Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a storage device made of corrugated paper that stores and holds a rod-shaped workpiece having a wide end and a curved end, such as a drip molding for an automobile.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a drip molding for an automobile is molded of resin or the like, and has a wide end at one end and a narrow end at the other end to form a curved rod shape. There are techniques disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-58874 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-156990.
[0003]
In the technique disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-58874, a plurality (5) of drip moldings are arranged in parallel so as to include both end portions and an intermediate portion, and are stored and held on a foamed polystyrene storage member. Structure.
The technique disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-156990 is such that a corrugated cardboard base sheet is engaged with a polystyrene foam work holder so that a plurality of (5) drip moldings are parallel including both end portions and intermediate portions. It is arranged and stored and held on a work holder made of foamed polystyrene.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above prior art, the technology disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-58874 is based on the fact that the storage member is a foamed polystyrene material. It remains in the inside for a long time, and is unfavorable from the viewpoint of landfill incompatibility.
In the technique disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-156990, the base sheet is made of corrugated cardboard, but the work holder that holds the drip molding is made of foamed polystyrene, and thus has the same problem as described above.
[0005]
In addition to the above, in the above-described prior art, one end portion of the drip molding is wide, but the wide end portions are juxtaposed side by side in the same plane, so the width of the storage member is small on the narrow end portion side. However, the width is increased on the wide end side.
For this reason, the width | variety of the edge part by which the wide edge part of a storage member or a storage case is accommodated and hold | maintained becomes large, and the external shape of the packaging box which accommodates this becomes large.
Moreover, the material cost of a storage member, a storage case, and a packaging box will increase by the part which became large.
[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
