f≧fTの場合には、速度を下げf:=0とする
すなわち、送信に失敗したときは、成功カウンタ10をゼロに設定し、失敗カウンタをインクリメントする。また、失敗送信の回数fが失敗送信の回数の閾値fT以上のときは、データ転送速度を下げ、失敗カウンタをゼロに設定する。
成功: s+、f:=0、また
状態Hで:s≧s1、または状態Lで:s≧s2の場合には、速度を上げs:=0とする
すなわち、送信に成功したときには、成功カウンタ10をインクリメントし、失敗カウンタをゼロに設定する。また、第1の状態Hで成功送信の回数sが第1の閾値s1以上か、または第2の状態Lで成功送信の回数sが第2の閾値s2以上のときは、データ転送速度を増やし、成功カウンタをゼロに設定する。
Claims (12)
- データ通信システム(8)の送信ノード(1)において送信パラメータをデータ通信チャネル(7)の現在のリンク品質に適合させる方法であって、前記適合する送信パラメータが、前記送信ノード(1)によって1組の送信パラメータのなかから成功送信の回数(s)に基づいて選択され、前記成功送信の回数(s)が、前記送信ノード(1)において前記送信ノード(1)の第1の状態(H)に対応する第1の値(s1)または前記送信ノード(1)の第2の状態(L)に対応する第2の値(s2)のどちらか一方と比較するものであり、前記方法は、
前記成功送信の回数(s)を数えるステップと、
前記送信ノード(1)が前記第1の状態(H)にあるときには、前記成功送信の回数(s)が前記第1の値(s1)と等しくまたはより大きくなったことに応答して、また
前記送信ノード(1)が前記第2の状態(L)にあるときには、前記成功送信の回数(s)が前記第2の値(s2)と等しくまたはより大きくなったことに応答して
前記適合する送信パラメータを選択するステップと、
次の送信の結果に応じて、前記第1の状態(H)または前記第2の状態(L)のどちらか一方の状態で前記送信ノード(1)を動作させるステップと
を備える方法。 - 前記第2の状態(L)で前記送信ノード(1)を動作させるステップが、送信に失敗した場合に前記第1の状態(H)に移行するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の値(s1)を3に、かつ前記第2の値(s2)を10に設定するステップをさらに含む、請求項1ないし2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 失敗送信の回数(f)を数えるステップと、前記失敗送信の回数の閾値(fT)に基づいて前記適合する送信パラメータを選択するステップとをさらに含む、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記失敗送信の回数の前記閾値(fT)を1に設定するステップをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 応答した受信装置(2)によって使用されている前記送信パラメータを選択するステップをさらに含む、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記適合する送信パラメータを選択するステップが、異なるデータ転送速度を選択するステップをさらに含む、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記適合する送信パラメータを選択するステップが、それまで使用していたパケット長とは異なる前記パケット長を選択するステップをさらに含む、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の方法のステップを、コンピュータが実行するための、コンピュータ実行可能なプログラム。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の方法のステップを、コンピュータが実行するための、コンピュータ実行可能なプログラムを記録した、コンピュータ可読な記録媒体。
- 送信パラメータをデータ通信チャネル(7)の現在のリンク品質に適合させる装置(1)であって、前記適合する送信パラメータが1組の送信パラメータのなかから成功送信の回数(s)に基づいて選択され、前記成功送信の回数(s)が前記装置の第1の状態(H)に対応する第1の値(s1)と前記装置の第2の状態(L)に対応する第2の値(s2)のどちらか一方と比較するものであり、前記装置は、
前記成功送信の回数(s)を数える成功カウンタ(10)と、
前記装置が前記第1の状態(H)にあるときには、前記成功送信の回数(s)が前記第1の値(s1)に等しくまたはより大きくなったことに応答して、また
前記装置が前記第2の状態(L)にあるときには、前記成功送信の回数(s)が前記第2の値(s2)に等しくまたはより大きくなったことに応答して
前記適合する送信パラメータを選択する選択ユニット(12)と、
次の送信の結果に応じて前記選択ユニット(12)に前記第1の状態(H)と前記第2の状態(L)のどちらか一方の状態で動作するよう伝える決定ユニット(14)と
を含む装置。 - 失敗送信の回数(f)を数える失敗カウンタをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
