Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a luminaire including a reflector formed by fixing reinforcing metal fittings to the outer surfaces of both ends in the longitudinal direction of a bowl-shaped reflector having an open bottom surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The open-bottomed reflector provided in a ceiling-embedded luminaire using a straight tube fluorescent lamp as a light source is generally made of sheet metal and is long depending on the length of the lamp, and thus may be twisted. In particular, in the use as a connected illuminating device configured by connecting a plurality of lighting fixtures in the longitudinal direction, the reflective end plate covering the open end in the longitudinal direction of the bowl-shaped reflecting plate provided in the reflector is removed. In the case where adjacent reflectors are connected to each other, there is no reflection end plate in the connection part between the reflection plates, and the strength of the end portions in the longitudinal direction of the reflection plate is reduced. Rise. Therefore, reinforcing metal fittings are used to suppress such twisting of the reflecting plate.
[0003]
This reinforcing metal fitting is substantially the same shape as the cross-sectional shape in the width direction of the reflector, and is arranged along the width direction on the outer surface of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the reflector. It is fixed.
[0004]
In addition, whether it is used as a connected lighting device or as a single lighting device, it is a reflection made of sheet metal that closes the open end of the reflecting plate at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the entire device. An end plate is attached, and the end plate is fixed to the reflecting plate by spot welding.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, the reflector that fixes the reinforcing bracket to the reflector by spot welding has a problem that the reflector cannot be made of a color steel plate because the weld trace is exposed, and the weld trace is hidden. This requires post-treatment to coat the entire reflector. If fixing parts such as screws and rivets are used, the reinforcing bracket can be fixed to the reflector without welding. In this case, the number of parts increases, making the production cumbersome, and many fixed parts are visually recognized. Thus, the appearance of the reflector is impaired.
[0006]
Therefore, the first problem to be solved by the present invention is to obtain a lighting fixture capable of fixing a reinforcing bracket to a reflector without using a fixing part or by welding, and making the reflector made of a color steel plate. .
[0007]
In addition, the second problem to be solved by the present invention is that the connecting plate used for connecting the adjacent reflecting plates to the reflecting plate when used as a reflecting end plate or a connecting type lighting device of the reflector. An object of the present invention is to obtain a lighting fixture that can solve the first problem by performing fixing without using a fixing part or by welding.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has an inverted U-shaped cross section on both sides in the width direction. Folded Both ends in the longitudinal direction of a reflecting plate having a bowl shape with an upward edge and an open bottom surface Is provided in the reflector of the reflecting end plate or other lighting fixture to be connected, and is open so that a reflecting plate having the same shape as the reflecting plate can be attached. A luminaire is provided on the outer surface, which includes reflectors each having a reinforcing metal fixture fixed along the width direction.
[0009]
In order to solve the first problem, the invention of claim 1 The upward edge has a folded piece folded back to face the reflective side wall of the reflector, Folded At both ends in the longitudinal direction of the reflector. At the bottom Respectively Engagement end portions formed by bending the reinforcing metal fittings at both ends in the longitudinal direction are formed in the notch grooves formed open. The reflector is attached so as to be along the outer surfaces of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the reflector. In addition, an intermediate portion of the reinforcing bracket is sandwiched between a bent piece bent along the outer surface of the end portion from both ends in the longitudinal direction of the reflecting plate and an end portion in the longitudinal direction of the reflecting plate, The reflector is fixed to the outer surface of both ends in the longitudinal direction.
[0010]
In the first aspect of the present invention, in order to fix the reinforcing bracket for reinforcing the bowl-shaped reflecting plate to the reflecting plate, first, the reinforcing plate has the engagement end portions at both ends thereof, and each of the reflecting plates has a reverse cross section. It hooks from below into a notch groove formed in the folded piece of the U-shaped upward edge. Accordingly, the reinforcing metal fitting is arranged so as to be attached along the width direction to the outer surface of the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the reflecting plate. By the hooking, the movement of the reinforcing bracket in the longitudinal direction of the reflecting plate and the movement of the both ends of the reinforcing bracket in the upward direction are stopped. Next, the bent piece integral with the reflecting plate is bent along the outer surface of the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the reflecting plate, and the intermediate portion of the reinforcing plate is sandwiched between the end portion and the bent piece. Thereby, the upward movement of the middle part of the reinforcing bracket is stopped, and the entire reinforcing bracket is brought into close contact with the outer surface of the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the reflector.
[0011]
As described above, both ends of the reinforcing metal fitting are hooked on the notch provided in the upward edge of the reflecting plate, and the intermediate portion of the reinforcing metal fitting is placed between this and the reflecting plate end using the bent piece of the reflecting plate. By sandwiching, the reinforcing bracket can be fixed to the outer surface of the reflector without using a fixing part such as a screw or welding.
[0012]
In order to solve the second problem, the invention according to claim 2 dependent on claim 1 is provided integrally with a pressing piece that can be elastically deformed on one side in the width direction of the reinforcing metal fitting, Between the longitudinal end portions of the reflection plate, an insertion piece of the reflection end plate provided by closing the open end in the longitudinal direction of the reflection plate or a connection plate for connecting adjacent reflection plates is inserted. An entrance is formed, and the insertion piece or the connecting plate inserted between the pressing piece and the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the reflecting plate facing the holding piece is fixed.
[0013]
Since the invention according to claim 2 is dependent on the invention according to claim 1, in addition to solving the first problem, the reinforcing metal fitting is used to connect the reflector to the adjacent lighting fixture. The inserted piece of the connecting plate or the reflection end plate to be performed can be fixed to the reflection plate provided with the reinforcing metal fitting without using a fixing part or welding. That is, since the reinforcing bracket has a pressing piece that forms an inlet between the longitudinal ends of the reflecting plate, the connecting plate or the insertion piece inserted from the inlet is used as the pressing piece of the reinforcing bracket. And the end of the reflecting plate in the longitudinal direction, which are overlapped with each other, can be fixed, and no fixing parts or welding is required for the fixing.
[0014]

The lower ends of the suspension bolts 3 on the back of the ceiling are respectively introduced into the holes 20. Next, the washer 4 is fitted to the lower end of each bolt 3 and the nut 5 is screwed and tightened. As a result, the ceiling contact portion 12b is brought into close contact with the lower surface of the edge of the instrument mounting hole 1a, and the instrument body 11 can be suspended from the plurality of suspension bolts 3 and attached to the ceiling 1.
[0021]
The reflector 15 provided in the reflector 13 is formed by bending a single color steel plate, and has a substantially horizontal flat plate shape as shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 4, FIG. A reflective side wall 15b that bends obliquely downward from both sides in the width direction of the ceiling wall 15a is provided to form a bowl-like shape having an open lower surface, and the inner surface is a reflective surface. Further, on both sides in the width direction of the reflecting plate 15, upward edges 22 are formed integrally with the lower edge of the reflecting side wall 15 b via a horizontal edge 21 and having an inverted U-shaped cross section. Accordingly, the horizontal edge portion 21 and the upward edge portion 22 form a protruding opening edge having a substantially L-shaped cross section, and this opening edge covers the hole edge of the instrument mounting hole 1a from below. The upward edge 22 has a folded piece 22a. The folded pieces 22a are separated above the horizontal edge portion 21, and cutout grooves 23 shown in FIGS. 8D and 8E are formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction. The cutout groove 23 is shallow and is open to the horizontal edge 21 side.
[0022]
At both ends in the longitudinal direction of the reflective ceiling wall 15a, as shown in FIGS. 8B and 8C and the like, socket through portions 24 are respectively cut out and protrude into the through portions 24. A bent piece 25 is provided. Since the lighting fixture 2 is a two-lamp type, the socket passing part 24 is provided with a pair according to that, and for example, a pair of bent pieces 25 are provided for each socket passing part 24. The bent piece 25 is bent so as to overlap the outer surface of the edge portion of the socket passage portion 24 and is arranged outside the socket passage portion 24. At the same time, the socket passage portion 24 has a rectangular shape with an appropriate size. It is supposed to be.
[0023]
Provided to suppress twisting of the bowl-shaped reflector 15 Reinforcing bracket 16 Is formed by bending a single metal plate into a shape that is substantially the same shape as the cross-sectional shape in the width direction of the reflector 15 as shown in FIG. 9B, and the like, Reflecting side wall attachment portions 16b bent from both ends in the longitudinal direction, horizontal edge attachment portions 16c bent from the attachment portions 16b, and engagement end portions 16d bent from the attachment portions 16c, respectively. And is formed from. The engaging end portion 16d is bent so as to form a V-shaped cross section with the horizontal edge attaching portion 16c, and the end portion 16d can be elastically deformed in the bending direction.
[0024]
The reinforcing metal fitting 16 is formed with a first rib 31 for improving strength continuous over a portion other than the engagement end portion 16d, and a second rib 32 shorter than the first rib 31. And as shown in FIG. Reflective ceiling wall attachment part 16a The one end side in the width direction has a similar concavo-convex shape corresponding to the concavo-convex shape of the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the reflecting plate 15. That is, 33 is a pair of dents corresponding to the socket passage 24, 34 is an auxiliary dent formed between these dents 33, and 35 is a convex plate part positioned on both sides of each dent 33, 34. . The auxiliary recess 34 may be omitted and the portion may be formed as a blind plate. However, by providing the recess 34, the insertion resistance of a later-described insertion piece of the central connecting plate 6 or the reflection end plate 8 is reduced. Assembly to facilitate the assembly.
[0025]
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 and the like, each convex plate portion 33, the reflection side wall attaching portion 16b and the horizontal edge attaching portion 16c are provided with a root portion 37 that slightly rises, and the pressing pieces 38 are integrally extended. It is installed. These presser pieces 38 are elastically deformable and have an introduction piece 38a bent obliquely at the tip thereof. Introduction piece 38a And a hemispherical stopper convex portion 39 located between the base portion 37 and the base portion 37.
[0026]
The reinforcing metal fittings 16 having the above-described configuration are respectively fixed to the outer surfaces of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the reflecting plate 15 along the width direction of the reflecting plate 15. The reinforcement metal fittings 16 are fixed in the following procedure. First, the respective engaging end portions 16d are elastically deformed so as to approach the horizontal edge attaching portion 16c side, and are inserted inside the upward edge portion 22 of the reflecting plate 15 to engage with the notch groove 23 of the folded piece 22a. Let
[0027]
As a result, the engagement end portion 16d is caught in the notch groove 23 in a slightly bent state, and the elastic force to be restored is applied to the outer surface of the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the reflection plate 15 in the width direction of the reflection plate 15. It is possible to hold the entire reinforcing metal fitting 16 arranged so as to be in contact with the outer surface of the end portion. Moreover, since the lengths of the engagement end portion 16d and the cutout groove 23 are substantially equal, positioning by the hooking along the longitudinal direction prevents the reinforcing bracket 16 from inadvertently moving along the longitudinal direction of the reflecting plate 15. it can.
[0028]
In addition, the recess 33 of the reinforcing metal fitting 16 held by such hooking is just communicated with the socket passage part 24 of the reflecting plate 15, and at the same time, the convex plate part 35 provided on the reflecting ceiling wall attaching portion 16a Overlapping the plate portions on both sides of the socket passing portion 24 at the longitudinal end portion of the reflective ceiling wall 15a, the convex plate portion 35 provided on the reflective sidewall attaching portion 16b is on the longitudinal end portion of the reflective sidewall 15b. Similarly, the convex plate portion 35 provided on the horizontal edge portion attaching portion 16 c overlaps the end portion of the horizontal edge portion 21 in the longitudinal direction. Thereby, the stopper convex portion 39 is pressed against the outer surface of the longitudinal end portion of the reflecting plate 15 by the elastic force of the pressing piece 38 of each convex plate portion 35, and between the longitudinal direction end portions of the pressing piece 38. Introduction piece 38a Between Stopper convex part 39 An inlet 40 is formed which becomes gradually narrower toward.
[0029]
Next, each bent piece 25 protruding from the socket through portion 24 is bent and crimped so as to overlap the convex plate portion 35 adjacent to the socket through portion 24. Thereby, the convex plate portion 35, in other words, the intermediate portion of the reinforcing metal fitting 16 is sandwiched between the longitudinal end portion of the reflecting ceiling wall 15a and the bent piece 25, and the reinforcing metal fitting 16 is closely attached to the reflecting plate 15. In addition to improving the performance, the reinforcing metal fitting 16 can be prevented from inadvertently moving upward from the reflecting plate 15. 2, 3, 5, and the like show a state in which the bent piece 25 fixes the reinforcing metal fitting 16.
[0030]
That is, the reinforcing metal fitting 16 can be fixed to the outer surface of the end portion of the reflecting plate 15 by the above procedure. Instead of the above-described procedure, the procedure described above may be executed after the bent piece 25 is bent and placed in a state where it rises at a right angle to the reflecting ceiling wall 15a.
[0031]
In the above procedure Assembled After the reflector 13 is inserted into the instrument mounting hole 1a so as to be arranged below the fixing bracket 12, Reflector 15 By attaching a decorative screw 41 to a screw receiving portion (not shown) provided in the fixing bracket 12 through the reflective ceiling wall 15a, the fixture mounting hole 1a and its hole edge are covered and attached to the ceiling 1. It is done. As a result of this attachment, the lamp sockets 18 are disposed below the reflector 13 through the socket through portions 24 of the reflector 15. The sockets 18 are used to arrange the lamp sockets 18 inside the reflector 13. A fluorescent lamp 14 is attached to the.
[0032]
Next, the metal connection plates 6 and 7 that connect the adjacent lighting fixtures 2 to each other will be described. As shown in FIG. 10 and the like, the central connecting plate 6 has a substantially strip shape, and has recesses 45 cut out from both sides in the width direction at both ends in the longitudinal direction, and in the vicinity thereof. A bead 46 is positioned and extends in the width direction. The central connecting plate 6 fixes one half of the adjacent lighting fixtures 2 by fixing the half in the width direction to one of the adjacent lighting fixtures 2 and fixing the remaining half in the width direction to the other lighting fixture 2. The reflection ceiling walls 15a of the reflection plate 15 are connected to each other.
[0033]
In this connection, the central connecting plate 6 is inserted from the entrance 40 between the end portion of the reflective ceiling wall 15a and the pressing piece 38 of the convex plate portion 35 overlapping therewith, with elastic deformation of the pressing piece 38. . At this time, since the concave portion 45 is fitted to the stopper convex portion 39, an excessive insertion force is not required. Moreover, since each bead 46 is engaged with the opposite side edges of the auxiliary recess 34, the center connecting plate 6 is inadvertently displaced in the longitudinal direction, in other words, in the width direction of the reflector 13 due to the catch. It is possible to increase the connection strength between the adjacent reflectors 15.
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 11, the pair of side connecting plates 7 includes a ceiling wall overlapping portion 7a, a side wall overlapping portion 7b bent downward from one end thereof, and an L-shaped protruding opening edge bent from the lower end thereof. And an overlapping portion 7c. The ceiling overlapping portion 7a is provided with recesses 47 from both sides in the width direction, and each of the overlapping portions 7a to 7c has an engagement hole 48 which is located at both ends in the width direction and is formed by a long hole. Further, a stopper projecting piece 49 that projects from the central portion in the width direction toward the side wall overlapping portion 7b is bent at the overlapping portion 7c.
[0035]
These side connection plates 7 are fixed to one of the adjacent lighting fixtures 2 in the width direction half, and fixed to the other lighting fixture 2 by fixing the remaining half in the width direction to the other lighting fixture 2. The reflectors 15 are connected to each other.
[0036]
In this connection, the side connecting plate 7 includes the reflecting side wall 15b and the horizontal edge between the inlet 40 and the end of the reflecting ceiling wall 15a on the reflecting side wall 15b side and the pressing piece 38 of the convex plate 35 overlapping therewith. 21 is inserted between the longitudinal end portion 21 and the presser piece 38 of the convex plate portion 35 that overlaps the end portion 21 with elastic deformation of the presser piece 38. At this time, the concave portion 47 is fitted to the stopper convex portion 39. Further, the engagement holes 48 are fitted into the stopper convex portions 39 of the pressing pieces 38, respectively. This state is representatively shown in FIG. Therefore, the coupling strength in the longitudinal direction between the adjacent reflectors 15 can be increased by these catches. Moreover, at this time, the stopper protrusion 49 is fitted into the notch 50 shown in FIG. 8D, whereby the side connecting plate 7 is positioned in the insertion direction.
[0037]
In addition, in the lighting fixture 2 which adjoins the reflector 15 as mentioned above, the longitudinal direction edge parts of the fixture main body 11 are also connected via an appropriate connection structure (not shown).
[0038]
Further, the reflection end plate 8 which is located on the end surface on the non-connecting side of the luminaire 2 positioned at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the illuminating device and closes the open end surface of the reflector 13 is formed by bending a color steel plate integrally. 4 and FIG. 12 and so on. That is, one or more insertion pieces 52 and 53 are bent from the upper edge and the inclined side edge of the end plate main portion 51 having the same shape as the open end surface, and correspond to the protruding opening edge. The End plate main part 51 The insertion pieces 55 are also bent at both ends of the end plate extending opening edge 54 formed by bending the lower edge outward. Each of the insertion pieces 52, 53, 55 has an engagement hole 56 formed of a long hole. In addition, End plate main part 51 In this case, the reflector support 57 facing the root of the two insertion pieces 52 located in the middle of the four insertion pieces 52 bent from the upper edge is pushed out from the outer surface toward the inner surface. It is projected to be The inner surface of the reflection end plate 8 having the above configuration (the surface opposite to the protruding direction of the opening edge 54) is a reflection surface.
[0039]
In this reflection end plate 8, each insertion piece 52 overlaps the outer end surface of the reflection ceiling wall 15a, each insertion piece 53 overlaps the outer end surface of the reflection side wall 15b, and the outer end surface of the horizontal edge 21. The insertion pieces 52, 53, 55 are arranged between the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the reflection plate 15 and the pressing piece 38 of the convex plate portion 35 overlapping with the insertion piece 52, 53, 55 so that the insertion pieces 55 overlap each other. In addition, by inserting with the elastic deformation of the presser piece 38 respectively, Instrument body 11 The open end face is closed and fixed. At this time, the engaging holes 56 are fitted into the stopper convex portions 39 of the pressing pieces 38, respectively. This state is representatively shown in FIG. Therefore, by these catches, Instrument body 11 The connection strength of the reflective end plate 8 to the can be increased. In addition, along with such attachment, the longitudinal edge 15a1 of the reflective ceiling wall 15a is inserted so as to be sandwiched between the pressing piece 38 and the reflector support 57 as shown in FIG. Then, it is supported from below by the reflector support 57. for that reason, Reflective ceiling wall 15a It is possible to prevent sagging so that the central portion in the width direction is lowered at the end in the longitudinal direction.
[0040]
And in the reflector 13 with which each lighting fixture 2 which comprises the connection type illuminating device of the said structure is provided, in order to fix the reinforcement metal fitting 16 to the outer surface of the reflecting plate 15, the reinforcement metal fitting 16 is mentioned in the both ends as mentioned above. The engaging end portions 16d are hooked from below into the notch grooves 23 formed in the folded piece 22a of the upward edge portion 22 of the inverted U-shaped cross section of the reflecting plate 15, and then bent integrally with the reflecting plate 15. The piece 25 is bent along the outer surface of the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the reflection plate 15, and between the end portion and the bent piece 25. Reinforcing bracket 16 The entire reinforcing metal fitting 16 may be brought into close contact with the outer surface of the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the reflection plate 15 with the intermediate portion thereof being crimped. In this way, the reinforcing bracket 16 can be fixed to the outer surface of the reflector 15 without using a fixing part such as a screw or by welding. Therefore, the reflecting plate 15 to which the reinforcing metal fitting 16 is fixed can be made of a color steel plate.
[0041]
Moreover, since the reinforcing metal fitting 16 has a pressing piece 38 that forms an inlet 40 between the longitudinal end of the reflector plate 15, a connecting plate that connects the reflectors 13 of the adjacent lighting fixtures 2. 6, 7 or by inserting the insertion pieces 52, 53, 55 of the reflective end plate 8 attached to the luminaire 2 located at the end of the connection type lighting device through the entrance 40, thereby reinforcing the metal fittings 16. Since the presser piece 38 and the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the reflecting plate 15 on which the presser piece 38 overlaps can be fixed, there is no need to use fixing parts such as screws or welding. Therefore, the reflecting plate 15 and the reflecting end plate 8 can be made of a color steel plate.
[0042]
And since a color steel plate can be adopted in this way, after assembling the reflector 13, or after assembling the reflecting end plate 8 to the reflector 13, there is no need for a painting operation, so the productivity is good and inexpensive. In addition, it is possible to make a high-quality instrument having no variation in reflection characteristics, and the appearance of the open-side reflector 13 as in the case where many fixing parts such as screws are exposed, and this reflector 13 is provided. The appearance of the entire device is not impaired.
[0043]
In addition, although the said 1st Embodiment is an example applied to the lighting fixture used for a connection type illuminating device, this invention is applicable also to the non-connection type lighting fixture shown by FIG. In the second embodiment, the reflector 13 fixes the reinforcing metal fittings 16 to the outer surfaces of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the reflecting plate 15 whose bottom surface is opened, and the open end surfaces of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the reflecting plate 15. And the reflection end plate 8 is fixed to each other. Also in the second embodiment, the problem of the present invention can be solved in the same manner as in the first embodiment. Since the second embodiment shown in FIG. 13 has basically the same configuration as the first embodiment, the same reference numerals are assigned to the same components as in the first embodiment. It is.
[0044]
Further, in each of the above embodiments, the bent piece 25 is provided by using the plate portion of the portion through which the socket through portion 24 is punched, so that the material of the reflector 15 is good and the trace of the bent piece 25 being bent is reflected on the reflector. It is excellent in that the appearance of 15 is not impaired.
