged. The guide roller 18 of the intermediate connecting frame 17, and in this example, the roller support block 28 provided with a grooved door is simultaneously projected or submerged from the upper and lower ends of the intermediate connecting frame 17, The intermediate connecting frame 17 is engaged with and disengaged from the guide rail 33.
[0019]
At this time, the intermediate connecting frame 17 of this example protrudes from the indoor and outdoor surfaces of the sash door 10 to the outside of the sash door 10 located on the outdoor side and to the indoor side of the sash door 10 located on the indoor side. The space between the indoor and outdoor sash doors 10 is increased by the thickness width of the intermediate connecting frame 17 in which the cremon mechanism 22 and the handle 26 are installed, that is, the expected width protrudes between the sash doors 10. It is assumed that the expected width of the intermediate connecting frame 17 is allowed to escape to the inside and outside of the sash A so as to prevent the airtightness from being lost due to poor contact or the like.
[0020]
In this example, the handle 26 of the cremon mechanism 22 in the intermediate connecting frame 17 is configured so as to allow the expected width to escape to the inside and outside of the sash A and maintain the same sash door spacing as that of a general sash. The case handle used has a case 26a with a projecting width made as small as possible, and the ring handle 26b disposed on the case 26a for applying a rotational force to the cremon mechanism 22 has a semicircular shape. It is assumed that both ends are fixed to a rotating shaft and are connected to both ends of a rotating bar exposed on the front side so as to be able to be turned up and down. By rotating the ring handle 26b, the above-mentioned clemon mechanism 22 is operated. Thus, the intermediate connecting frame 17 is engaged and disengaged.
[0021]
As a result, the handle 26 is reduced as much as possible when the handle 26 falls, that is, when the handle 26 is stored, and in this example, the expected width of the intermediate connecting frame 17 is allowed to escape indoors and outdoors. In the sash A of this example in which the interval of 10 is set to be as small as possible, for example, about several millimeters as in the case of a general sliding sash, the expected width is maintained, and the summit of the indoor and outdoor sash doors 10 is maintained. The hermetic material 35 disposed between the twelve members ensures the contact without causing a contact failure, thereby ensuring a high degree of airtightness when the sash door 10 is closed.
[0022]
In the figure, 16 is the glass of the partition panel 15, 21 is a crescent installed between the summits 12, 26 a is the case of the handle 26, 26 b is the ring handle of the handle 26, 35 is an airtight material, and 36 is the door rod 11. An installed door-to-door block 37 is a windbreak plate installed at the position of the summit 12 of the upper and lower frames 31 and 32.
[0023]
Although the illustrated example is as described above, guide rollers similar to those described above are installed at the top and bottom ends of the sash door, the summoning tub, and the intermediate connecting frame, respectively. The intermediate connection frame is also configured to be engaged and disengaged by the cremon mechanism so that the intermediate connection frame is not suspended. The present invention includes ensuring that airtightness can be ensured by using a biasing means, and that the handle of the above-mentioned clemon mechanism is a case handle of a lever handle in which an operation lever can be tilted up and down. Sash door, its door toe, summoning frame, intermediate connection frame, cremon mechanism, operation handle, sash frame, upper and lower frame, guide rail, and urging means to be used as necessary Shape, structure, material, these relationships, the addition or the like for these, can be of various forms unless contrary to the gist of the invention.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the invention according to claim 1 enables the handle for operating the clemon mechanism on the indoor side to be protruded to the indoor side when operated, while the intermediate connecting frame is not operated. The space between the summits of the indoor and outdoor sash doors can be reduced to a few millimeters, similar to a general sliding sash, by making it possible to rise and fall so that the protruding width from the door can be stored as small as possible. The sash door can be easily and reliably folded by the operation handle while ensuring a high level of airtightness with an airtight material interposed between the summons when the sash door is closed. To provide a sash that can be opened and closed in a retractable manner that prevents the expansion of the expected width so as to maintain the expected width in a general sliding sash and that can ensure high airtightness when the sash door is closed. But Kill.
[0025]
In addition to the above, the invention described in claims 2 and 3 can be a handle that can be easily installed in the intermediate connecting frame, and can easily and reliably operate the cremon mechanism.
[0026]
In the invention according to claim 4, since the handle can be folded at any position in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail by the operation of the clamp mechanism, the engagement of the intermediate connecting frame to the guide rail by the clamp mechanism becomes uncertain. It is possible to prevent the sash doors from being damaged by swinging the intermediate connecting frame, and to secure the air tightness of the sash doors together with the sash door summons.
