BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a synthetic resin flooring material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Floor materials used in offices and the like are roughly classified into synthetic resin floor materials having a synthetic resin surface decorative layer and carpet tiles in which fiber piles are planted. The reason why carpet tiles are used is due to their functional features such as low generation of walking sounds, but the most important reason is their appearance that creates luxury. However, on the other hand, carpet tiles have problems such as small dust and dust easily accumulating, and being difficult to clean sufficiently and expensive in price.
[0003]
Therefore, the applicant of the present application previously described in Japanese Patent No. 2,597,344 and drawings in which the portion corresponding to the top of the carpet-patterned pile is a light portion and the surrounding portion is a relatively dark portion. Or a transparent or translucent shadow film or sheet printed with a shading pattern is laminated on a colored synthetic resin base material, or the portion corresponding to the top of the carpet patterning pile is used as a light part. A shade or shade pattern with a relatively dark portion at the periphery is printed directly on the colored synthetic resin substrate, and the color and pattern of the colored synthetic substrate can be visually recognized through the shade or shade pattern. Proposes an invention related to carpet-like synthetic resin flooring that is embossed so that convex portions with a diameter approximately equal to the diameter of the carpet-patterned pile are densely formed It was.
[0004]
However, although this flooring material is excellent as a carpet-like design, it has a feeling of walking, laying property, and resistance to unevenness (a property that suppresses unevenness of the lower part of the flooring material from appearing on the surface of the flooring material). I have not been satisfied with the point yet.
[0005]
On the other hand, according to the patent publication of Japanese Patent No. 2,624,418, a decorative layer having a pattern layer whose surface is covered with a transparent wear-resistant layer, an upper reinforcing layer, a lower reinforcing layer, and an upper reinforcing layer; Reinforcing part, reinforcing part existing under the decorative layer, comprising a fiber cloth sandwiched between a lower reinforcing layer and impregnated with resin constituting the upper reinforcing layer or the lower reinforcing layer. The foamed resin layer existing under the foamed resin layer and the balance sheet present under the foamed resin layer are laminated, and the ratio of the thickness of the tile portion above the upper reinforcing layer and the thickness of the tile portion below the fiber cloth is 25:75 to 45:55 is disclosed, and the upper reinforcing layer and the lower reinforcing layer are both non-foaming resin layers having a thickness of 0.4 to 1.5 mm. And 20 as a fiber cloth. Glass fiber woven fabric or nonwoven fabric of 100 g / m 2 is preferred. As described above, according to the above-described patented invention, a laying tile excellent in dimensional stability and shape stability against ironing such as a chair can be obtained due to the presence of the reinforcing portion having a three-layer structure of the upper reinforcing layer, the fiber cloth, and the lower reinforcing layer. It is stated.
[0006]
However, according to the study by the present inventors, it has been found that the existence of the lower reinforcing layer substantially does not produce any merit.
[0007]
Accordingly, the present invention intends to further simplify the technology described in Japanese Patent No. 2,624,418 and further develop Patent No. 2,597,344 owned by the present applicant.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a carpet-like synthetic resin flooring material with improved land resistance, ironing resistance, flooring property and walking feeling.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a pattern layer, an upper balance sheet made of a synthetic resin sheet having a thickness of 0.3 to 1.0 mm , a reinforcing layer, a foamed sheet, and a lower portion made of a synthetic resin sheet having a thickness of 0.2 to 1.0 mm. It consists of a balance sheet, The ratio of the thickness of the surface side above a reinforcement layer and the lower layer side containing a reinforcement layer is 1: 1.5-2.5, and the thickness of the whole flooring is 4.5-6. The present invention relates to a synthetic resin flooring material characterized by being 0 mm .
[0010]
The pattern layer is a layer having a carpet-like pattern, and the carpet-like pattern can be obtained by printing a carpet pile pattern on the synthetic resin layer. It is just about 7mm. At this time, the boundary between the piles on the image is made relatively dark by the printing means, so that it becomes more like a carpet. Such an effect can be easily achieved by superimposing the shading films on which light and dark are printed in advance. As this shadow film, for example, a film composed of 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride resin, 40 to 60 parts by weight of a plasticizer and a slight amount of a stabilizer is suitable.
The carpet-like pattern is a chip assembly in which synthetic resin chips colored in different colors of pile size (about 2 to 7 mm) are tightly integrated while leaving some chip shapes by heating, pressing, etc. Also good. In this case, the use of foam particles as the chip further improves the texture of the carpet. The expanded particles preferably have an expansion ratio of 1.2 to 4.0 (preferably 1.5 to 2.5). Moreover, as a resin composition which comprises foamed particle, the composition of 100 weight part of vinyl chloride resin, 30-100 weight part of plasticizers, and 40-200 weight part of fillers can be mentioned, for example. In addition, as said vinyl chloride resin, it is preferable that average polymerization degree = 850 or more from the standpoint of developing the foundation, dent resistance, and the like. The thickness of the pattern layer is preferably 0.5 to 2.0 mm.
[0011]
A wear-resistant transparent synthetic resin layer can be further laminated on the transparent or translucent shade synthetic resin film. In any case, it is preferable to use a wear-resistant synthetic resin for the uppermost layer. For example, crosslinked PVC, acrylic resin, polycarbonate, or the like can be used.
[0012]
In addition, in order to give a further carpet feeling, the present applicant further applies embossing so that convex portions having a size almost equal to the diameter of the pile pile on the carpet pattern are formed densely on the surface. The technology of Japanese Patent No. 2,597,344 can also be applied.
[0013]
As the upper balance sheet, a synthetic resin sheet can usually be used, and its thickness can be sufficiently achieved with a thickness of about 0.3 to 1.0 mm. This balance sheet plays a role of balancing with a layer below this layer, preventing curling, providing laying properties, and preventing the formation of a step or the like on the surface. As an example of a balance sheet, a composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride resin, 30 to 65 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 50 to 200 parts by weight of a filler, and a slight amount of a stabilizer can be given.
[0014]
The reinforcing layer is a woven or non-woven fabric formed from inorganic fibers such as glass fibers, or organic fibers represented by synthetic fibers such as polyester and polyamide, particularly preferably a glass fiber woven or non-woven fabric. A fiber material impregnated with a composition made of synthetic resin and / or synthetic rubber having affinity with the upper and lower layers and pre-dried is used as a material for lamination. This makes it possible to bond the reinforcing layer to other layers without using an adhesive.
[0015]
The foamed sheet is preferably closed-celled in order to exhibit resistance to unevenness and ironing such as a chair, and the foaming ratio is about 1.2 to 4.0 times. preferable. In addition, if it is a closed cell, it will not absorb moisture from below, nor will it absorb water that has entered from above, so it will also be very effective in this respect. Examples of the foam sheet include a composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride resin, 30 to 100 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 0 to 50 parts by weight of a filler, and an appropriate amount of a stabilizer.
[0016]
In the present invention, further provided balance sheet under the foamed sheet, it can be prevented even curling. As this lower balance sheet, a synthetic resin sheet can be usually used, and the thickness thereof is 0.2 to 1.0 mm, particularly about 0.3 to 1.0 mm, and the object is sufficiently achieved. be able to.
[0017]
In the present invention, the thickness ratio between the surface side above the reinforcing layer and the lower layer side including the reinforcing layer is preferably 1: 1.5 to 2.5, and the thickness of the entire flooring is 4.5. It is preferable to be about ~ 6.0 mm.
[0018]
Moreover, in order to make a flooring antistatic property, it can achieve by providing electrification property to any one layer. For this purpose, for example, the upper balance sheet, the lower balance sheet or the resin composition constituting the reinforcing layer is blended with a conductive powder or a surfactant such as metal powder or carbon black, or the fibers used in the reinforcing layer are made of metal. Fibers, carbon fibers, or metal-coated fibers can be used or mixed. Usually, when the volume resistivity value of these layers is about 10 11 or less, preferably about 10 8 or less, the object can be sufficiently achieved.
[0019]
【Example】
First, a glass fiber nonwoven fabric (weight per unit area 30 g / m 2 ) is impregnated with PVC paste and solidified, and an upper balance sheet (PVC 100 parts by weight, plasticizer 40 parts by weight, filler 100 parts by weight) on the upper side thereof. ) Was laminated by hot pressure. Next, a PVC paste adhesive is applied to this to a thickness of 0.1 mm, and PVC foamable particles (particle size: about 1.0 mm) are spread and fixed thereon, and a shadow film (thickness: 0.3 mm) is laminated thereon, The shadowed film was laminated simultaneously with heating to develop foamable particles (foaming ratio 2.0, thickness of pattern layer made of foamed particles 2.0 mm). Finally, a foamed layer (thickness 2.0 mm) and a lower balance sheet (thickness 0.2 mm) were laminated to the back surface of the nonwoven fabric by hot pressure, and cut into 500 mm × 5 mm to obtain a flooring material. This material was excellent in carpet-like texture and walking feeling, had good ground resistance and curling resistance, and was suitable as a flooring material.
[0020]
【effect】
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a carpet-like synthetic resin laying floor material having improved land resistance, ironing resistance, laying property, and walking feeling.
