Description

【0001】

Each of the string members 5 is made of corrugated paper, the cross beam members 2 are made of a girder material extending in the left-right direction, and the string members 5 are made of a girder material extending in the front-rear direction.
[0008]
As described above, the cross beam members 2 ... extend in the left-right direction, the lower end 2a is linear and flat, and the upper end 2b is engaged upwardly with a predetermined pitch in the length direction (left-right direction). Recesses 3 are provided, and 10 engagement recesses 3 are provided at a small pitch in the length direction (left-right direction) in the figure.
In the illustrated example, four cross beam members 2 are provided apart from each other in the front-rear direction. In the embodiment, the backs of the intermediate members 2B and 2B are set lower than the front and rear members 2A and 2A.
As described above, the cross beam members 2... Constitute an upward comb-like member by the engagement recesses 3.
[0009]
As described above, the stringer members 5... Extend in the front-rear direction, the lower end portion 5 a is linear and flat, and the lower end portion 5 a has a downward opening that engages with the aforementioned transverse beam members 2. Joint recesses 6 are provided, and the engagement recesses 6 are provided in the same number as the number of the cross beam members 2 described above, that is, four.
A plurality of projecting piece portions 7 are integrally installed upright on the upper end portion 5b of the stringer member 5 at a predetermined pitch apart from each other in the front-rear direction, and the projecting piece portions 7 have a length in the front-rear direction and are accommodated. The length in the front-rear direction is determined in consideration of a member that has a substantially U-shaped cross section, for example, an automobile molding, that is easy to fit and remove, and that is securely held.
[0010]
The upper end portion 5b between the projecting piece portions 7 of the string members 5 ... results in the formation of recesses 8 and constitutes a concavo-convex structure having a length in the front-rear direction as clearly shown in the figure.
In the drawing, the above-mentioned stringer members 5 are shown in parallel with each other in the left-right direction. However, as described above, the cross-girder members 2 have ten engaging recesses 3 in the embodiment. Ten string members 5 are prepared so as to be juxtaposed in the left-right direction.
[0011]
FIG. 2 is an explanatory perspective view showing a state in which the cross-girder member 2 and the vertical girder member 5 are engaged by the engaging portions 3.
As shown by a chain line (1) in FIG. 1, the cross-girder members 2 are spaced apart in the front-rear direction and are juxtaposed in parallel, and the engaging recesses 3 formed so as to open upward at the upper end 2b are formed. , Engaging with the downwardly opening engaging recesses 6 formed at the lower end 5a of the stringer members 5.
As a result, four cross beam members 2 are arranged in parallel in front and rear, and 10 cross beam members 5 are arranged in parallel in close proximity in the left-right direction, and are arranged so as to face the front-rear direction. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, a lattice-shaped storage device 1 is formed.
[0012]
FIG. 3 is an enlarged side view of the main part with the main part of the lattice-shaped storage device taken as a cross section, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 4-4 of FIG.
As shown in FIG. 4, the cross-section is U-shaped (reverse U-shaped) from above the projecting piece 7 that forms the upper end between the cross-girder members 2A, 2A located before and after each string member 5 ... The automobile molding 10 made of resin or the like is fitted through the downward groove 11 so as to be covered from above as shown by the arrow (2) in FIGS.
[0013]
The engaged state is indicated by a chain line C. As shown by the chain line C in the fitted and held state, the car molding 10 has a groove 11 with a depth (upward depth) slightly shallower than the height of the projecting pieces 7. It is possible to easily fit and hold the automobile molding 10 to the projecting piece portions 7 through the three projecting piece portions 7 and the front and rear sides as shown in FIG. The automobile molding 10 is fitted and held between the beam members 2A and 2A.
Since the molding 10 is easily fitted to the projecting piece 7 of the automobile molding 10, the molding 10 has a lower end C1 positioned slightly above the recess 8 as is apparent from a chain line C in FIG. When removing the molding 10, it is easy to put a finger or the like under one side of the lower end C1, and the molding 10 can be easily removed.
[0014]
FIG. 2 shows a state in which the lattice-shaped storage device 1 is stored in the packing box 20, and the automobile is as described above from above the stringer members 5, which are juxtaposed in parallel in the left-right direction of the storage device 1. The mall 10 is fitted and held.
FIG. 5 is a longitudinal sectional view of the packaging box 20 in which the storage device is stored.
As can be seen in the figure, for example, as described above, the storage device 1 holding the automobile molding 10 that is fitted with the grooves 7 facing downward on the projecting pieces 7 of the stringer members 5. It is stored in the packing box 20 in a state of being stacked in three stages.
[0015]
