【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a deceleration control device for a vehicle that performs deceleration by a reduction means provided on the input side such as a transmission or a direct clutch in a power transmission system and other reduction means.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A driving force source such as an engine in a vehicle outputs power by burning fuel or the like, but exhibits a large resistance if it is forced to rotate by an external force. It is the engine brake that effectively uses this as a braking force when the vehicle decelerates. In that case, the braking force is generated by consuming the inertial energy of the vehicle as heat by compressing air or heat by friction at the sliding portion. Since such energy consumption is useless, recently, for the purpose of improving fuel consumption and reducing exhaust gas, it has been attempted to recover and effectively use energy during deceleration. One example is a hybrid vehicle.
[0003]
The hybrid vehicle was originally intended to drive the internal combustion engine only in an efficient state and to avoid fuel combustion and improve fuel consumption and exhaust gas in other operating states. However, by installing a device with a power generation function or regenerative function in conjunction with the internal combustion engine, the energy at the time of deceleration is regenerated in the form of electric power, etc., and this is used as power when starting or large driving force is required It is supposed to be. Therefore, a braking force is generated as the energy is regenerated, and a braking function similar to an engine brake in a general vehicle using only the internal combustion engine as a driving force source can be obtained.
[0004]
A device for energy regeneration such as a generator or a similar motor / generator is connected to the power transmission system in order to receive torque from the power transmission system from the internal combustion engine to the drive wheels. The power transmission system may include a transmission for the purpose of obtaining a large driving torque or driving the internal combustion engine at an optimum operating point. In such a case, the torque that appears on the input side of the transmission at the time of deceleration differs depending on the transmission gear ratio. Therefore, if the transmission gear ratio is changed during braking with energy regeneration, a shock may occur.
[0005]
Therefore, in the invention described in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-73161, in a state where so-called regenerative braking is performed by a motor / generator, shifting by the transmission is prohibited. That is, a change in braking force is prevented. Further, in the invention described in this publication, when the motor / generator fails and regenerative braking cannot be performed, the braking force is insufficient due to the increase of the gear ratio and the inability to obtain the braking force by the motor / generator. In addition, the tire is braked and controlled to ensure braking force.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Tire braking in the above-described conventional apparatus is auxiliary or additional braking when regenerative braking by the motor / generator cannot be performed. In this case, torque is applied to the output side of the transmission. Such a torque input / output state occurs similarly in the direct transmission clutch if the power transmission system includes a fluid transmission device having a direct coupling clutch.
[0007]
On the other hand, the shift control in the transmission and the engagement / release of the direct clutch or the control of the slip state are normally performed by the internal combustion engine and the motor / generator connected to the input side. It is executed on the assumption that the torque of is applied to the input side. In other words, control parameters such as gear pressure control, oil pressure for engaging / disengaging the direct coupling clutch, and slip state control are the states in which the internal combustion engine or motor / generator on the input side functions normally and a predetermined torque is applied. It is set on the assumption.
[0008]
Therefore, as described above, when tire braking is performed due to an abnormality in the motor / generator, the torque on the input side of the transmission or the direct coupling clutch is greatly reduced. This is different from the power transmission state premised on the shift control or direct clutch control. Therefore, if the shift or direct clutch engagement / release or slip state control is executed in this state, improper control is performed. As a result, an abrupt change in the driving torque may occur, which may be a shock.
[0009]
In order to solve such a situation, it is conceivable to prepare control parameters, a control program, and the like in advance assuming a state in which tire braking is performed. However, in such a case, the control logic, the control program, and the necessary data increase, the control becomes complicated, and there is a disadvantage that the capacity of the control device is increased.
[0010]
The present invention has been made against the background of the above circumstances, and even when braking is performed by the other speed reducing means instead of one speed reducing means on the input side and output side of the transmission, An object of the present invention is to provide a deceleration control device that can prevent the occurrence.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problem and Action]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention prohibits shift control or direct coupling clutch control when the operating state of torque in the power transmission system including the transmission and the direct coupling clutch is different from the normal state. It is comprised so that it may carry out. Specifically, the invention according to claim 1 is provided with speed reduction means for transmitting torque to a drive wheel via a power transmission system including a transmission, and performing deceleration on each of an input side and an output side of the transmission. In the vehicle deceleration control device that is provided and configured to perform deceleration by the other deceleration means when the deceleration by one deceleration means cannot be performed, the deceleration by the one deceleration means cannot be performed. A speed reduction control device comprising speed change prohibiting means for prohibiting speed change in the transmission when the other speed reduction means is decelerating.
[0012]
Therefore, in the first aspect of the invention, in the state where the speed cannot be reduced by one speed reducing means, and the speed is reduced by the other speed reducing means, the speed change in the transmission is prohibited and the speed ratio is kept constant. Is done. As a result, a shift in a state where the torque acts is different from the normal state is avoided, so that a shock caused by a so-called inappropriate shift is surely prevented.
[0013]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a driving force is transmitted to any one of the front wheels and the rear wheels via a power transmission system including a transmission, and the first side that decelerates to the input side of the transmission. Deceleration means is provided, and one of the front wheels and the rear wheels is connected to second deceleration means that decelerates, and deceleration by one of the first deceleration means and the second deceleration means In the vehicle deceleration control device configured to perform deceleration by the other deceleration unit when the other deceleration unit cannot be performed, the other deceleration unit decelerates when the deceleration by the one deceleration unit cannot be performed. In this case, the speed reduction control device is provided with a speed change prohibiting means for prohibiting speed change in the transmission.
[0014]
Therefore, according to the invention of
[0015]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, torque is transmitted to a drive wheel via a power transmission system including a fluid transmission device with a direct coupling clutch, and the drive wheel is provided on each of an input side and an output side of the fluid transmission device. In the vehicle deceleration control device, provided with a speed reduction means for reducing the torque at the first speed reduction means, and when the speed reduction by one speed reduction means cannot be performed, the speed reduction control device of the vehicle is configured to perform the speed reduction by the other speed reduction means. A direct-coupled clutch control means for changing the engagement mode of the direct-coupled clutch as compared with a case where the deceleration is not performed when the other deceleration device is decelerating due to the inability to decelerate by This is a deceleration control device.
[0016]
Therefore, in the invention of
[0017]
Further, the invention of
[0018]
Therefore, the invention according to
[0019]
Any one of the speed reducing means in the invention of any one of the first to fourth aspects can be constituted by a generator as described in the fifth aspect.
[0020]
Therefore, according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, in a state where regenerative braking cannot be performed by forcibly rotating the generator, the gear ratio does not change and the relationship is different from the case where the direct coupling clutch does not decelerate. Since it is controlled according to the mode, the occurrence of shock is prevented.
[0021]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the third or fourth aspect of the present invention, the direct coupling clutch is configured by a clutch that can be controlled to a slip state in which torque is transmitted in a slipping state, and the direct coupling clutch control means is a direct coupling clutch. A speed reduction control device including means for prohibiting a slip state.
[0022]
Therefore, in the sixth aspect of the invention, since the direct-coupled clutch is not controlled to the slip state where the transmission torque is not stable in the state where the deceleration is not performed by one of the deceleration units and the deceleration is performed by the other deceleration unit, The torque transmission characteristics in the transmission system or the torque on the input or output side of the direct clutch does not change, and as a result, the torque on the drive wheels does not change, preventing the occurrence of shock. The
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in the invention according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, when the deceleration by the other deceleration means is performed, the deceleration by the one deceleration means can be performed. The vehicle deceleration control device is characterized in that the operating state of torque on the transmission is different.
The invention according to
A ninth aspect of the invention is characterized in that, in the third or fourth aspect of the invention, the one speed reduction means that cannot perform the speed reduction is a speed reduction means provided on an input side of the fluid transmission device. 1 is a vehicle deceleration control device.
According to a tenth aspect of the present invention, in the eighth aspect of the invention, the one speed reduction means includes an engine and a motor / generator, and the regenerative braking by the motor / generator cannot be performed. The vehicle deceleration control device further comprises means for prohibiting shifting by the transmission when braking can be performed.
Therefore, according to the seventh to tenth aspects of the invention, it is possible to obtain the same operation as that of any of the first to fourth aspects of the invention.
[0023]

Here, the relationship between the specific example and the present invention will be described. The
[0063]
The present invention is not limited to the above specific example, and the transmission may be another type of transmission such as a continuously variable transmission. Further, the speed reducing means on the input side of the transmission or the direct coupling clutch is not limited to the motor / generator described above, and a braking torque is generated with the regeneration of energy such as a simple generator or flywheel. I just need it.
[0064]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first or second aspect of the present invention, since the speed cannot be reduced by any one speed reduction means on the input / output side of the transmission, the speed is reduced by the other speed reduction means. Then, the speed change in the transmission is prohibited and the speed ratio is kept constant. As a result, a shift in a state where the torque acts is different from a normal state is avoided, so that a shock caused by a so-called inappropriate shift can be surely prevented. In addition, since it is not necessary to prepare in advance a program or the like for shifting control in a state where the deceleration cannot be performed by one of the deceleration units, the control device can be simplified.
[0065]
According to the third or fourth aspect of the present invention, in the state where the deceleration cannot be performed by any one of the deceleration units on the input / output side of the direct coupling clutch, and the deceleration is performed by the other deceleration unit, the direct coupling clutch Since the engagement / release state of the motor is maintained constant, the torque transmission characteristic in the power transmission system or the torque on the input side or output side of the direct coupling clutch does not change, and as a result, the torque on the drive wheels does not change. Shock can be reliably prevented. In addition, since it is not necessary to prepare in advance a program for controlling the lockup clutch in a state where it cannot be decelerated by one of the decelerating means, the control device can be simplified.
[0066]
Furthermore, in the invention of
[0067]
According to the invention of claim 6, the direct coupling clutch is transmitted in a state where the deceleration cannot be performed by any one of the deceleration units on the input / output side of the direct coupling clutch, and the deceleration is performed by the other deceleration unit. Since the torque is not controlled to a slip state where the torque is not stable, it is possible to reliably avoid a situation such as a shock caused by improper control of the direct coupling clutch. The
According to the seventh to tenth aspects of the invention, the same effect as that of any of the first to fourth aspects of the invention can be obtained.
