Description

【0001】

Thereby, the cylinder part 6a of the electrode 6 can be press-contacted to the voltage supply part 4, and the heat generating body 10 is completed in this state.
[0019]
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the heating element 10 and shows a state in which a voltage supply portion 4 on the surface of the conductor 3 of the heating element 10 is avoided and a paint 11 having electrical insulation is further applied and baked.
[0020]
Figure 4 is a fragmentary cross-sectional enlarged view of the heating element 10, the electrode 6 through the hole penetrating the metal 1 of the heating element 10 a threaded portion 6 b so allowed to press the voltage supply portion 4 and the cylindrical portion 6a, the insulating member 7 is a structure in which the screw portion 6b is passed through the hole portion 7a of the 7 and is tightened with a nut 9 via a flat washer 8. Further, a cylindrical pin 12 or screw 13 is provided on the opposite side of the screw portion 6b of the electrode 6 on the same axis as the screw portion 6b. By doing in this way, it can be set as the structure which can fix a power cord etc. easily by welding, soldering, and a screw.
[0021]
