Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mounting structure for decorative parts such as automobile interior parts, and more particularly to a mounting structure for decorative parts that can be mounted very easily.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A shift indicator for indicating the current position of the shift lever is arranged around the shift lever for a console of an automobile having an automatic transmission, and a decorative frame is interposed between the shift indicator and the console cover. The design is improved by covering the gap at the boundary. This decorative frame body is generally formed by resin molding, and is subjected to metal plating treatment in order to improve design properties.
[0003]
A through hole larger than the size of the shift indicator is formed in the console cover. First, the decorative frame body is fixed to the console cover by sandwiching the periphery of the through hole. Then, the assembly is completed by assembling a console cover having a decorative frame on the console on which the shift lever protrudes and the shift indicator is mounted.
[0004]
By the way, when fixing the decorative frame body to the peripheral edge portion of the through hole of the console cover, it is necessary to absorb a dimensional error or the like so that no gap is generated. Therefore, conventionally, a mounting structure as shown in FIGS.
[0005]
In this mounting structure, a decorative frame 100 and a fixing member 200 are used. A holding projection 101 having a U-shaped cross section is formed to protrude from one end of the decorative frame 100 on the back side, and a plate-shaped welding projection 102 is formed to protrude from the other end. The fixing member 200 is formed in a rod shape having a substantially L-shaped cross section along the other end of the decorative frame 100, and a through hole 201 is formed at a position corresponding to the welding protrusion 102. By inserting the welding protrusion 102 into the through hole 201, the other end portion of the decorative frame body 100 and the fixing member 200 form a U-shaped holding portion.
[0006]
The opposite ends of the peripheral edge of the through hole of the console cover 300 are held between the holding protrusion 101, the other end of the decorative frame 100 and the holding member 200 having a U-shaped cross section. Then, the decorative projection 100 is fixed to the console cover 300 by fixing the decorative frame 100 and the fixing member 200 by heat caulking the welding projection 102 protruding from the through hole 201.
[0007]
According to this mounting structure, the decorative frame 100 can be easily fixed to the console cover 300 without a gap by forming the decorative frame 100 larger than the size of the through hole of the console cover 300. Can do.
[0008]
Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-054805 discloses a structure in which an interior part having a U-shaped cross section is attached to a vehicle body sheet metal using spring elasticity of its side wall. According to this mounting structure, since all can be formed from resin without using a metal pin or the like, no abnormal noise is generated due to rust or interference. It can also be removed.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the mounting structures shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 have a problem that the number of man-hours is large because a heat caulking process is required.
[0010]
Furthermore, the decorative frame 100 is often subjected to metal plating for the purpose of providing a sense of unity with the shift indicator. However, if metal plating is applied up to the welding protrusion 102, welding becomes difficult. Therefore, man-hours for masking and plating the welding protrusions 102 and peeling the metal plating formed on the welding protrusions 102 are required, which further increases the man-hours and increases the cost.
[0011]
In addition, a metal-plated resin decorative part is too rigid to be attached using spring elasticity as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-054805.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to make it possible to easily attach a decorative part subjected to metal plating without requiring a welding process.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The feature of the decorative part mounting structure of the present invention that solves the above-mentioned problems is that the decorative part has a design surface on the front surface and has a hard decorative part having a locking projection protruding from the back side, and a resin made to be engaged and fixed to the locking member. The locking member and at least a part of the mounting member in the form of a plate are decorated in a state of being in contact with the surface of the mounting member by sandwiching a part of the mounting member between the decorative part and the locking member. A mounting structure for a decorative part to which the part is attached,
The locking projection is composed of a substantially L-shaped first projection consisting of a neck protruding from the back of the decorative part and a head bent from the neck, and a second protrusion protruding from the back of the decorative part,
The locking member includes a first through hole that protrudes through the head of the first protrusion and protrudes toward the back surface, a flexure that can be elastically deformed by the second protrusion contacting and pressing, and the locking member as a decorative part. has a locking recess for engaging the sliding movement is allowed first protrusion rides over the second projections flexures when the relative sliding movement of the first through-hole with respect to,
The relative movement of the locking member and the decorative member in the sliding direction is restricted by engaging the second protrusion with the locking recess, and the head of the first protrusion protrudes from the first through hole and engages with the back surface of the locking member. By combining, the movement in the direction in which the decorative member and the locking member are separated is restricted.
[0014]
The decorative member can be a plated resin part. The second protrusion has a substantially triangular shape having a locking surface extending substantially at right angles from the back surface of the decorative part and a tapered surface extending inclined from the front end of the locking surface in the direction in which the head extends. It is desirable to have a second tapered surface that is in sliding contact with the surface.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the decorative part mounting structure of the present invention, the locking protrusion is mechanically engaged with the decorative part, so that the locking member is fixed to the decorative part. The decorative part and the locking member hold the end of the mounted member. The decorative part is attached to the member to be attached by clamping. Therefore, the heat caulking process is not necessary, and the number of assembling steps can be reduced. In addition, since a heat caulking process is not required, a masking or metal plating peeling process is not required even for a metal-plated decorative part. As a result, the number of man-hours can be further reduced, and the cost can be greatly reduced.
[0016]
In order to form the decorative part mounting structure of the present invention, first, the decorative part is disposed along a part of the plate-like shape of the member to be mounted, and the locking member is disposed on the back side. Then, the head of the L-shaped first protrusion is inserted through the first through hole of the locking member and penetrated, and the second protrusion is brought into contact with the bending portion. Subsequently, the locking member is moved relative to the decorative part, and the neck portion of the first protrusion is slid in the first through hole. At this time, the bent portion is elastically deformed by the pressing of the second protrusion, and the second protrusion gets over the bent portion and engages with the locking recess. Then, the head portion of the first protrusion protrudes from the first through hole, contacts the back surface of the locking member at the peripheral edge portion thereof, and the peripheral edge portion of the first through hole is sandwiched between the back surface and the head portion of the decorative component; Become.
[0017]
Therefore, when the second protrusion is engaged with the locking recess, the relative movement of the locking member and the decorative member in the sliding direction is restricted, and the head of the first protrusion is the peripheral portion of the first through hole and the back surface of the locking member. Since the movement in the direction in which the decorative member and the locking member are separated by being engaged with each other is restricted, the decorative member and the locking member are integrally fixed. In this state, a part of the plate shape of the attached member is sandwiched between the decorative member and the locking member, so that the decorative member can be easily attached to the attached member without the need for heat caulking or the like.
[0018]
The decorative member is not limited to the decorative frame of the shift indicator described in the prior art, and can be various parts used in the interior and exterior of automobiles, ornaments, design marks for home appliances, and the like. Moreover, the material should just be a hard thing which a latching protrusion does not deform | transform, Hard resin, such as ABS, resin by which metal plating, a metal, etc. can be used. If the decorative member is formed from a metal-plated resin, the design is enhanced and the metal plating makes it harder. Therefore, the deformation of the locking protrusion can be further prevented compared to the case of the resin alone, and the decorative member is decorated. It is possible to further prevent a problem that the member comes off.
[0019]
The first protrusion and the second protrusion of the decorative member are formed integrally with the main body of the decorative member. The position is appropriately determined according to the shape of the decorative member. For example, in the case of the above-mentioned decorative frame, it can be formed on one side or on the back side of two sides facing each other, and can also be formed on all four sides. In the case of an ornament or the like, it can be formed at the center of the back surface. The positional relationship between the first protrusion and the second protrusion is not particularly limited. However, in the case of a decorative part having a narrow width such as the above-described decorative frame body, it may be arranged on a straight line parallel to the relative movement direction described later. desirable.
[0020]
The locking member can be formed of a resin such as ABS, PP, PA, etc., since the bent portion is elastically deformable and requires a certain degree of strength.
[0021]
The second protrusion of the decorative member has a shape that can press the bending portion with the force of relative movement. For example, a substantially triangular shape having a locking surface extending substantially at right angles from the back surface of the decorative part and a tapered surface extending in a direction parallel to the direction in which the head of the first protrusion extends from the tip of the locking surface may be formed. Desirably, the bent portion of the locking member preferably has a second tapered surface that is in sliding contact with the tapered surface. In this way, since the taper surface of the second protrusion and the second taper surface of the bending portion are in sliding contact with each other during the sliding movement, the bending portion can be stably elastically deformed by the sliding movement force. It is possible to prevent the engagement from becoming unstable due to permanent deformation of the portion. Further, since the locking surface of the second protrusion is engaged with the end of the bending portion, the relative movement between the decorative member and the locking member after attachment can be further prevented.

【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described specifically by way of examples.
[0023]
Example 1
In the present embodiment, the present invention is applied to the structure for mounting the decorative frame of the shift indicator described in the prior art. 1 to 5 show the mounting structure.
[0024]
A decorative frame body 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a substantially rectangular frame body in which chrome plating is applied to the entire surface of a molded product made of ABS. On the back side of one of the pair of long sides, three holding projections 10 having a U-shaped cross section are formed to protrude toward the back side at intervals, and the opening of the holding projection 10 faces outward.
[0025]
In addition, on the back side of the other side opposite to the long side having the holding projections 10, three substantially L-shaped first projections 11 are formed protruding toward the back side with a space between each other. One triangular second protrusion 12 is formed protruding from the back surface side at an intermediate position between 11 and the next first protrusion 11.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 5, the first protrusion 11 has a substantially L-shape consisting of a neck portion 13 projecting at right angles to the back surface of the decorative frame body 1 and a head portion 14 bent at right angles from the neck portion 13. In the head 14, any first protrusion 11 is formed in the same direction along the long side of the decorative frame 1. The second protrusion 12 includes a locking surface 15 that extends substantially at right angles from the back surface of the decorative frame body 1, and a tapered surface 16 that inclines in the direction in which the head 14 extends from the tip of the locking surface 15 and decreases toward the tip. It is formed in a substantially triangular shape.
[0027]
One locking member 2 has a bar shape with an L-shaped cross section, and is formed from ABS by molding. A first through hole 20 is formed in the locking member 2 at a position facing the first protrusion 11. Further, a flexible portion 21 that can be elastically deformed is formed at a position facing the second protrusion 12, and a first tapered surface 22 that is higher at the tip is formed in the flexible portion 21. A second through hole 23 into which the second protrusion 12 can be inserted is formed at the tip of the bending portion 21. The second through hole 23 corresponds to the locking recess according to the present invention.
[0028]
And in the attachment structure of a present Example, the decoration frame 1 is attached to the console cover 3 as shown in FIGS. In order to attach the decorative frame body 1 to the console cover 3 as described above, the decorative frame body 1 is first disposed in the opening 30 of the console cover 3, and one side of the peripheral portion of the opening 30 is inserted into the opening of the holding projection 10. Then, one side of the decorative frame body 1 having the first projection 11 and the second projection 12 is brought into contact with the other side of the peripheral portion of the opening 30. As a result, the peripheral edge of the opening 30 is covered with the decorative frame body 1 so that there is no gap.
[0029]
Next, from the back side of the console cover 3, the locking member 2 is opposed to one side of the decorative frame body 1 having the first protrusion 11 and the second protrusion 12, and as shown in FIG. The heads 14 are inserted through the first through holes 20, respectively. At this time, the second protrusion 12 is in contact with the base of the bent portion 21. In this state, one side of the peripheral edge of the opening 30 of the console cover 3 is sandwiched between the back surface of one side of the long side of the decorative frame 1 and the surface of the locking member 2 having the first through hole 20 and the like. Yes.
[0030]
Subsequently, the locking member 2 is slid in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 5 along the long side of the decorative frame body 1. Then, the neck 13 of the first protrusion 11 is close to the peripheral edge of the first through hole 20, and the locking member 2 is sandwiched between the head 14 and the back surface of the decorative frame body 1 at the peripheral edge of the first through hole 20. . Further, since the first taper surface 22 of the bending portion 21 is in sliding contact with the taper surface 16 of the second protrusion 12 and the sliding movement force is converted into a force pressing the bending portion 21 downward, the bending portion is accompanied by the sliding movement. 21 is elastically deformed. When the second protrusion 12 gets over the bending portion 21, the bending portion 21 returns to its original shape by the reaction force, and the second protrusion 12 engages with the second through hole 23.
[0031]
Therefore, in this mounting structure, the locking member 2 is sandwiched between the head 14 and the back surface of the decorative frame body 1 at the periphery of the first through hole 20, so that the locking member 2 is separated from the decorative frame body 1. Movement to is restricted. Further, since the locking surface 15 of the second protrusion 12 abuts on the distal end surface of the bending portion 21 and the neck 13 of the first protrusion 11 abuts on the peripheral edge of the first through hole 20, the locking member 2 and the decorative frame The sliding movement with the body 1 is also restricted in both directions. Thereby, the locking member 2 and the decorative frame body 1 are fixed integrally.
[0032]
The peripheral edge of the opening 30 of the console cover 3 is held by the holding projection 10 on one side of the long side, and the other side facing the one side is sandwiched between the decorative frame body 1 and the locking member 2. The decorative frame 1 is integrally attached to the console cover 3 and does not come off without a gap.
[0033]
(Example 2)
In this embodiment, the present invention is applied to an automobile ornament mounting structure.
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 6, the ornament 4 is attached to the vehicle body outer plate 6 by a locking member 5. The ornament 4 is integrally formed with an L-shaped first protrusion 40 and a triangular second protrusion 41. Further, the locking member 5 is formed with a first through hole 50, a bent portion 51 and a second through hole 52. The vehicle body outer plate 6 is formed with a first slit 60 having the same size as the first through hole 50 and a second slit 61 longer than the second through hole 52.
[0035]
The first through hole 50 and the first slit 60 communicate with each other, and a first protrusion 40 is inserted therethrough and engaged with the back surface of the locking member 5 outside the first through hole 50. A groove 53 is formed at the tip of the bent portion 51, and a tapered surface 54 is formed from the groove 53 toward the tip. The front surface of the tip of the bent portion 51 is engaged with the second protrusion 41 and the rear surface is The end surface of the second slit 61 is engaged.
[0036]
In order to attach the ornament 4 and the locking member 5 in this manner, first, the locking member 5 is applied to the back side of the vehicle body outer plate 6 so that the first through hole 50 communicates with the first slit 60 and the tip of the bending portion 51. Is inserted into the second slit 61. Next, the ornament 4 is applied to the front side of the vehicle body outer plate 6, and the first protrusion 40 is inserted into the first slit 60 and the first through hole 50 and the second protrusion 41 is inserted into the second slit 61 as shown in FIG. To do. The second protrusion 41 is in contact with the groove 53 of the bending portion 51.
[0037]
When the ornament 4 is slid in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 7, the taper surface of the second projection 41 slides with the taper surface 54 of the flexure portion 51, so that the flexure portion 51 bends downward in FIG. When 41 gets over the bent portion 51, the front and rear surfaces of the tip of the bent portion 51 engage with the locking surface of the second protrusion 41 and the end surface of the second slit 61. The front end of the first protrusion 40 is engaged with the surface of the locking member 5 outside the first through hole 50, and the vehicle body outer plate 6 is sandwiched between the ornament 4 and the locking member 5.
[0038]
Therefore, since the relative movement of the locking member 5 with respect to the vehicle body outer plate 5 is restricted and the relative movement of the ornament 4 with respect to the locking member 5 is restricted, the relative movement of the ornament 4 with respect to the vehicle body outer plate 5 is restricted. Movement in the direction away from the vehicle body outer plate 6 is also restricted by the engagement of the first protrusion 40. Thereby, the ornament 4 is firmly fixed to the vehicle body outer plate 6.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
That is, according to the decorative component mounting structure of the present invention, the decorative member can be mounted without using heat caulking or the like, so that the mounting is easy, and even a metal plated decorative component is masked or peeled off.
