Claims (13)
- エンジンの燃焼室内に燃料を噴射する手段と、
前記燃料噴射手段を取り囲むとともに燃料ノズルの正面上への高温ガスの再循環を除去する手段と、

前記高温ガス再循環除去手段は、主に軸方向に空気を噴出するための孔の複数の列を備え、前記列のそれぞれは、前記孔が環状に配置されてなり、
前記燃料ノズルは、外側スワーラを有し、前記孔のそれぞれは、この外側スワーラから空気を受け取ることを特徴とする燃料ノズル。 - 前記列のそれぞれは、複数の孔を含み、
それぞれの前記孔は、同じ直径を有しており、
前記孔のそれぞれは、孔の直径の1.5から3.0倍の間の範囲にある距離だけ離間している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料ノズル構造。 - 前記列は、孔の直径の1.5から3.0倍の範囲の距離だけ互いに離間していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の燃料ノズル。
- 前記燃料ノズルは、さらに内側縁部を備えており、
前記孔の列の内側の列が、前記内側縁部から、孔の直径の1.5から3.0倍の範囲の距離だけ離間している、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の燃料ノズル。 - 前記孔のそれぞれには、前記再循環を防止するのに十分な速度の空気の流れが供給されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料ノズル。
- 前記速度は、190ft/sec(57.912m/sec)から440ft/sec(134.112m/sec)の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の燃料ノズル。
- 前記速度は、265ft/sec(80.772m/sec)から365ft/sec(111.252m/sec)の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の燃料ノズル。
- 前記孔の列のそれぞれは、均等に間隔を置いた34個の孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料ノズル。
- 燃焼室内に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射器と、
前記燃料噴射器を取り囲むとともに高温ガス生成物の再循環を除去するのに十分な空気の主に軸方向の流れを生成するための複数の孔と、
を含み、
さらに、外側スワーラを有し、前記孔のそれぞれは、この外側スワーラから空気を受け取ることを特徴とする、エンジンに使用するための燃料ノズル。 - 前記複数の孔は、孔の2つの同心の列となるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9記載の燃料ノズル。
- 前記孔のそれぞれは、同じ直径を有しているとともに、その隣接する孔のそれぞれから、前記直径の1.5から3.0倍の範囲の距離によって離間していることを特徴とする請求項10記載の燃料ノズル。
- 前記孔の列は、前記直径の1.5から3.0倍の範囲の距離によって互いに離間していることを特徴とする請求項11記載の燃料ノズル。
- 前記孔の列は、内側の列を含み、この内側の列は、内側縁部から、前記直径の1.5から3.0倍の範囲の距離によって離間していることを特徴とする請求項11記載の燃料ノズル。
