S103, the pillow 22 is fixedly arranged between the two symmetrical side pads 21 and is positioned at the upper part of the main bottom plate 10, and the lower surface of the pillow 22 is fixedly connected with the main bottom plate 10.
In this embodiment, the adjacent corner protection strips 30 are fixedly connected, and the corner protection strips 30 around the main bottom plate 10 are mutually enclosed to form a frame around the main bottom plate 10, so as to protect the periphery of the main bottom plate 10 from being damaged. The corner bead strip 30 is partially arranged on the upper surface of the main bottom plate 10, partially covers the side wall of the main bottom plate 10, and is fixedly connected with the corner bead strip 30, so that part of the force applied to the package base 1 by the refrigerator 2 installed on the package base 1 acts on the corner bead strip 30, and is applied to the main bottom plate 10 in a dispersed manner through the corner bead strip 30. In addition, the side pad 21 is partially connected with the corner bead 30 and partially connected with the main bottom plate 10, so that the corner bead 30 can be further fixed on the main bottom plate 10, and the installation stability of the corner bead 30 is improved.
As shown in conjunction with fig. 5 and 6, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a refrigerator assembly 3 comprising a refrigerator 2 and a package base 1 for the refrigerator 2 as in any of the above embodiments; wherein, the package base 1 is packaged at the bottom of the refrigerator 2.
The refrigerator assembly 3 provided in the embodiment of the second aspect of the present application, because of comprising the package base 1 for the refrigerator 2 according to any one of the above embodiments, has all the advantages of the package base 1 according to any one of the above embodiments, and is not described herein.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the refrigerator assembly 3 includes a refrigerator 2 and a refrigerator 2 packing base 1, wherein the refrigerator 2 is mounted on the refrigerator 2 packing base 1, the bottom of the refrigerator 2 is matched with the cushion block assembly 20, and the limit protrusions 211 of the side pads 21 are used for positioning the relative position of the refrigerator 2 with respect to the refrigerator 2 packing base 1 so as to pack the refrigerator 2 more accurately.
It will be appreciated that the package base 1 provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure is not limited to the package applied to the refrigerator 2, and =may also be applied to the bottom package of three-dimensional articles such as a refrigerator, a wardrobe, and the like.

Claims (10)

1. A package base for a refrigerator, comprising:
a main bottom plate (10), wherein the main bottom plate (10) is a flat plate with a honeycomb structure;
the cushion block assemblies (20) are arranged on the upper plate surface of the honeycomb structure plate and distributed along the edge of the upper plate surface, and the cushion block assemblies (20) are used for transitional connection between the bottom surface of the refrigerator (2) and the main bottom plate (10).
2. The package base of claim 1 wherein,
the honeycomb structure flat plate is rectangular honeycomb paperboard.
3. The package base according to claim 1, wherein the pad assembly (20) comprises:
side pads (21) symmetrically arranged at the left and right side edges of the upper plate surface;
and pillows (22) which are arranged at the front side edge or the rear side edge of the upper plate surface and are positioned between the side pads (21) at the left side and the right side.
4. The package base of claim 3 wherein,
the side pads (21) incline towards the middle part of the upper plate surface of the main bottom plate (10) along the upward-downward direction.
5. The package base of claim 3 wherein,
the main bottom plate (10) has a plate thickness of 20mm to 30mm.
6. The package base of claim 3 wherein,
the thickness of the side pad (21) is 20mm to 30mm.
7. The package base of claim 3 wherein,
the side pad (21) is provided with a limiting protrusion (211), and the limiting protrusions (211) are respectively abutted against two opposite side walls of the refrigerator (2) to clamp the refrigerator under the condition that the refrigerator (2) is mounted on the packaging base (1).
8. The package base of any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising:
and corner protection strips (30) are covered on the outer sides of corners of the joints of the upper plate surfaces and the side plate surfaces of the honeycomb structure flat plates.
9. The package base of claim 7 wherein,
the side pads (21) and the pillow (22) are made of foamed polylactic acid.
10. A refrigerator assembly, comprising:
a refrigerator (2);
the packaging base (1) for a refrigerator (2) according to any one of claims 1 to 9 is packaged in the bottom of the refrigerator (2).
