【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、陳列室内に架設した棚部材上に缶飲料やペットボトル入り飲料等の商品を陳列して成るショーケースに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来よりスーパーマーケットやコンビニエンスストア等の店舗には、例えば特開平6−165721号公報(A47F3/04)に示される如きショーケースが設置されている。このショーケースは、本体内に商品陳列用の棚を備え、この棚にはコードヒータ(電気ヒータ)が取り付けられている。そして、棚上には缶コーヒー等の商品を載置し、コードヒータにて加熱する構造とされていた。

ここで、棚上の商品は購買者により通常手前側から取り出されていくため、例えば実開平6−81360号公報の如く前側に低く棚を傾斜させ、この傾斜により商品が取り出された列はその後ろの商品が前進する構成としていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
また、前記公報では棚を手前側に引出自在とするため、前部は連結アームにてレールに回動自在に取り付けると共に、後部は傾斜面に載置する構造とされていた。しかしながら、連結アームは所定の長さ寸法を有し、棚とレールの双方に回動自在とされていたため、この連結アームの寸法分、レールを含めた全体の高さ寸法が拡大してしまう問題があった。

また、前記公報では単一の傾斜角度でしか棚を架設できないと云う欠点もあると共に、ブラケットにて棚を架設する通常のショーケースに対して適用が困難であり、汎用性に乏しいものであった。

本発明は、係る従来の技術的課題を解決するために成されたものであり、引出自在で前側に低く傾斜して架設される棚部材を備えたショーケースにおいて、棚部材及び支持部材の高さ寸法の縮小を図ることを目的とする。

本発明のもう一つの目的は、係るショーケースにおいて棚部材の傾斜角度を可変とし、且つ、汎用性の向上を図ることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明のショーケースは、前面に開口する本体内に陳列室を構成し、この陳列室内に商品陳列用の棚部材を架設して成るものであって、陳列室内の支柱に取り付けられた左右一対のブラケットと、このブラケットにそれぞれ取り付けられた角度調整部材と、ブラケットにそれぞれ取り付けられた引出レールと、角度調整部材に構成された奥方に高い傾斜面とを備え、棚部材の後部を傾斜面に摺動自在に保持させると共に、棚部材の前部は単一の回動軸を中心として引出レールに回動自在に枢支させたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面に基づき本発明の実施形態を詳述する。図1は本発明を適用する実施例のショーケース1の縦断側面図、図2はショーケース1の棚部材2の平面図、図3は棚部材2の正面図、図4は棚部材2の側面図をそれぞれ示している。各図において、ショーケース1は例えばコンビニエンスストアの店舗内に設置される冷・温切替式のオープンショーケースであり、断面略コ字状の断熱壁3とその両側に取り付けられた側板4とから前面に開口する本体6が構成されている。

断熱壁3の内側には間隔を存して仕切壁7が取り付けられ、これら仕切壁7と断熱壁3間にダクト8が構成されると共に、仕切壁7の内側に前面に開口した陳列室9が構成されている。陳列室9(本体6)の前面開口の上下縁には吐出口11と吸込口12が構成されてダクト8に連通しており、ダクト8内には図示しない冷却装置の冷却器13と送風機14とが配設されている。

そして、冷蔵運転時には冷却装置が運転されて冷却器13が冷却作用を発揮し、この冷却器13と熱交換した冷気が送風機14によりダクト8内を吹き上げられる。ダクト8内を冷却器13からダクト8内を上昇した冷気は、開口上縁の吐出口11から開口に向けて吐出され、下縁の吸込口12からダクト8内に吸い込まれる循環を行う。これにより、陳列室9の前面開口には冷気エアーカーテンが構成されると共に、一部の冷気は陳列室9内に循環して所定の冷蔵温度に冷却されることになる。

一方、陳列室9内には上下複数段の商品陳列用の棚部材2・・・(実施例では7段)が架設され、各棚部材2上には缶飲料やペットボトル入り飲料等の商品が載置されて陳列される。図1の状態で各棚部材2・・・は前側が低く傾斜して架設されており、これにより、最も手前の商品が取り出されると、その列の後方の商品が順次前方に移動する構成とされている。また、各棚部材2・・・は棚段数や棚間隔を変更するため、ブラケット(支持部材)16と図示しない支柱との係合により着脱自在の構成とされている。更に、棚部材2・・・はブラケット16に対してそれぞれ前方に引出自在とされ、図1の如く陳列室9内に押し込まれて保持された状態と、商品補充時に後述する如く前面開口から手前側に引き出された状態とに保持可能とされている。

棚部材2は、枠部材21とこの枠部材21上に取り付けられ、商品を載置するための棚板22等から構成されている。そして、この棚板22は金属板から成り、その下面には図示しない電気ヒータが取り付けられている。そして、温蔵運転時には(前記冷却装置は停止)この電気ヒータが発熱して棚板22上の商品を加熱保温する。

他方、前記ブラケット16の後端には係合爪23が形成されており、この係合爪23を陳列室9内の左右に上下に渡って取り付けられた図示しない支柱の係合孔に係脱自在に係合させることで、ブラケット16は陳列室9内の所定の高さの位置に左右一対ずつ取り付けられる。そして、これら一対のブラケット16、16それぞれの外面に引出レール24の固定側24Aが前後に渡って取り付けられ、左右で対を成す。尚、これら引出レール24、24はブラケット16が支柱に取り付けられた状態で図4の如く水平状態にある。

また、左右一対のブラケット16、16それぞれの内側には角度調整部材26が取り付けられ、これも左右で対を成す。そして、これらブラケット16及び角度調整部材26により棚部材2の支持部材が構成される。この角度調整部材26の上端は外側に折曲されて摺動面又は傾斜面としてのフランジ26Aとされており、角度調整部材26の前部はブラケット16に回動可能に固定され、後部は化粧ビスにてブラケット16に固定される。

この場合、ブラケット16の後部には上下に三カ所の角度調整用孔27A、27B、27Cが形成されており、角度調整部材26の後部には取付孔28が形成されている。そして、図4の如く最も下方の角度調整用孔27Aに取付孔28を合致させ、図示しない化粧ビスで角度調整部材26をブラケット16に固定した状態で、角度調整部材26のフランジ26Aは水平となる。また、図7の如く上から2番目の角度調整用孔27Bに取付孔28を合致させて固定した状態では、角度調整部材26のフランジ26Aは角度9度で前方に低く傾斜し、最も上の角度調整用孔27Cに取付孔28を合致させて固定した状態では、角度調整部材26のフランジ26Aは角度11度で前方に低く傾斜するように構成されている。

更に、この角度調整部材26の前端部にはストッパー29が取り付けられている。このストッパー29は図4の如く押し込まれた状態の棚部材2を保持するために上側に鉤状となった形状を呈して前方に突出している。枠部材21の左右端はブラケット16、16の外側において下方に折曲され、降下辺31、31が形成されており、この降下辺31、31の内側に前記引出レール24、24の可動側24Bがそれぞれ取り付けられる。

この場合、引出レール24の可動側24Bの前部には図6に示す如き断面略門型の軸金具32が取り付けられている。この軸金具32の中央には回動軸33が設けられ、この回動軸33が可動側24Bに回動自在に係合取り付けられ、その左右のネジ孔34、34が枠部材21の降下辺31の前部内側にネジ止めされる。これにより、枠部材21の前部は単一の回動軸33を中心として引出レール24の可動側24Bに回動自在に枢支されている。

他方、枠部材21の後部は前記角度調整部材26上端のフランジ26A上に摺動自在に載置される。この場合、枠部材21の降下辺31の後部内面には、浮き上がり防止部材36(図4)が取り付けられており、この浮き上がり防止部材36は角度調整部材26のフランジ26Aと引出レール24間の間隔に進入している。これにより、枠部材21(棚部材2)の後部が上方に浮き上がることが防止される。

以上の構成で、角度調整部材26の取り付け位置を図4の如くした場合、フランジ26Aは水平となる。そして、棚部材2を陳列室9内に押し込んだ状態でストッパー29は枠部材21の前縁部に係脱自在に係合するので、棚部材2は陳列室9内に水平に架設される(図4)。この状態で商品を補充する際などには、ストッパー29と枠部材21との係合を解除すれば、引出レール24によって棚部材2を水平状態のまま手前に引き出すことができる(図5)。このとき、枠部材21の後部はフランジ26A上を摺動して移動する。そして、商品補充後は棚部材2を押し込めば、再びストッパー29が枠部材21の前縁部に係合するので、棚部材2は陳列室9内に水平に架設される。

他方、角度調整部材26の取り付け位置を図7の如くした場合、フランジ26Aは角度9度で手前に低く傾斜する。そして、棚部材2を陳列室9内に押し込み、ストッパー29を枠部材21の前縁部に係合させれば、棚部材2は陳列室9内に角度9度で手前に低く傾斜して架設されることになる(図7)。この状態では、棚板22上の手前側の商品が取り出されると、その列の後ろ側の商品が傾斜により自重で前方にスライドすることになる。従って、缶飲料やペットボトル入り飲料などの陳列販売には極めて好適となる。

この状態で商品を補充する際などには、前述同様にストッパー29と枠部材21との係合を解除すれば、引出レール24によって棚部材2を手前に引き出すことができる。このとき、棚部材2の枠部材21の前部は回動軸33により引出レール24に回動自在に枢支されており、後部は角度調整部材26のフランジ26Aに摺動自在に枢支されている。そして、引出レール24は水平状態とされているので、棚部材2が手前に引き出されるに従って枠部材21の後部はフランジ26Aの傾斜に沿って徐々に降下し(このとき枠部材21は回動軸33を中心として図8中時計回りに回動する)、最終的には略水平状態となる(図8)。これにより、水平状態で棚板22上の奥に商品を容易に補充できるようになる。

そして、商品補充後は棚部材2を押し込めば、今度は枠部材21の後部がフランジ26Aに沿って徐々に上昇するので、最終的に再びストッパー29が枠部材21の前縁部に係合した段階で、棚部材2は元通り陳列室9内に角度9度で手前に傾斜して架設されることになる。

このとき、前述の如く枠部材21の降下辺31の後部には浮き上がり防止部材36が取り付けられているので、係る動作中に棚部材2の後部が浮き上がることはない。また、枠部材21の前部は単一の回動軸33を中心として引出レール24に回動自在に枢支されているので、引出レール24を含むブラケット16及び棚部材2の全体としての高さ寸法が最小限に抑制されるようになり、陳列室9内の有効容積の拡大、若しくは、棚部材2の段数の増加を実現することが可能となる。

尚、以上の動作は前述の如く角度調整部材26の取り付け位置を角度11度とした場合にも同様に行われる。その際は棚部材2は陳列室9内に角度11度で架設されることになるが、ストッパー29が角度調整部材26の前端部に取り付けられていることにより、何れの角度の場合にも、押し込められた状態における枠部材21に対するストッパー29の角度は変わらなくなる。これにより、何れの架設角度においても棚部材2はストッパー29により陳列室9内に確実に保持されることになる。

次に、上記棚部材2の構造について詳述する。前述の如く棚部材2は、枠部材21とこの枠部材21上に取り付けられて商品が載置される棚板22等から構成されているが、枠部材21上の前部には更にガード部材を構成する透明な棚ガード37と仕切保持前金具38が左右全幅に渡って設けられる。また、棚板22の後端部には仕切保持後金具39が左右全幅に渡って固定され、更にその直前に隣接して案内金具41が何れも左右全幅に渡って固定されている。

そして、枠部材21に棚板22を取り付ける際には、先ず棚ガード37及び仕切保持前金具38が無い状態で、棚板22を枠部材21上に載置し、各係合突起44・・・を各透孔42内にそれぞれ挿入する(図9)。次に、棚板22を後方に移動させ、係合辺43を係合孔46内に係脱自在に係合させる。これによって、棚板22は上方及び後方への移動が阻止される。

この状態で、枠部材21と棚板22前端間には間隔があり、次にこの間隔内に棚ガード37及び仕切保持前金具38を略隙間無く、挿脱可能に挿入する(図12)。これによって、ネジなどの格別な取付具を使用すること無く、棚板22を簡単に枠部材21上に固定することができる。尚、棚板22を取り外す作業は上述の逆の手順となり、棚ガード37、仕切保持前金具38を取り外してから棚板22を前方に移動させ、持ち上げればよい。

そして、仕切棒51を棚部材2に取り付ける際には、先ず、仕切棒51の後部をガイド溝49内に上から挿入する(図16の最も左側の状態)。その状態で仕切棒51を後方に押し込むことにより、挿入孔48内に後端部を挿入する(図16の左から2番目の状態)。次に、仕切棒51の前端部を挿入孔47の上面の開口に上から挿入し(図16の右から2番目の状態)、最後に仕切棒51を前方に移動させる(図16の最も右側の状態)。この状態で仕切棒51の前後は仕切保持前金具38と仕切保持後金具39とに保持され、棚板22から上方に所定の間隔を存して当該棚板22上を左右に仕切る(図17)。

ここで、従来では棚部材2の前後に単に孔を形成して仕切棒51の前後端部を挿入していたが、その場合には、図13に51Aで示すように仕切棒51を撓ませる必要があった。また、細い仕切棒51に合わせて孔も小径であるため、挿入作業は極めて面倒となっていた。

一方、上記構造によれば先ず後側の挿入孔48に仕切棒51の後端部を挿入する際、ガイド溝49に沿って真っ直ぐ後方に挿入できるようになるので、挿入作業が極めて容易となる。また、前側の挿入孔47に仕切棒51の前端部を挿入する際にも、挿入孔47は後方及び上方に開放しているので、上から挿入でき、撓ませること無く、極めて容易に挿入できるようになる。

ここで、図17の状態では仕切棒51は後方に自由に移動可能であるため、前述の如き棚部材2の引出操作で後方に抜けてしまう危険性があるが、その場合には、図18の如く挿入孔48後方に対応する位置に、仕切保持後金具39と所定の間隔を存して抜け止め壁52を棚板22に取り付けることで、係る仕切棒51の脱落は防止できるようになる。

【発明の効果】

前面に開口する本体内に陳列室を構成し、該陳列室内に商品陳列用の棚部材を架設して成るショーケースにおいて、
前記陳列室内の支柱に取り付けられた左右一対のブラケットと、
該ブラケットにそれぞれ取り付けられた角度調整部材と、
前記ブラケットにそれぞれ取り付けられた引出レールと、
前記角度調整部材に構成された奥方に高い傾斜面とを備え、
前記棚部材の後部を前記傾斜面に摺動自在に保持させると共に、棚部材の前部は単一の回動軸を中心として前記引出レールに回動自在に枢支させたことを特徴とするショーケース。
