Description

【0001】

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The flexible support piece 4 is in a state where the ball 5 is floated from the ball mounting portion 2 in order to reduce friction between the tee 1 and the ball 5 and hitting resistance when the ball 5 is hit on the tee 1 and hit. Although it is supported, a very large impact (approx. 1 ton) is applied when the club head hits. Therefore, in the conventional golf tee 1, the support piece 4 has flexibility. In spite of this, there was a problem that it was easily broken off at the base portion and easily removed from the ball mounting portion 2.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide a golf tee that solves the above-described problems and is less likely to break a support piece.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a golf tee according to claim 1 is provided with a piercing portion to the ground, a generally cylindrical ball mounting portion provided above the piercing portion, and an upper portion of the ball mounting portion. A golf tee provided with a plurality of integral radial shapes in plan view, and a flexible support piece for supporting the ball in a state of floating from the ball mounting portion,

According to the golf tee of the first aspect, the following effects can be obtained.
That is, a piercing portion to the ground, a ball mounting portion provided above the piercing portion, and a plurality of integrally provided radially in plan view on the upper portion of the ball mounting portion, and the ball was floated from the ball mounting portion Since the flexible support piece is supported in the state, the pierced portion can be pierced into the ground, and the golf ball can be placed on the support piece of the ball mounting portion to hit the ball. At this time, since the ball is supported in a state of being lifted from the ball mounting portion by the support piece, the friction between the tee and the ball and the hitting resistance when the ball is hit are reduced.
And since the outer peripheral surface of a ball mounting part and the outer peripheral surface of a support piece are integrally connected by the rib, the effect that it becomes difficult to destroy a support piece is acquired.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a view showing an embodiment of a golf tee according to the present invention, where (a) is a plan view, (b) is a front view, (c) is a cross-sectional end view taken along line cc in FIG. d) is a front view showing a state where the piercing portion 20 and the ball mounting portion 30 are separated from each other.
2A is an enlarged plan view, FIG. 2B is a plan view of the connecting member, and FIG. 2C is a front view of the connecting member.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 1, the golf tee 10 includes a piercing portion 20 to the ground, a ball mounting portion 30 provided on the upper portion of the piercing portion 20, and an upper portion of the ball mounting portion 30 in a plan view. And a flexible support piece 31 that is provided in a radial manner and supports the ball B in a state of floating from the ball mounting portion 30, and the outer peripheral surface 30 a of the ball mounting portion 30 and the outer peripheral surface 31 a of the support piece 31 are integrated. Ribs 32 that are connected to each other are formed.
[0010]
The piercing portion 20 is formed of a hard and high-strength versatile synthetic resin (for example, polypropylene, polycarbonate, etc.).
[0011]
In this embodiment, eight support pieces 31 in the ball mounting portion 30 are provided radially in a plan view above the ball mounting portion 30, and each outer peripheral surface 31 a is an outer peripheral surface of the ball mounting portion 30 by a rib 32. 30a is integrally connected.
In other words, eight ribs 32 are integrally formed on the outer peripheral surface 30a of the ball mounting part 30, and the upper part 32a (see FIG. 5C) of the ribs 32 is thinned while the ball mounting part 30 is being thinned. The support piece 31 is formed by projecting to the upper part of.
The ball mounting portion 30 is integrally molded with a high-strength transparent synthetic resin (for example, an ionomer resin) that is flexible and has excellent cold resistance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Therefore, the ball mounting portion 30 is transparent. When the ball mounting portion 30 is not transparent, it can be formed of EVA, nylon (registered trademark) or the like.
[0012]
In the golf tee 10 of this embodiment, the piercing portion 20 and the ball mounting portion 30 are connected by a connecting member 40.
As shown in FIGS. 1 (c) and 2 (b) (c), the connecting member 40 includes a lower portion 41 embedded in the upper portion of the piercing portion 20, a tube-like upper portion 42 integral therewith, and an upper portion thereof. And a flange portion 43 formed at the upper end portion of 42.
The ball mounting portion 30 has a substantially cylindrical shape as a whole, and a bottom portion of the ball mounting portion 30 has an insertion hole 33 (see FIGS. 3A and 3B) of the connecting member 40 and a step portion that can come into contact with the flange portion 43. 34 (see FIGS. 3A and 3B).
Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 1B and 1D, the lower surface 35 of the ball mounting portion 30 comes into contact with the upper surface 21 of the piercing portion 20 or the step portion 34 comes into contact with the flange portion 43 of the connecting member 40. Within the range, it can slide along the connecting member 40.
Since a plurality of ring-shaped grooves 41a (three in the drawing) are formed in the lower portion 41 of the connecting member 40, the connecting member 40 and the piercing portion 20 are firmly connected.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 2, the flange portion 43 of the connecting member 40 has a plurality of air escape holes 44 (in the figure, a groove-like hole extending in the vertical direction) 44 on the outer periphery thereof (four in the figure). It is formed point-symmetrically in plan view. As will be described later, when the ball B is hit, the ball mounting portion 30 rapidly slides along the connecting member 40 from the state shown in FIG. 1B to the state shown in FIG. However, since the air A (see FIG. 1C) in the ball mounting portion 30 is released through the escape hole 44 at this time, the slide of the ball mounting portion 30 is performed. Will be done smoothly. That is, since the rapid slide of the ball mounting portion 30 when hitting the ball B is performed smoothly, the resistance at the time of hitting the ball is reduced.
If the flange portion 43 has a small diameter so that air A can be easily released without providing the escape hole 44, a sufficient contact force between the flange portion 43 and the step portion 34 of the ball mounting portion 30 cannot be obtained. The mounting part 30 is easily removed from the connecting member 40. Conversely, when the inner diameter of the ball mounting part 30 is increased, the outer diameter of the entire golf tee 10 is increased.
The connecting member 40 is formed of a synthetic resin that is flexible and has high tensile strength (for example, urethane elastomer resin).
[0014]
The golf tee 10 as described above is created as follows, for example.
First, as shown in FIGS. 3A to 3B, the connecting member 40 is inserted into the ball mounting portion 30.
Next, as shown in FIG. 3 (c), the ball mounting part 30 is stored in the ball mounting part storage part 51 of the mold 50, and the connecting member 40 is fixed by the connecting member fixing part 52 of the mold 50 and pierced. A synthetic resin is injected into the part forming cavity 53 as indicated by an arrow R to form the pierced part 20 portion, and the golf tee 10 is obtained.
[0015]
According to the golf tee 10 as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
That is, a piercing portion 20 to the ground, a ball mounting portion 30 provided on the upper portion of the piercing portion 20, and a plurality of integrally provided radially in plan view on the upper portion of the ball mounting portion 30. Since the flexible support piece 31 is supported in a state of being floated from the portion 30, the piercing portion 20 is pierced into the ground, and on the support piece 31 of the ball mounting portion 30 as shown in FIG. The golf ball B can be put on and hit the ball B. At this time, since the ball B is supported by the support piece 31 in a state of being floated from the ball mounting portion 30, friction and hitting resistance between the tee 10 and the ball B when the ball B is hit are reduced.
When the golf ball B is placed on the support piece 31 of the ball placing portion 30 and the piercing portion 20 is pierced into the ground while holding the ball B and the ball placing portion 30, the support piece 31 spreads. The ball B is regulated by coming into contact with the upper surface 30b (see FIGS. 1B and 1C) of the ball placing portion 30, and then when the hand is released, the ball B is placed on the ball by the restoring force of the support piece 31. It is supported in a state of floating from the portion 30.
Further, when the ball B is hit, the ball mounting portion 30 slides rapidly along the connecting member 40 from the state shown in FIG. 4A to the state shown in FIG. The friction and hitting resistance between the tee 10 and the ball B when hitting B are further reduced.
Further, at this time, the air A (see FIG. 1C) in the ball mounting portion 30 is released through the escape hole 44 provided in the flange portion 43 of the connecting member 40. The slide will be made smoothly. That is, since the rapid slide of the ball mounting portion 30 when hitting the ball B is performed smoothly, the resistance at the time of hitting the ball is further reduced.
And since the outer peripheral surface 30a of the ball | bowl mounting part 30 and the outer peripheral surface 31a of the support piece 31 are integrally connected by the rib 32, the effect that it becomes difficult to destroy the support piece 31 is acquired.
[0016]
Further, the piercing portion 20 and the connecting member 40 are insert-molded as shown in FIG. 3 to improve the strength of the base of the connecting member 40 and improve the workability.
[0017]
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be appropriately modified within the scope of the gist of the present invention.
