Description
水に渦流状態を発生させる手段としては、他に、スパイラル・ブレード2上の任意の箇所に、水の流れに抗して板状の小片を設け、その小片部分で渦流を発生させること、及び、スパイラル・ブレードの捻りのピッチを上げることにより、水の流れの速度を早め、水の層流状態を乱流状態に変えて、水分子が銀に接触する頻度を増やすこともできる。

Claims (4)
- 水道配管の途中に介装され、前記水道配管を通過する水を殺菌する水処理筒であって、
前記水道配管に対して、その導入側と導出側とを、それぞれ、水道管の接続端に連通する外装筒と、
該外装筒の軸線に沿って捩じった状態で、前記外装筒の内部に配置したスパイラル・ブレードと、
該スパイラル・ブレードの端部において、前記外装筒内の前記導入側および/または導出側に配置した細網部材とから構成され、
少なくとも、前記外装筒の内壁、スパイラル・ブレード、細網部材の何れか1つを銀もしくは銀とセラミックスの結合体で構成し、またはコーティングしていて、
通過する水の流れを渦流とすることにより、効率良く水を銀および/またはセラミックスに接触させることを特徴とする水の殺菌筒。 - 前記外装筒内に、前記スパイラル・ブレードを軸支して設け、水圧で前記スパイラル・ブレードを旋回させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水の殺菌筒。
- 前記細網部材をスポンジ状の多孔質部材、網、繊維を絡めた繊維束の何れかで形成したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の水の殺菌筒。
- 前記スパイラル・ブレードの軸線に沿って、前記スパイラル・ブレードに立設させて補助プレートを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の水の殺菌筒。
