Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sliding door device disposed in an opening of a building frame, and more particularly to a sliding door device in which the opening operation and the opening posture of the sliding door are effectively maintained.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, many sliding door devices arranged at the opening of a building have a self-closing function that automatically closes the sliding door so that the sliding door does not remain open after the user passes. .
On the other hand, in places where there is a lot of people coming and going and places where it is necessary to observe the state of the room (especially hospital rooms, etc.), in order to eliminate the hassle of opening the sliding door each time, further ventilation of the room is necessary. In addition to the self-closing function, a fully-open stopper function (a function in which the sliding door stops at the fully-open position and does not self-close) that maintains the fully-open state of the sliding door is also necessary.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 9, the conventional full-open stopper function allows the height of the mounting position to be adjusted in the vertical direction on the angled stopper receiver 2a provided at the top of the sliding door 1a and the fixed side member 3a. The mounting seat 6a and the roller 4a at the tip are rotatable, and the elastic stopper 5a is connected to the mounting seat 6a. When the sliding door 1a is opened to the fully open position, the stopper receiver 2a resists elasticity. The roller 4a of the elastic stopper 5a pushed upward (the state shown in the phantom line in FIG. 9) is located on the door tip side of the top portion 7a and elastically abuts on the fully opened stopper portion 8a, thereby fully opening the sliding door 1a. It was to stop at the position (state shown by the solid line in FIG. 9).
[0004]
However, according to the above configuration, when the sliding door 1a is vigorously opened, the door-end side end of the sliding door 1a collides with the vertical frame on the open side when fully opened, and the stopper receiver 2a moves the elastic stopper 5a upward again by the rebound. The sliding door 1a may be closed by the self-closing function.
In order to prevent this, when the elasticity of the elastic stopper 5a is increased (when the mounting seat 6a is adjusted downward), when the sliding door 1a stopped at the fully open position is closed (from the state shown by the solid line in FIG. 9 to the arrow direction) When the sliding door 1a is moved), it is necessary for the stopper receiver 2a to push the elastic stopper 5a upward against the elasticity, so that there is a problem that the operation force becomes very heavy and difficult to use for the elderly or the sick. It was.
On the other hand, if the elasticity of the elastic stopper 2a is set to be weak (adjusting the mounting seat 6a upward and mounting to the fixed seat member 3a) so that it can be easily used by elderly people or sick people, the sliding door 1a will not rebound. I had to fully open the sliding door 1a with my hand.
[0005]
However, since the fully open position of the sliding door 1a is set to be larger than the passing width of a person, a user of the wheelchair, an elderly person, or a sick person moves the sliding door 1a with his hand to the fully open position. Furthermore, in order to close the sliding door 1a in the fully open position, it is a very troublesome problem to move to a position where the hand can reach the sliding door 1a.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and has a simple structure, and even if the sliding door is vigorously opened, it does not close by the reaction when fully opened, and the sliding door in the fully opened state (open state) is lightly closed. It is an object of the present invention to provide an innovative sliding door device that can easily maintain a sliding door in an open state even for a wheelchair user, an elderly person, or a sick person.
[0007]
[Means for solving the problems]
Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the first means of the present invention is a sliding door device that can be self- closed along a sliding door rail provided in a space having an opening that can be opened and closed by an inspection cover . When the inspection cover is opened, a stopper receiver provided on the sliding door and an elastic stopper provided on the fixed side are arranged so as to move together with the sliding door at a position where the opening faces , and the elastic stopper is provided with the stopper receiver. A roller is provided at the end of the elastic leg that protrudes toward the door, and the stopper receiver moves the sliding door in response to the contact of the roller when the sliding door is opened at least beyond the passing width of the wheelchair with respect to movement in the opening direction. A braking portion formed to a length that releases the contact state of the roller when the sliding door is fully opened, and the door bottom side of the braking portion And a fully open stopper that maintains the fully open position of the sliding door by projecting at a door tip side end portion of the braking portion at a sharper inclination than the guide portion. The elastic leg of the elastic stopper is configured to elastically abut the roller against the braking portion more strongly than the self-closing force of the sliding door, and the sliding door is at least larger than the passing width of the wheelchair for movement in the opening direction. when moved halfway open it does not reach the fully open position position, while the roller is to be stopped so as not to self-closure of the sliding door by abutting the braking portion via the guide portion, the sliding door by well opening movement of the sliding door momentum When rebounding from the fully open position, the roller over the fully open stopper comes into contact with the braking part and pulls in a state that secures at least the entrance and exit width of the wheelchair. It is the door in that it is configured to stop without autism.
[0008]
The next time the present invention is was configured as a second means, in the sliding door device capable autism along sliding door rails provided in the internal space with a freely opening closed by inspection cover, which is open to the inspection cover An elastic stopper provided on the sliding door and a stopper receiver provided on the fixed side are arranged at a position where the opening faces to move together with the sliding door, and the elastic stopper protrudes toward the stopper receiver. A roller is provided at the end of the body, and the stopper receiver receives the contact of the roller and brakes the movement of the sliding door when the sliding door is opened at least more than the passing width of the wheelchair for movement in the opening direction, but the sliding door is fully opened. The brake part formed to the length that releases the contact state of the roller when it becomes a state, and the guide that inclines and protrudes at the door-end side end part of the brake part And a fully open stopper portion that maintains the fully open position of the sliding door by projecting at a door end side end portion of the braking portion more rapidly than the guide portion, and an elastic leg of the elastic stopper Is configured to elastically abut the roller against the braking portion more than the self-closing force of the sliding door, and with respect to the movement in the opening direction, the sliding door is at least up to the passing position of the wheelchair and not to the fully open position. when it moves, whereas the roller is to be stopped so as not to self-closure of the sliding door by abutting the braking portion via the guide portion, when the sliding door is rebounded from the fully open position by well opening movement of the sliding door momentum, fully open stopper to stop without the self-closure of the sliding door in a state where a roller passing over the part is secured at least wheelchair passage width or more entrance by coming into contact with the braking portion In that it is configured.
[0009]
Next, when the present invention is configured as a third means, the elastic stopper is formed of a leaf spring material, and is formed at an elastic leg protruding in the stopper receiving direction and an end of the elastic leg on the stopper receiving side. The roller mounting seat and a rubber or synthetic resin roller rotatably mounted on the roller mounting seat.
[0010]

Incidentally, the sliding door device 1 of the first embodiment has the sliding door 2 when fully opened. The so-called door pocket portion where the door is located is concealed by the decorative board so as to be flush with the decorative board on the wall surface, so that the stopper receptacle 6 can be adjusted from the position where the doorway 10 and the inspection panel 17 are opened. Corresponding to this, the elastic stopper 5 is provided at the upper end portion of the doorway side so as to be positioned at the upper end portion middle frame 14 of the doorway 10.
[0012]
The stopper receiver 6 is connected to the sliding door 2 and has a connecting protrusion 61 and a predetermined length that protrudes outward at the upper end of the connecting protrusion 61 and is parallel to the sliding door rail 12 (the sliding door 2 is at least larger than the wheelchair passage width). When released, the roller 54, which will be described later, comes into contact with the elastic stopper 5, and when the sliding door 2 is fully opened, the contact portion of the roller 54 is released), and the door bottom of the brake portion 62 The guide portion 63 is inclined to the side end portion and protrudes downward, and the door end side end portion of the braking portion 62 is formed from the fully open stopper portion 64 which is inclined more rapidly than the guide portion 63 and protrudes downward.
[0013]
The elastic stopper 5 is made of a leaf spring material, and includes a connecting portion 51 connected to the lower surface of the stopper mounting seat 50, and an elastic leg body 52 that inclines from the door end side end portion of the connecting portion 51 and protrudes toward the stopper receiver 6. And a roller mounting seat 53 formed at the end of the elastic leg 52 on the stopper receiver 6 side, and a roller 54 made of rubber or synthetic resin that is rotatably mounted on the roller mounting seat 53. The elastic stopper 5 The roller 54 has a self-closing force of the sliding door 2 on the braking portion 62 in the middle of opening (in the first embodiment, the self-closing force is caused by the slanting arrangement so that the sliding door rail 12 is lowered in the closing direction). Stronger and more elastic contact.
[0014]
Since the first embodiment is configured as described above, even when the sliding door 2 is opened with great force, when the braking portion 62 of the stopper receiver 6 reaches the roller 54 of the elastic stopper 5, the roller 54 moves against the braking portion 62. Since the sliding door 2 is elastically abutting more strongly than the self-closing force, the sliding movement of the sliding door 2 is braked, while the sliding movement of the sliding door 2 is also braked, so that the roller 54 is fully opened by the former braking. The sliding door 2 stops in a state in which the sliding door 2 is kept in the fully open position by abutting against the door end side of the stopper portion 64, or at least having a doorway larger than the passing width of the wheelchair after rebounding by the latter brake. .
[0015]
That is, the sliding door 2 is in the middle of at least the opening of the above passage width of the wheelchair, by the roller 54 comes into contact with the braking portion 62, is prevented from self-closure, since it stops, wheelchair users or disease have used Pull door It can be performed with a light opening and closing force when performing an operation for stopping 2 in the open state and also when closing the stopped sliding door 2. On the other hand, even if the healthy person vigorously opens the sliding door 2 to stop the sliding door 12 in the open posture, the double door effect of the braking unit 62 ensures that the sliding door 2 is secured in the state in which the doorway 10 is secured. Since it can be stopped, it is not necessary to open the sliding door with your hand until the end. That is, it is possible to flexibly cope with different opening forces of healthy persons or wheelchair users.
[0016]
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the sliding door device 1 of the second embodiment, an opening formed on a wall surface of a building is used as an entrance 10, and the sliding door 2 is provided outside the entrance 10 so as to be opened and closed.
The sliding door device 1 includes an upper horizontal frame 11 connected to a steel frame of a building via a bracket, and the like, and is housed in an entrance / exit 10, a part of which is connected to the upper horizontal frame 11, a three-way frame 111, A sliding door rail 12, which is attached to a plurality of mounting seats 112 in a predetermined position along the opening and closing direction of the sliding door 2 so as to be adjustable in height so that the door end side is lowered via a bolt 113, is attached. Inspection that covers the rail mounting material 13 and the sliding door 2 suspended from the suspension seat 18 of the sliding door rail 12 via the hanging bracket 19 and the connecting pin 191, the upper end of the sliding door 2, the rail mounting material 13, and the like in a detachable manner. It is comprised from the cover 17 grade | etc.,.
[0017]
The elastic stopper 5 of the second embodiment is attached to the suspension seat 18 that moves together with the sliding door 2 via the stopper attachment seat 50, and the stopper receiver 6 corresponds to the position of the elastic stopper 5 and the rail attachment material 13. It is attached to.
That is, the stopper receiver 6 is connected to the rail mounting member 13 and is connected to a connecting protrusion 61. The stopper protrusion 6 protrudes toward the sliding door rail 12 at the lower end of the connecting protrusion 61 and has a predetermined length (parallel to the sliding door rail 12). When the sliding door 2 is opened at least beyond the width of the wheelchair, the roller 54 to be described later comes into contact with the elastic stopper 5 that moves together with the sliding door 2, and the contact state of the roller 54 is released when the sliding door 2 is fully opened. B), the guide part 63 that inclines toward the closed end of the brake part 62 and protrudes in the opposite direction of the sliding door rail 12, and the guide part 63 inclines more rapidly than the guide part 63 at the open end of the brake part 62. Thus, it is formed by a fully open stopper portion 64 protruding in the opposite direction of the sliding door rail 12.
[0018]
Further, the elastic stopper 5 of the second embodiment is made of a leaf spring material, and is inclined from a connecting portion 51 connected to the opposite side surface of the sliding door rail 12 of the stopper mounting seat 50 and a door bottom side end portion of the connecting portion 51. An elastic leg 52 projecting in the direction of the stopper receiver 6, a roller mounting seat 53 formed at an end of the elastic leg 52 on the stopper receiver 6 side, and a rubber that is rotatably attached to the roller mounting seat 53, or The roller 54 of the elastic stopper 5 is composed of a synthetic resin roller 54, and the self-closing force of the sliding door 2 (described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-21420 in the second embodiment) in the middle of opening. The sliding door 2 self-closing force by the self-closing device, that is, the self-closing force of the sliding door 2 to which traveling force is always applied in the closing direction by the weight body) is more elastically abutting.
[0019]
Since the second embodiment is configured as described above, even when the sliding door 2 is opened with great force, when the roller 54 of the elastic stopper 5 reaches the braking portion 62 of the stopper receiver 6, the roller 54 moves against the braking portion 62. Since the sliding door 2 is elastically abutting more strongly than the self-closing force, the sliding motion of the sliding door 2 is braked, while the sliding motion of the sliding door 2 is also closed, so that the roller 54 is fully opened by the former braking. The sliding door 2 is stopped in a state in which the sliding door 2 is kept in the fully open position by abutting against the opening side of the stopper portion 64 or the door is rebounded by the latter brake and at least an entrance / exit that is larger than the passing width of the wheelchair is secured.
[0020]
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first and second aspects of the invention, the sliding door 2 is opened at least more than the width of the wheelchair to reach the fully open position, and the roller 54 of the elastic stopper 5 is passed through the guide portion 63 of the stopper receiver 6. The brake portion 62 is configured to elastically abut, and at that time, the elastic abutment is configured to be stronger than the self-closing force of the sliding door 2, and the door bottom side of the brake portion (62) guide protruding inclined end portion (63) is provided, fully open stopper protruding sharply inclined than the guide portion on the door leading end of the braking portion (62) (63) (64) Is provided. Accordingly, when the sliding door 2 is moved to a position in the middle of opening (at least a position that is not less than the passing width of the wheelchair and does not reach the fully open position), the sliding door 2 is self-closed by the braking action of the roller 54 that contacts the braking portion 62 through the guide portion 63. Therefore, even a wheelchair user, an elderly person, or a sick person can easily maintain the sliding door in an open state , and can be operated with a light opening and closing force. Furthermore, even when a healthy person opens the sliding door 2 vigorously, and the sliding door 2 rebounds from the fully opened position, the braking action of the roller 54 and the braking unit 62 over the fully opened stopper portion 64 is at least larger than the passing width of the wheelchair. Since the self-closing of the sliding door 2 can be prevented and stopped in a state where the doorway is secured, there is an effect that the sliding door 2 is not closed by a recoil when fully opened .
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since a rubber or synthetic resin roller is used at the contact portion between the stopper receiver and the elastic stopper, a collision sound between the stopper receiver and the elastic stopper is generated when the sliding door is opened and closed. It is suitable for places where quietness is required, particularly in hospital rooms.
