The showcase shelf device according to claim 7 is characterized in that, in each of the above inventions, at least the surface of the guide portion is made of a resin sliding material.

According to the first and sixth aspects of the invention , a pair of left and right brackets provided in the display chamber of the showcase, and a shelf board provided on these brackets so as to be freely retractable via a slide rail and for displaying products are provided. In the showcase shelf device, the front part has an operation part and the rear part has a contact part integrally, and the tilting operation member extending back and forth is rotatably attached to the shelf board, and the front part is low and the rear part is tilted high. The guide part is provided on the bracket, the front part of the shelf board is rotatably attached to the slide rail, the operation part of the tilting operation member is pulled up with the shelf board pulled forward, and the shelf board is pushed backward in that state. In that case, the contact portion does not abut on the guide portion, the shelf plate is made horizontal, and when the operation portion of the tilt operation member is pushed down with the shelf plate pulled forward, the tilt operation member is concerned. When the upper edge abuts on the lower surface of the shelf plate and the shelf plate is pushed backward in that state, the lower edge of the abutting portion abuts on the guide portion, and the inclination of the guide portion causes the rear portion of the shelf plate to come into front. Pushed up higher so that the shelf had a lower front and a higher tilt at the rear, so it was as easy as pulling out the shelf, then pulling up / pushing down the tilting control member, and finally pushing in the shelf. It is possible to switch between a state in which the shelf board is horizontal and a state in which the front part is low and the rear part is high and inclined with only a simple operation.

In particular, the tilting operation member is configured to have an operation part at the front part and a contact part at the rear part integrally, so that the structure is simplified and the operation is also simple, so that there are variations in parts and assembly. It is possible to prevent or suppress the occurrence of inconvenience that the switching cannot be performed, and the state of the shelf board can be reliably switched.

In particular, according to the first aspect of the present invention , since the rotation shaft that rotatably supports the tilting operation member is positioned in front of the center of gravity of the tilting operation member, the operation unit in front of the tilting operation member is located. Will be able to maintain the raised state by its own weight. As a result, it becomes possible to avoid the inconvenience that the state of the tilting operation member becomes unstable and the work of switching the state of the shelf board is hindered.

In this case, when the length dimension of the tilting operation member in the front-rear direction is L as in the invention of claim 2 , the rotation axis is in front of the center of gravity of the tilting operation member and from the front end of the tilting operation member. By locating it at the rear of L / 3 or more and within the range of L / 3 or more forward from the rear end, the upper and lower parts of the contact portion at the rear part are maintained while maintaining the operation feeling of pulling up / pushing down the operation part at the front part. With a sufficient range of change in position, it becomes possible to reliably switch the state of the shelf board.

Further, by providing a holding member that detachably holds the state in which the tilting operation member is in contact with the shelf board as in the invention of claim 3, when the shelf board is switched to the tilted state, the operation unit of the tilting operation member can be operated. The state of the tilting operation member can be maintained only by pushing it down. As a result, the troublesome work of pushing the shelf board while pushing down the tilting operation member can be eliminated, and the operability can be improved.

In this case, as in the invention of claim 4, at least one of the shelf board and the tilting operation member is made of a magnetic material, and the holding member is made of a magnet, so that the tilting operation member is in contact with the shelf board. , It will be possible to hold it detachably with a simple configuration.

Furthermore, as in the inventions of claims 5 and 6, the lower edge of the contact portion of the tilting operation member is tilted high toward the rear, so that the shelf board is pushed in with the operation portion of the tilting operation member pushed down. Occasionally, it is possible to avoid inconveniences such as the lower edge of the contact portion getting caught in the guide portion and being caught, and the contact portion can be smoothly moved along the inclination of the guide portion. This facilitates the work of switching the shelf board to the inclined state.

Further, by forming at least the surface of the guide portion with a resin sliding material as in the invention of claim 7, the contact portion can be moved extremely smoothly along the inclination of the guide portion. .. In particular, when the lower edge of the contact portion is inclined high toward the rear as in the inventions of claims 5 and 6, the lower edge of the contact portion bites into the sliding material of the guide portion. It can also be prevented.

Further, an evaporator 9 and a blower 11 are arranged in the duct 4, and the cool air that has exchanged heat with the evaporator 9 is blown up in the duct 4 by the blower 11, and the opening of the display chamber 6 is opened from the outlet 7. It is blown out to. The cold air blown out from the outlet 7 forms a cold air curtain at the opening of the display chamber 6 and circulates in the display chamber 6 to cool to a predetermined temperature (refrigerating or freezing temperature). The cold air forming the cold air curtain and the cold air circulating in the display chamber 6 flow into the duct 4 from the suction port 8 and are repeatedly sucked into the blower 11 again.

In the display room 6, a plurality of shelves 12 for displaying products of the present invention are provided (8 in the upper and lower stages in the embodiment). The shelf device 12 of the present invention is a pull-out shelf device that can be switched between a state in which the shelf board 13 is pushed backward and positioned in the display chamber 6 and a state in which the shelf board 13 is pulled out forward (front). As will be described later, it is possible to switch between a state in which the shelf board 13 is horizontal and a state in which the front portion is low and the rear portion is highly inclined.

1 to 8 show a shelf device 12 in a state where the shelf board 13 is horizontal. The fixed rail 27 is attached to the inner surface of each bracket 14, and the shelf mounting plate 32 is attached to the moving rail 28. The shelf mounting plate 32 goes around the rails 27 to 29 of each slide rail 16 and the upper side of each bracket 14 and extends to the outside of each bracket 14 (FIG. 6).

The shelf board 13 of the embodiment has a frame-shaped shelf board main body 33 made of a steel plate (magnetic material), a transparent glass plate 34 attached to the front portion of the shelf board main body 33, and a shelf board main body 33. It is composed of a shelf board side plate 36 and the like attached to the lower surfaces of both sides of the front portion of the above. Then, the front portion of the shelf plate side plate 36 (front portion of the shelf plate 13) is rotatably and pivotally supported by the shelf mounting plate 32 of the slide rail 16 by a rotation shaft 37 having a shaft core in the horizontal direction. ing. Further, magnets 38 as holding members are attached to the rear portions on both sides of the shelf board main body 33.

The tilting operation member 17 is made of a steel plate (magnetic material) having a length substantially equal to the front-rear dimension of the shelf plate 13, and has an operation portion 39 at the front portion and a contact portion 41 at the rear portion. There is. The upper and lower edges of the operation unit 39 are bent inward at a right angle so that they can be easily operated by fingers. Further, the lower edge of the contact portion 41 is also bent inward at a right angle, and the fin portion 41A extending rearward is integrally formed. The fin portion 41A of the contact portion 41 is inclined high toward the rear.

Further, the upper edge of the tilting operation member 17 on the side of the small operating portion 39 from the contact portion 41 is also bent inward at a right angle, and the tilting holding portion 42 is formed therein. Such an inclination operation member 17 is rotatably and pivotally supported on the outside of the shelf plate side plates 36 on both sides of the shelf plate 13 by a rotation shaft 43 having a shaft core in the horizontal direction. In this state, each tilting operation member 17 is located on the outside of each shelf board side plate 36 and extends back and forth. Further, the rotation shaft 43 is located in front of the center of gravity of the tilting operation member 17. Further, when the length dimension of the tilting operation member 17 is L in the front-rear direction, the position of the rotation shaft 43 is L / 3 or more behind the front end of the tilting operation member 17, and the tilting operation member 17 has a position of L / 3. It is set within the range of the area L / 3 or more ahead of the rear end.

The tilt holding portion 42 is located on the rear side (contact portion 41 side) of the rotation shaft 43. Further, support portions 44 are formed so as to protrude downward at the rear ends of both side portions of the shelf plate main body 33 of the shelf plate 13 (indicated by a broken line only in FIG. 3 to make the tilting operation member 17 easy to see). The lower end of the support portion 44 is bent inward at a right angle, and the contact portion 41 of the tilting operation member 17 is movable inside the upper end of the support portion 44.

With the above configuration, the operation and operation procedure of the shelf device 12 of the embodiment will be described. First, FIGS. 1 to 8 show a state in which the shelf board 13 of the shelf device 12 is horizontal as described above. In this horizontal state, the tilting operation member 17 is in a state in which the operation portion 39 at the front portion is pulled up and the contact portion 41 at the rear portion is lowered, and the guide portion 18 is located inside the tilting operation member 17 and is a shelf plate. Even if the 13 is moved back and forth, the tilting operation member 17 (contact portion 41) does not abut on the guide portion 18, and the two do not interfere with each other.

Further, the contact portion 41 at the rear portion of the tilting operation member 17 is held in contact with the lower end of the holding portion 44 of the shelf plate 13. Since the rotation shaft 43 is located in front of the center of gravity of the tilt operation member 17 as described above, the tilt operation member 17 always tries to rotate clockwise in FIG. 3 about the rotation shaft 43. .. As a result, the operating portion 39 is pulled up as described above, and the state in which the contact portion 41 is held by the holding portion 44 is maintained by the weight of the tilting operating member 17.

When switching the shelf board 13 from this horizontal state (FIGS. 1 to 5) to the inclined state, first operate the stoppers 31 of the slide rails 16 on both the left and right sides to release the restrictions on the moving rails 28, and then the shelves. The plate 13 is pulled forward as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. Next, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the operation portion 39 at the front portion of the tilt operation member 17 on both the left and right sides is pushed down.

When the front operation portion 39 is pushed down, the tilting operation member 17 rotates counterclockwise in FIG. 7 about the rotation shaft 43, so that the rear contact portion 41 rises from the rotation shaft 43. The inclined holding portion 42 located on the upper edge on the rear side abuts on the lower surfaces of the rear portions on both sides of the shelf board main body 33. Further, since the tilting operation member 17 on the rear side of the tilting holding portion 42 is detachably attracted to the magnet 38 attached to the shelf board main body 33, the operating portion 39 of the tilting operation member 17 is pushed down. Is retained (FIGS. 9 and 10).

At this time, the position of the contact portion 41 of the tilting operation member 17 is at least higher than the front end portion of the guide portion 18 as shown by the broken line arrow in FIG. In the state of FIGS. 9 and 10, when the shelf board 13 is pushed into the rear display chamber 6 as shown by the broken line arrow, the fin portion 41A formed on the lower edge of the contact portion 41 at the rear of the tilting operation member 17 is eventually formed. It abuts on the upper surface (sliding material 24) of the guide portion 18. Then, when the shelf plate 13 is further pushed backward, the fin portion 41A of the contact portion 41 slides on the sliding material 24 on the upper surface of the guide portion 18, and is guided by the inclination thereof to rise.

At this time, since the tilt holding portion 42 of the tilt operation member 17 is in contact with the lower surface of the shelf board main body 33, the tilt operation member 17 pushes up the rear portion of the shelf board 13, and the shelf board 13 is centered on the rotation shaft 37. In FIG. 10, it rotates counterclockwise. As a result, the rear portion of the shelf board 13 is pushed up higher than the front portion. Therefore, when the shelf board 13 is finally stored in the display chamber 6, the shelf board 13 has a front portion as shown in FIGS. 11 to 14. Is low, and the rear part is switched to a high and inclined state.

When returning the shelf board 13 to the horizontal position from such an inclined state, the shelf board 13 is pulled forward again as shown in FIG. 9, and the operation portion 39 of the tilting operation member 17 is pulled up (state in FIG. 7). As a result, the tilting operation member 17 is separated from the magnet 38, and the shelf board 13 returns to the horizontal position. In that state, the shelf board 13 may be pushed into the display room 6 at the rear. In the process of this backward movement, the contact portion 41 of the tilt operation member 17 does not abut on the guide portion 18, and the guide portion 18 is located inside the tilt operation member 17.

As described in detail above, in the present invention, the operation portion 39 is integrally provided at the front portion and the contact portion 41 is integrally provided at the rear portion, and the tilting operation member 17 extending back and forth is rotatably attached to the shelf plate side plate 36 of the shelf plate 13. A guide portion 18 having a low front portion and a high inclined rear portion is provided on the bracket 14, and the front portion of the shelf plate side plate 36 of the shelf plate 13 is rotatably attached to the shelf mounting plate 32 of the slide rail 16. When the operation unit 39 of the tilting operation member 17 is pulled up and the shelf plate 13 is pushed backward in that state, the contact portion 41 does not abut on the guide portion 18, and the shelf plate 13 is horizontal. When the operating portion 39 of the tilting operation member 17 is pushed down with the shelf board 13 pulled forward, the tilting holding portion 42 at the upper edge of the tilting operation member 17 becomes the shelf board of the shelf board 13. When the shelf plate 13 is pushed backward in the state of contact with the lower surface of the main body 33, the lower edge of the contact portion 41 abuts on the guide portion 18, and the tilt of the guide portion 18 causes the rear portion of the shelf plate 13 to move forward. Since the shelf board 13 is pushed up higher than the portion so that the front portion thereof is low and the rear portion is tilted high, the shelf board 13 is pulled out, then the tilting operation member 17 is pulled up / pushed down, and finally the shelf board 13 is pulled up. With only a simple operation such as pushing in, the shelf board 13 can be switched between a horizontal state and a state in which the front part is low and the rear part is high and inclined.

In particular, the tilting operation member 17 has a configuration in which the operation portion 39 is integrally provided at the front portion and the contact portion 41 is integrally provided at the rear portion, so that the structure is simplified and the operation is also simple. It is possible to prevent or suppress the occurrence of inconvenience that switching cannot be performed due to variations in assembly, and it is possible to reliably switch the state of the shelf board 13.

Further, in the embodiment, since the rotation shaft 43 that rotatably supports the tilt operation member 17 is positioned in front of the center of gravity of the tilt operation member 17, the operation unit 39 in the front portion of the tilt operation member 17 is positioned. Will be able to maintain the raised state by its own weight. As a result, the state of the tilting operation member 17 becomes unstable, and the tilting operation member 17 does not come into contact with the guide portion 18 when it is not necessary to incline, which hinders the work of switching the state of the shelf board 13. It will be possible to avoid inconveniences.

In this case, in the embodiment, when the length dimension of the tilting operation member 17 in the front-rear direction is L, the rotation shaft 43 is in front of the center of gravity of the tilting operation member 17 and from the front end of the tilting operation member 17. Since it is located at the rear of L / 3 or more and within the range of L / 3 or more forward from the rear end, the contact portion 41 at the rear while maintaining the operation feeling of pulling up / pushing down the operation portion 39 at the front. It becomes possible to reliably switch the state of the shelf board 13 by sufficiently allowing the change width of the vertical position of the shelf board 13.

Further, in the embodiment, since the holding member (magnet 38) that detachably holds the state in which the tilting operation member 17 is in contact with the shelf board 13 is provided, when the shelf board 13 is switched to the tilted state, the tilting operation member is provided. The state of the tilting operation member 17 can be maintained only by pushing down the operation unit 39 of 17. As a result, the troublesome work of pushing down the shelf board 13 while pushing down the tilting operation member 17 can be eliminated, and the operability can be improved.

In this case, in the embodiment, since the shelf board main body 33 of the shelf board 13 and the tilting operation member 17 are made of a magnetic material and the holding member is made of a magnet 38, the tilting operation member 17 is the shelf of the shelf board 13. The state of contact with the plate body 33 can be removably held with a simple configuration.

Furthermore, in the embodiment, the fin portion 41A is formed on the lower edge of the contact portion 41 of the tilt operation member 17, and the fin portion 41A is tilted high toward the rear, so that the operation portion 39 of the tilt operation member 17 is formed. When the shelf board 13 is pushed in with the contact portion 41 pushed down, the lower edge of the contact portion 41 bites into the guide portion 18 to avoid inconveniences such as being caught, and the contact portion 41 is moved along the inclination of the guide portion 18. It is possible to move smoothly. This facilitates the work of switching the shelf board 13 to the inclined state.

Further, in the embodiment, since the upper surface of the guide portion 18 is composed of the sliding material 24 made of fluororesin, the fin portion 41A of the contact portion 41 is moved extremely smoothly along the inclination of the guide portion 18. Will be able to. In particular, since the fin portion 41A at the lower edge of the contact portion 41 is inclined high toward the rear, it is possible to prevent the lower edge of the contact portion 41 from biting into the sliding material 24 of the guide portion 18.

In the embodiment, both the shelf board main body 33 and the tilting operation member 17 are made of a magnetic material, but only one of them may be made of a magnetic material and the magnet 38 may be attached to the other. Further, in the embodiment, the holding member is composed of a magnet 38, but the present invention is not limited to this, and a so-called catcher or the like that can be detachably held by pushing one of them into the other may be used. Further, in the embodiment, the upper surface of the guide portion 18 is coated with the sliding material 24, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the guide portion 18 itself may be composed of the sliding material, or the entire guide portion 18 may be coated with the sliding material.
