Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a synthetic resin lid and a synthetic resin container using the lid.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the case of conventional synthetic resin lids and containers, in order to improve the appearance of the goods to be stored, in the case of a square or substantially square shape, at least one set of circumferential side parts has a height difference. The product has been devised so that the product can be viewed in a three-dimensional manner as much as possible.
[0003]
However, when the height of the peripheral side portions is given a difference in height, when the lid 50 having a shape as shown in FIG. 6 is given as an example, when a large number of these lids 50 are stacked, the heights of the peripheral side portions 51 and 52 are different. Therefore, the stack state is difficult to be vertical, and the stack state is inclined to the lower side as shown in FIG. 7, and even if the protruding portions 55 and 56 for preventing overlap are formed on the peripheral portions 53 and 54. If the protrusions 55 and 56 are in the same position, the fact that they are fitted together and the inclined state is still not improved, the load collapse phenomenon in the stacked state is likely to occur, and the supply to the automatic packaging device is difficult to handle and difficult to handle. there were.
[0004]
The same applies to the case where the lid-shaped one is used as a container. As an example of another example of the container 60, as shown in FIG. 8, of the peripheral side portions 61 and 62 raised from the bottom surface. In the case of a shape in which a pair of opposing heights are formed with a height and the opening angle with respect to the bottom surface 63 with the height is further widened more than a right angle, Although the angles α 1 and α 2 were made equal to make it easy to remove the mold during molding, the opening angle β and γ with respect to the bottom surface are different in this case. As shown in FIG. 9, the stack state tends to be inclined toward the peripheral side portion of the lower side of the height difference. In this case as well as the case of the previous lid, the stack state is inclined, and improvement has been demanded.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, in order to solve such a problem, the present invention can surely realize a vertical and stable stack state.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The synthetic resin cap of the present invention to solve the above problems, as described in claim 1, the four-square or periphery launched from a peripheral portion which may cover the periphery of the container forming a substantially quadrangular prismatic parts and this Yes forming a subsequent top plate portion, peripheral portion opposing a pair of inclined to form to Aru plastic lid with respect to the top plate portion with a height difference in the height of the a is peripheral, a pair wearing the height difference of the opposing each other two pairs of circumferential side, and, on the lower peripheral side portion of the peripheral side portion remaining set, from the outside of the peripheral side portion of its Each of the protrusions for stacking is formed over the part, and the position of each protrusion is changed between the lids stacked so that the upper surface of each of the protrusions contacts the inner surface of the peripheral edge of the other lid stacked. There, spacing lid is held by the protrusions vertical state between the lid mutually to be stacked It is characterized in that you have to be sequentially stacked.
[0007]
According to the lid described in claim 1, even when the stack number, preventing from being stacked each protrusion of the stack is tilted the lid while securely hold the spacing of the cover each other, always vertical shape Thus, the stack collapse phenomenon can be eliminated, and the supply to the automatic packaging apparatus or the like can be stabilized.
Protrusions for stack is a set of circumferential sides wearing height difference, and is lower in the peripheral side are formed, why also easily tilt during the whole lid to the low have side peripheral sides stack point the lower periphery can be prevented reliably by the protruding portion of the stack formed on the side, and serves as a convenient to maintain the stack state in the vertical state.
[0008]
Next, as described in claim 2 , when a small protrusion is further formed below the stack protrusion formed on the lower peripheral side, the periphery of the lower lid on which the small protrusion is stacked. It works more effectively by contacting the inner surface of the side surface and preventing tilting during stacking.
Further, as described in Motomeko 3, a container to be union in claim 1 or the lid according to claim 2, among the raised from the bottom surface peripheral side portion, a pair of height facing Yes it formed with a height difference, a low opening angle with respect to the bottom surface of the circumferential sides expansion greater than a right angle to connect with high peripheral side portion and the lower side to connect with a pair of high peripheral side portion side wearing high low differential If the container is characterized by being opened and formed at the same opening angle, a stable stack state in a very vertical state can be maintained even in the case of such a container.
[0009]
In addition, the above-described lid can be used as a container, and the container can be used as a lid (see claim 5).
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a lid A according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows a stacked state.
The lid A has a square shape or a substantially square shape. In the figure, the lid A has a substantially quadrangular shape in which three sides are straight and one side has a large arc shape, more specifically, a substantially rectangular lid shape. The peripheral side portions 14, 15, 16, and 17 are formed by being raised from the peripheral portions 10, 11, 12, and 13 that can be covered with the peripheral portion b of the container B, and the top plate portion 18 is formed following these. .
[0011]
Among the peripheral side portions, the pair of opposing peripheral side portions 16 and 17 are formed so as to be inclined with respect to the top plate portion 18 with height differences H and h. Then, stacking protrusions 19a and 19b are formed from the outer sides of the peripheral side portions 16 and 17 to the peripheral edge portions 12 and 13, respectively, of the peripheral side portions. A protruding portion 19c for stacking is also formed on the lower peripheral side portion 15 of the side. Further, the positions of the protrusions 19a, 19b, and 19c are changed in the lids A and A that are stacked so that the upper surfaces of the protrusions 19a, 19b, and 19c are in contact with the inner surface of the peripheral edge of the other cover A that is stacked. is there. This change in position prevents the projections from fitting together, and the gap between the stacked lids is held by the projections 19a, 19b, 19c so that the lids A, A. (See FIG. 2).
[0012]
In particular, a small protrusion 30 is formed at the lower part of the protrusion 19c, and this small protrusion 30 abuts against the inner surface of the peripheral side of the lower lid and acts more effectively to prevent tilting during stacking. Yes.
Next, FIG. 3 shows a container (container body) B used in combination with the lid A, and FIG. 4 shows a stacked state of the container B.
[0013]
The container B is formed with a difference in height between a pair of opposed peripheral side portions 22 and 23 among the peripheral side portions 20, 21, 22 and 23 raised from the bottom surface 25. Then, the opening angles β and γ with respect to the bottom surface 25 of the low peripheral side portion 21 connected to the low side of the pair of peripheral side portions 22 and 23 and the high peripheral side portion 20 connected to the high side are expanded larger than the right angle. It is formed at the same opening angle and prevents stacking from leaning to the lower side with a difference in height even when stacked, making it easy to maintain a stable vertical stacking state. The load collapse phenomenon can be prevented (see FIG. 4).
[0014]
In addition, the above-described lid A is used as a container (main body), and the above-described container B is used as a lid, so that the stable stacking effect that is characteristic thereof is not changed at all even by the reverse usage. There is a technical content that can be freely selected for any of the embodiments in which one or both are made of a transparent synthetic resin or a foamed resin.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
For the synthetic resin lid and the synthetic resin container using the same according to the present invention, in either case of the lid or the container, avoiding an inclined stacked state, a stable stacked state in which the stacks are sequentially stacked vertically It is possible to provide a stable supply to an automatic packaging apparatus or the like by preventing the collapse of a load in a stacked state.
