BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an environmental test apparatus having an immersion function.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various materials used outdoors such as metal and paint are deteriorated by various environmental factors such as light, rain, condensation, temperature and humidity. In order to accurately reproduce this deterioration, an outdoor exposure test is required in which exposure is performed outdoors only for the years of use in areas where various materials are used. However, the areas where various materials are used are diverse, and the environmental factors in each area are often different. Therefore, a test method for performing tests according to various environmental factors in order with a test apparatus corresponding to each environmental factor, that is, a test method for performing light irradiation test, salt spray test, immersion test, drying test, etc. in a single order. Was adopted.
[0003]
However, in such a test method that combines a single test device, it takes time to test and it is difficult to always move the test sample between the devices under the same conditions. The deterioration (corrosion) could not be reproduced well.
[0004]
In view of this, a so-called combined cycle test apparatus for testing while adding various environmental factors in one apparatus housing has been developed and used (see, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-20035).
[0005]
On the other hand, countermeasures have been sought when there is an explosion risk due to abnormally high temperatures in the specimen under test according to environmental factors.
[0006]
As a countermeasure, it is conceivable that water is introduced into the apparatus housing when the specimen is heated, ignited or smoked, and the specimen is immersed. As such, when the specimen is heated, ignited or smoked, a large amount of water must be used in order to completely immerse the specimen and quench it. It is conceivable to increase the depth of the immersion bat so that it can be accommodated.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the apparatus as described above, since the specimen is placed in the immersion bat and a series of tests are performed, as described above, when the immersion bat is deepened, It becomes difficult to put in and take out the sample.
[0008]
This invention is made | formed in view of this point, and it aims at providing the environmental test apparatus which can perform rapid cooling operation in an emergency, without making taking in and out of a specimen difficult.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An environmental test apparatus according to the present invention is an environmental test apparatus for performing an environmental test related to temperature, humidity, pressure, gas, liquid, etc., and an apparatus housing having an article entrance and an article entrance of the apparatus housing are closed so as to be openable and closable. An article entry / exit door, a watertight tank provided inside the apparatus housing so as to be able to enter / exit through the article entry / exit and having an opening formed in a vertical wall corresponding to the article entry / exit, and the watertight tank in the apparatus housing A water-injecting means disposed above the water-tight tank and capable of pouring water into the water-tight tank; and a water-tight plate that closes an opening of the water-tight tank, and the water-tight plate is supported by the article access door. And a watertight operation means that alternatively takes the second state of closing the opening of the watertight tank in a watertight manner. Here, the watertight tank may be an integral structure with the apparatus housing, or may be a separate structure so that it can be carried out of the apparatus housing. The opening may be a so-called large hole, or it may be a notch that is partially open, and if it has a size that allows the sample to be taken in and out, Is not particularly limited. Furthermore, the switching between the first state and the second state by the watertight operation means may be performed by manual operation of the operator, or some signal (for example, an immersion signal, a rapid cooling signal, or an emergency signal) is input. It may be automatically performed at the time.
[0010]
Therefore, in a normal state, the watertight plate is in the first state supported by the article entrance door by the watertight operation means. Therefore, if the article entrance door is opened to open the article entrance, the watertight board Can be opened together. At this time, the opening of the watertight tank is not closed by the watertight plate and is open. For this reason, the specimen can be freely taken in and out of the watertight tank through the opening, and the specimen can be easily taken in and out regardless of the depth of the watertight tank.
[0011]
On the other hand, at the time of immersion or rapid cooling, the watertight plate is brought into a second state in which the opening of the watertight tank is closed in a watertight manner by the watertight operation means. In this state, the water-tight tank is filled with water by the water injection means, so that the specimen can be completely immersed or rapidly cooled.
[0012]
Further, the watertight tank has a side wall and a bottom wall so as to form a double wall inside the apparatus housing, and a moving means is provided on the lower surface of the bottom wall so that the watertight tank can be moved. For example, the watertight tank can be carried out from the inside of the apparatus housing, which is convenient.
[0013]
If the specimen is immersed when it is heated, ignited or smoked, it cannot be drained until it is completely cooled down and it can be confirmed that no abnormality will occur again. If a moving means is provided as described above, a separate watertight tank for storing abnormal products (test samples) in the immersed state is taken out of the device housing as long as a separate watertight tank is prepared. By carrying in the spare watertight tank instead of the above, it becomes possible for the test apparatus to perform a similar test on another specimen. In this case as well, it is necessary to support the watertight plate for the spare watertight tank on the article access door. In particular, if the water-tight plate is formed of a transparent material, it is convenient to see the internal state when it is carried out of the apparatus.
[0014]
The watertight operation means is provided on the article entrance door and is provided on the watertight tank side with a plurality of support members capable of supporting appropriate portions of left and right side edges or lower edges of the watertight plate, and the support The support of the watertight plate by the member is released, and the opening can be closed by attracting to the watertight tank side, and a watertight holding member that can hold the state can be provided.
[0015]
If it does in this way, a watertight board will be stably supported by the door for goods entrance / exit by supporting the suitable location of the right-and-left side edge part or lower edge part of a watertight board normally by a plurality of support members. (First state). On the other hand, at the time of immersion or rapid cooling (emergency), the support of the watertight plate is released by the watertight holding member, and then the released watertight plate is attracted to the watertight tank side, and the opening is opened by the watertight plate. The part is closed watertight (second state). By pouring water into the watertight tank in a state where the opening of the watertight tank is watertightly closed by the watertight plate, it becomes possible to completely immerse the specimen or to quench it with a large amount of water.
[0016]
The watertight holding member has an inclined surface that contacts the right and left side edges or the lower edge of the watertight plate and moves the watertight plate obliquely upward toward the watertight tank, and the watertight tank has the opening A stopper for restricting the upward movement of the watertight plate can be provided above both sides of the portion.
[0017]
In this way, it is possible to easily move the watertight plate obliquely upward toward the watertight tank side by using the inclined surface, and the stopper restricts the upward movement of the watertight plate. By doing so, the watertight plate is stopped at a predetermined position in relation to the stopper, and the watertight plate is brought into a state of being watertightly crimped to the periphery of the opening of the watertight tank.
[0018]
Furthermore, the water injection means may include a water storage tank provided on the upper side of the device housing.
[0019]
If there is no water storage tank, it is necessary to supply water by pumping from tap water or another tank, and it will take time to soak, but it is necessary to install a water storage tank on the upper side of the device housing. It is possible to drop the water inside the watertight tank at once, without using a pump, and to inject water, which is very effective as a rapid cooling operation.

【The invention's effect】
The present invention is implemented in the form as described above, and has the following effects.
[0048]
In the environmental test apparatus according to the present invention, an opening is formed in a watertight tank disposed in the apparatus housing, and a watertight plate that closes the opening of the watertight tank is supported by the article entrance door by a watertight operation means. Since the first state and the second state in which the opening of the watertight tank is watertightly closed can be taken alternatively, the freedom of taking in and out of the test sample in the watertight tank is possible. It is possible to ensure complete immersion or rapid cooling by filling the watertight tank with water during immersion or rapid cooling.
[0049]
Further, the watertight tank has a side wall and a bottom wall so as to form a double wall inside the apparatus housing, and a moving means for allowing the watertight tank to move on the lower surface of the bottom wall of the watertight tank. If a spare watertight tank is prepared separately, the watertight tank for storing the abnormal product is carried out from the inside of the device housing, and instead of that, the spare watertight tank is carried into the device housing. As a test apparatus, it is possible to perform a similar test on another specimen, and it is not necessary to leave the apparatus idle.
[0050]
The watertight operation means is provided on the article access door and is provided with a plurality of support members capable of supporting appropriate portions of the right and left side edges or the lower edge of the watertight board, and the support of the watertight board by the support members is released. A support releasing member that is provided on the watertight tank side, and a watertight plate that is supported by the support releasing member and that is released by attracting the watertight tank to the watertight tank side to close the opening, and is capable of maintaining the state. By having the holding member, it is possible to easily switch the state of the watertight plate.
[0051]
The watertight holding member has an inclined surface that is in contact with the left and right side edge portions or the lower edge portion of the watertight plate and moves the watertight plate obliquely upward toward the watertight tank side, and the watertight tank includes the opening. If a stopper for restricting the upward movement of the watertight plate is provided above both sides of the part, the first state and the second state of the watertight plate can be obtained with a simple structure using an inclined surface. Can be easily switched.
[0052]
If the water injection means is a water storage tank provided on the upper side of the device housing, the water in the water storage tank can be dropped into the watertight tank at once without using a pump, and water can be injected as a rapid cooling operation. Is extremely effective.
