この発明はパチンコ機に関し、特に、貯留されたパチンコ球の欠乏を検出する球切れ検出機構と、パチンコ球を順次球発射起点へ送り込む球送り機構と、球送り機構を開閉操作する中継機構とを含む球切れ検出装置の改良に関する。

遊技者に払い出されるパチンコ球が欠乏したときに球発射起点へのパチンコ球の供給を休止させる目的で設置される中継機構はベ−ス枠と、このベ−ス枠に結合された裏枠とにわたって取付けられ、裏枠をベ−ス枠に組付けるときに中継機構が組立てられる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のこの種の中継機構では裏枠をベ−ス枠に結合するときに中継機構を構成する部材を連結したり、分離させる手数が煩雑となる問題点がある。
本発明は上記問題点を解消して賞品球用の補給貯留部での球切れ状態をより的確に検出し得るとともに、裏枠部材の開閉に伴う中継機構の連結および分離を簡易化することを課題とするものである。

請求項1のパチンコ機は、前枠部の前側下部に、遊技用のパチンコ球を受入れ得る上皿と、この上皿から通出されたパチンコ球をシャッタの開閉状態に基づき受入れて1個ずつ機内の球発射起点側へ送出し得る球送り機構とを備えた前板が組付けられる一方、前枠部の裏面に固定されて内部に遊技盤を嵌込みセットし得るベース枠の裏側に、補給用のパチンコ球を貯留する球タンクと、この球タンクの球排出口の下方に取着されて、該球タンクから通出したパチンコ球を受入れて下流の賞品球払い出し制御ユニット側へ2列にして誘導し得る球レールとを装着した裏枠が開閉可能に組付けられたパチンコ機において、

請求項1に記載のパチンコ機では、球タンク内の貯留球が無くなり球レールの上流端部内の貯留球が減少すると、まず、第1球切れ作動片が、球受部で受ける球圧(球重量)から解放されて上傾変化(球切れ状態)されるとともに、これに追従して係動片が引上げられて2個の検出スイッチの触動片をともに解放する。これにより各球切れ検出スイッチは、個々の触動片が上傾復帰されることにより、「球切れ検出状態」として検出信号を発生する。そしてこの各検出信号が、スイッチ基板を介して賞品球切れ表示ランプに対する球切れ信号、遊技場の管理装置に対する球切れ信号として出力されることに伴い、表示ランプが点灯表示される。

【発明の効果】
