Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a quick-connect terminal device that is housed in a case of a wiring device such as a switch or an outlet and connects an electric wire.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in wiring devices such as switches and outlets, quick connection terminals have been widely used to connect electric wires introduced into a container through an electric wire insertion hole provided in the container. As this type of quick-connect terminal, as shown in FIG. 27, a terminal plate 202 that comes into contact with the electric wire 101 housed in the container body 200 and introduced into the container body 200 through the electric wire insertion hole 201, and the terminal plate 202 is used. And a lock spring 203 for holding an electric wire is known. The locking spring 203 is a leaf spring, and is formed so as to hold the electric wire 101 by sandwiching the electric wire 101 between the contact piece 203 a and the locking piece 203 b provided on the locking spring 203 and the terminal plate 202. ing. That is, when the electric wire 101 is introduced into the main body 200 through the electric wire insertion hole 201 provided in the main body 200, the electric wire 101 bends in a direction to separate the contact piece 203a and the locking piece 203b from the terminal plate 202, and the contact piece 203a and the chain The electric wire 101 is configured to be sandwiched between the terminal plate 202 and the lock piece 203b by a spring force generated in the lock piece 203b. Here, in a state where the electric wire 101 is sandwiched between the terminal plate 202 and the contact piece 203a and the locking piece 203b, the edges of the contact piece 203a and the locking piece 203b elastically contact the electric wire 101, and When the locking piece 203b bites into the part, the electric wire 101 is prevented from coming off. Thus, since the electric wire 101 is held in a state where it is in contact with the terminal plate 202 simply by inserting the electric wire 101 into the electric wire insertion hole 201, the connection of the electric wire 101 is compared with a structure in which the electric wire 101 is connected using a terminal screw. Work becomes easy.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional quick-connection terminal device as described above, the locking spring 203 originally has a function of pressing the electric wire 101 against the terminal plate 202 and at the same time preventing it from coming off. There was almost no responsibility for the current path. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 28A, in a normal state where the electric wire 101 is straightly introduced through the electric wire insertion hole 201, the contact area between the electric wire 101 and the terminal plate 202 is sufficient, and a stable connection state can be obtained. As shown in FIG. 4B, when the contact area with the terminal plate 202 is reduced due to the bending or bending of the electric wire 101, the connection between the electric wire 101 and the terminal plate 202 may become unstable.
[0004]
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, The objective is to provide the quick connection terminal device which can stabilize the connection state of a terminal board and an electric wire irrespective of the state of an electric wire.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the first aspect of the present invention provides an electric wire introduced into the container through an electric wire insertion hole provided in the container body of the wiring device.A terminal board formed by bending a band-shaped metal plate into a ring shape so that both ends intersect, and through one end of the terminal board through the wire insertion hole A contact portion that contacts the electric wire introduced into the body is provided, and the other end side of the terminal plate protrudes toward the contact portion and bites into the pressing portion that presses the electric wire against the contact portion and part of the electric wire. A locking part is provided to prevent it from coming off, and both the one end part provided with the contact part of the terminal plate and the other end part provided with the pressing part and the locking part are introduced into the body. In the state where the wire can be bent away from the electric wire and the electric wire is not in contact, the contact portion is closer to the electric wire than the rear end side closer to the electric wire insertion hole is closer to the electric wire insertion hole. The terminal board must be stored in the container so that it tilts. It is characterized by that.
[0008]
Claim2The invention of claim1In the present invention, the end portion located insideTheThe part that is bent and protruded toward the contact part is the pressing part. The tip of the end is the locking partIt is characterized by that.
[0009]
Claim3The invention of claim 1Or 2According to the invention, a second locking part that cuts into a part of the electric wire and prevents it from coming off is provided at a portion of the terminal plate far from the electric wire insertion hole with respect to the contact part.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment in which a quick connection terminal device according to the present invention is applied to a terminal portion of an outlet will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the wiring device is not limited to an outlet, and it goes without saying that the technical idea of the present invention can be applied to a wiring device other than an outlet such as a switch.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the container 1 is the same as the body 10 formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape whose front surface is opened using a thermosetting synthetic resin (for example, urea resin) having excellent tracking resistance. It is formed by bonding a cover 20 formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape with a rear surface opened using a thermosetting synthetic resin (for example, urea resin) having excellent tracking resistance. The container 1 has a prescribed unit dimension to be described later.
[0012]
The internal space of the body 10 is divided into two by a partition wall 12 provided at an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 10, a pair of partition walls 20 a is also formed in the cover 20, and when the body 10 and the cover 20 are joined, the partition wall 12 of the body 10 is connected to the pair of partition walls 20 a of the cover 20. By fitting between them, the internal space of the container 1 is divided into two independent chambers (see FIG. 10).
[0013]
In each storage chamber 13 formed in the body 10 through the partition wall 12, a pair of terminal portions to which a blade receiving portion 31 for receiving a plug blade of a plug is processed by processing a metal plate having spring properties. The blade receiving members 30 formed integrally with 40 are accommodated. As shown in FIG. 7, each blade receiving portion 31 has a pair of blade receiving springs 32, 33 that sandwich the plug blade at the tip portions facing each other, and a U-shape that continuously couples both blade receiving springs 32, 33 together. The connecting piece 34 is provided. In addition, a terminal plate 41 is formed integrally with the connecting piece 34 at the open end of the connecting piece 34 so as to protrude away from each other. By the way, in this blade receiving part 31, the plug blade was received by projecting a projection 32a that locks into a locking hole penetrating the tip of the plug blade on the inner surface of one blade receiving spring 32. In this state, the protrusion 32a of the blade receiving spring 32 is locked in the locking hole of the plug blade so as to prevent it from coming off. Further, a pair of spring pieces 33a, 33a are provided with the tip of the other blade receiving spring 33 as a fork, so that each spring piece 33a, 33a can be bent independently. That is, as shown in FIG. 13A, if the plug blade 100 is inserted straight between the pair of blade receiving springs 32 and 33, a sufficient contact area is secured between the blade receiving springs 32 and 33 and the plug blade 100. Of course, the spring pieces 33a and 33a of the one blade receiving spring 33 can be bent independently of each other even if the plug blade 100 is inclined and inserted between the blade receiving springs 32 and 33. As shown in b), the spring pieces 33a and 33a are bent so as to follow the inclined plug blade 100, thereby suppressing the decrease in the contact area between the blade receiving portion 31 and the plug blade 100 and improving the contact reliability. It can be done. As shown in FIG. 14, if the other blade receiving spring 32 is also provided with a pair of spring pieces 32 b and 32 b with the tip portion being bifurcated, the contact area when the plug blade 100 is inserted at an angle is shown. It is possible to further suppress the decrease and further improve the contact reliability.
[0014]
The terminal portion 40 includes a terminal plate 41 formed by bending a belt-shaped metal plate into a ring shape so that both ends intersect. A contact portion 42 having a substantially flat surface and in contact with the electric wire is provided at an outer end portion of the terminal plate 41. Further, the inner end portion of the terminal plate 41 is bent into a substantially U-shape, whereby a pressing portion 43 that protrudes toward the contact portion 42 and presses the electric wire inserted between both end portions against the contact portion 42; The terminal block 41 is provided integrally with a locking part 44 that bites into a part of the terminal plate 41 and prevents it from coming off. Here, as shown in FIG. 7C, a portion sandwiched between the pressing portion 43 and the locking portion 44 (a portion protruding in the direction opposite to the contact portion 42) is opposed to the contact portion 42. Further, a second locking portion 45 that cuts into and prevents a part of the electric wire from being pulled out is formed at a portion facing the locking portion 44 on the proximal end side of the contact portion 42.
[0015]
As described above, the blade receiving member 30 is formed integrally with the blade receiving portion 31 and the pair of terminal portions 40 by bending a metal plate that has a spring property and is a good electrical conductor. Here, as shown in FIG. 15, the blade receiving member 30 ′ having a shape in which a metal plate is bent and processed in different bending directions (directions indicated by arrows in the drawing) has the advantage that the strength in the insertion direction of the plug blade is high. Although there is, the bending process becomes complicated. On the other hand, in the blade receiving member 30 of the present embodiment, the bending direction is unified to one direction (the direction indicated by the arrow in the figure) as shown in FIG. Even if a metal material having a difference in strength depending on the direction is used, a sufficient strength can be secured and the cost can be reduced.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 4, an insulating wall 13 a for insulating each terminal portion 40 of the blade receiving member 30 and simultaneously supporting the blade receiving portion 31 from the rear is substantially at the center of each storage chamber 13 along the longitudinal direction of the body 10. A pair of each is erected. Further, a standing wall 14 rising from the bottom surface is provided in the vicinity of the partition wall 12 in each storage chamber 13. Then, the terminal plate 41 of the terminal portion 40 is brought into contact with each standing wall 14, and the connecting piece 34 of the blade receiving portion 31 is placed on the leading edge of the insulating wall 13 a so that the blade receiving member 30 is placed in each storage chamber 13. Is stored (see FIG. 10 and the like).
[0017]
A wire insertion hole 11 is provided in the rear wall of the body 10 so that an electric wire can be introduced between the contact portion 42 of the terminal portion 40, the pressing portion 43, and the locking portion 44. As shown in FIG. 17, when the electric wire 101 is inserted from the pressing portion 43 side between the contact portion 42, the pressing portion 43 and the locking portion 44 through the electric wire insertion hole 11, the contacting portion 42, the pressing portion 43 and the locking portion are inserted. The electric wire 101 is clamped by the spring force of each of the portions 44, and the locking portion 44 and the second locking portion 45 bite into a part of the electric wire 101, making it impossible to pull out the electric wire 101. That is, the terminal portion 40 is a fast connection terminal that can be connected simply by inserting the electric wire 101 into the electric wire insertion hole 11.
[0018]
By the way, the quick connection terminal in a prior art example is comprised with the terminal board and the lock spring, and the terminal board was formed with the metal material which does not have a spring property. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 28A, when the electric wire 101 is inserted in a normal state straight with respect to the terminal plate 202a and the lock spring 203, the contact area between the terminal plate 202a and the electric wire 101 is sufficiently large. However, when the electric wire 101 is inserted with an inclination with respect to the terminal plate 202a and the lock spring 203 as shown in FIG. 4B, the contact area between the terminal plate 202a and the electric wire 101 is reduced. There was a fear. On the other hand, in the terminal part 40 of this embodiment, the contact part 42 equivalent to the conventional terminal board 202a, and the press part 43 and the locking part 44 equivalent to the conventional locking spring 203 have a spring property. Since it is integrally formed with the terminal plate 41 made of a plate, even if the electric wire 101 is inclined and inserted, it is possible to follow the inclination of the electric wire 101 because the contact portion 42 has springiness. Similarly, the connection state between the terminal plate 41 and the electric wire 101 can be stabilized regardless of the insertion state of the electric wire 101 by pressing the electric wire 101 toward the contact portion 42 by the pressing portion 43 and the locking portion 44 having spring properties. it can. In addition, in the present embodiment, since the blade receiving member 30 is configured by integrating the terminal portion 40 and the blade receiving portion 31, there is an advantage that a conventional locking spring becomes unnecessary and the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts.
[0019]
Further, in this embodiment, the portion sandwiched between the pressing portion 43 and the locking portion 44 (the portion protruding in the direction opposite to the contact portion 42) is opposed to the contact portion 42, so as shown in FIG. The pressing portions 43, the contact portions 42, and the lock portions 44 that elastically contact the electric wires 101 are alternately arranged on both sides of the electric wires 101, so that the electric wires 101 can be clamped in a well-balanced manner and connection stability is improved. There are advantages. Further, the end of the inner end of the terminal plate 41 is a locking portion 44, and the end portion is bent into a substantially square shape and protruded toward the contact portion 42 to form a pressing portion 43. Stable spring performance can be obtained by providing the pressing portion 43 at a portion where the spring force is larger than the tip portion of the terminal plate 41 serving as the lock portion 44. Moreover, the terminal plate 41 is formed by bending the band-shaped metal plate into a ring shape so that both ends intersect, and the contact portion 42 is formed on one end, and the pressing portion 43 and the lock are formed on the other end. Since the portion 44 is formed, the spring stroke of each of the contact portion 42, the pressing portion 43, and the locking portion 44 can be greatly increased, and the spring property of the terminal plate 41 can be easily secured. Further, since the electric wire 101 is prevented from coming off at the two positions of the locking portion 44 and the second locking portion 45, the electric wire 101 can be surely prevented from coming off and the connection reliability can be improved. is there.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 10, a release button 60 made of a synthetic resin is disposed in each storage chamber 13 so as to face the terminal portion 40 of each blade receiving member 30. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 8, the release button 60 is formed in a substantially bowl shape by projecting the drive unit 62 and the pressing projection 63 in the same direction from both ends of a rectangular plate-like operation unit 61. The pressing protrusion 63 protrudes from one end side in the short direction of the operation part 61 and is formed to have a width dimension smaller than the width dimension of the operation part 61 in the short direction. A positioning portion 64, which will be described later, protrudes from the side surface. On the other hand, the drive unit 62 has a larger amount of protrusion from the operation unit 61 than the pressing protrusion 63, and the inner side surface (lower side surface in FIG. 8) facing the pressing protrusion 63 has a lower side and one side. A recess 62a is formed to open to (see FIG. 1). In addition, an inclined surface 62 b is formed on the bottom surface of the recess 62 a that faces the pressing protrusion 63, and is inclined in a direction gradually moving away from the pressing protrusion 63 from the tip toward the operation section 61. A positioning portion 65 projects from the outer side surface (upper side surface in FIG. 8A) of the distal end portion of the driving portion 62 and has a substantially trapezoidal cross section at a position closer to the operation portion 61 than the positioning portion 65. A protrusion 66 is provided.
[0021]
On the other hand, a pair of longitudinal grooves 15 communicating with the respective storage chambers 13 are juxtaposed on both side surfaces of the body 10 in the longitudinal direction, and a release button 60 is provided so that the operating portion 61 is inserted into the longitudinal grooves 15. Arranged in each storage chamber 13 in the body 10. Here, the release button 60 is configured such that the pressing protrusion 63 faces a portion of the locking portion 44 of the terminal plate 41 that does not face the contact portion 42, and the wire insertion hole 11 provided in the rear wall of the body 10 and the release button The operation portion 61 is movably disposed in the storage chamber 13 so as to face the recess 62a of the drive portion 62 of the 60 and to protrude forward and backward from the vertical groove 15. Also, return springs 70 are housed in the respective storage chambers 13 to elastically bias the operating portion 61 in a direction protruding from the longitudinal groove 15 and to return the release button 60 to the position shown in FIG.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 9, the return spring 70 has both ends of a connecting piece 72 in which a pair of spring pieces 71 each having a tip bent at a substantially right angle and a rear end bent into a substantially square shape are formed in a narrow strip shape. It is integrally projected from the edge in the same direction. In addition, round holes 72a are formed in both ends of the connecting piece 72, and the return spring 70 is inserted by inserting the protrusion 46 projecting from the outer surface at the substantially central portion of the terminal plate 41 into the round hole 72a. Are temporarily fixed to the pair of terminal plates 41 of the blade receiving member 30 (see FIG. 18). When the blade receiving member 30 having the return spring 70 temporarily fixed to the terminal plate 41 is stored in the storage chamber 13, the substantially central portion of the terminal plate 41 comes into contact with the standing wall 14 in the body 10 as shown in FIG. The protrusion 46 does not fall off from the round hole 72a, and the return spring 70 is permanently fixed to the terminal board 41. Further, if the release button 60 is disposed in the storage chamber 13, the tip of each spring piece 71 of the return spring 70 comes into contact with the tip of the drive part 62 of the release button 60 as shown in FIG. Due to the spring force of 71, the release button 60 is elastically biased in a direction to return to the non-connection position. The positioning portion 64 projecting from the pressing projection 63 is brought into contact with the peripheral edge of the longitudinal groove 15 in the body 10 (see FIG. 10), and the positioning portion 65 projecting from the driving unit 62 is formed on the inner bottom surface of the cover 20. The release button 60 is positioned on the body 1 by abutting against the provided protrusion 29, thereby improving the assemblability and suppressing the rattling when the operation unit 61 (release button 60) is moved. .
[0023]
Thus, when the electric wire 101 is inserted between the contact portion 42 of the terminal plate 41 and the pressing portion 43 and the locking portion 44 through the electric wire insertion hole 11 and the electric wire 101 is connected to the terminal portion 40, as shown in FIG. The leading end of the electric wire 101 comes into contact with an inclined surface 62b formed in the recess 62a of the driving unit 62 of the release button 60, and the driving unit 62 is attached to the cover 20 by the insertion force of the electric wire 101 (force acting upward in FIG. 11). The release button 60 is pushed and driven in the direction of approaching and the direction of the operation unit 61 retracting into the body 1. As a result, in a state where the electric wire 101 is connected to the terminal portion 40, the operation portion 61 moves to a position (connection position) where the operation portion 61 is drawn inward from the side surface of the container body 1 as shown in FIG. That is, the operation part 61 of the release button 60 is movable between the non-connection position and the connection position, and the electric wire 101 is connected to the terminal plate 41 depending on the position of the operation part 61 (non-connection position or connection position). It can be confirmed whether or not. Further, when the electric wire 101 is connected, the release button 60 is pushed up in the direction approaching the cover 20 by the insertion force of the electric wire 101 as described above, but on the inner bottom surface of the cover 20 facing the drive unit 62 of the release button 60. Has a step 23 (see FIGS. 5 and 10), and when the projection 66 provided on the driving unit 62 gets over the step 23, a sound (for example, an impact sound such as “click”) is emitted. It is possible to confirm that the electric wire 101 is connected to the terminal plate 41 also by sound (see FIG. 20). In addition, in the connection position when the electric wire 101 is connected, since the operation part 61 is pulled inward from the side surface of the container body 1 so as not to protrude, from the side surface of the container body 1 after the connection of the electric wire 101 is completed. The operation unit 61 of the release button 60 does not protrude, the operation unit 61 does not interfere with the construction, and the possibility that the operation unit 61 is erroneously operated during construction is reduced.
[0024]
On the other hand, in order to pull out the electric wire 101 connected to the terminal portion 40, the operation portion 61 exposed on the side surface of the body 1 through the longitudinal groove 15 may be pushed with a finger as shown in FIG. When the release button 60 is moved further from the connection position to the inside of the container 1 by pushing the operation portion 61, the locking portion 44 of the terminal plate 41 is pressed by the pressing protrusion 63 of the release button 60, thereby The lock portion 44 that bites into the wire 101 is bent away from the wire 101 and the wire 101 can be pulled out.
[0025]
In the conventional quick-connect terminal, the wire must be pulled out while operating the release button using a tool. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 29, the tool 1 is held in one hand and held in the other hand. Is inserted in the operation hole 204 and the release button 205 is operated, both hands are blocked, and it is difficult to pull out the electric wire 101 from the electric wire insertion hole 11. On the other hand, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 21, the operation part 61 of the release button 60 exposed on the side surface of the container body 1 is pushed by the finger (thumb) of the hand holding the container body 1 to The locking portion 44 that bites into the wire 101 can be separated from the electric wire 101, the holding of the container 1 and the operation of the release button 60 can be performed simultaneously with one hand, and the electric wire can be pulled out with the other hand. The removal work of the electric wire 101 can be easily performed as compared with the quick connection terminal. If the pressing operation of the operation unit 61 is stopped after the electric wire 101 is pulled out, the release button 60 is moved by the spring force of the return spring 70 and the operation unit 61 automatically returns to the non-connection position. The electric wire 101 can be inserted / removed any number of times without the need for returning to the non-connection position.
[0026]
By the way, when the operation part 61 is pushed from the state where the electric wire is not connected, the locking part 44 of the terminal plate 41 is pressed by the pressing protrusion 63 of the release button 60 and bent in a direction away from the contact part 42. Can do. Therefore, when the electric wire 102 is a stranded wire, simply inserting the electric wire 102 from the electric wire insertion hole 11 may cause the electric wire 102 to be scattered along the way as shown in FIG. However, if the electric wire 102 is inserted from the electric wire insertion hole 11 in the state where the operation portion 61 is pushed as described above, the contact portion 42 of the terminal plate 41 and Since the space | interval with the press part 43 and the lock | rock part 44 is wide, it can insert easily (FIG.22 (a)). Therefore, the electric wire 102 made of a stranded wire can be easily connected to the terminal portion 40 in the same manner as the electric wire 101 made of a single wire without taking the trouble of flattening in advance. Note that whether or not the electric wire 102 is securely connected can be determined by whether or not the release button 60 moves when the operation unit 61 is released.
[0027]
As shown in FIGS. 23 and 24, one end of a return spring 70 ′ made of a coil spring is inserted and fixed to a cylindrical spring seat 62c protruding from the tip of the drive unit 62, and the other end of the return spring 70 ′. The release button 60 may be elastically urged by bringing it into contact with the standing wall 14 of the body 10. However, as described above, there is provided a return spring 70 composed of a leaf spring in which a pair of spring pieces 71 are connected by a connection piece 72, and two release buttons 60 arranged adjacent to each other in the storage chambers 13 are provided. If the structure is elastically urged by the spring piece 71, the assembly is improved by reducing the number of parts compared to a configuration in which each release button 60 is individually elastically urged by using a return spring 70 'formed of a coil spring. There is an advantage that the cost can be reduced. In addition, the assemblability can also be improved by fixing the return spring 70 to the terminal plate 41.
[0028]
By the way, a protruding boss portion 21 is provided on the front surface of the cover 20 and a shoulder portion 22 is provided on both sides of the boss portion 21 in the longitudinal direction. In addition, a pair of insertion grooves 22 a are formed on the side surfaces of the shoulder portion 22 so as to be continuously integrated with the vertical groove 15 of the body 10 and through which the operation portion 61 of the release button 60 can be moved forward and backward. Further, a plug portion 24 into which a plug blade (parallel plate type blade) can be inserted is formed on the front wall of the boss portion 21. The insertion portion 24 includes a pair of plug blade insertion openings 24 a that open to portions corresponding to the blade receiving portions 31 of the respective blade receiving members 30. The plug blade insertion opening 24a has different lengths on the voltage line side and the ground line side.
[0029]
Next, a structure for assembling the container 1 by combining the body 10 and the cover 20 will be described. In other words, in the present embodiment, the body 10 and the cover 20 are coupled to each other by fitting the assembly frame 50 as an assembly member to the fitting portions 6 and 7 provided on both the body 10 and the cover 20. The body 1 is to be assembled.
[0030]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, a rectangular fitting portion 6 is protruded from a center portion sandwiched between a pair of longitudinal grooves 15 on both side surfaces facing the longitudinal direction of the body 10. A concave groove 8 is formed in front of (above in FIG. 1). On the other hand, on the side surface of each shoulder portion 22 of the cover 20, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, a protruding portion 25 protrudes from a central portion sandwiched between a pair of insertion grooves 22 a, and further, A fitting portion 7 having the same shape and the same size as the fitting portion 6 of the body 10 is projected from the side surface. In the state where the cover 20 is abutted against the opening surface of the body 10, the fitting portions 6 and 7 are arranged in a row with the concave groove 8 interposed therebetween.
[0031]
The assembly frame 50 is made of a synthetic resin molded product having elasticity. As shown in FIG. 6, the fitting holes 51, 51 for fitting with the fitting portions 6, 7 are provided in the front-rear direction of the container 1 (the vertical direction in FIG. 1). ) And a substantially U-shaped frame piece 53 having a central portion connected to the tip of the vertical piece 52, and the back surface of the vertical piece 52 facing the body 1. On the side, a locking protrusion 54 having a locking claw 54a at the tip is provided projecting backward from a substantially central portion sandwiched between the fitting holes 51. Further, on the side surface of the frame piece 53, a mounting frame for embedding and arranging an embedded wiring device in the construction surface (for example, a large-angle continuous wiring device standardized in Japanese Industrial Standard JIS C 8375). A pair of attachment claws 55 are provided so as to engage with the engagement holes provided in the attachment frame) and attach the body 1 to the attachment frame.
[0032]
On the other hand, the cover 20 has a locked portion 26 that is locked by a locking claw 54 a provided at the distal end portion of the locking projection piece 54 of the assembly frame 50 that is inserted from the recessed groove 8 of the body 10 in the vicinity of both ends in the longitudinal direction. (See FIG. 5). A guide surface 27 is formed in the vicinity of the fitting portion 7 on the back side of the projecting portion 25 of the cover 20 so as to incline toward the rear.
[0033]
Thus, in order to assemble the body 1 by joining the body 10 and the cover 20, the locking protrusion 54 is inserted into the concave groove 8 with the body 10 and the cover 20 butted on the opening surface side. If the assembly frame 50 is pressed toward the opposite side surfaces of the container body 1 in the longitudinal direction, the fitting portions 6 of the body 10 and the cover 20 are inserted into the fitting holes 51 of the assembly frame 50 as shown in FIG. 7 and the body 10 and the cover 20 are coupled to each other, and at the same time, the locking claw 54 a provided at the tip of the locking projection piece 54 is aligned with the guide surface 27 of the projecting portion 25. Since the piece 54 bends backward and the locking claw 54a eventually locks to the locked portion 26 of the cover 20, the assembly frame 50 can be prevented from falling off from the fitting portions 6 and 7.
[0034]
Since the body 10 and the cover 20 are coupled using the synthetic resin assembly frame 50 in this manner, the assembly frame and the charging unit (the blade receiving member 30) are connected as in the case of using a metal assembly frame. There is an advantage that design restrictions due to the insulation distance are reduced, and that the degree of freedom in design such as selection of the material forming the container 1 and the thickness dimension of the container 1 is increased. In addition, the above-mentioned container 1 is formed in the unit dimension which can be attached to the attachment frame for large square continuous wiring instruments up to three pieces. That is, the dimension of the container 1 in the short width direction is formed to be approximately one third of the dimension in the longitudinal direction of the opening window of the mounting frame, and up to three can be attached to the mounting frame. . This dimension is referred to as “one module dimension” as in the case of the large-angle continuous wiring apparatus. In short, since the assembly frame 50 is provided with mounting claws 55 for mounting on the mounting frame, it can be constructed by the same construction method as other embedded wiring devices such as switches, and the construction work becomes easy. It can be connected to other embedded wiring devices.
[0035]
By the way, the assembly frame 50 is formed in a substantially T shape having a vertical piece 52 and a frame piece 53, and is behind the operation portion 61 of the release button 60 on the side surface of the container 1 in a state where the body 10 and the cover 20 are coupled. The part (lower part in FIG. 3) is opened. That is, when the assembly frame 50 is formed in a shape surrounding the four circumferences of the operation unit 61 on the side surface of the container body 1, it is difficult to push the operation unit 61 inside the side surface of the container body 1 when the electric wire is removed. However, as described above, since the assembly frame 50 is shaped to open the rear part of the operation unit 61 on the side surface of the body 1, the pressing operation of the operation unit 61 is not hindered by the assembly frame 50. (See FIG. 21).
[0036]
On the other hand, since the assembly frame 50 is formed in such a shape that the part behind the operation portion 61 on the side surface of the container body 1 is opened as described above, the vertical piece 52 of the assembly frame 50 is more than the side surface of the container body 1. For example, a finger or the like may be caught on the edge (rear end) of the vertical piece 52 and the fitting hole 51 of the vertical piece 52 may be inadvertently detached from the fittings 6 and 7. Therefore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, a pair of substantially L-shaped protrusions is formed on the side surface of the body 1 (body 10) surrounding the tip of the vertical piece 52 of the assembly frame 50. A protection part 16 is provided in a protruding manner. That is, it is possible to prevent the assembly frame 50 from being inadvertently removed from the fitting portions 6 and 7 of the container body 1 as described above by surrounding the leading edge of the vertical piece 52 with these protection portions 16. As shown in FIG. 26, if the protection unit 16 is extended to a position facing the rear end of the operation unit 61 of the release button 60, the operation unit 61 can be prevented from being inadvertently pressed, There is also an advantage that the operability can be improved by using the protection unit 16 as a guide when the operation unit 61 is pushed.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electric wire introduced into the container through an electric wire insertion hole provided in the container body of the wiring device.A terminal board formed by bending a band-shaped metal plate into a ring shape so that both ends intersect, and through one end of the terminal board through the wire insertion hole A contact portion that contacts the electric wire introduced into the body is provided, and the other end side of the terminal plate protrudes toward the contact portion and bites into the pressing portion that presses the electric wire against the contact portion and part of the electric wire. The electric wire introduced through the electric wire insertion hole is held between the pressing portion and the contact portion provided integrally with the terminal plate, and the locking portion is bitten into a part of the electric wire to prevent it from coming off. By connecting the electric wire to the terminal board, the terminal board has the function of a conventional locking spring. As a result, the energization paths between the electric wires are increased as compared with the conventional example, and the connection state between the terminal plate and the electric wires can be stabilized regardless of the state of the electric wires. Moreover, even if the electric wire is inclined and inserted into the electric wire insertion hole, both the one end provided with the contact portion of the terminal plate and the other end provided with the pressing portion and the locking portion are Since it can bend in the direction away from the electric wire introduced into the body, it is possible to follow the inclination of the electric wire, and the connection state between the terminal plate and the electric wire can be stabilized regardless of the inserted state of the electric wire.
[0040]
